Oh, you spray painted the whole side of the house, too. Yep. And brand new siding. >> What did you do over there at her house? >> I spray painted [ __ ] on her house. >> Why? >> Because she's an [ __ ] What else did you do? >> These are times when delusional neighbors act like laws don't exist. Starting with this couple who thought yelling fourth amendment was a get out of reality free card. You own my property legally. Did >> you know it's I just read your law. I'm going back your home. >> On April 16th, 2024, officers were called to a property dispute involving a couple refusing to let a seizure truck take their belongings. What should have been a routine call quickly turned into a front row seat to unfiltered delusion. So, violation of our Fourth Amendment, this is not acceptable for you guys to be here. This is so unacceptable. You don't come in and see people's property illegally. Nobody in America who would look at our yard and say that you need to come through this property and get off my property now. You need to calm down my property. >> You're supposed to be for us a search. Where's it at? >> You need to read the paper. >> You need to give me a judge. I got work to do. >> You don't know how to write a ride. >> I don't care. I want my puppy. This is my home. This time our property sign get off now. Stand my ground. Get off my property. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. Get on my property. Where's the paperwork? Y'all let him be on my property. Judge by judge. >> Read it. Henry. It don't matter. >> The officers tried keeping things civil, but the couple had their own idea of cooperation and it didn't involve listening. >> Call your supervisor. Call your supervisor down here now. >> Henry. Henry, it's hard for us to talk to people with you yelling. >> I don't care. You kind of my >> You want us to talk to people? We can't talk with you yelling. >> Your supervisor. >> Okay. I need you to calm down. Right. Henry, where's Listen? >> I've been nice to you as long as I'm >> I don't care about being out. >> This is about being nice. Listen, this is about you on my property. I don't want I'm a homeowner. I want them off my property. I did agree to a special magistrate and both probably had to agree in my face. That's fine. Calm down. >> Listen, they've got the paperwork. >> That's what I want. You have to have to search or seizure my property. If you take anything off my property, you are stealing my stuff. >> Okay? You don't have to yell at me. All right? I'm doing my job. All right? Look, >> no, you're not doing your job. Just have them remove my property. And right on Q, they start explaining that the law doesn't apply to them because nothing screams legal expert like quoting Facebook memes in a standoff. >> I'm here to support them. I got called >> support. You're supposed to support me. >> I'm trying to. >> That is what the is that? Why you Why >> That's not a search seizure. I've got my supervisor. >> Get him here. >> I am. I've called him. >> Without a search war, he don't have a right to be on my property. >> No, I just don't think you understand. I know that you understand this search warrant. I read my know my rights. You think I got this house. They gave it to me. I worked my ass off. >> Understand? >> I'm not dummy. Get off the property. Get off my >> I can't do that. >> I don't understand. According to that paper, they have a right to be >> according to that paper and let you sign that. I'm going to write you some paperwork. Here comes Mark. I got you something here. Sign that, man. Get off my property. If you remove you myself have a judge to sign anything to seize my property. Henry won't talk, won't listen, and definitely won't leave. And while the cops are clearly hoping this ends soon, these two are only getting started. >> Why do you keep talking about a search warrant, dude? >> You have a secret war. >> Why don't you do that? >> You come, sir. >> Are you idiot? >> Why are you screaming at me? >> Because I can't believe what you're doing right now. I'm saying get these people off my guard. You know that you are a law officer. >> Okay. Right. Talk to me. Listen, if I need educating, educate me. But >> okay, I'm going to educate you. >> Okay, educate me. >> You have to have a search Caesar for fourth amendment for him to come my property. Piece of [ __ ] What's going on out here, y'all? Get 7.5 billion. They're stealing people's property and they're selling it back there. Get off our property. >> Listen, listen. Listen, listen. They're doing you wrong. That's one thing. Get away from stuff. Get off the property, man. >> Get off the property now. Get off the property. Listen. No. >> I don't want you to go back and take me to jail. You own my property legally. Call the sheriff's department. You're [ __ ] taking my Thanks, officer. You're allowing it. You work for them. >> No, they haven't paid me anymore. >> You understand? Why can you not get them off my property? Why do they have the right to be on my property? Get them off my property. >> The paper says that they have >> You're my right now. >> I can't do that. >> Hey, look. All I can do. >> Why can't you get them off? Why can't you get them off my property? You do that. I have about they they're the what? What do they have? >> This is what piece of What is this? >> You want to chase people around for binge wars? Do your job. >> What is this? >> What is this? Because a piece of paper. I got Have you read it, man? Read it. I've already read it 100 times. This is [ __ ] Broke signed off of this. >> It's no mystery why the neighbors can't stand them. They're making enough noise to qualify as a public disturbance without even touching the law. They need to go inside or go here. They're going to be here. >> Who said that? >> No. No, they didn't. >> Show me that. We're supposed to judge. It has to be by a