Sometimes one bad decision behind the wheel can change everything. >> Oh my god, >> that one was just going too fast that there was no way they could stop. >> We have a woman who turns a shoplifting incident into a dangerous police pursuit ending in tragedy. >> Stop. Stop. Get out of the car right now. >> This is on This is on you. >> And we have a woman who causes a deadly crash after speeding down a wet road. Remember? >> Yeah, we got more evidences on the way. >> But first, cops respond to a shoplifting incident that quickly escalates. Take a look. >> These two right here are >> shooting as well. >> Oh, like right now? >> Yeah. Got this lady right here. >> Confirm on the female break. I was just advised I have two more people at Target who are currently in the process of stealing. >> I can't tell or not. I've got the performance on them. They're like right there. >> Um, also they got the one that just ran away. Okay. They're on like the front uh gene wall of girls. >> Walk away too close. >> Copy. Yeah, they're uh still under They're like right underneath HPA PTZ. >> Uh she's in like a gray hoodie, shorts, a sling backpack. First thing. >> Okay. He doesn't have it anymore. They're on a a underwear back. >> They're both black. >> He's got a gray slash white hoodie. I don't want him to leave the store. >> Okay, so let me stop right there to let you know that their protocol for this is those radio calls that we used to get called the uh see the officer holding a 484 suspect, meaning you have a shoplifting petty theft suspect and basically a patrol unit's going to go pretty much at scene. The minute they get there, what they're going to do is they're going to transport and do the booking procedures only, right? Transport, arrest, and booking procedures. That's it. The retail store is responsible for the rest of the legal proceedings. Now, what you do is in a situation like this is the minute they cross that threshold, the cashier's line. Make sure you have those loss prevention officers right there and then to go ahead and uh place them into custody. But we'll see what's going to happen. >> They're going for the exit. >> Uh the front. Still good to take them or no? >> Uh, yeah. Still good to take them. >> Hey, stop. 111. They're running. STOP. Both black one female black shorts. STOP. STOP. NO. STOP. 111. She's trying to take off in her car. Stop. Get out of the car right now. >> Get out OF THE CAR. >> STOP. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> STOP. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> GET HER. >> GET HER. >> IT IS. GET [screaming] HER. >> STOP. >> GO. >> WEATHER LINE. >> GET HER. >> OH, MOTHER. I want to drive off immediately. Adam 9 x07 right jeep about left Smith form. They're right in front of you. >> 9. I'm in pursuit. We are going south on 121 east. >> Okay, so we mentioned the P word, right? We're in pursuit of the suspect. minimum package is two cars, right? And a supervisor. If you have the ability to get the airship, get them there and start pretty much uh dictating and managing to see if you're going to need more additional uh police vehicles partners to come into the pursuit, right? To join the pursuit, uh depending on the circumstances. >> Six over here. If they come on 169 28 point, I believe Missouri Charles out of nine. Slow down now. Approaching 86 Street, we're going to be He's going through advanced auto. >> We have six. So, just go ahead and back off a little. >> Be back off. They're coming right to you. Tightening in the grass. Anybody go around the right? >> Yeah, same. Uh, looks like they got a really good lead on us and OP's backing off quite a bit. So, Oh my god. Jesus Christ. >> CROSSFIRE. CROSSFIRE. CROSSFIRE. K9. K9'S ON SCENE. >> COME OVER. >> Show [screaming] me your hands. >> Hey, show me your hands. Show me your hands. Do it [screaming] now. We got a female and male laying down. Both unresponding. >> Show me your hands. >> Let me see your hands. Get the lobsters OVER THAT WAY. >> HEY GUYS, I'M CHECKING ON THE OTHER CAR. >> If any of you move, I will send my dog and you will be bit. >> Hey guys, are you guys okay? >> Please help me. >> Is there How many people do you have in the car? >> I think I don't know if I have so bad. >> Okay, hang on just a second. Okay, >> please help me. >> How many? >> Uh, three at least. >> Uh, looks like juveniles. >> Hey, sweetie. I'm going to undo your seat belt. Okay. >> Please help me. Please. I need to call my parents right now. >> Hey ma'am, can you can you crawl to me? >> What? >> Can you crawl to me? >> Where's my phone? I need to call my parents. >> Okay, just come out of the car for right now. Okay, >> we're going to get her out. Come on, >> please. I need to call my parents. >> We'll get Can you walk? Can you get up and walk for me? >> Okay. >> Can't check the car back. >> Dusty, break that back glass. Check the back. >> Go to my >> You got >> Go to my turn signal. There's a red. There you go. Hey, was she built it in? >> I can't see anything. >> Did she get pulled out? >> Hey, they said there was three people in the in this car. >> What the [ __ ] >> There's three. >> Yeah, >> there's only two. [screaming] >> Look around. >> He's got a pulse. He's breathing. >> What? >> Yeah, he's got a pulse. He's breathing. He's not responsive for that. Sit up. >> Can you sit up? >> Can you sit up? >> You don't know. Okay. Do you have any weapons on you? >> He wants some gloves. >> It's It's I have some, but I didn't think about it. It's already on my hands. