When suspects are armed, officers have to be ready for anything and everything. >> No! Anthony! 7 Adam 1 send me back up now. >> STOP! >> YOU LET'S GET TIGHT! HE'S GOT A GUN! HE'S GOT A GUN! >> And the son flees after shooting his dad with a shotgun. >> You're going to WIND UP GETTING SHOT. >> GOT TO SEND ME TO HELL. >> STOP! >> 1 ADAM 1 1 ADAM 1 >> 1 ADAM 1 GETTING HERE. I GOT A man down. >> Hey, let's get a shirt off. >> Yep. >> Shirt off. >> That looks like a >> shotgun. >> But first, deputies walk up on a domestic call and the man inside is about to come out armed and ready. Take a look. >> No! >> No. >> Put it down! >> Anthony! >> Come on. Anthony! >> Mary Jane, is that a real gun? 7 Adam 1 send me back up now. Got one at gunpoint. Anthony! Anthony! >> Why you got the gun? Why you got the Why you GOT THE GUN? >> ANTHONY! PUT THE GUN >> PUT IT DOWN! >> HE'S GOT IT AT GUNPOINT. >> WAIT. IS THAT A CAP GUN? >> I don't know if that's real or not. >> That's a cap gun. 7 Adam 1 subject shoots at me. Mary Jane, I'm going TO SHOOT HIM. I'M GOING TO SHOOT HIM. >> I don't think that's a real gun. >> IT IS REAL. 7 ADAM 1 MY MY car was shot. Send me back up now. LOOK AT MY BACK WINDOW. LOOK AT MY BACK WINDOW. GET OVER THERE NOW. GET OVER THERE NOW. MARY JANE, GET OVER THERE NOW. >> OKAY, LOOK. First and foremost, let's not even pass criticism about the actions of the cops. We'll talk about that later, but what I will say is that officer needs help. Officer needs help. You know, I've been shot. I've been shot. I've been shot at. Something along those lines should be your radio broadcast to get everybody there as quick and as safely as possible. That's the main goal here, okay? I understand he said a cap gun and it seems as though that the deputy has a relationship or knows of Anthony, but we're about to find out. But that's super super important is to not just say shots fired, shots fired. It's to say officer needs help, officer needs help and just get the cavalry and all your partners to come help you out. >> Get over there now. Anthony Get You're going TO WIND UP GETTING SHOT. GIVE ME THE GUN. YOU'RE GOING TO GET SHOT. YOU'RE GOING TO GET SHOT. >> [clears throat] >> PUT IT DOWN NOW. PUT IT DOWN NOW. [screaming] PUT IT DOWN. PUT IT DOWN NOW. PUT IT DOWN. PUT IT DOWN NOW. Put it down now. Where's that other girl? Anthony, I do not want to do this. I do not want to do this. Put it down. Put it down now. Put it down now. Put it down now, Anthony. Put it down. >> [screaming] >> PUT IT DOWN. PUT IT DOWN NOW. PUT IT DOWN. ANTHONY. ANTHONY. ANTHONY. >> Anthony put it up. >> Mary Jane, move over by your car now. >> Don't go over by car. Don't listen to that fat [ __ ] >> Anthony. >> Put the machete. Put it down. >> You're already in trouble. >> Put it down now. Put it down now. Put it down now. Bob, COME OUT OF THE HOUSE. Don't go Mary Jane. I don't care Mary Jane. I got to take this serious. I know y'all. I know he probably won't do nothing to you. But you got to understand you have to get back now. >> There's so much to unfold that I don't have a lot of time to explain everything as it relates to this situation, right? That is escalated so high to the point where the deputies de-escalating as much as possible, right? First armed with what believes to be a cap gun and now a machete. Now, let's talk about the female deputy for a second. You know what? You can definitely do a better job and drop that notepad and help your partner out and be there with either less lethal, right? You always want to have less lethal or non-lethal and then the other officer will be assigned to lethal. That's how you should format and approach the suspect. Now, what I will say is this, his decision to shoot or not to shoot, we can talk about that later. But he really is hesitating for several reasons, right? And those reasons, we're not here to be so critical about those reasons. Besides the fact that he made the situation de-escalate, right? But at the same time, what is going through the mind of that particular deputy before he actually engages in deadly force? >> He's right right on the inside of the door. He won't come out. >> Get out OF THE HOUSE NOW. >> HE'S RIGHT INSIDE THE BACK window out. >> Get out. Get the [ __ ] out now. >> I'm 10-4 the subject inside will not come out. >> Come out. Get the >> Come out. >> Bob, come out. >> Come on over here. >> Why you hold your arm like that? >> anyone else in the house? >> Did he shoot at you? >> Yeah. I I I should have I had a clear shot. I should have taken it. >> I'm regretting it. >> He's supposed to have a gun. >> He's