Just step off and we'll just talk about it. Okay. Why are we stepping off? Cuz they don't want you on this aircraft. They don't want me on this aircraft. Let's just talk about because I'm getting Hi, ma'am. My name is Officer Link with airport. Please go ahead and stand up. Stand up, please. Ma'am, y'all see this stuff? These are times when airport Karens act like laws don't exist. Starting with this Karen who somehow managed to upgrade her ticket from economy to a jail cell. On September 21st, 2023, airport officers responded to a service call regarding a fight at a restaurant inside the terminal. What should have been just another day at the airport quickly turned into a front row seat to peak insanity. Uh, this guy will tell you what's going on. I was just walking up and you hear this loud thing and I guess a younger woman this elderly woman in the face with a bone. Yeah. And the elderly woman thought she was bleeding down the side of her face. Then the woman went spit somebody else's face and a bunch of us were trying to contain her back down into the individual hit two people. One person spit another one. One spit the other. Okay. So there. Hey. Hey. What's going on? She spit on her and then knocked her with a felt down. Of course, she was like in the way, but you can turn this off. She's screaming and yelling at her right here. She did take the face of her cell phone and that's what hit her. That's what hit her, but it's You were in the way. Look at that. Um, so right here is when she walks up to her and her no she Yeah. If you slow it down glasses, she went that way and it looked like she was trying to find somewhere to hide because we were all like congregating. She could have gone past us and gone down deep, but Okay. Is that video something you're able to possibly send to us? Of course. This is her. And then this is where she's got glasses on. And then you can see where she spits on this lady right here on the paint. And you can't tell right here cuz she was going in the way, but this is where she hits her. right here. That's where she hit her. Yeah. And it shows you there. Okay. This encounter is already insane. But wait, it gets so much worse. Yeah. This is exactly where she went. Right. Yeah. Can I get Can you pull that video up? And let me see if I can grab it. That's the beginning. I'm here. That's like your own mama getting hit, you know? It's like sick. Yeah, I was I would have gone after I thought she was coming towards me when she's on my phone. Yeah, she's still down there. So, somebody she is on somewhere. She would take you off. Thank you. We're going to go look. Upon further investigation, officers discovered that the suspect had been on a onewoman crime spree, vandalizing multiple businesses and oh yeah, punching an elderly woman with a closed fist because apparently when she flies, she prefers violence over first class. What direction? Okay. Did you just have somebody come through and knock all this off? Well, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. We have a picture. Was it a woman? I'm trying to I'm nosy. I'm black. I'm trying to see. Was it a woman? Yes. I just need to see a picture of she looks like this. Thank you. After speaking with the victims, officers asked if they want to press charges and surprisingly they didn't want to. And then there she was. Hi ma'am. My name is Officer Link with Airport Police. You go ahead and stand up. Stand up please. Ma'am, stand up. Put your hands behind your back. Stand up. Do not resist. Roll over. Do not resist. Okay. Don't make this any worse than you've already made it. Come here. Do not resist. Your hands behind your back. Do it now. Hands behind your back. Now give me your hands. There you go. Stop. Stop resisting. Resist. You're making this more difficult on yourself. Roll over onto your stomach. Put your hand behind your back. Do it now. Being placed under arrest by this officer for disorderly conduct. Do you understand? You stand up. You going to bring my car over here? Uh, we may need that. Yeah. We're going to set you in this chair. Okay. Okay. You hang out there. She wants to do that. That's That's her thing. Okay. It's an additional charge. Is this thing an officer? Hey, you want to sit up in a chair? Let's get you sit up in the chair. Come on. Stand up. Okay. Okay. All right. She said to be in a chair. Let me chair. Yeah, I understand that. Now you can relax. Who? Who's not relaxing? There's no need for pulling away. There's no need for language. Pulling away. Okay, you are. I'm not playing games here. I can sit the up if I want to. You can sit right here. Just like that. You want me to like this? If that's what you want to do. Calm down. What are y'all waiting for? My vehicle since you don't want to walk. I can sit up. Where's your wallet at? I don't have a