judge. >> Hey, look. If I was you, I would call code enforcement. Talk to them about it. >> I know. I'm calling law enforcement. Code. It says law abides, not code by city. >> Right now, we're interfering with the city of Panama City and how you're a public servant. They did not come to search the secret warrants. >> Listen, we had a dart sale. We had permits for >> permit. I did everything illegal like >> our neighbors over there don't like us because he is also here. Stop the now, man. They do not have a right to do that. Take pictures. Tell him to don't touch him. Not to touch me. Tell him not to touch me. He hasn't made any effort to touch you, Henry. I'm in my property. That's called kidnapping. If I cannot move freely on my property, it's called kidnapping. He's on his way. Who gave him permission to come do this? >> Look, look, I don't think this is an issue. >> It is. Don't blame my Exactly. Why the are they here? >> Taking my read the paper. >> The paper did. >> I need you to back up, please. I don't want you to get hurt. Please back up. >> Amber. >> Hey, Henry. Sergeant's here. Do you want to go talk? >> No. >> No. My fourth amendment. I want my mom. >> Calm name. My understanding is there's paperwork that was served here the other day. >> Not by judge. >> Huh? >> Not by judge. Not legal. That is just a code enforcement. I want a law enforcement judge for search warrant right now. I'll get him off my property. >> Give me one second. >> Oh [ __ ] Right here. >> Hey, give me one second. >> At this point, the officers could have arrested them five times over, but they're still trying to reason with people who think tick tock law school is legit. >> Show me what you got. >> Where's the sign off of that? [ __ ] That's toilet paper. I got one I can ride to. There's no judge porn. Get the off my property. >> Henry, look. Do you want me to talk to you like a grown adult? >> Then walk to me out in the street and I'll talk to you like a grown adult. >> You do not have your warrant next time by judge. Get the coffee. >> We have to That is not >> Rowan. It's not a judge, is he? >> A special kangaroo court. That is not a order. at his car, [ __ ] >> Are you done? >> No judge signed that. >> Hey, magistrate signed that judge, buddy. Man, you got to go back to school, bro. You got to go learn the law. I cannot believe you don't know the law. >> Yeah, I got a document. Maybe for him, but this a search warrant. >> Have you read it? >> I read it. >> What does it What does it say? >> It doesn't matter what it says, >> nothing. Turner, what is garbage? What does it say? It says I'm garbage. Trying to talk to Henry is like arguing with a traffic code. And yet he somehow believes yelling Fourth Amendment on repeat makes him bulletproof. >> I'm trying to be as calm as I can as I am. You are a step back and let these people do your job. You're going to have a big step back on my property. That's I will not go anywhere. It has to be a search, a seizure war signed by a judge. >> Why did you know it's >> I just read your law. I'm going by your law. You can expand, but you can't restrict. >> Explain it to me. Read it. Tell me why. >> Fourth amendment. >> Why does it have you know the fourth amendment? Do you know the first amendment? Do you know any amendment? >> Explain it to me. >> Do you know anything? Why you Why you wearing that badge? >> Why does it have to wear? >> Because they are seizing my property when I'm asking. You're not allowed to go property. You don't even know the statute. You don't even know the names. >> You read the paper, Henry. >> Did you read the paper? >> I'm asking you. It's your house, man. >> That paper's garbage. It might be better if you'll drive. Well, get these people on the property, man. You can see here. >> They're on the pavement hugging our stuff. >> You don't even know the rules. >> Henry, don't touch my >> You try me again, I will take you. >> Shut your >> sit in the car. Shut your down. Don't you tell me where I live. >> I would sit down. >> You got that bad thing. You better >> get the away from my house. You f >> Well, don't bother them. Henry, listen to me. They need the tow truck. They're going to move it. >> Are you going to move the truck? >> I will talk to you. Are you going to move the truck? >> Tell me your supervisor. >> Are you going to move the truck? I'm trying to get you out of here and know it not trouble. Amber, I need you to move it before they tow it. You're out of your mind. >> I want to move my truck because you say so. >> So, I'm more than willing to talk to you about that, but we have to move the vehicle. Okay? If we don't move the vehicle, we're going to have to probably take y'all to jail for interfering with this. >> We're not interfering. Y'all are listen. You can't restrict my Fourth Amendment. >> Can I Can I get Can I finish explaining? I'll ask you one time. Will you >> I have to call my dad and my lawyer. >> Okay. You're going to have to get destroyed. >> With Henry and Amber still refusing to budge and still quoting the Constitution like it's a magic spell, the officers are left with only one choice. >> All right. Come on. Let's go. Hop out of the car for me. >> Okay. Did you just touch me? Don't touch me, please. >> Oh, yes, ma'am. Okay. >> You're smart, too, it's the 28th of September. That's the last time we heard from them. >> Where's the rest of the document? >> You're missing some pages. >> Agreed. This is what they get. That's not all what they gave. There's more pages. I guarantee you there's more pages. >> Do you see any other paper? Do you see anything anywhere else? Did they throw it away? I guess they threw it away. >> Get down. >> Get down. No. >> No. >> Move and let him tow it. >> No, I'm not telling him to. I'm going to go. >> I need to move it for him. Officer Turner, >> put her in your car. >> Let me go. >> Come on, Amber. We're