got a gun. He's supposedly out of bullets, but that's why he got a machete now. >> Okay. >> He's right at the back over there. I mean, Cage won't do anything from the door, so >> I think the only other back door is on that side, that far side. The subject inside with the machete now, supposedly does not have any more bullets. This is Anthony Baumgardner. >> Careful, we're on our way. >> No. No, absolutely not right now. He's currently cutting with the machete. Mary Jane, I cannot have you go to the door. >> Why? >> I cannot have you go to the door. >> What did he want? He's done it before. >> That's it. It was a BB gun. Only reason why I didn't shoot it because it it it sounded like a pop gun. >> What's going on? >> Let's Let's make him make entry. I'll have you on the table. >> What's his name? >> Anthony. Let me see your hands. Hands up. Hands. Hands. Hands. >> Nice. Come here. Come here. Come here. I know. I know. I know. Come here. Give me this hand. Give me this hand. We're going to get you help. Hey, Eric. Matt. One to say. Come on. All right. All right, Lucy. Love you. You got anything on you I need to know about? >> Uh I don't think so. Uh you might want to check your left though. >> Huh? >> Left pocket. >> Left pocket. What you got in there? Anything? Anything that's going to poke, prod, or stick me? >> I don't >> What's this? >> That had to have been a BB gun. Can you get me Well, I'll I'll go get it. >> It is. >> It's a .22. >> You realize you pointed that right at me? >> Yeah. >> Mitch, take him. Take him. Don't do what you did last time. >> What I did last time? What are you talking about? >> what you did last time. >> When? >> You know what you did. >> You're taking the wrong butt, dude. >> I know. I got video of that too. >> Put him in your car. >> All right. Come in there. >> Okay, I'm going to stop it right here, but you can tell Cole Ford in custody with incident, right? It is an OIS. It's an officer-involved shooting. It's going to be a major, full-blown frame by frame, second by second investigation. He did mention earlier like, "Hey, shoot me. Shoot me," right? He definitely wanted to have the deputy shoot him. He's influencing him, right? Almost like by duress. Like, "Go ahead and do this. You have to do this." And there really isn't any concrete case law or a standard procedure to mention that suspects do want to get shot for certain reasons, right? Because of their mental stability, their diminished capacity, and other factors. And it's being studied as we speak. In fact, uh this theory of dead by cop has really really been um studied to the point where we're actually going to come out with the best practice or a protocol when cops respond to the scene when a suspect is influencing the cop to go ahead and shoot him, okay? >> I handled it horribly. That's what I'm pissed about. >> What'd you handle horribly? >> Right, dude. >> No. >> Look, bro. It's in the vest, too. >> You all right? Check that house hold scenario, okay? >> Well, John, can you make contact with the house? Make sure everyone's all right. >> He's in custody. He shot at me. >> What? >> Yeah. >> Make sure they're all right. Cuz the bullet We're going this way. >> All right. Good. >> I handled it horribly, though. >> You all good? You good? >> Yeah. I'm just pissed at myself right now. >> What's going on? >> I handled it horribly. >> Okay. You okay? You good? >> Get checked out. >> Yeah, I'm fine. >> Who is he? >> Anthony Baumgardner. >> [ __ ] shot at Cody, man. >> Um I imagine they're going to want to investigate her out. That's why I haven't moved anything. >> Actually, we need to get them out of the house. Um Bob's in there, too. They both need to get out. >> Yeah, very good idea because you have to uh preserve that crime scene, right? And again, you got to do that inner perimeter uh taping off uh right around the um the police cruiser of the deputy and of course the house. >> [music] >> Uh mom and dad or their parents or the relatives are going to be uh really important material witnesses. Uh the female deputy is a precipient witness. Just a lot of stuff, but I will say, "Look, in our culture, we have the saying, 'We eat our own. We are our worst enemies.'" I will never tell you whether it's a good shoot or a bad shoot. That's not what this channel's about. This channel's about to inform you and to educate you about the process, all right? When you arrive at a scene of an OIS, what happens, right? And the fact that he is really really hard on himself for not taking that shot, right? Engaging in deadly force, that's besides the point. He