Sometimes all it takes is one bad decision for things to spiral out of control. And as a cop, you have to be ready for anything. >> He's trying to run over the police officer right now. >> This guy is not playing. >> Oh my god. >> Hey, stop. Not you. >> And we have a convicted felon who shoots a deputy during a traffic stop who then goes on a violent carjacking spree. >> 911. Where's your emergency? It just said somebody steal my car and threaten me with a gun. >> Slowly step out with your hands up. >> Stand by. We're taking the ground. >> But first, cops respond after a man breaks into a construction site and steals a front loader. Take a look. >> Um I need police immediately over um one of our construction sites. >> Is it just a construction site? >> It is. It is a construction site. Yes. Yes. >> Okay, tell me exactly what happened. Uh, we just had somebody hop the fence and it looks like he's hotwiring one of the bulldozers right now because you have video of this. >> I'm I'm watching him live right now. >> You're on scene or video? O >> over video. And I we have a guard on site. Um, and I did dispatch them. >> The suspect, white, black, Hispanic, or Asian? >> Uh, looks either white or Hispanic. >> Can you tell how old he might be? >> Uh, maybe late 20s, uh, 30s. >> And what color shirt and pants is he wearing? >> Uh, he has a tan beanie. Um, a tan jacket. Uh, looks like gray or black pant and white shoes. Yeah, looks like he's messing around with it right now cuz the bulldozer's right in front of our camera unit. >> Where's security? >> Um, they're supposed to be on site. I called them right away. No, no, I just saw him with the the blue towel and it looks like a shoe box or like a like a brown box full of possibly. >> Okay, your security's on scene with us. It looks like that guy threatened to kill her. >> Oh, you threatened to kill her? >> Uh, yeah. We might be on the phone with her. >> 911, what is the address of your emergency? So, I have a guy trying to steal a gold closer. He's just threatening to kill me. I'm out of security at one of the properties. Um, I tried getting him off the property, but he was threatening to kill me and he has a weapon on him as well. And he's a Mexican guy. He did have a screwdriver pointed at me and he did say that he was going to shoot me. So, I don't know if he has a gun on him. So, uh, I definitely would be advised on that, too. I'm not armed. So, >> no, no, no, no, no. Look, I can tell you just from experience, and I'm sure that all my fellow colleagues across the nation, cops, deputies are going to tell you that nothing can prepare you for this type of weapon. You have a bulldozer, I mean, 40,000 lbs. Think about that. How do you prepare yourself and assess and evaluate the situation when you know that that bulldozer man can run over pretty much anything or anyone? >> That's no need to that. We got like four officers in route. >> He's real aggressive. actually super aggressive and he's still trying to take off with it, but it's not moving. So, >> they're not too far away right now. >> Oh, he got it started. He finally got it started. Um, and which means he's probably going to back up and take off with it right now. Yep, he's [clears throat] got it. And he look like he's probably going to ram the fence with it. Well, yeah, he's ramming the fence with it. He's going over the fence and he took off with it right now. So, which means that they will have to go behind it because he's driving right behind the house. It finally stopped. Um, >> he just went over the fence. Yep. My morning. I see uh I see one of the cops just pull up right now. And yep, he got there. Look like he's about to run OVER THE POLICE CAR. OH MY GOD. MY MORNING. COPY. [clears throat] I see him. And he's taking off. He's coming towards me now. HEY. He's coming right at my patrol vehicle. Hey, stop. STOP. Coming at me. Stop. Get on. Stop. He's still moving his body to the whole park. STOP RIGHT THERE. STOP. Shots fired. GET >> ON THE GROUND. STOP. DO NOT MOVE. INNOCENT POLICE, DO NOT MOVE. DO [screaming] NOT MOVE. >> Get cover here. >> We're called four. We got one at gunpoint. He's got his hands in the air. Hey, can you hear us? >> Hey, can you hear us? Okay, he's moving. Okay, we shot. I'm pretty sure he's hit. >> He about to go. Yep. There you go. There you go. He's trying to run over the police officer right now. >> This guy is not playing. >> Oh my god. Yep. Um trying to kill him. >> Yep. The cop trying to take him out. The guy's trying to roll over the cop in the police car. And he just Yep. He just destroyed the police car. >> He destroyed the police car. >> He destroyed the police car. The cops are still shooting. Oh my god. What in the world? That is crazy. >> We're always taught to stop the threat. And that is the ultimate