officers were called to a parking lot in Florida after a dispute broke out over a vehicle that was in the process of being towed the tow operator told police that the vehicle had been parked in an area where unauthorized vehicles could be removed and that the property had authorized him to carry out the tow as additional officers arrived the encounter continued to develop with both sides giving to stop relax stop alright now you're touching me girl wouldn't calm down the officers are already attempting to bring the situation under control but the daughter continues to challenge their commands when she makes physical contact with one of the officers the nature of the encounter changes and what happens next will lead to additional criminal allegations I'm not gonna say it again account the women had confronted him directly and one of them opened the door of his truck while demanding that the vehicle be released That allegation became part of the investigation officers were were conducting here she was parked here the vehicle left unattended okay it says no parking she's blocking the dumpster I looked it up she came running down okay I offered her the 62 50 job okay she started talking hella sh*t that b**ch *ss this down the third I'm like look if you continue I'm gonna tow the car she kept on I started to set my dollies up she would grab them and throw them to the grass Okay I went to set my bars up I didn't push her I don't have a body cam I'm walking with my dollies and she's trying to like they push me out the way so which one hit you no they any of them hit you they just pulled up see they just pushed so which one whoever was grabbing the tow truck stuff that was I saw her grab it the mom okay that's why she's in handcuffs the daughter the daughter would every time I would set my dollies up she would grab them and toss them into the grass okay the daughter the one that you she's going to jail for smacking my hand while I was trying to push her away so that's resisting they're the she's going to jail for something else well anything happened to you besides her trying to block my I'm not hurt I'm not worried I'm not hurt perfect I'm not hurt so anything I was just I was just so besides so besides her just trying to stop you from equipping there's nothing else I was I'm grabbing my dollies I'm just using as an example real quick like she would like try to like like push me out the way okay I didn't physically touch her I didn't put my hands on her nothing my hands were on my equipment the whole time okay so so when you started towing up the truck or the car when did they where what apartment did they come out of they were upstairs they were coming like by the time I started to like lift she was at the bottom the bottom steps I didn't know it was her car there's plenty of other cars she didn't say hey no she didn't say none of that okay so I lifted the car she came up she actually opened my door okay she yanked my door open which one the daughter the one in the pink yeah she actually pulled my door open I was like for right there we're gonna stop right there cause you're not gonna sit and yank my door open okay that's a big no no alright and then you have authority to take course beautiful with the situation temporarily under control the officer takes a moment to explain the reason for the detention OK so right now you're being put you're going to jail for battery on a law enforcement officer you don't get to touch me and on top of that resistant all that could have been avoided all I was doing was pushing you away so we can talk about it at the end of the day he has a job to do he has a contract from here to tow any vehicles that block that parking lot or that parking space you chose to park there that's no one's fault but yours and all you had to do was just talk to me but because you were such at a high elevated state you didn't you didn't want a reason at this point the focus shifts away from the argument over the tow and toward what happened during the confrontation with police it's caught on camera you don't get to smack no no no no no all I did was okay listen you will get you will get that's your that's your argument that's what you want to stick with you will get that in court at the end of the day you're still going to jail now do you have a medical marijuana card no okay so you have weed in your in your in your in your possession okay so your mom is probably gonna take a ride too because she wanted to interfere and resist the officers over there so all of this could have been avoided had you just would have listened to me for a second the officer now checks back with the mother to hear her side of the incident but she chooses not to discuss the situation any further your daughter you're also going to jail for um resisting now do you have anybody here that can take care of your child if not I'm calling DCF yeah who the person who has him right now and who is he and she's been here since we've been here OK I can ask her if she wants to take him if she doesn't then like I said you'll have to we'll have to call DCF alright step out you have your camera turn around I mean my phone's probably in the grass somewhere yep well I'll see if I can find it well I'll see if I can find it if you don't find it I'm not gonna lose my phone but that's not my problem the confrontation and determine what actions each person may be responsible for I have your mom's phone and yeah there's phones in their purse yes that all that's in your purse all the cash will go to you your purse can't go to jail so it's probably gonna get booked in Orlando property and evidence and then uh she's going to jail as well after officers investigated the incident both the mother and daughter were taken into custody according to the arrest information associated with the footage the daughter was accused of battery her mother was accused of the allegations stemmed from the confrontation with the tow operator and the subsequent interaction with officers importantly these were arrest charges and allegations they should not be presented as convictions unless a court later