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Okay. God, the tragedy just Yeah. It's It's just difficult watching knowing uh the result, right? Um, one of the things that we definitely have to mention when we start talking about uh a vehicle pursuit uh that I forgot to tell you is if you don't know uh there is this uh theory TC by influence, traffic collision by influence and if you haven't figured out by now is vehicle pursuits are inherently dangerous, right? Because there's innocent bystanders uh in cars and maybe people on the road as well. So tracking mode is always an option. it's a good option to kind of back off and give the suspect uh the illusion that you know what, oh my god, the police is not here. Let me just kind of slow down because it's getting very dangerous, especially when you start reaching high rates of speed, right? And so, one of the things when you start investigating this pursuit that turns into a vehicular homicide is the fact that what was the influence? what caused this suspect to just take off uh and just lose it, right? And get involved in an accident and pretty much injure serious bodily injury. We don't know [music] yet if it's a homicide, but it looks like it is. With that being said, those are the kind of things and those are the issues that they're going to do a full body analysis. >> Do you have an ID? >> No. Huh? >> You trying to sit me up, please? >> Yep. We'll set you up. >> Yeah. You want to sit up? Yeah. Grab that corner, please. I'm going to support your head. >> Up you go. >> All right. Cross your feet. >> Cross your feet. Cross your feet. Back on my knee. Okay. >> Cross your feet. >> There we go. >> That way, it's a little more comfortable on you. >> All right. If you need back, I'm standing right behind you. Okay. >> What's your name? >> E N I S H. >> T E N I S H A. All right. Tanisha. >> M A Y B E R R Y. >> M. A Y B E R. Your hands clean more. >> Yeah. >> You want to take this one? >> Did see that? Those are two two young girls in that car. Two young girls. >> One of them had a cheerleading outfit on. Probably leaving the school. >> She's begging to call her mom and dad. You could have stopped. >> Could have, but you didn't. This is on This is on you. >> If those girls died, it's on you. You want to add her to the call? >> All right. Tanisha Mayberry. >> What's What's that other idiot's name over there? What's your pastor's name? >> What's his name? >> Who is he to you? >> I ain't got time to play games with you. Who is he to you? >> Boyfriend, friend, neighbor, cousin, brother. You don't know. >> I can't do this, man. Can't remember his name now. >> I said I can't remember his name. >> Who is he to you >> in case he dies? We need someone to call. >> I definitely kind of feel for the uh for the officer. I mean you can imagine the emotions and the impact a situation has seen has like that on all of us uh who respond to these traumatic incidents right and then the trauma keeps building and building and building and at some point you know you you know you got to seek and make sure that you can cope uh and find coping mechanism but with that being said uh yes you got to remain professional you're trying to get as much information as you can uh to be able to investigate this uh vehicular homicide if We will, right? We're almost there. However, getting information about the people involved, the parties involved is very, very important because just like the officer said, we don't know if your passenger is going to end up dying. So, I got to make notifications. >> You heard anywhere? Hey, talk to me. Look at me. >> Looking down at the ground. ain't going to do [ __ ] >> I can't hurt. >> Not really. Okay. >> But I can barely move and [ __ ] >> Okay. >> Was this Did this originate your guys, sir? >> Yeah. >> What was originating? >> Shoting an ambulance. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah. First officer tried to stop him. Uh I don't know the details, but apparently they fought and got away. trying to question. Our sheriff was like, "Hey, >> no, I'm just trying to give you all my appreciation. >> Can I talk to you a little more?" >> Hey, Kenisha, how are you? >> The uh Can you answer some questions for me? >> What's your first and last name? >> Kenisha. >> You know what today is? >> September. >> Okay. You know who the president is? >> You know who the president is? >> Can you look up at me real fast? >> Okay. Can you look up at me real fast? >> Okay. Are you hurting anywhere? >> Your whole body is Hey, boss. What's your name, man? >> Cortez Wson Jerel. >> Uh, your last name is Wson. W A S O N >> and first name is Cortez. Do you have a ID out of Missouri? >> You do? >> Okay. How old are you? >> You're 18 and you're born in ' 06. >> You're 19. >> Do you have an ID in that car? You want to cut move to the front? >> Yes, please. That's going to be the best way. I got you back here, sir. I got her. >> Uh, do we have one back here? Yeah. >> Arm free. >> Okay. >> Move around. >> Move your arm here. Okay, Denise. >> Let's move it to the front. >> Okay. >> How you doing? >> Okay. No, I can't feel any step offs back here. But we'll have to get her coat off. >> We're taking the coat. Okay. >> Yeah. Take it now. >> Yeah. >> Yes. >> We get a little help from you. >> Now we're going to have to cut it. >> That worm hurts. >> That arm hurts. >> Okay. Scissors are cut. >> Yeah. >> While we're watching her being stabilized and being transported uh to the hospital, uh we definitely have the homicide detectives to roll that scene. all resources, right, available uh to start conducting uh a critical incident. Right now, you have uh you got to set up a command post for one and you got to tape off the perimeter uh and make sure that you try to preserve as much evidence as possible. However, at some point, uh, depending on the outcome of the victims in this case, uh, this is going to turn to a homicide, which means that now we got to be really, really cautious with what we ask. And that Q&A that we have with the suspect. So, >> yeah, you're like me. I came in from >> Can you pull it straight? >> I got some. >> Yeah, we can pull it. >> Here we go. >> Got some. Okay. >> Let me know when I need to move. >> Okay. >> Going. Okay, that'll work. Tanisha, we're going to lay straight back. Okay. >> There we go. >> There we go. >> Tanisha, how old are you? >> 38. >> 38. >> We just going to the bus now or you talking to transport already? >> We're going to go to the bus and get some things. >> Yeah, we'll be got an ID and check some stuff out. talk any about transport as far as local or back home? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Officer. All right. Wonderful. Thank you so much for coming. You all can wait out here or you can come this way. It's up to you. >> We're going to be going right in this first room here. >> All right. [sighs] I greatly appreciate you coming in and filling this out. [laughter] You could say it's been a mess lately. [snorts] >> A mess because of this or what? Or >> there there was a couple little things we were dealing with and then this kicked off and it's >> a lot of things going on. >> Yes. >> So, did you find out the the lady that did you know ran and her son was in her? >> She's in custody. >> She is. Is he okay? The kid? >> Yeah. >> Now, why was the police officer right there and was she in the store? She was actually in the store getting paperwork for another shoplifting that had just occurred. >> Oh wow. >> So we had people out at a traffic stop on the highway with those folks and she happened to be the closest one to the store after all that. So she went to go get documentation for that >> and she got on the radio saying, >> "Hey, I just got told that there's some other stuff going on." >> And so I was actually headed there to back her up um when it all started and due to traffic I couldn't get there. >> Yeah. >> In time until >> things really started popping off. cuz I was literally right outside the door. I was looking at my phone and I usually when I go to Target I kind of park in the same area the most part you know here is the door and I'm right here and I just kind of heard a rustle. Um so it must have been her with you know like all her gear rustle [snorts] not like someone grabbing someone else [clears throat] and then a stop stop and I kind of like look up and I see this police officer running and I'm like is that a [laughter] you know not a police officer but is that a um what's it called? I kind of saw the woman [cough] I think out of the corner of my eye and then I heard a rustle and a stop stop and then like I said I was kind of like is that security police officer? What >> I think what she's talking about is loss prevention officers. They're in plane clothes and they act as you know in an undercover capacity and once there is a petty theft that that has been committed you know it's their job the minute they cross that threshold to apprehend them as quick as possible. >> One quick question. Uh, when the vehicle started backing out, were you able to see if the officer was still reaching the vehicle, still by the door, or could not see at that point? >> I [sighs] I don't know. >> Okay, that's fine. >> I