made that decision. I am no better than anybody else to be criticized on whether you should have taken that shot or not. That's his decision that he made and we'll just leave it at that, okay? >> They can sit in the car, but the gun's still in there. >> Where did you see that you went? >> Apparently, a lot bigger than I thought. It sounded like it was a BB gun. It looks like it's >> Yeah, a couple rounds through the wall of the closet. One through the fence. >> Yeah, I felt something hit my leg, but >> When they shot at me, I felt I swear I thought my windshield busted and I had >> glass in my face. >> You didn't have your vest on? >> It must It must have been just the glass. >> Okay. I don't know if investigators are coming or what. >> Where's the scene so we can set it up? >> Um yeah, I guess we can start roping off I Honestly, if we all get back to Eric's car and just rope off the whole >> Okay. >> Yes. >> know that they want it roped off big. >> Okay, so when we wrap this case up, we're going to ask ourselves this one question, right? Why did the deputy sheriff hesitate to engage in deadly force, okay? We'll see his charges in just a minute, but first, officers hear a gunshot next door on a family call and dad is already down. Take a look. >> Closet door was forced entry and there were 32s missing from the closet. We shot fire in the area. >> That's everyone hold night. Traffic will be rerouted. 601 garage door just opened. Vehicle started in the garage. HEY, POLICE, STOP! STOP! STOP! EDWARD BOY 206 6 20606 STOP! HEY, IT'S A FOREST GREEN BRONCO ON Clack towards Mitchell just took off. Gunfire right behind it. >> Police Department, HELLO. PLANO POLICE. POLICE DEPARTMENT, IF YOU'RE IN HERE MAKE YOURSELF KNOWN. PLANO POLICE. CAN I GET ONE MORE to the house over here? Okay, I'm going to stop right here and just kind of address something real, real quick. I know they're in pursuit. We're looking for the victim, you know, inside the house. Need additional units to help out with that. But, I will [clears throat] say is the first Plano PD officer that arrived at scene, and you can see, you know, the suspect vehicle taking off. There is a policy of shooting at moving vehicles or shooting from moving vehicles, okay? Generally, it's prohibited. And that's pretty much across the board with a lot of agencies, okay? Which is the reason why he didn't engage, okay? Just wanted to point that out as we proceed to watch this, okay? All right. Now, we're going eastbound on Route 34. We got a kind of unit here with me, too. So, you got a shattered window. Let me glove up real quick. Police Department. PLEASE, SIR. IF YOU'RE IN HERE, MAKE YOURSELF KNOWN. PLANO POLICE. I'M GOING TO PUSH THIS WAY HERE. Open bathroom door. Nothing. Open that real quick. 60 miles an hour, pretty slow traffic. Driver, stop. I don't see anybody else in the car. You're doing good. Just keep breathing and keep following. >> POLICE! MAKE YOURSELF KNOWN. IF YOU'RE IN HERE, MAKE YOURSELF KNOWN. LAY ON THE FLOOR. POLICE! >> HEY, got one down right here. >> One down. He's down on the ground? Hello, sir. >> Sir. >> 571 still eastbound passing Hannibal now. >> He's stopping. >> 611 drive car gets in neutral. >> 5380 in here. I got a man down. >> All right. >> Is he shot? >> Yep. >> No, he got >> K9 721 we got a male down. Gunshot wound. >> All medics in the house, please. >> Nothing. You got a tourniquet? >> Yeah. >> I got I got one on me if you need it. >> 61 male with probable gunshot wound starting CPR. >> 61 male with probable gunshot wound starting CPR. >> Help. >> All right. >> That's good. >> 61 available. Did you hear the traffic? >> No, I couldn't hear it. >> All right. One shot back the house which is behind him. HOPEFULLY THAT GUY STEPS OUT. EVERYTHING'S FINE NOW, OKAY? >> OH, YEAH, I HEARD THAT. >> OKAY, so let me address that real quick cuz it's worth mentioning that Okay, now you have a attempt murderer or a murder suspect, which is right, the minute he gets out of the car, you got to break leather, right? Drawing and exhibiting and just chase after him. You know, because again, you just never know, you know, what the actions are going to be, right? With that being said, there's a lot that you have to take in consideration. Lot of factors, right? Uh the PIT maneuver, uh the uh spike strips, right? Tracking and getting other units involved, pursuit package. Generally it is two cars and a supervisor uh for majority of agencies, but not all agencies. So, there's a lot going on and you know that if you have a attempt murder murder suspect, they're not going to go