going to walk around. Amber, >> let go. >> Amber, we're going to go sit in my car. Come on. >> No, we're not. You're not my vehicle. >> 23 Panama detainer, one white female. >> No, you're not detaining me. We were just hanging right out. >> No, I'm not. I'm going to get off me. >> Amber, >> get the off of me. >> Amber, if you rip one more time and hit me, you're going to be charged. Sir, >> read that. What's that say? What's that say? The problem is we've been extremely nice trying to hear you out. You're not letting us talk. Okay. The reason why you have to come back here is because you were interfering. That's what court's for. I don't care what it says because it's not signed by a judge. >> And the effect of discussion. Yes. A magistrate is the same as a judge. >> Sergeant, >> I can't sit in here. Turn. >> Not only. >> Why? Cuz I told you to slide in. >> Why? What have I done wrong? >> Slide in the car. >> I want my truck. What? >> Okay, we're going to Thank you. >> Slide in. >> Amber, slide in. Come on. Slide in. >> Slide in. >> Why the [ __ ] >> Stop yanking me. Don't you dare. >> Amber was arrested and charged with obstruction without violence. And after a long, loud fight against reality, both she and Henry finally met the real law. But this next guy, he's banking on attitude and skin tone. >> Why are you all right? You seem like you uh need mental health assistance. You okay? Black lives matter, man. >> On June 22nd, 2024, officers responded to a call about a neighbor dispute. Pretty routine until they met the guy behind it. >> Hello. You having issues with your neighbor? >> Yeah, but make it so bad, I'm kind of I'm a little pissed off because he went over there starting with them first and the police came. Nobody came over here knocked on this door. Nobody asked anything. And 5 minutes later, he back here busting out windows. Now, mind you, we don't know from me to them. We all don't know what the his problem is. He just came out acting crazy. He threatened her. She called the police. They came. They talked to her for 5 seconds to pull it off. 10 minutes later, as we're standing there, he There he is right there. And we heard smash. He smashed two windows. >> Okay. How did that one get smashed? >> You got to ask him. Stop playing with the dude right now. Arguments are one thing, but smashing up property, that's when cops step in. And when officers try to talk to him, he strolls out like a VIP at his own crime scene. >> I got a buster back here. Busting the door back. He done a crime. Like I said, he called across the street not that long ago. And 10 minutes later, he's back here busting windows. Now, mind you, when they came, they never came and knocked on the man's door. They never came and talked to him. They left in literally 5 minutes. And 10 minutes later, he saw he busted the no reason to the one that he did nothing illegal cuz he did nothing illegal when we were out here. >> What was it that happened? >> So he was yelling at them, went over to like their the sidewalk and was like spitting and just like throwing racial slurs at them. Like he comes out. There was a car here for sedan. One minute, sir. >> All right. One minute. Can you take a look at their house? They're saying that they have busted windows. I didn't see anything. I miss a car. >> This SUV. Whose car is that? >> Both of the people that's on this porch. Say how the problem is. >> Oh, and that one. >> I know. >> I know he's not opening the door. >> Hello. >> Hello, gentlemen. >> What's going on? >> So, I just got home. >> You want to talk inside so that you don't have to hear everything that's going on? >> Oh, no. Oh, no. >> Okay. So, what's going on? >> So, I just got home. The guy on the left has a 9 mm. He had rubber gloves on. Had a silencer on it. You can see the bullet hole through there. I don't know what's going on. Also, okay, can you show me inside? Cuz if there's a bullet hole, then I need to see that. Oh. >> The officers ask him to show the bullet hole he's yelling about. And suddenly, it becomes a guessing game. >> Oh, yeah. Everybody. >> Yeah, I'm pressing charges, too. >> Oh, what? >> Read a book. You're >> read a book. Why are you pulling guns out? Why violence? >> Can you show me where this bullet hole is? >> I don't think I want you in my house. I trust police officers. >> Then you can't say that your house got shot on. in the window. There's a hole in the window. It's not a bullet hole. >> Let me double check before you >> I have to I have to see the actual end. >> You have no permission to enter my house. >> Okay. All right. Well, who's zero emission? That's yours. Okay. The GMC. >> Okay. But then this >> this Nissan hers. >> Okay. The woman right there with the sports. I just got home in my house and my window busted out. I came outside to see what was going on and they pulled a pistol on me in my driveway. This is private property. All of this these cars there was three cars there. They're not supposed to be on my property. >> What broke your window? >> So that's what it is. >> Can I look or No, >> I don't think there's a bullet hole, man. >> Okay, but what broke your window? Cuz if it came from outside, it would be inside your house. >> I I don't know. >> So can I look? >> First it's a bullet hole, then it's a broken window. The more he talks, the clearer it gets. This isn't about cars or property. It's about his entitlement and the racism fueling it. >> You can enter the foyer. No other room. Okay. >> Sorry. >> I'm going to put a restraining order on everyone in that household. I don't feel safe. So, and I'm not doing protective custody or anything like that because uh there's a rock here. >> Okay. So, assuming that rock is not normally inside. >> No, it's not. >> Okay. So, they threw a rock through your window. >> Uh do you have cameras out here? >> I do not. >> Um watch the