mean, I really I'd be lying if I said either way. I don't >> That's all right. >> Remember, I don't know. And Okay, so let's say this is the car >> or let's say this is the car and this is another car. So, I was like kind of over here, but I didn't want to get too close because I was like, "What if someone starts shooting someone >> and then what if she starts backing out?" Because at one point she started backing out. I was like, "I better move because this woman is going to go." >> Okay. So, when we wrap up this case, we're going to look at uh probably the main issue here is going to be what we call risk versus reward. In other words, is the juice worth the squeeze? Meaning, are we going to go in pursuit of a petty theft suspect? That's a decision that this police department made. One, two, and how does that decision affect uh the entire uh remaining outcome of the incident? Okay, we'll cover this all in the wrap-up, but first, cops respond to reports of a suspected drunk driver involved in a serious crash. >> Keep going. Keep going. Hey, are you good? >> How's my son? >> Who else is in the car? >> Is anyone in the car? >> This is all we have. >> Yes, sir. >> We have two kids. Keep going with what you got. Yes, sir. We have two kids. [crying] I have two kids. One over there that's from conscious and alert. He's over with family. Dad's right here. >> Are you dad? >> And I was just watching. >> Okay. Do you want to sit up? >> I just done. >> Okay. Well, let's stay there for now so that way it's set. Okay. >> Help my daughter, please. >> Yeah, we're helping her. We're helping her. >> Who's the guy? The red the red shirt. >> Let me know what you >> Hey, man. >> Hey, come here. Come here. Where are you? >> What? >> I can't I don't understand Spanish. Come on. America. Okay. Okay. >> Okay. So, I have to worry about my daughter. We need him to build. >> Yeah, he's broken. >> Listen to me. Listen to me. >> All right. You there. >> I'm here. >> So, what we're going to be taking care of your kiddo care. Okay. >> Has a pulse. All right. What's your What's your son's name? >> Make sure that Where's your You just walked off. >> I've got the guy in mind. What's that? >> The driver who this driver is starting to flee, >> so he's in my car. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> That one's done. >> And that's his Emil. >> Hey, the boy inside. He's He can't move. >> You guys are driving in there. There's someone in there. >> I got I got a helicopter. >> Hey, we got one more. >> Hey, are you okay? >> 5-year-old Lennon was rushed to the hospital while her six-year-old brother was taken inside a church right opposite the wreckage. >> Hey, are you okay? >> He's in my car. >> Okay, so a couple of things to clear out before we go any further. Uh first the uh male Hispanic that can barely speak English. Uh my thinking is he actually was part of this vehicle right of the female who is unconscious uh that's in the cars. She's probably going to end up being party one uh involved in a DUI or alcoholrelated uh traffic collision and the impact was so horrible as you can see that it might just turn out to be a homicide. Right? So we don't know that yet. Uh, and you know, scenes like this, uh, emotions are flying high. It's so chaotic. One of the things that you definitely want to do is you want to coordinate area and just start making sure that the only people that belong in that crime scene because it's going to probably end up being a crime scene is the assigned personnel that are responsible for investigating this. Uh the more you let people walk uh in and out of this crime scene, if you will, the more it's going to get contaminated and you want to keep it as pristine as possible. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. We got some more ambulances on the way. >> You got that other guy, too. >> Sorry. One one second. >> Yeah. I don't know the condition of this one. Uh but he should probably go next. So, I got a kiddo in there that's problem. >> We'll let fire figure that out when they get here. Appreciate the information. So, where's the kid at? >> Uh, kid's right inside. >> Right inside. >> Okay. He's warm, conscious, pretty alert. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Okay. Sir, what were you asking? >> He's another guy on his car, but he he's in the other car. >> Thank you. >> I don't want her to move. >> You don't want her? >> Try to open the door, but do not move. Everybody back. >> All right, guys. If you're not involved in the accident, please move back. >> Guys, if you're not involved in the accident, can we please go over here, please? >> You need anyone to testify? I will >> If you witness the accident, okay, do me a favor. Come over here. I'll be over with the witness statement for just a minute. Okay. >> Yeah. And that's a very crucial part of this investigation is to as you're telling them to look, move back so we can do our job again. You know, go ahead and start putting that crime scene tape around. Get their information and make sure that they cooperate. Uh it's best to tell them, look, if you can just stay here and don't go home because we really need your statement. It's going to really impact this entire investigation. It's very, very important for you to tell us exactly what happened. So uh assign an officer to start getting all the information you know names and uh email addresses and their telephone numbers or if they can actually uh stay then yeah let's uh get them to be very very comfortable so they can give us a statement to exactly what they saw as it relates to this uh major major uh TC. Right now you're chilling off the outside. >> Okay, >> let's start on witness statements. >> What hurts? Yes, sir. No problem. >> Everything. >> Hey, don't worry about that right now. Okay. >> No. >> Did you guys witness the accident? >> Okay. Do you mind doing this? >> We did not. We came out after it had already happened. But from what I understand, the gentleman in that maroon colored vehicle was drinking. He threw some bottles over here on the church >> over on the church parking lot. >> Yes. >> I'm going to grab some statements. Would you mind showing those to me in just a second? It's okay. We got the kid taken care of. Okay. >> The kid's going to the hospital. >> What happened? >> You said I was like, "Okay, where >> it's a girl? I still >> All right. Just fill out your permission up top, front and back. Um, just try as detailed as you can can be." >> Um, when you're done, sign there. Yes, sir. >> And right there, please. Okay. >> Thank you, ma'am. Did you witness it? You both did. Okay. Just work work on the same one. Okay. >> Okay. So, how much have you had to drink today? >> A lot. >> Okay. >> Hey, J. >> Do you guys think we got out of that car to the north side of the building? >> Okay. >> Um, he had two bottles. One of them looked like a beer bottle and I'm not sure what the other one was, but I'm pretty sure they were both bottles. Breaks my heart. >> Hopefully she'll be okay. >> Okay. So, what is all hurting? Can you tell me >> everything? Okay. So, what the fire department's going to do is they're going to come get you out. Okay. We don't want to move you right now. Just put there might be some stuff broken. All right. >> Here. I'm going to get rid of this uh airbag. Okay. >> I'm going to hand out some statements. I'll be right back to keep looking. >> Okay. Fire's here. They're going to get out. Okay. >> So, >> all right. What's your name? >> I got ice cream to you guys. >> Char, you stay away from me. Okay. Shame. Okay. >> Okay. Are your keys turned off? Do you have your keys? Can you stay away from me? Okay. >> Yeah. >> Hey. Hey, there are the keys in the car. >> Both of you witness it. >> We were in the car together. >> Where are you guys at? >> Oh, no. We were coming this way and the car was behind us and since we weren't going too fast or anything, I think they wanted to go faster. Seemed like someone was following them. So, they turned to that middle lane, but instead of going into the middle lane, they went all the way to the side and the car over here was going at a normal speed, but that one was just going so fast that there was no way they could stop. >> It did. >> Hey, Shme, stay with me. Hey, stay awake. Okay, >> Sh. Hey, stay awake. >> She Hey. Hey. >> Stay here. Okay. >> Stay here. >> Okay. You're going to be okay. >> Okay. So, we're waiting for uh the extraction remain out of the vehicle. The mentioning of those beer bottles of that witness that directed the cop, you know, in the back. It it looks like at the back of the church parking lot where they were throwing away the beer. So, that's very important evidence. You definitely want to get a police officer to pretty much assign that particular area. Cordon it off, right? I should say cordon, right? Put some yellow crime scene tape around it and just wait and see and make sure that nobody goes in and out of that particular quadrant or whatever it is that you actually cordon off. Right. It's very very important because it's going to be really really important evidence as it relates to this uh DUI related uh vehicular possible homicide. Did anybody else witness the accident? >> I just spoke to the I spoke to the father driver. >> Okay. >> He said that he was uh put uh um Sam was giving his daughter CPR. She was she had a pulse. Um he said that the SUV uh was swerving. Uh it was it happened really fast. Obviously, he floored it right here and uh they just swerved into the that lane and hit and hit that car head on. That's what the >> the dad didn't even know what happened. But but he did say that. He said he just swerved right into our lane. right in the leg >> and his legs like snapped in half. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. Um we've got one of the kids in here as well. >> You don't have to. You don't have to. >> Take out your face. >> Your your daddy's outside waiting for you. Okay, buddy. >> Big smile. >> She Okay. Hey, I need you to keep talking to me. Okay. >> Okay. So what were you guys driving to home or to >> just from your house? Were you going somewhere? >> Okay. >> Was she in the car seat? >> Yeah, booster seats. Wherever we are. >> Oh, they're both in booster seats. >> Yeah, it's right here. >> Okay. It's okay. I'm going to have the passenger of this car. He's in my car. >> I'm going to get this glass here. Hey, do >> you have witness once? >> Yeah, I have buds in my car. Crap. >> Yeah. >> Now, the passenger of that female Hispanic car, right? Party one of Charmaine. We're going to see how cooperative he really is. You know, he doesn't speak much English. There's a language barrier. Get someone that's going to interpret everything he says verbatim. It's very, very important to know whether he's going to make up a story or what his story really is. hoping that it helps out uh with the situation with what happened with the kids. God is just this is just gut-wrenching to say the least. >> It's hurting right now the most right now >> the leg. But that's I don't know for now. >> What part of your leg? >> The whole leg I don't thought is broken. >> Okay. That impact was so hard right there. Sit against my knee. That way you can take that pressure off of there. You're good. >> Sit right there. Okay. I can't. Don't. >> I'm just paying attention on my leg. That's where all the pains. >> What's your relationship here? >> I don't have no witness anything. >> Yeah. Yes, sir. >> Do me a favor. By the black truck. >> I got pictures immediately after the accident. You guys want them? >> Uh, yeah. Let me grab the uh >> I witnessed the speed. I pulled up on the exit. Hey, >> could can you fill out a statement for me? >> I sure can. >> Still trying to track down everybody that's a part of this. >> I got one. Cool. >> I'm going to need your information. >> No problem. >> Um >> here. Can I'll give you my You guys need ID or anything? >> Do you have it? >> Yes, sir. >> You have it. Are you able to Are you okay enough to lay something down? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Let's go ahead and get you started with that. Let's have medical take care of this. Yes, sir. >> Here's that information for you. >> Just hold on to that. >> Sure. I give you that. >> Where do you park? >> Um, I'm talking to a lot. I'm encouraged. >> Are you okay if I just go in the right? >> Go ahead and do that. Calm down. Do what you need. >> Open compound crash right here. >> His information is two kids information. >> You have all that? >> I do. >> Okay. >> His son is in a church. >> So, we just need to make sure before he takes off in the ambulance, we get the son >> son's information. send an ambulance with him. >> Okay. >> Guys information, all their information plus the department. >> I think I'll probably end up going. >> Yeah. >> If six-year-old son was laughing, so he's doing okay. >> Yes, ma'am. I know the person on the gray car really well. Am I able to leave you with my phone number, my name, and could you guys like at least let me know how they're doing? Like or like so I can go see if when they're ready. >> I'll provide this to the investigators and >> please like I'm like really worried and ma'am at least want to know how they're >> How do you know them? >> Well, he's my really good Well, we're like dating. Okay. >> My friend, >> you know what? First and foremost, a big shout out for uh I want to say it's AON Police Department and I want to say it was Valley City, the fire department. What an outstanding job in such a chaotic situation. Uh there's not much really to break down or to gain out of this besides the fact that, you know, and I say this a lot in my other channel is that you have to make better decisions when you decide to drink and then operate a motor vehicle. Please, you have to stop doing that. Whoever you are, you have Ubers, you have lifts. That's the biggest lessons of them all. Uh is the fact that look at the impact that it could have. Now, you have someone who is deceased because of your actions. Okay? So, you should be held 1,000% accountable for your actions. Now, going back to the video one, the case one, we did talk about risk versus reward. And big shout out to Coffeeville PD again for maintaining professionalism. we actually went in pursuit, right? It went from one state to the other. Uh what I will say is this in regards to the risk versus reward. Is the juice worth the squeeze? You have to make a determination whether or not you're going to go in pursuit of a petty theft suspect. Okay? And that's going to be analyzed and examined a lot when it comes time to adjudicate uh this pursuit and this critical incident, if you will. Okay. And uh DTC by influence. Yeah. Where did the influence start?