out coming out of the car holding their hands up for the most part. Probably the chase is on, okay? Depending on the uh the circumstances. >> He's got additional blood coming out. >> Hey, let's get his shirt off. >> Shirt off. >> You don't want it on his neck? >> Yeah, right through the Hey, it's right here, dude. >> And I think he's shot in the face. >> Shot through the face? >> One here, one in the shoulder trap right there. Is it coming out the armpit? >> Yeah, and we're gloves, baby. >> We're getting nothing, dude. >> I got no pulse. >> Medics in. >> Can for units be advised vehicle is 55 mph on this freeway. Be advised he is dangerous. >> 611 just passed Bristol Ridge Road, Bristol Ridge Road. >> Copy, he just passed Bristol Ridge. I'm going to have to have Seal 1 County to take over the police pursuit. >> 618, copy. >> 611, copy. East. >> Seal 1 County is advised. >> 611, copy. 4. >> Are you good with that position, Savala? >> Good with that position? >> Yeah, we're clearing or we still following from a distance? Following behind. >> We're going to have blocked off yet the 434 looks like he's going to make it through the intersection. >> [screaming] >> 531 Archer, do you think he's going to make it through? >> Check up 731. We're going to be eastbound Washington 534 701. >> 531, can you advise your >> Traffic's moderate, 20 mph. Come up to the intersection >> Check up 731. Speed's at 30 mph. We've got no traffic in the northbound lane. >> Yeah, man. I mean, heart's pumping, you know, it's tense, it's stressful, you know, high-octane if you will. The reason why the Plano PD officer relinquished those duties to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office to take over primary in this vehicle pursuit could be because they're PIT certified, right? To conduct that particular tactic to, you know, prevent him from pursuing further. Try to stop threat, you know. Here we go. >> Check up 731. We are going to be eastbound >> Hey, upstairs second floor. Yep, upstairs second floor in the loft. >> Turn the key on the left arm. Looks like you got shot in the face. >> He's got one all on his shoulder. He's got one up in the trap up here and he's got one on the face and one in the neck right here. >> I was looking to see if they had a basement or a crawlspace or something. >> 201 uh >> Hey. >> That Bronco that pulled out, that's a stolen vehicle cuz his keys are all lined up right there. >> Speed's at 50 mph. >> All right. >> 701, we got any Plano units with that pursuit? >> Plano's still behind county for the pursuit. >> Eastbound on 55 >> approaching Ridge Road and that's before I-35 County trying to set up a trap. >> All right, so he just wrecked the vehicle. Uh looks like he's going to be going on the raised median of Ridge. >> Here's something rolling back up for release though. 35 mph County >> Around 35 mph. >> So what kind of damage we have to the vehicle? >> Under carriage, I don't know about the front. >> 10-4, the tire still intact? >> Affirm, tire still intact. >> Do we know what kind of gun it was? >> I have no idea, but that's an exit right there into the wall. The one in his neck by the collarbone looks like a small caliber unless that's just a puncture wound. He's got one in the trap. That looked like an entrance wound and maybe it came out through the shoulder. I don't know if that's ricochet or what. It >> And there's also one in front of the ear by his trap. >> Is that shrapnel in his face? >> Maybe. That looks like a shrapnel. >> We're going to need to go to Eola. He's got nowhere to go with vehicle. >> Going nowhere to go with vehicle. >> We're entering the parking lot at the BP gas station off of Eola Road. We're going to be cutting through Eola. >> Parking lot at BP cutting through Eola. >> Can you get clarification from Plano PD where they're at in pursuit if they're willing to take over? >> 571, are you willing to take over pursuit? >> That's affirmative, we can do that. >> So they're going to step up. I'm going to follow up after that, okay? >> 10-4. >> You know, just have to mention great teamwork with uh Plano PD and Kendall County Sheriff's Office to be able to relinquish duties back and forth uh for several reasons. You know, we don't know those reasons, but that's really good police work working together, multi-functional. >> Can Con 571, we We 611 as primary. We are going to be turning up turning northbound back onto Yolo northbound back onto New Yolo. 611, we came to a stop here at the intersection of Yolo and I don't know this intersection here. >> [screaming] >> 611, SHOTS FIRED, SHOTS FIRED. DON'T