neighbor. >> Is he up here? >> He's saying do it. >> Okay. >> Which is weird cuz we have no problem with this man. I don't understand what the point of that was. >> I need all these vehicles off my premises. >> Then you ask you don't go busting windows. What the hell wrong with you? >> Where are you at? You seem like you uh need mental health assistance. You okay? You need mental health assistance. Okay. Just ignore just ignore him. >> Oh, that sucks. That sucks. Black lives matter, man. I get that. Black Panthers, too. Right, buddy? >> I get you. It's rightfully so. Rightfully so. I I just don't want anything to escalate from here is all I'm saying. Okay. >> He started the thing just out the blue went over there throwing racial slurs at him. >> Has he been an issue before? >> No. He come over here from time to time. He sort of with us. We just fed him a couple of days ago. That's where we have no understanding where the hell that came from. There's no problem. >> These people are angry and I rape. What am I supposed to do? People are allowed to be angry and I rap. They're on their own property. They're allowed to be. >> All you got to do is act. You don't windows out. >> Nope. You failed. You got big lose. land. He asked him if it was okay if my car broke. >> I've never spoke to your landlord. No. Never spoke to your landlord. Nope. I want a restraining order on all these people immediately. >> We don't do restraining orders. >> He pushes back like he's the victim. But come on, just look around. With no CCTV and the argument going nowhere, officers start asking around. >> Do you guys know what your property line is by chance? I know obviously the driveway up to a certain point. >> Yeah. Listen, to be honest with you, I would say from where the line ends right here. >> Yeah, that that's would be my guess for it. >> So, even though the car is on her property, he could have came and knocked on the door. >> Yeah. No, I get >> like really sir, there was no reason the brick is still there. There was no reason for him cuz this car is not even on his property. >> You know what happened to his window? Cuz there's a rock inside. >> Me and my husband wasn't even here. My kids I went to go we went to go stay tonight with our kids last night. >> You're still confused about his behavior. >> No. So, we're just trying to get everything situated. >> Exactly. How did the their windows end up getting broken? >> I have no idea. I don't know what's going on. >> Okay. >> There's windows broken out. >> Yeah, there there's a lot of windows broken out. >> I'm in my own house. >> You paying rent? You don't own >> I own all this property. Losersing gang member losers. >> Look at my gang. >> Now you're all crazy. I'm not even Germany. >> Read a book. >> He's leaning hard on white privilege. thinking whatever he said would stick. But that's not how the law works. And he was about to learn that the hard way. >> Okay. Uh, let me give you the report number. All right. Turn around. Put your hand right back. >> Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. What's going on? What's going on? What's going on? Go on. What's going on? Huh? Don't. Hey, you're in my house. You didn't have Why are you in my house? Stop. Why are you putting What are you guys doing? Why are you under arrest? Stop. You are under arrest. Stop fighting us. You're under arrest. I'm not doing anything. >> I didn't do anything behind your back. >> I didn't do anything. Why are you guys doing this? >> Give me your right arm. >> No, I didn't do anything. >> Hey, see you guys. You're in my house. You don't have a warrant. This is an illegal. What are you doing? >> Why are you guys doing this? I didn't do anything. >> Give me your left arm. I can't move. >> Tas you. >> You're about to get tased. >> Is this protective custody? What's going on? >> You're under arrest. >> Oh, hey. Easy on the handcuffs, man. Easy, fellas. >> Protective custody, huh? >> What am I under arrest for? >> Haven't seen there. In the end, he walked away with charges for resisting obstruction and two counts of criminal damage. This next woman turned the whole neighborhood into a onewoman circus. >> She stole my glasses, too. She still got them. >> She break I can't tell you. >> I was so scared. He said, "I'm going to get you some paint, so leave me alone." >> How did he scare you? >> Let him figure it out. On January 28th, 2024, Florida police responded to a call about a woman attacking a teenage boy handing out flyers. What they didn't know was just how weird this one was about to get. >> I'll just give you my brief brief synopsis. I'm putting up my groceries. I heard stuff. >> Stay right there. >> Stay right there. >> Okay, stay right there. I'll be talking to you in just a second. >> So, my kids are out riding their bikes. So, I heard yelling. I'm like, "Okay, one of my kids are fighting." Whatever. Come out. and she tried to steal his bike. Like it was her. She was the aggressor. >> Okay. So I I I saw the same thing. I was here I'm on my way up to Montgomery and I saw these two in some sort of verbal argument and >> hey stop please. And then she pursued him physically. So she began to chase him and then she went after the bike and it was when he took the his bike back from her that she she struck him several times and he just kind of shielded himself, walked down the street. That's when I stopped him. >> I stopped him. I was I just was like, I don't know what to do. Can Can you call the cop? >> So you saw her hit him. >> He went into this house right here. Uh he started walking away and then >> I was getting ready to call I was getting ready. >> Stay in your porch. Stay on your porch. I'm not going to tell you again. >> Okay, good. >> Stay on your porch. >> I'm going to go back to my house. >> The woman kept trying to talk over everyone, but the officer wasn't buying it. First, he