goal cuz imagine if that buller just takes off and goes to the streets. Who knows what else could have happened. >> They got him. Passed away. I think they got him. All right. I'm going to have to call my boss. And Wow. >> All right. They're contained the scenes. All right. Thank you so much. You're welcome. All right. >> Hey, can you hear us? Hey, can you hear us? >> So, we're probably going to have to Hey, keep your hands up. >> We can have him try to crawl out. >> Hey, start crawling out toward us. >> Let me go. Let me go. Hands. I did. >> Okay. I will do hands. I will be hand lethal. Stay lethal. >> Okay. So, at this moment, you got to have an officer who has command and control. Whether that's the senior person, the most experienced, or even the SARS that's at scene. Command and control, meaning that you have to formulate a plan as to how you're going to tactically approach safely to apprehend the suspect, right? To affect that arrest. I'm going to tell you from experience, I don't think there isn't an a police department when you do a use of force update or tactical update courses how to deal with a suspect in a bulldozer, right? This is all new to all of us. So, just food for thought. >> All right, do we have a 40? Let's get a 40 up. Listen to me very carefully. You're going to keep your hands right there. Do not move the bulldozer or YOU WILL BE SHOT AGAIN. DO YOU UNDERSTAND? >> WHO SHOT? >> I shot. >> Yeah, I shot and Jacob shot. >> Okay, I will be hands. You're going to stay lethal. >> Do we have a 40? >> Yeah, let me get a 40. >> Hey, keep your hands where we can see them. GET OUT OF THE BULLDOZER SLOWLY. I CAN'T HEAR YOU. CLIMB OUT OF THE BULLDOZER SLOWLY. >> KEEP YOUR HANDS. >> LET ME SEE YOUR HANDS. >> Do not PUT YOUR HANDS DOWN. HEY, >> we still have one at gunpoint. We're giving them commands. >> You're you're lethal. You're 40. I'm going to give him verbal commands. Sergeant, backup, hands on if I need. >> Yeah, I'm going to get gloves on. >> Megan, just stand in the back there. Stay on, Megan. All right, listen, sir. You're going to slowly climb out of the bulldozer. Go down those steps and get down on your knees. >> You understand? Let's go. >> Hey, keep your hands where we can see them. Get out of the bulldozer slowly. I can't hear you. CLIMB OUT OF THE BULLDOZER SLOWLY. >> ALISO, give them Spanish ones. Can you get a good shot on the 40 from here? >> Yeah. Come over here. Louder. Louder. Alviso. >> What's he saying? Hey. Hey. Exit. Hey, you need to come this way to us. What's he saying? >> Get out of the bulldozer slowly. >> What's he saying? Yeah, I I I I think we're going to have to I need I want someone on that side in case he goes mobile again. And we're just going to go up there and we're going to hands up. >> But someone stay lethal. Can Jacobs, can you get lethal? >> Listen to me if we're going to climb up. I don't I don't want lethal behind us though. >> Just communicate with us. >> Take your hand out of your jacket. >> We're still giving commands. He's inside the bulldozer. Bulldozer's not moving. His hands are up. He's refusing to come out. >> Hey, give me some over here. >> Hey, give me Hey, hey, Okami. Come here. Never mind. We got there. So, he's his hands are up. He's just refusing to come out. So, we're eventually going to go up there. We don't know about any weapons. >> Do you want us on this side? THEN WE GOT CROSS. >> YEAH. Can you be hands on? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> And look, the decision to go in. You know what? It's that calculated risk knowing that he might be armed, but like that one officer said, I need lethal, but just make sure lethal is not behind me. So, somehow someway you're going to have to figure out how to tactically deploy the non-lethal, right? for 40 same time, half lethal. Right. These are just tough decisions to make, but hey, this what police work's all about. >> I got Okami going with you. >> It looks immobile, but he has he was coming out right on me. >> You're going TO GET SHOT AGAIN IF YOU PUT your hands down. >> If he comes out this way, we'll grab him, too. >> We're moving up. DO NOT REACH FOR ANYTHING. >> WATCH YOURSELF. >> HELP. HELP. Help Brown when he comes down. >> I got hands on. Hey 40 is Hey 40 is 40 up 40 up 40 is out 40 up >> lethal now 40 >> 40 deployed >> let's go >> 40 was deployed he's still uncooperative but working on getting them out >> if you're wondering what the 40 means what they're saying 40 40 it's a 40 mm kind of like a socket circular round that when You deploy it and it hits, makes impact, and it hurts like hell, man. So, just wanted to let you know, but it's non-lethal. >> THIS IS MOVING. GET HIM OUT. >> He doesn't have Hey, WATCH. >> Watch it. Hey, GET HIM OUT OF THERE. GET MOVE OUT OF THERE. GET OUT OF HERE. >> YEAH. >> Watch