wallet. Where's your ID at? I don't have ID. I magically appeared. That one's here. Thank you. Magically appeared in the airport. Okay. There are different kinds of airport Karens. Some throw full-blown tantrums, making sure that everyone within a 5mm radius hears their soba story. Others, like our suspect here, operate with a different kind of chaos. Quiet, but just as destructive. Let's go. Welcome to a car. Stand up and walk. Get a chair. Get a chair. You don't need to do that. We're going to put you in the chair then. No. No. You don't want to walk. You ride in the chair. I want to ride it. You going to walk now? No. No. I want to ride. So, I want additional charge. Hurry up. Where are we going? I'm walking that way. Stop. Y'all see this stuff? Come on. Push me out. Stop resisting. That's right. Okay. Push me out. Additional charge resisting stop. Chris, lead the way. Spitting. All right. Why don't people go through the car? She's spitting. Okay. That's why. You're making less work. Congratulations. So anniversary for disorderly conduct. What does disorderly conduct mean? You see another look it up. I don't know anything. Try to have a conversation with you. Will Beach. Okay. You're entitled to your opinion. Thank you. After finally getting this unhinged frequent flyer into a wheelchair, the last step was getting her into the squad car and off to the station. And you already know how that went. Like trying to fold a fitted sheet in a hurricane. All right. What we're going to have you do is lean over the hood of this car. She's going to hurt you before you go to the show car. Do you have any questions? I can't walk. I don't want a guy who is serious. I'm not getting anybody around. I'll take my blindfold. Wait, take my blindfold. Do not resist. I don't want to break 400. Okay. Well, don't resist. Don't damage your glasses. Y'all damage your glasses. All right. I'm going to help you sit up. You want to put you in the car. Do not drag your feet. Walk to the car. Turn around. Wait. I need my glasses. We're going to get in the car. Put on my face. Nope. We're not in the car. We're getting in your car. We don't want to see your glasses. My glasses. Thank you. Can I have my glasses? I need my glasses. Not under my hair. My bad. You got to go. No. Sit up straight. Watch. And just like that, she was chauffeurred straight to the station. Charged with elder assaulting a first responder, vandalism, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. Just step off and we'll just talk about it. Okay. Why are we stepping off? Cuz they don't want you on this aircraft. They don't want me on this aircraft. Let's just talk about it. Because I'm 18. In June 2022, a woman on a flight was being so disruptive that the pilots had no choice but to turn the plane around and return to the terminal. But the second officer stepped in. It was clear they were in for a long ride. All the way in the back. They're trying to allow her to come off willingly. If she will not, she's refusing to come off. We'll go deal with her. Okay. Do you guys mind deboarding the entire plane so that we do not have to deal with her with an entire plane of people? Can we ask if you wish if she would come off first if she doesn't? Yeah. [Music] Hello. Hi. Um, what's your name? My name's Officer Smith. I'm with Nashville Airport Police. Um, they're saying that they want you off of their aircraft. Why is that? I don't know. They just said that you were refusing to get off their aircraft after they asked you to get off. Right. They didn't give me a reason why I needed to get off. They told me that they were going to talk to me outside. They didn't inform me why they were going to Hold on. Let me catch my breath. I'm like, I don't understand why there's so many people like on top of me. Have you had anything to drink today? No, I can't I was looking for water. They didn't give me water. They told me that the police wanted to leave. I just want water. Okay. Have you had any alcohol today? No, I'm on a satical. Okay. The officer calmly tried to convince her to leave, but the way she carried on made one thing obvious. She had zero plans of backing down. Okay. So, do you mind stepping off the aircraft and they can talk? My name is Officer Smith. Yes. I'm sorry. You see, I think it's important that people call you by your first name. You can call me by my first name. That's fine. Do you mind stepping off the aircraft? We can figure out what's going on. Please let me know. I'm going home, so I need to know why I'm getting off the plane. So, they're a private company. They're allowed to refuse you service on their aircraft. So anytime a private company like a business Yes, they're a business. So they're allowed to refuse you service like because Okay. So if you do not get off the plane, we are going to deboard