needed the full story. And luckily, he had the right person for that. >> No, not her. Not the one by the car. The one behind >> Who got it? Over there. >> Stay over there. >> Stay over there. >> Go get her. >> Stay over there. >> Find her son. >> Let me do my job. Please let me do my job. You need to go get her. >> Let me find out what's going on. >> Trying to do right, man. She going to put her hands on him. >> Hey. >> Hey. >> I just got here. I'm trying to do my job. Please let me do my job. >> A phone call that somebody's attacking my son >> and I'm trying to find out what's going on. I just showed up, too. >> Well, don't let her go, >> sir. Hey, I'm standing here. Go get her. >> Stand over there. Let me talk to your son. I don't know what's going on. >> She tried to attack you. >> You weren't here. >> Please. >> Tell me what's going on, bud. I was trying to I was uh putting flowers all up houses. >> I went over there to that house and I was about to put a flower up. She started talking to me and I couldn't understand what she was saying. So I came closer to her and she was like asking questions like my dad where my dad works. Why am I trying to do this and all that and then she uh like stole my flowers and I was like, "Can I get those back, please?" >> So she grabbed you had a bunch of them. She grabbed a bunch of >> this orange thing. He's, you know, trying to make >> and I'm good with that. That's that's okay. >> She went over to that house or that one. I can't really see too well cuz of my glass. She stole my glasses, too. >> She still got them. >> Did she break them? I >> I can't tell you. She still >> took them off her face. >> Yeah, I'm telling you. She tried to pull my hands on them. >> You guys do me a favor. Hang here for a second. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> All right. She just went around that corner over there. >> Officers later learned that after attacking the 17-year-old, the woman ran to a neighbor's house, broke in, and claimed that she was the one being threatened, despite multiple witnesses seeing her chase the boy down the street. >> So, what happened now? The best I can gather is there's there's a lady out here. She's obviously either 25 or 21. She this kid's trying to advertise business and he uh supposedly hit him wire. >> Supposedly he went she went into his house. Here's his glasses. >> How you doing, sir? Come in. >> Can I talk to you for a moment? Can you tell me what happened up here? >> Unbelievable. Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> She's not related to this this guy over here. She doesn't. It's not her husband. She's just saying. >> So, she just lied about it. >> Yes. >> She went a random stranger. >> That's why she ran back there. She >> She lives in this. She does live in this house. That's He just confirmed that. The next step is I want to know what you want to pursue charges against her. Is she That's should honestly is not something I can give you to tell you to make a decision. >> They're telling me she sound she sounded like she's slurring and up. >> That's Yes. Put her ass in jail. >> Okay. But if she's mentally handicapped or something, like where's her people looking after her? Like, you know what I mean? >> She's not mentally handicapped. We need like >> if she's not mentally handicapped, man. Yeah. She like, you don't put your hands on a minor. He's out here trying to do good. All his boy does is go to church, go to the gym, and go home. >> I get it. But I'm school. What I'm going to do is I'm going to give you some paperwork. I need to get a written statement from you. Okay. Grab that. I got that from him. Give me just a second to get some paperwork together. >> Once the facts were straight, it was time to confront her. And as expected, she suddenly couldn't remember a thing and started reaching for every excuse in the book. Like she had a loyalty card for bad behavior. >> Hello. >> Yeah. >> What happened with you and this young fell over here? >> Come to my house. I said, "Sure, get away from my house." >> Okay. >> He said, "I'm selling a sir." >> So he came to knock on your door. >> Yeah, I did. >> Okay. Then what? Then what happened? >> I gave you the paperwork. >> Uhhuh. >> I was so scared. He said, "I'm going to get you." I said, "Paint, sir, leave me alone." Paperwork here. I ran into my neighbor's house. I was scared. He called 911. I I hope he did. I ran into my house and I went to bed. But um yeah, he he scared me. >> How did he scare you? >> Did you get the paperwork? >> Tell him, "Leave me alone." >> But how was he scaring you? What was he doing? That was scary. >> Banging on the door, went around the corner, banging. I live by myself. I'm scared. I said, "Leave me alone." >> Good. What's your first name? >> Tina. >> Who cares? >> Why? >> I care. >> I live here. I pay for this house. >> Simple. Okay. Finish your story. >> No, I'm good. Are you good? >> No, not yet. So, he's knocking on your door trying to sell you something. >> You want to leave my house? >> And what made you run across the street to your neighbor's house? >> What would you say? I >> I'm asking you. I wasn't here. >> I mean, I'm just trying to understand what was going on that would make you run to your neighbor's house. >> Let him figure it out. >> Go inside yet. >> You're under arrest. >> For what? >> For battery on a juvenile. >> A juvenile? I can't. >> Yeah. He's only 17 years old. Don't pull away and don't resist. I told him to get out of my yard. >> Well, when you call him over to your yard, >> I did not >> ask him to come to your yard and then you go break into your neighbor's house >> without permission and try to destroy his property that you took out of his hand. >> My neighbor said that. >> You did that. You did that. >> Did my neighbor say that? He come to my house. I told you the hell out of my garden