your foot. >> Stand over there. Relax. Get him. Sit him on that power block. >> What do I got? You >> got a little bit of a cut right here. >> All right, that it. >> Yeah, it's okay. You're not even bleeding. >> Okay, when we wrap up this case, we're going to look at a couple of things. One, is there a time when officers should stop giving verbal commands? Two, are the risk of boarding this bulldozer justified to bring this incident to an end? And three, is the shooting at the bulldozer even justifiable under these circumstances? We'll cover this all in the wrap-up, but first, cops conduct a traffic stop that quickly turns deadly when the driver opens fire. >> 911. >> I believe a sheriff just got shot here on the exit. >> You think a deputy just got shot in the exit? >> He went to stop a car and heard a gunshot and the car just fled away. It was a red Nissan Morano. >> It was a red SUV. It looked like the guy just stuck his gun out his window. >> He's bleeding out. >> He's bleeding out. Can you commend for safety to him? Are you close enough? >> There are three people doing THAT RIGHT NOW. HE'S SHOT IN THE neck responsive. Hold on. You got to hold the neck first. >> We can't, bro. >> Damn it, Caleb. Man, >> hold pressure, man. Hold pressure. >> Come on, buddy. >> Come on. >> COME ON, BROTHER. WE'RE HERE, MAN. >> Take a breath. Continue CPR. >> Respiration. They're getting loaded up now. Guy had a warrant and he went to stop it. He didn't get anything on the radio. Cash buyers called in a deputy's been shot. >> Travel trying to set up our >> What kind of sh >> the up been up there? Is it on me? >> Yeah, I was there when they were It doesn't look very good. >> 911. Where's your emergency? >> I just had somebody steal my car and threaten me with a gun. Big white male about 6'1 maybe. Had a girl with him who was supposedly very sick and then just had surgery. They were heading toward Lexington. That's where he said he was going. I was going to try to help him out and he forced his way into the house, pulled the gun, told my wife if she didn't give him car keys, he was going to shoot me and kill me. >> What kind of gun did he have? >> It was a big heavy gun. Looked like a 45. I said, "As soon as you leave, I'm calling the police." And he said, "Well, they'll just kill me." And I said, "Well, from the looks of things, that wouldn't be a big deal." First couple of times he made the threat, he had the gun down by his sights. Then he started moving it up. I wanted to punch his lips out. >> Do you see any vehicles outside of your house that might he might have showed up in? >> Yeah. Do you see a red Nissan Morano out there or anything? >> Right in front of It's sitting in my driveway. reference to death of an automobile. Subject forced his way into the redo in the driveway. Police believe the subject left parad >> the woman that he was with. Did you get a good look at her by any chance? >> She acted like she was in a lot of pain. It seemed genuine. Did >> you by any chance happen to notice that she had like one of them little hospital bracelets on her wrist? >> No, I didn't cuz she stayed in his car until she got out and came around to get in my car. One of several reasons why we decided to launch this channel is to give you these particular videos from a cops lens. And I can tell you and I'm certain all my colleagues across the nation, retired cops as well, are definitely going to sympathize and they're going to know the pain and the tragedy when you see one of your partner officers get shot and end up getting killed in the line of duty. Uh, you know, regardless of your opinion about public safety or police officers, uh, this is the cop's worst nightmare. Okay? So, I just wanted to get that out there uh before we started getting into tactics and this manhunt that's going to happen because the bottom line is we cannot let the suspect get away. >> Lexington just had a shooting at Rosen James. >> I will spread the word. Okay. >> Apparently, there was just a shooting at Rosen Gems and there's a white Dodge caravan that was busting carjack prior to now the suspect is a Ford Bronco. >> He stole another car at Rosen James. >> He's in his third car jack vehicle. We're in route right now. Looks like they have on the other side of the road. I can't tell where the Bronco is right now. >> Helicopters up, but I guess just with so much area to cover. >> We got the Bronco. You got the Bronco. >> Metro's got K9. They've got Marshall Task Force, a couple other Fed units down there. They said he's fled on foot in Lexington and I'm going to go find him. >> Yep. Me, too. >> What are you hearing? Where do you want me? The >> woman was screaming at me. Cops coming back over. She said that she may have seen a bigger white dude run down this place. >> I'm going