the entire plane and we will pull you off of the plane. You're going to pull the I have to set my intention and I have to stay calm. So stay calm. I don't know what's going on. Like I said, they didn't tell me what the problem is. So, if you will get up and just walk off, then we can deal with it. Okay. What is the reason why I'm getting off the plane? They're a private company and they're allowed to deny you service on their airline. Okay. Can I get the reason why they are denying you service? They don't have to have a reason. So, they can just throw me off? Yeah, pretty much. Are you serious? Yep. They're a private company. Any private company can do that? Yep. I'm getting like, can I have some water? I I I thought you guys were going to bring me some water. No. Okay. So, I'll be here for the water. I'll just keep coloring. Ma'am, you need to stand up and get off the plane or every single person's going to get off of this plane and we will deal with you. You're going to deal with me? What does that mean? Like, you're going to me. You're going to like deport me. Like, my family is from Portugal. Like, that's not okay. I have no reason. I'm a US citizen and I'm white or maybe I'm black. I don't know. But this is just a tattoo. See, I am human, too. Okay. Mic drop. Okay. I'm going to be the first female. Can we deboard the plane, please? No. I want to go home. I want to go home. Welcome. I'm not doing this with a plane. This is my fourth rescheduled play. Don't do this. Get out. You're telling me not to have water? Is there no reason? Nobody told me. getting off. Hey, starting from the front, start walking off the aircraft. Okay. Uh, we need to get everybody off. This level of insanity deserves its own kind of recognition. But that didn't seem to affect this woman much, especially when she revealed her wild plans for the future. You got to get off. All right, go ahead. Go ahead. Hold on. Just go. Just go off and we'll talk. Okay. What's your name? Just step off and we'll just talk about it. Okay. Why are we stepping off? Cuz they don't want you on this aircraft. They don't want me on this aircraft. Let's just talk about it. Because I'm tall. Because I'm white. Because I'm black. Let's go talk about it. I am human, too. Let's just go talk about my job. I need Barack Obama. Tony Robbins. Hey, I'm being This flight is important. Let's just get out there. Everyone on this plane, remember, I will be the first US female president in the United States of the remember this. With the officer's patience wearing thin, they were ready to wrap things up and get her off the plane. But that's when the real show began. All right, let's go talk about there. I'm sorry. Can you call somebody? Yeah, we can get my supervisor down here and all that. I need I need to talk to I need to talk to my husband. Please go and talk to him. Okay. Come on. So scared. I'm here with you. Okay. Please. Come on. Okay. Let's go outside. We'll use some water. Just get you outside and we'll use some water. Can you help me? She's very I'll help you. Okay. Australia. Okay. I'll help you. I can't wait to go back. I want to go back this year. Let's go this way. I love you. I'm fine. My name is Gory. She's more control. She's off the aircraft. Okay. You wonder 10:15 or what's wrong? Here. Come over here. Let's have a conversation here. We'll get you a water. Yeah. They're going to get you a water. So, just come sit down and we'll talk. Easier when we're walking. Can we walk and talk? No. Let's have a sit. Let's have a seat. Okay. Can I talk to my Stop. Stop. Why are we stopping? Why Why are you arresting me right here? Get on the ground right now. Jesus Christ. I can get off my phone. Sit down. Okay. I'm sorry. I'm not going to go anywhere. So, I just wanted to talk to my husband and I asked for water. Please close your dress. Let me close your dress. Let her stand up. This is where water is. Can I stand up? Yeah. I can get up by myself. Stand up. Okay. So, we're going to walk downstairs. We're going to go to one of our patrol cars. Okay. I just have to breathe. Can I have water first, please? No. You're not going to get me water? No, ma'am. Not after the scene you just caused. We can have water later. What did I do? You just threw yourself on the ground. I sat down. You did not sit down. You undid your dress. You exposed yourself to everyone in the airport. You're going to jail. You're being arrested. Okay. If she could act this insufferable while sober, imagine how unbearable she'd be under the influence. Luckily for the officers, she wasn't. Or this would have been an even bigger nightmare. She was ultimately taken to the station and was charged with indecent exposure, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. But just when you thought airport chaos couldn't get any pettier, this next