MOVE. >> [screaming] >> DON'T MOVE. SHOTS FIRED, WHO'S GOT A SHIELD? >> SHIELD HIM. >> DON'T MOVE. DON'T MOVE. ANYBODY ELSE IN THE CAR? >> I'LL GET A SHIELD. SHIELD. >> 2971, 611, I NEED YOUR STATUS. >> WE'RE 10-4, holding traffic. >> 10-4, holding traffic, emergency radio traffic only, emergency traffic only. >> Hey, you good? >> We'll advise on the one. We got one detained. Car is clear. >> Car is clear. >> Hey, did you shoot? >> All right, let's move it. >> Recording. >> What do you need? >> Shirt. Take this. Take this off. >> Watch his head. Watch his head. >> All right, I'm going to let you take over since you're a medic, sir. >> Yeah, one right there. >> Yeah, I just He pointed that shotgun at me. I thought I was gone, dude. >> All right. All right. >> That shotgun [laughter] could have hit me. I thought I was gone. Oh. Yeah, man. >> All right. >> I like three or four rounds shot off. I thought I was dead. Yeah. 80? >> Okay, so when we wrap this case up, again, we're just going to ask ourselves this question. What factors are considered when officers face with imminent threat, okay? We'll get back to how this family call ended in just a minute, but first, officers stop a carjacking suspect and the street is about to light up with rifle fire. Take a look. >> All right, shots fired. Shots fired. Shots fired. >> I copy shots fired. Requesting medical. 18K, do you copy? >> Numerous units here. >> About the only thing that I'm going to say with this particular incident is shots fired, shots fired. Officer needs help. Officer needs help. Officer involved shooting. Officer involved shooting. That should be the broadcast. Granted, there's a lot going on, right? Adrenaline is just rushing and pumping. I get all that, but at the same time you want the cavalry. You want all your partners to show up, especially when you're taking fire like that. >> I'm going to need a shield. >> 806 you need a shield? >> Yes, you have a shield in my car. I need that. You got that shield. >> Next unit grab a shield from Sam Q's car. >> You got it? >> I got you. >> I got fire. I got fire. >> [ __ ] >> It happened that quick, okay? In a matter of a split of a second. Didn't even allow the officer to get out of his vehicle. I took over cover. >> [ __ ] >> You guys want to meet here? Yes, you need to grab a shield. Yes, you have a shield in my car. >> I saw movement. I'm coming your side. Are you okay? >> Yeah, I'm good. I'm good. >> Damn, they're taking rounds, man. >> Officer needs help. Officer needs help. >> Shots fired. I copy shots fired. Requesting medical. >> Okay, this is from the second officer's body cam. >> Shots fired. Shots fired. >> [screaming] >> Shots fired. Need additional units here. Next unit needs to grab the shield. CFD, I have a shield in my car. I need the next unit to grab that shield. I'm coming your side. >> Get additional units. Get that shield because preservation of life is priority number one, right? They want to approach as safe as possible and to provide a CPR, whatever aid, you know, necessary medical treatment that the suspect needs. >> Are you okay? >> Yeah, I'm good. I'm good. >> You got hit? >> No, I'm good. I'm good. >> Okay, so before we wrap this case up, again, we're just going to ask ourselves, do we look at the quote-unquote moment of threat, right? The moment they engage in deadly force, or do we look at the totality of the circumstances, okay? We'll get back to that shootout in just a minute, but first, Alaska officers chase an armed felon on foot, and he is not putting the gun down. Take a look. >> I got him right there. >> STOP! YOU BETTER GET DOWN! HE'S GOT A GUN! HE'S GOT A GUN! HE'S GOT A GUN! DROP IT! SHOTS FIRED! SHOTS FIRED! SHOTS FIRED! DON'T MOVE! GET ON THE GROUND! >> 10-15, WE'RE GOING TO NEED EMS. >> City 06, subject pulled a gun. >> HEY, EVERYONE GOOD? BACK UP! BACK UP! BACK UP! >> CITY S19, no shots fired, command. Let them know we have any details. >> Back up! You good? Dryer, EVERYBODY ALL RIGHT? HEY, I'M GOING TO MOVE FORWARD, DRYER. You got lethal? >> I got I got lethal. The gun's over there. >> 10-4. All right. You got gloves on? Holster. >> Okay, code four. Let's get EMS as soon as possible. Again, and I know I mentioned this a lot, preservation of life. We got to try to save his life even though we engage in deadly force. And again, what I will say is that, you know what, shots fired, shots fired, shots fired. Officer needs help. Officer needs help. Officer involved shooting. That pretty much takes it to a heightened alert to get everybody there. And of course, we are going to talk about, you know, this crossfire in this situation where you know, it's again, adrenaline is pumping so high that you really don't have time to think about a lot of stuff, okay? >> Upgrading EMS. Everybody all right? >> Yep. Upgrading EMS. >> I said I. >> Crossfire, shots fired, SHOTS FIRED. >> DO NOT MOVE! >> DO NOT MOVE! >> DO NOT MOVE! >> CITY 06, SUBJECT PULLED A GUN. >> HEY, EVERYONE GOOD? BACK UP. BACK UP. BACK UP. BACK UP. WE'RE GOOD? >> WE'RE GOOD. TURN ON YOUR BELLY NOW. THE GUN IS OVER THERE. >> I'M GOING TO MOVE FORWARD, DREHER. You got lethal? >> I got lethal. >> The gun is over there. 