to go up here and try to keep a perimeter. >> Okay. A couple of things worth noting about this situation that's going on right now. So, you know that he already shot a cop and there was another shooting that the suspect got involved as well. So, even though you always want non-lethal to be present, right? The 40, the bean bag, taser, all that non-lethal weapons is good to go. But you know what? No. lethal let's go. As a matter of fact, if you have an AR-15, an assault rifle, high power rifle, because you have to stop the threat. If he's willing and able to take the life of a cop, he's going to take the life of an innocent bystander. You just need to know that. So, all hands are on deck. The manhunt is on. >> Go inside. >> Two doors. >> How far is a Bronco out from this block? Right back there. Hey, Hardley. Stay out until we have something. Don't go in by yourself. This house. >> I don't know. I'm just holding. >> I'm going stay with you all. >> Hey, make sure y'all stay together. >> Yeah. Do you know what he's wearing? >> A white male is all I know. Say blue shirt. >> Car between Whitney. If it's false, I'm going to give up this parameter. >> Broncos 97. >> Watch your back. >> Spread the word. He's already carjacked two people. So, if y'all know people driving, you might want to tell them to not be driving. >> Yeah. And to add on, he's armed and dangerous, right? You got to set up that perimeter. It's a good thing that they have the airship because the airship is going to probably give you a very, very good picture depicting where they think the suspect might be, right? You know, nowadays, you also have like drones. If you can just get that drone and deploy it as quickly as possible, that's very good because that's another tool, another resource to give you an idea as to where you think the suspect might be located. Okay. >> A cemetery back there, Jack. >> Yeah. >> But it goes like we confirmed you went that way. >> I don't want to give all this. No, we don't need for that to be nothing. If the helicopter is the only way they're going to find the cemetery. >> Yeah, we have comms with them and all. >> We were told that you guys had the cemetery, but it's not the case. So you heard the last thing that I heard that was what we got from everyone. I don't have anything else yet. >> They told us they cemetery. So we all >> if they're not then that way. >> There's another cemetery >> said in between Whitney and Price. >> Is there another vehicle at that house? >> He's also got a female with him. >> See, there's two people with him. A female and him. >> I don't know if they spotted him or >> you never saw anything. She said her trash can got knocked over. If the car crashed, I mean, the doors are open. Like, he comes to a pretty abrupt. >> And also, another critical component worth noting is dispatch, right? At the 911 dispatch center, you want to be able to get a couple of operators cuz here's what's going to happen is maybe the suspect starts jumping in backyards and people's homes and maybe threatening them as well. You want to be able to get those calls and try to lock down those locations. So, you're communicating not just with one dispatcher, but multiple, right? kind of like a task for a team to let the officers, deputies, and everybody know who's at scene to which direction the suspect may be going or where he could be possibly located. >> There's no way cuz he wrecked out here. I parked here and made my way to you all over there. >> My ass would go in the woods with me. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, he's already on a car jack. I wouldn't be surprised if he got another one. We idiot walking down the street. I don't think these people realize he was going around shooting. Where he at? Where's he at? They're calling somebody out. >> Possible house shot. It's also possible to shot the homeowner car inside this house. Second house. >> The second house. Second house. >> Hey, Hunley. Is it the brick? Brick and gray hold there. >> It's apparently barricaded in our house. >> Stand by. We're getting >> good numbers on the house. 