again. >> I'm going to get my dad. >> Did you get your dad? >> You zip your lips. >> Did you get your dad? >> Have a seat. Have a seat. Wait for it. >> Have a seat. Have a seat. >> Now you got to resist him. Get in the car. >> I'm not arresting you. >> No, I'm arresting you. >> No, I'm not arrest. >> None of it landed. Not only had she attacked a minor, she was so drunk she couldn't even keep her story in one place. In the end, Tina was booked for battery, burglary, lararseny, and resisting without violence. If Tina was a solo act in the circus of delusion, these next two turned it into a fullblown family tour. On February 12th, 2024, police responded to a burglary call from a woman who claimed someone had broken into her car. But what should have been just a routine report quickly unraveled into fullon neighborhood drama >> a month ago. It happened the same thing. My boyfriend, he was going to go to work and he told me that, "Hey babe, your sunroof is open and your two front windows are down." >> And I was like, "How?" Probably me being drunk. I forgot. But I was like, "Ain't no wait." So I went to the front office the first time. They told me our cameras doesn't work. Okay. So y'all just got to put them up there for decorations. So I'm like, "Okay, cool. I'm going to let it slide this one time." Today I come outside to give my boyfriend, you know, goodbye, have a good day at work. I notice my sunroof is open again and my windows are open and the only people I can think of is them because they park in my handicap spot. I be having to block them. >> Most people would just give a statement and move on. But not her. No. She launched a full-blown investigation and decided her neighbors were guilty based on absolutely nothing but her own detective instincts. Can you actually open the sunroof by just sliding it or you have to push the button? >> No, you have to literally open my car >> and push the button. >> Turned it on. So you you you got to turn on the car because you can't roll down the windows nor can you open my sunroof without the keys in the ignition or you know jailbreading it some way somehow in there, you know, hijacking it. So it's no way for them to not hijack my car, roll down the windows, do my sunroof, take a $10 bill and leave. The front office people told me and my dad I think my dad said he seen someone messing with my car or something and my dad was like, "Hey, what are you doing?" And then I guess they sped off. While the officer tried piecing things together, one of the neighbors stepped outside and that's when things got loud fast. >> Yeah, he's one of the guys and I think it's other couple other guys that stay in this. >> Yeah, he's one of the guys that stay in the apartment complex. Yeah. None of your business. Don't talk to my family. You're good. You're good. Because I can. You stay in that apartment complex. Somebody in your house is touching my car. Yes. So you do you you do say Lisa. Doesn't he stay in that apartment? Exactly. Don't lie. Don't lie. I didn't say you. I said somebody. But it's okay. It's okay. It's okay. >> Generally, are you serious? >> I don't with you. So why the [ __ ] did you generally? Are you serious? >> I don't with you. I don't with you. That's what I'm saying. But somebody in that apartment is going to learn to stop touching my mother. What? >> Hey. No. No. Hey. Hey. Hey. Hey. Hey, hey, hey. No, no, no, no. Back up. Back up. >> Hit me. Don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> No. No. No. No. No. Don't arrest her. Don't arrest her cuz she didn't do anything. Mom. Mom. Don't arrest her because she didn't do >> She didn't do >> Let her go. She didn't do >> He's a sergeant. Shut up. Shut up. Not Lisa. You're just putting me in the back. >> The officer managed to calm things down the oldfashioned way by coughing the caller. Backup units and a sergeant showed up soon after, just in time for the plot to get even dumber. >> Let me talk to you. >> I know. I know. I I understand that. I understand that. >> Calling all buddies. I don't want to talk. I saw her hitting you in the face. >> I don't want to press charges on her. I don't want her to get arrested. Nothing. >> That's fine. That's fine. I'm going to have to document this cuz it happened. It happened. Me recording. I'm going to have to document this. If you're not pressing charges, she's not going to jail. I'm going to have to document. >> I don't want her to go to jail. >> Okay, fine. I'm going to have to document though. This is what happened. >> She's not my girlfriend. No, >> I know. She's your neighbor. That's >> my neighbor. That's all. I don't want her to go to jail. >> That's That's fine. I just need to document this. She's not going to jail. You're not cooperating. She's not going to jail. >> Suddenly, everyone remembered they were neighbors. But the damage was done. And with the whole scene on body cam, it wasn't going away. >> Do you know what might happen if you get in between me and her like the way you did? Do you know what might happen? >> No. >> No. You could have been you going to jail. >> I was letting you know because I was a witness. Let her go because she didn't do anything. >> Did you see what happened? >> And you keep resisting her. You keep telling me no. No way. No. You don't tell me no. I'm telling you she didn't do anything and I know how you guys now and days. >> Okay. Now you don't tell me what to do when I am doing something which is >> Well, you're tell you're touching my sister and I'm telling you don't touch her cuz she didn't do anything. That's the only thing I told you. >> After talking to the other sister, the officers realized something important. This wasn't just a onewoman show. The entitlement came as a bundle deal. And they soon realized they got the wrong sister. You can drop the charges later. >> Literally said if I give you my first damn