Karen proves that sometimes entitlement starts before the plane even leaves the gate. Back in May 2024, police were called to the Spirit Airlines terminal regarding a young woman who took someone else's seat and refused to leave it. I'm going to ask her to come out. Will she come out? Does she have luggage? Uh, yes. With her? She does have a personal item on a car. Okay. Hey, how's everything? Okay. And you don't want her flying at all? Not even if she moves a seat. Okay. All right. Um I'm going to have to What's her name? Have her sit in this seat. She's in 13. Supposed to sit in this seat. She don't want to go. Well, now the captain says no. It doesn't matter. She want to get up. So, can you ask her to come up here, please? She's not going to come. She said you have a driver, but you're not going nowhere. That's what she said. Hello, Camille. How are you? I'm grieving how I'm feeling. I'm trying to get to a funeral day. Okay, ma'am. I'm sorry about that, but now I'm sitting in my assigned seat. No, you're supposed to be at 37E. Uh, no ma'am. You think I would make this up? You think I would hold everybody? It's right here. It's also right here. That's a screenshot. It's the app. View my boarding pass. Why would I make that up? Let me see. Why would I make that up? It's unspirited spirit. You think I'm going to waste my ma'am. It says 13. That's where I am. As the officer tried to talk things out and resolve the issue, the woman played the victim, acting as if she was the one being wronged. Give me a minute. Let me see your phone. Listen, I'm going to hold. I'm trying to help you. Are you Because doesn't everyone else see this? Have I came here respectfully? I understand that, but I've been so different trying to help you. Let me show you. I'm just trying to get Chicago. I have a funeral tonight. I've been working on I don't work for spirit. I know that you're tired. I'm trying to be I've lost my zen. Okay, relax. I'm trying to help you. Then talk to Let me go talk to them, but I need to see the phone. I'm going to give it right back. I'm on body camera. I'm not going to take your phone. I don't think that you're going to take my phone. I would just like to have my body camera. You see what I'm saying? Okay, let me see what I can do. If you're correct, then everything should be fine. How would I make this up? Well, because everything is here saying that you're on 30. You're supposed to be in 37E, so I don't know what the mixup is. They mixed it up. The officer trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, even took her phone to the pilot to check if there had been a mistake, only to learn that she had fabricated a seat number to fool everyone. Give me one minute to fix. Let me see. That's not That's the app, right? It's the app. Okay. Give me one minute. Okay. Let me talk to the camera. Hey, sir. I know it's on her app, though. Refresh. She would have seen her screen a screenshot. She opened it up for me. So, let show me how. Yeah, I can show you this. Let me see. Hey, sir. There's there's an issue with her on her app. It's saying 13e. So the thing is with the ticket her and spirit something happened but she's supposed to be as when she originally purchased the ticket said 13 but now she's being told she got to go. So I understand her not wanting to leave but there something's got to give with her and spirit then it's not you see what I'm saying like I like I I don't want to kick somebody off who doesn't deserve to be kicked off because of of an error. That's that's my that's my concern. Here's my concern. She's not complying flights and instructions. That's a no. No, I understand flights and instructions on the airplane. She's not flying the air. No, I understand that. It's understandable why the pilot was frustrated. Nobody wants to deal with an entitled passenger, especially on a budget airline where tensions were already high. With no other choice, the officers and the pilot gave her an ultimatum. either leave the plane willingly or the entire flight would be deorted. Now, take a wild guess which option she chose. I don't I don't know, but I'm going to tell you right now. Why don't you ask in ask I'm speaking to you. What's your name? My name is know my name. I don't know your name because I don't have I didn't speak to you. So, let's let's hold on. Let's let's have a conversation like two human beings. So, I'm going listen. That's fine. You don't want to have a conversation. That's fine. Let me tell you what's going to happen. What is there a conversation? going to come off the plane. If you refuse to come off the plane, I'm going to my give you your last warning. You refuse to come off the plane, you're going to go to jail today. I'm going to deplane everyone off the plane. I'm going to drag you off the plane. That's fine. I'll give