8628 right now. >> I'm going to move this so we got better cover. >> We've had very limited information on what happened. >> It's been crazy. So, I just want to find this guy. >> Hey, if you go up like one more car, you're out of line of sight. Then you'll have that house as cover as well. >> Hey, Aaron, did we put eyes on him in there? >> Yes. He came to the door. I couldn't possibly identify him, but a black male came to the door and retreated back into the house. >> They think they got him. >> This was our target house >> right here. >> Blue door in the back. Yes, sir. >> 100% sure it's not his house. >> I'm not 100% sure anything. I'm going off what they said that that is likely his blue shirt and he did a home invasion on the next one over. >> Window. >> Window. Right. Window movement. >> Hey bro, come outside WITH YOUR HANDS UP. >> LITTLE broken window. Hey, watch out. We got movement on this right window right here. >> Occup. >> I'm assuming y'all have ER. You coming a barricade instead of be nice to use a PAL situated. >> Use a PA system. Start calling in if you can. >> Tam, I'll pick you up. I'll pick you up. Go ahead and talk. Thank you. >> We'll just hold on this back door. >> What's your name? >> Uh, Stephen. It's a weird name. Who's coming? >> Keep looking out the front. >> Somebody is. >> This is the Lexington Police Department. >> 860, slowly step out with your hands up. All occupants, please step out with your hands up. >> Hey, IS ANYBODY ELSE IN THERE? >> IS ANYONE else in the residence? >> 121. We got somebody coming out. >> Hey, let's go. >> Do we have a shield? We have two people exiting. >> Central, just stand by. Hold the radio. He's coming out. >> He's trying to get cross movement in his right window. Hey, don't go up there. >> 320 coming to you. Serge, >> we still got movement that right window. >> Hey Joe, you got a scope. >> Two males come out of this residence. Knock the suspect. They're somebody still inside. >> Our defense are saying that the suspect is in the house. Suspect is in the house. >> Okay. So, a couple of things also to uh keep in mind is uh is it a criminal barricaded suspect or not? Right? So, the other question you got to ask yourself is time is of the essence or you know what, do we need to act now? It seems as though because this manhunt and they're at an innocence home, possibly hostage situation. Who knows, right? You got to act like swiftly and quick. >> Clear to keep the argument. >> Yes, that's a farmer. Keep him coming, please. >> Unit Whitney, I'm being advised that he's standing behind the front door. One of the homeowners across the street just told me to stand behind the door. >> Where are you? >> Trying to get to him. >> Hey, Antoine. They're saying he's in there. >> He is for sure inside >> with no shirt on. Come outside, FEMALE. FEMALE, >> COME OUT NOW. LET'S GO. MOVE FASTER. >> COME OUT TO THE ROAD. Keep walking. >> Keep walking. All the way to the road. Keep going to the road. Move faster. This way. Hurry. This way. Come to me. Hurry. >> I don't think that's They're saying that two came out and he's still in. >> One guy left inside. What's your last name? Hard. Okay. Hey, you have the right to remain silent. Okay. Anything safe will be used against your court. Do you have a car close? >> No, it's done. >> Minus two, but >> I'll stand with her. >> No, I was just going to put her in the car. >> I'm go cover. I'm going cover. >> I'm stay I'm staying on the back just IN CASE. >> EVERYBODY STOP TALKING. Turn and face to me. >> Dogs gone. Dogs out. Dogs out. HEY, HERE. PUT YOUR HANDS UP. >> HANDS UP. >> WE GOT CONTACT HERE, CENTRAL. >> HEY, COME HERE. HERE. HERE. >> AWAY FROM HERE. >> HEY, EVERYBODY STOP TALKING AND WALK TOWARDS ME. >> LOOK AT ME. TURN AND WALK. TURN AWAY from me. >> Watch your back. Watch your cross. Watch. >> Very good on the part of that officer. You know what? You want one verbal command, right? One contact to give these commands to have them come out so we can apprehend them. But here's the deal. It's a multi-jurisdictional, multifunctional operation going on right now. And so the question is how are we coordinating all these efforts to have an arrest team or who's going to be in contact and you got to deploy the K9. It looks like that's what's probably going to happen. So again, you can see it it can be chaotic. So far so good, man. >> Is there anybody in the house? >> What's your name? >> I got Hey, face away. I got you right here. Put your hands behind your back. >> Stand by. We're taking to the ground. >> Hey, plate me. Plate me. >> Hey, play to the house. Fight to the house. WE DON'T KNOW THAT'S IT. WE DON'T KNOW. THAT'S IT. >> Get up. >> Call for in custody. 10:15 means it's in custody. But you know what? The job's not done. You got to go and clear the house. Where we going? Piece of [ __ ] >> Whose star we putting him in, I think. Whose car we put him in? >> Hey, WE PUT HIM IN YOUR EXPEDITION. >> Let's go. >> Hey, pat him down. Pat him down, >> man. You got anything on you? >> Pat him down. Bull, >> man. Who the dare you? >> Huh? >> My friend, shut the [ __ ] up. You got to watch the back though cuz they ain't clearing the house. >> Get your ass in there, man. >> That is him. >> What's your name? >> What's your fulling name? >> Stephen West. Steven Sensei. Steven. >> Yeah. Okay. Did you just Hey guys on the rear. We got guys going in the clear. Hold your fire. Okay. He says he's got a friend with him. He got a friend with him. >> He's got a friend. >> Hey boys. He said there's some guy named James that's involved. I don't know who Dave is. Dave is >> Clemens. There might be one more in there. >> Hey, get more announcers at the door. >> Step by the car. Come on. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Got your cuff on. >> Shut up. >> I don't want to hear you talk. >> Shut the up. >> Now, also worth noting is that this is a homicide, right? From the beginning of the scene, you got that homicide from the actual officer that got killed in line of duty when he shot him in the neck. Okay? So, you got to follow that and just maintain your emotions, your composure, and remain professional, man. Just by me watching this is uh I'm heartbroken, man. Really, it just it's it's devastating. >> Just even just me showing up here. Imagine being there. >> I want to patt him out again. >> Check that out for bothering you. Are you want to go to the hospital at all? >> You ready? >> Swing your feet up right now. Do it now. [ __ ] feet up there. >> Okay. So, as you can see, he's probably going to end up getting admitted to the hospital. If he does get admitted, you're going to have to have a hospital detail where you're going to have a couple of officers uh babysit him until he gets released from the hospital. Once that happens, then you start the booking procedures and ultimately he's going to end up in jail. See you soon. Sorry. >> Yeah, kids, mother. >> You're a piece of >> Don't say a word. You keep your mouth shut. >> Should turn the gun on yourself. >> You're going to have to stay away. Did you do any heroin? Your pupils are really small right now. That's not really indicative of cocaine. >> Yeah. Yeah. You are sorry. That boy had kids. >> Yeah. Yeah. Oh my. Just shut up. Just don't say nothing else. Shut up. Just don't talk. It's not that hard. Keep your mouth shut. >> Sir, I'm going to have to narc you if you don't stay awake. >> Yeah. I think you don't need to be ning. What kind of you taking my life? Never mind. >> Sir, you have not done cocaine. Your pupils are never done. >> If you fall asleep again, we're going to have to narc. >> Keep your eyes open. Wake up. This ain't something you need to be falling asleep for. >> Keep your eyes open. Cut to the bed. We can't treat this. >> Wake up. >> No. Just wake up. >> Wake up. >> Stay awake. >> Hey, sir. I'm Dr. Kim. I'll be your doctor. >> What's going on? >> Are you having any symptoms at all? >> No. >> No. Okay, that's good. >> Stay awake cuz I pull some. >> Stay awake. >> Open your eyes. took a couple. >> Couple of questions you probably have before we wrap this case up is, you know, how do you maintain your composure and your professionalism when you have a cop killer that you have to transport and you got to go through this whole arrest and booking procedures. The second question I have is, you know, how do you actually get this multifunctional operation with multiple agencies uh to maintain their composure and all these different tactics uh to go in pretty much uh on a manhunt uh to apprehend the suspect? And the last question I have cuz it wasn't an OIS, is yes, is this a criminal barricaded suspect? Do you treat it like that or is time of the essence or do you have to act now? Okay, I can tell you from experience, all tactics that all these officers deployed in this particular incident is going to be in policy. And I'll leave you with this is again, I say this all the time is that the loss of life is a tragedy in itself. But I got to tell you, man, when you watch your fellow officer get killed in the line of duty, that hits home hard. and my heart goes out to all those agencies uh and my condolences and get that necessary mental wellness. Take some time off and really grief like you're supposed to. Okay. Now, to wrap up the first case, you have two shooting officers that were shooting at a moving vehicle, which is generally prohibited in policy, but I can tell you as a result of their use of deadly force, uh it did come back in policy. Okay. Okay. So, Hang Ring Concareno was charged with two counts of attempted murder with a deadly weapon, resisting a public officer with a deadly weapon, grand lararseny of a motor vehicle, and multiple counts of destroying or injuring property. Look, if he is convicted on all counts, he could face more than 50 years to life. Okay. So, Steven was charged with murder of a police officer, two counts of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, three counts of first-degree robbery, firstderee wanton endangerment, firstdegree assault, and two counts of burglary with persistent felony offender enhancements. He was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole plus a combined 170 years. Okay, let's go ahead and click that like button and that notification bell. Don't forget to subscribe.