information, she's not going to jail >> because she she's she's been no difficult, right? >> Talking to my husband. I don't want none of you in my house. None of you. I >> wife and the other daughter here. Can I speak with the other the daughter? >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Yes, sir. >> What's your name? Let me talk to you real quick. Do you know the meaning of obstruction? >> 11 years old. >> So, obstruction is when you interfere with the investigation. Okay. The investigation can be the arrest or not the arrest, right? depends on what somebody wants to do. Okay. So, with that being said, today you'll be arrested for no no don't don't if you do, you're going to be arrested. Don't run. >> That's not fair for that [ __ ] man. You know, she pulled back. >> Well, she she should she should have she should not come between the 07 07 0715. I genuinely have no words. This level of entitlement deserves its own documentary. But hey, at least the sisters stuck together. One arrested for battery, the other for obstruction. Real family values. Blaming someone for burglary based on bad vibes is one thing, but this next guy sat on a grudge for 2 years like it was a retirement plan. >> Oh, he's sprinting the whole side of the house, too. [ __ ] Yep. Some brand new siding. >> What did you do over there at her house? >> I spray paint anshole on her house. >> Why? >> Because she's an [ __ ] >> What else did you do? >> I just woke up this morning and my entire house has been spray painted and something was done to my car. So, it's spray painted in black spray paint. I I I don't know. They left this They left the spray paint cans in front of my house for some time. >> Are you having any questions? >> Okay. Are you having any issues like with any of your neighbors or >> Nope. Nope. >> Okay. Um >> it just look on my Ring Cam. I can't see who it is. I can't see who it is, but it just looks like someone um is over doing something to my car and then they just came up and they spray painted the windows by the front door, the dining room windows, and then their spray paint on the house from what I could see from inside the front door. As the operator wrapped up the call, officers arrived just in time to catch the woman midspiral. And this wasn't over some barking dog. This was real calculated paranoia. >> I'm really freaked out cuz my husband's not even home. >> Your husband's not here. >> No, he's not. >> You're home alone? >> I'm home alone? >> All right. >> And I woke up to the >> What? What's your name? >> I'm having >> No, it's okay. >> A panic attack. >> What's going to do next? >> What's done is done. Max is sorting through it. >> And he poured something in the car. The woman's panic is clear from the off. And based on what we're about to see, it's safe to say her panic is valid. >> This is a guy and I have him on the Ring camera in the driveway. >> Nope. It's some old guy. And there's a logo on his jacket, but we can't see what the logo is. And we don't know what he poured in the car. And I don't know why he wrote on my >> Does your husband know? >> Nope. >> Now, the one thing he said, and he thinks he's being a little paranoid. About a year ago, I had a car accident with a guy down on Basset. Right. That's Basset over there. Yeah. But he's never given us any trouble. But he was like, "Maybe I'm just being paranoid because that was an older guy, too." But I don't think it was I don't think it was him. I >> don't think it was him. >> No. Cuz it was over a year ago. Why would you? >> She and her husband had their suspicions. But it wasn't until a neighbor came over with visual receipts that everything snapped into place. >> You know, I live across the street and I just saw this is sickening. But on my Ring camera, I don't know if it has anything worth, but uh around 455. Yep. There's a car there. >> Hey, um he's asking me. You don't think it's anybody that he's asking me like maybe it's it's usually not random when stuff like that happens. It's something. So maybe they did the wrong >> I think it I sent you a picture of that guy from last year. I think it kind of looks like him to be honest with you. >> You do? >> Yeah. Take a look at it and have them compare. here. I don't have the side by side, but it's a cool guy. Yeah. >> And I have his name on his insurance card. I'm assume that TD, too. >> It looks like him. Again, I'm not trying to, you know, maybe not, but I think it looks like him for sure. Michael G is his name. >> After collecting the evidence and snapping a few photos, officers decided it was time to pay Michael a visit. And judging by his reaction, he'd been mentally rehearsing this moment for the past 2 years. >> Hello. How you doing? >> I'm on the phone. >> You're on the phone. You have a minute? >> Yeah. You want me out or in? You guys want to suit up? >> It's raining. Come on inside. >> Thank you. >> Hey, I'm Officer Salazar. Okay. With the Westlake Police Department. Okay. >> Okay. I'm investigating a uh vandalism complaint that happened this morning at 4:55 a.m. >> Aware? I don't even know about that. >> You don't know anything about that? >> No, I've been here. >> You've been here? >> This is This is my residence. >> Yeah. Did you have some issues with the people over there? >> No, I haven't been anywhere but here. I've been here all night. No, I got up. I've been here. I haven't been anywhere. Why? What's going on? >> Michael kicked things off with the classics. Wasn't me. Never left the house. Don't know what you're talking about. That is until the word video entered the chat. >> See, the problem is we got video cameras. All right. >> Who has video? >> They're complaining us. We got you on video. We got you your vehicle. >> I was there then. If you got me on video, I was there. >> Yeah. >> Why? >> Cuz she ran through the side of my truck and she claimed that she