you my last warning. All right. She says you're not coming off. I tried. I did. I tried. No, I [Music] heard you. While they're waiting, let me get a picture of your ID. Oh, you have your ID on you? Absolutely. I just talked to the chief pilot. Third time it's happened today. Just let you know. Twice in Atlanta. This is the third. Oh, really? One of those days. Here's the other thing. She's coming back to her. You got somebody emotionally emotionally disturbed and upset and now they're in an exit. I mean, who knows if she's telling us to be honest with you. There was some people willing to give up their seats for her. Oh, really? Yeah. It was too late. I thought they were exiting out. Hey, I'll give up my seat for her. I'm like too late. You know, I don't think that would have helped. You want to come off the plane or we got to see you? All right. You really want to go to jail? Just get off the plane. The final chance. There's no ma'am. There's no negotiating. Either get off the plane or go to jail. I'm I'm not doing anything. One last chance. Off the plane or off the plane. Go to jail. I'm not going to tell you. Off the plane or off the plane. You choose right now. What do you want to do? What do you want to do? He's asking you, please stand up and walk off. If you stand up and walk off, you can rebook. Three, two. If not, you're going to jail. All right. Let's go. It's going with your stuff right here. Yep. What's wrong? Someone had the cold. I got it. I got it. I got it. I got it. I got it. I got it. Careful now. Don't get me no trouble. All this stubbornness over a seat. And look where it got her. She was arrested and taken to the local jail free of charge. She received a 5-year ban from Spirit Airlines and was ordered to pay a fine. Speaking of meltdowns, imagine causing a scene at the airport that leaves everybody questioning your sanity. On September 12th, 2023, officers were called to an airport to handle an extremely belligerent woman. Little did they know they were about to deal with someone who could make even the most patient cop question their career choices. Break it up. 100%. Sit down. You actually don't. I'm not assaulting anyone. I'm not doing anything. I'm not doing anything. I'm not doing anything. I'm not doing it. Sit down. What is going on? I heard you from all the way down there. Did she assault somebody? She when I ran up, she was in the corner. She had her camera in the face of one of them and they were all grouped together. Where's your driver's license ID? Where's your ID? Listen, the faster you work with us, the faster we can know what's going on because right now it's completely escalated. Okay. Can you give me your name? Arrogance is an understatement. This woman wasn't just loud. She was the embodiment of entitlement. And for once, her mouth wasn't the problem. It was her actions doing all the talking. And none of it was pretty. So, as I'm on the phone with her at another gate for the paperwork, I said with the captain, "What did you say the captain said?" Mind you, the captain sitting right here said, "Ma'am, you are not getting on my flight." She chest to chest or like she chest to chest. She chest to chest me and him and like tried to like try to push. She slapped. Yeah, she like tried to slap me. Did she actually hit anybody? That's what I'm asking. She did make contact. Contact was made with her phone. Contact was made. She hit all three people with her phone. wife and she said you and then she's recording so I'm just standing here being recording is not illegal and then complete my statement and then she reaches across and swipes me like to hit me with the phone because she starts screaming directly in my face and I said you're not going to scream at me you're going to calm down this is the very behavior that our captain has denied boarding for at which point she starts slapping at me with the phone and she hit me here okay are you are you okay do I need to call paramedics The worst part, she didn't even feel an ounce of remorse for how she treated the airport staff. Instead, when she finally decided to speak up, it wasn't to apologize. It was to flip the entire situation and paint herself as the real victim. A masterclass in delusion. I don't even know what's going on. That's what I'm trying to You don't. And I am noting walking my way into this so you can off. That is not what you think. I have flown for 30 years. I'm a high school graduate and I've worked my way out of the darkest point that anyone could ever imagine. Off. I hate this whole place. Just But I assure you, I wasn't doing anything to screw any of the travel agents. They're the best people ever. I literally have never had anything like this happen. This is so dumb. I hate Americans so much that it's been being incub drunk as you think I am. I am just