10-4. >> I got gloves. >> You got GLOVES ON? HOLSTER. >> EVERYBODY ALL RIGHT? OKAY, LET'S GO ahead and wrap up this case in particular video number four. Uh first and foremost big shout out to Fairbanks PD man outstanding job. Look, you're not going to hear me say whether it's a good shoot or bad shoot. We are going to talk about some important things that you can be educated on like how important is it to know crossfire, right? The reason why we all all staff officers across the nation LAPD, my agency, and the majority of agencies mention crossfire, crossfire, crossfire is because you can't get involved in a situation where unfortunately, right, one of those rounds can end up shooting your own partner. So, you want to be able to orchestrate and be in a position where you're not having these bullets flying around. That's why you have obviously have to be careful of the crossfire, okay? Okay, now going back to case one, okay? First and foremost big shout out to Akima County Sheriff's Office. We did ask about why did the sheriff hesitate to engage in deadly force. Look, what I will say is this, I am no better than he is. I'm not here to pass judgment as to why he did not engage in deadly force. He has to live with that decision for the rest of his career. Uh it seems as though that again, he probably knew or had knowledge of Anthony, right, the suspect in himself and the family and he took a lot of other considering factors as to why he didn't engage in deadly force, okay? Look, we'll leave that up to them. At in the end of it all, there was a life saved, okay? Even though Anthony probably wanted this influence for the deputy sheriff to shoot him, okay? Okay, so now going to video two, right, the case that we saw case number two. Uh again, big shout out to Plano PD and Kendall County Sheriff's Office. And the question we ask ourselves is what factors are considered when officers are faced with imminent threat. I talked about this in other videos. It's the acronym AOI. Adjudicators and everybody who's going to be reviewing and providing an examination and an analysis on this OIS are going to ask themselves the acronym AOI. Did the suspect have the present ability? Okay, did the suspect have the opportunity? And last but not least, did the suspect have the apparent intent to engage in deadly force? Okay, so last but not least, case number three, route. Big shout out to Vallejo PD, or I should say Vallejo PD, which by the way, it's one of the most violent cities in the state of California. There is violent crimes happening every hour on the hour. At least that's what the research shows us. It is. It's up there, okay? What considered to be top three or top five. With that being said, do we look at the moment of threat or the totality of the circumstances? Adjudicators are going to probably look at that totality the circumstances. Barnes V. Felix is the latest US Supreme Court case that pretty much allows adjudicators to say, "Okay, look. Why don't we start looking at when this actual incident started?" And then work your way, take all the circumstances, all those factors, and then weigh in on the decision whether or not it's going to good shoot or a bad shoot when the officers engage in deadly force. All right? Hope you learned something. Please, please like always, be safe out there. Okay, so Anthony was sentenced to eight years after pleading to attempted aggravated murder of deputies and related firearm accounts. Okay, so the son later died in an officer-involved shooting after the manhunt. And as for his father, he had been shot with the shotgun on the original call. Okay, so Rubel died after the Vallejo officer-involved shooting that started on a carjacking traffic stop. Okay, so Brandon died after Alaska officers shot him during the foot pursuit, okay? Now, the state conducted a full review of their officer-involved shooting and found this shooting to be justified. Okay, let's go ahead and click that like button and that notification bell.