was going 30 mph in a in a 25. She was going every bit of 60 and I still have not yet finished the goddamn My medical still isn't done yet. She ran into me in 23 in the front of my house. My truck is turned and she's trying to drive through the side of my truck. Sir, you didn't have your directional on. Didn't have my directional on. You're driving through the side of my goddamn truck's 8,000 lbs of truck and say she's going 30 30. >> I wasn't there for that. But >> you'd think getting caught on camera would shake most people. maybe even spark a little regret, but not Michael. He stood his ground, letting pure entitlement take the wheel. Fully convinced he was the one being wronged. >> Drove myself to the ER. I took three steps out of the rental and collapsed in the in the garage. >> The rental did? >> No, I did. >> Oh, you did? >> I collapsed by driving myself at a high rate of speed to get there. They picked me up. Six men had to pick me up. I'm over 200 lb. Six men had to pick me up. >> Mr. Deetsz, I get that. But what what' you do over there? What all I don't understand. >> I'm pissed off at the >> I know. So what' you do? I don't understand. >> I can see. >> We're just trying to catch up. >> Huh? >> We're just trying to catch up on what's going on. What' you do over there at her house? >> I spray painted on her house. >> Why? >> Because she's an >> What else did you do? >> That's it. I tried putting sugar in the car. Oh, now you got a another car for the kid. Oh, you're doing great. She's losing the house. After my big teeth attorney get a hold of her ass, that house is gone. The 100,000 insurance policy that the insurance covers, 08 ain't going to cover near enough. Cuz the big ass attorney that 120 gets, 100,000 ain't going to cover it, baby. 100,000 ain't going to cover it. >> Just pause for a minute. Put your hands behind your back. Okay. >> Thank you. If Michael had let his attorney handle it two years ago, maybe he'd have a clean record. But instead, he's facing vandalism charges, aggravated menacing, and a restraining order. Turns out when you nurse a grudge like fine wine, it ends up tasting like court days. Michael took 2 years to snap. This next kid did it before lunch. >> Start a fight. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. Do it one more time. I will spray you. You understand me? >> One more time and I will spray you. >> Back on June 18th, 2024, officers were called to a neighborhood after reports that a 19-year-old had been shooting his neighbor's dog with a pallet gun. But what started as a disturbing call quickly turned into a front row seat to peak teenage delusion. >> Yes, I have my ID. And you know exactly who I am cuz you're trying to get me arrested. >> Dude, if I wanted to put you in jail, you'd be in jail. >> Yeah. Why do you keep telling my brother things, man? >> Listen to me. I'm going to tell you what I told your brother is I've got four or five neighbors on the street saying that they saw you shooting that dog with a plet gun. >> Time out, Chief. Time out. First of all, you're shooting that dog with a pellet gun is actually animal cruelty. This is a felony. Okay. >> Where's your proof, >> dude? I can come over here and investigate a crime. That's what I'm doing. >> Where's your proof? >> I'm not going to sit and argue with you. This is Shawn, who tries to play it cool, acting like he's got the upper hand. That is until the officer reminds him what actual authority looks like. >> But if you want to start a fight with the neighbors, then I will put you >> start a fight. >> Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. Dude, if you don't relax. >> Am I getting arrested here? >> If you don't relax, >> you are arrested me here. All right. >> Put your hands behind your back. Uh, what the? >> Listen to me. >> You better be relaxing, dude. >> Once the cuffs go on, Shawn finally starts to crack. But instead of owning up, he pivots straight into manipulation mode, flipping the script and trying to play the victim. >> I got a job. I got car payments. I ain't done. I try and take care of my brothers. I try and help my mom. >> Dude, you're arrested me for nothing. >> You don't relax and detain. You understand that? >> I literally got hit. Relax. >> You I got hit and you're arresting me. >> Relax. >> You're arresting me for getting hit? >> Being detained. >> That's a lot of tactics for a 19-year-old. We've seen the fake confidence, the entitlement, the tough guy act. And just when you think he's out of tricks, he reaches into the bottom of the brat bag for one last meltdown. >> Right now, you're not under arrest. You're being detained for resisting without violence. Have you a seat for me, please? >> Without violence. Violence. Sir, >> what violence did I show? What act of aggression? >> Resisting without violent because I told you three, four times to calm down and you come at me throw your hands up. That's resisting without violence. Okay, that's between you and your attorney. >> Attorney? >> Why do I need an attorney, man? >> Right now, you're being detained. You understand that? >> You're turning this into something that don't need to be, man. >> All right, dude. Put your leg in. >> Now you're under arrest. >> What? >> Shut Put your leg in there. >> Under arrest. >> Put your leg in there, dude. >> Yes, bro. >> Put your leg in there. >> I'm in there. >> Do it one more time. I will spray you. You understand me? >> One more time and I will spray you. >> Oh my god. >> Relax. Kick that door one more time. Kick it one more time and I'm going to spray you. You understand me? >> There's something oddly satisfying about watching a self-important teenager get humbled in real time. Shawn was taken to jail and charged with obstruction and resisting without violence. His bond too grand. Not bad for someone who thought he was untouchable with a pellet gun.