super traumatized. I am a handic. How much did you have to drink? I had two drinks. Full drinks. Very full drinks, but not any more than I normally drink when I travel. I've done this a million times. Okay, imagine being so oblivious that you don't even realize assaulting someone is illegal. But in this Karen's world, that's just another Tuesday. And to top it all off, she did it while being absolutely wasted. But her little performance wouldn't last long because the moment officers told her that she was under arrest, the mask started to slip. When did you start pulling your phone out to record? as soon as they said you could. I don't know when my phone recording is an issue unless you have an issue. So, I don't think my cord recording and you and I have a conversation. If you want to let me off and I let you off, we're good. Otherwise, off my plane is already left off. Either arrest me now, detain me. You are detained. Great. Then give me a detain and then I would like to contact my lawyer. No. Now. Now. I have a lawyer now. No, I have a lawyer now. Do I have a lawyer now? Do I have a lawyer now? Do I have a lawyer now? Do I have a legal right to lawyer now? Then right now, do I have a legal lawyer to desire now or yes or no? No, you're being detained right now. You're under arrest for PI. Okay. Now you're under arrest. What can I do exactly? You're under arrest for public taxation. Stop. Nope. No. I have a lawyer. I have an option to get a lawyer. I have an option to get a lawyer. When you get to the jail, you can discuss that with them. If you fight us, you get another charge and you don't get out in four hours. Do you understand that? Do you understand? Okay, you piece of and I'll sit down and I'll not get detained. If this woman wasn't already insufferable enough, she decided to level up by disrespecting the officers. You pieces of mediocre of your life. You make yourself feel good making 60s grand a year. You cocking tiny piece of you feel good in your wife with your 5 in. You can Are you done yet? Stand up. Okay. Stand up. I get a wheelchair. That's fine. So you can stand. I want to call my lawyer. That's fine. Now relax. No. No. No. No. I'm not fighting you that bad. You see, this is it. I'm calling my lawyer. Give me a person to talk to. I have been within an hour of anybody else. I'm an American executive platinum person. This is not a normal situation. Yep. How am I acting right now? How am I acting? It doesn't matter. It's how you're acting before. How we ended up on the ground. You know what? How I was acting before is so subjective. I'm not acting much right now, am I? Do not touch my feet. Do not stop. No. No, no. I'm going to see if you guys want to go through one of the pirates. For all the demands she's made about getting a lawyer, she seemed to forget one crucial thing. You actually need a case. And with the officer's body cam footage and multiple witness statements, the only thing she was getting was a cold, hard reality check. Damn, that's a bar. Upon arriving at the station, she was charged with resisting arrest, simple assault, and public intoxication. But this woman wasn't the only one with a talent for making things difficult. Like this next woman. On February 13th, 2021, a woman refused to wear a mask on a flight, causing so much chaos that the plane had to make an emergency landing. Man, we just need to talk to you outside real quick, if you don't mind. Not kidding at all. Walk up in the room. The problem is that you wouldn't comply with the mask rule on airplanes. Walk up there. I did. You have the wrong person. No, they pointed you out. No, that's not me. Don't make this difficult. My mask has been on me and no one has spoken to me. Walk up here. No one has spoken to me. Ma'am, you are holding up. Everybody's trying to go. I don't know why you guys are making this up. We're not making up. Can you just please go? You're the wrong person. What is the problem? I'm ask you please exit the jetway. You need to leave me alone. Captain, is this the woman that was causing the issue? Okay. What is the problem here? It was not me. You guys need to leave me alone. You need to leave. Tell her she needs to leave. I'm leaving. I don't need you guys around. This is ilawful. Would you Would you like to press charges? Would you like to charge my lawyer? Would you have to press charges? The only thing illawful about the situation is her not complying with the officers. And sure enough, she gets her ass busted for doing exactly that. For her to leave tonight, are you kidding me? Stop. Stop. Okay. What? Stop. You're under arrest. Because of my mask? What is wrong? Okay. Okay. Stop resisting. What is going on here? Please stop. Put your hand behind your back. Stop. Please put your hand behind your back. I will comply. What do you want from me?
