These are times when dumb Karens get arrested at gyms. Starting with this woman who treated Planet Fitness like it was her private resort. >> Put some clothes on now. >> I am. >> Excuse me. >> Back in January 2023, police were called to a local Planet Fitness about a trespassing woman. They figured it was a stubborn gym rat, only to realize they were in for something they hadn't trained for. >> I started at six and the people that were working before me since she's been in the shower since 4:00. This morning I went in there and I asked her to leave a couple of times, told her she was trespassing. She doesn't have a membership, but I told her security was outside earlier and she told me. >> Is there any other females in here right now? >> Okay. Okay. There's actually in the shower. She's been in there. >> She's in there right now. She's the only one in the >> water running too. >> Yeah. >> She has responded to you though. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Can police coming in? Is she standing? >> I You know, I don't want to look in there. >> I see. Is it around the corner? >> Yeah. >> Can police department please? Audio recording. >> So, the police are here. >> Okay. >> If you want to get dressed and now you can leave. >> Ma'am, go ahead and get dressed for us, please, so we can get you out of here. We're going to give you some time. All right. Just we're going to be in here, but just we'll be off to the side. So, if you need to reach out and grab >> the officers gave her a fair chance to walk out on her own, but apparently 4 hours in a Planet Fitness shower wasn't enough. >> Ma'am, are you getting dressed? Ma'am, >> are you there? >> Ma'am, if you do not get ready to leave, you're going to be placed under arrest for trespassing. Okay. You understand, ma'am? >> Hey, can you hear us? Are you having a medical emergency or anything? Are you okay? See your feet. >> Hey, can you talk to us? >> She acted like they interrupted her all-inclusive vacation and quickly turned the gym into a full-blown courtroom. >> Ma'am, you're going to be placed under arrest for trespassing. Okay. We're going to be going in and grabbing you. Okay. Okay, >> you're under arrest. >> I'm going to finish rinsing. You need to step out. >> I answer. Okay, >> you're under arrest. >> Okay, do not I am not trespassing. I paid to be here. First of all, let me ask. >> I have not been here for hours. >> Absolutely not. >> Ma'am, let go of me now. Excuse me. I will get dressed. >> I have not been here for hours. I've been in here for 15 minutes. >> You're under ma'am. You're under arrest. See, I am naked as >> I know you are. So, are you going to leave your clothes on? >> Absolutely. Back up. >> Okay. >> Where's your lieutenant? >> I don't get you dressed. Okay, there you go. >> No. Can you get these officers out? >> Now, I have been here for 15 minutes. I paid to be here. >> So, that's not in dispute right now. What's in dispute is you getting dressed. >> Excuse you. >> Get out. >> Put some clothes on now. >> I am. Excuse me. >> I am law enforcement. I will have your back. >> Okay, put some clothes on. Now, >> being law enforcement doesn't mean you get to enforce your own Karen laws, but Amanda was convinced otherwise. >> Please get dressed >> now. Chief, >> put your clothes on. >> I will get out. >> Put clothes on. >> Get out. >> We're not leaving. >> I am. You will be arrested for harassment. Let go now. >> Please get dressed. Let go now. >> Get dressed. >> I suggest you take your officers the out now. >> Please get dressed. No more discussion. Please put some clothes on. This doesn't have to be any more embarrassing for all of us. >> You're going to be the one embarrassed. All three of you. Back the up. >> You can't go that bad. >> I am going it. I'm going to do exactly what the chief of police is going to do. You know what? Mother trespasses. I'm going to sit here and tell you it's here so I can get some toes off. >> The officers eventually had to pull her from the shower and get her cuffed where her delusions really kicked in. >> If you walk me out naked, >> no one's going to do that. >> You just put your hands all over me because I grabbed my clothes. >> Oh, no. Cuz you assaulted me. >> I am law enforcement. >> Okay. Can I get dressed, please? >> What? What? Do you want some cast on bridge? Probably >> if I have to ask one more time. Are you the lieutenant? >> We have the fire department waiting. We like to get dressed. >> Trying to think what's the best way to get her. >> We need her cooperation. That's what we need. >> Do you understand that? >> Wait for the chief or do it. >> Okay. >> We're We got to get another bag to put the stuff in. Okay. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Thank you. >> You're not injured at all? >> Yeah. These mother put their hands all over me. >> Okay. What's your injuries? Where are you hurt? I'm not injured at all. >> Okay. I suggest you don't do that again. What should we want you to go out? It's freezing cold outside. >> I don't give a >> Okay. >> What do you care? It's freezing cold. >> You just snatched me up at naked. >> Yeah, I did. >> Hats off to the officers for keeping their cool. Amanda was charged with attempted assault, criminal trespassing, and resisting arrest. If you thought this gym Karen was bad, leaving your daughter in the car for hours while working out is even worse. >> I thought something happened to my daughter. That's all I cared about. I almost had >> If you cared about it, then you wouldn't leave her in a car off. >> Oh my god. >> Do you want to go to jail for child? >> Or do you want to tell us the truth right now? >> On February 16th of 2025, officers responded to a child left in a parked car outside of Crunch Fitness. They expected a quick welfare check. What they got was a lesson in how not to parent. >> Can you open the door? What's up, Captain? I guess she's being good not open the door for a stranger, but it's locked. No, it's off. >> Hi. How are you? Can you open the door for me? Mommy's coming out. She said open the door. Can you open the door for me? She's coming out right now. Thank you, baby. >> Uh-oh. It's okay. >> Where's I don't know where the mom is. She's okay, though, right? Yeah. Are you able to call her like on a VA to the front? Christine, if you can come to the front, please. All right. >> Are you Miss Christine? >> I'm Missine. >> Okay. My apologies. >> Here. You want me to check the female bathroom? >> Yeah. We were just going to ask her if you could see what she looks like. Obviously. >> Yeah. >> She's in there. Did you ask her if you could come out? >> Yeah. I asked her if her name was Christine. She said, "Yeah." And I told her to come out and she said, "Okay." You >> want to talk to the other side? >> Sure. >> Is my daughter okay? Well, let's talk over here. >> Okay. >> She's okay now that the car is open. >> Oh, I literally went in there for like 5 10 minutes. I can't. >> Okay. Well, other people have said otherwise. Okay. Even 5 10 minutes. That's fine. What if something happens to you in the gym? >> Very true. Oh my god, you scared me. I thought something happened to my daughter. That's all I cared about. Woo! I almost >> If you cared about it, then you wouldn't leave her in a car off. >> Oh my god. I thought it was like 15, 20 minutes. She was sleeping and I was going to come right back out. Can I go see her? I need >> Can you give me a second, please? >> What time did you get to the gym? >> I got here like 15 20 minutes ago. like 20 30 minutes ago. I went to the gym. I did my um my workout and then I went I showered and came right back out. >> So, you did a 15-minute workout and shower >> 15 20 minutes like 5 minutes and I came back out like 20 25 minutes total. >> The woman acted anxious and claimed she cared. But when asked how long her daughter had been inside, she couldn't give a straight answer. >> Let me ask you this, and I hate to be up front or out of line. Are you guys living under the car or >> No, not at all. I can actually show you a paycheck. >> I'm working. This This is like a mistake. That's why I was scared. I'm like, "Let me run out. I can show you my paycheck." >> Okay, I'm fine. >> She's been in here for 2 hours, right? >> Okay. Can I see it on the computer? She said she's been in here for 15 minutes. >> 66 71 11 hours. >> 2 hours. She said she'd been here 15 minutes. >> Yeah. >> What was your name, man? >> Christina. >> Christina. Do you want to go to jail for childhood >> or do you want to tell us the truth right now? >> I'm definitely telling you the truth. >> You checked in the gym at 7:27 this morning. >> Do you know what time it is now? >> If you ask her, I came back out. I went >> It's 9:00. You've been You've been here for almost 2 hours. >> I I will tell you. I'm telling you the truth. I walked back out. >> Okay. Regardless, she was still in the car >> for like 15 20 minutes. Yes. I That's true. But I can literally tell you I walked out. I >> All right. Let's go get your driver's license and uh we'll go from there. 2 hours didn't seem like a big deal to her. According to Karen math, that's only 25 minutes, but unfortunately for her, the officers weren't buying it. >> All right. Feel better. We'll see you later. >> Thank you guys. I appreciate it. >> All right. No problem. >> And I'm so sorry. I know you guys hate me right now, but I promise it's safe. >> Can you give my partner your ID? >> And you can call her. They came to help me with my car. I literally And you and I literally had a flat. >> I'm not worried about your vehicle right now. I know, but I wanted to tell you why we're here. We had a flat and they stopped by and and changed everything for us. >> Okay, cool. You could be doing whatever inside, but your child's in the car, no AC, the car's off. It's locked, so we can't get in unless we break the window. Do you understand what I'm trying to say? >> I understand. And it'll never happen. It never happened before. Honestly, I'm telling you, it really is a mistake. And I know you don't understand, but it is a mistake. >> I don't think anybody will understand this. Do you want to tell me what's going on then? >> It's the It's the honest truth. I wish you would believe me. I promise you I can show you the text message my and I can you can even go to the tire shop. Can I tell you what happened and then you can kind of see if I'm if I'm guilty or not. >> I'll hear you out. Let's start with this. >> Yes. >> What time did you wake up this morning? >> I woke up this morning probably like around 6 something going on 7 because and I'll tell you I'm trying to tell you I have proof. >> You woke up at 7:00 in the window. >> I called to see if there's a nearest gym. I normally go to a gym. I do a quick workout and then I stop driving back. The reason why we're here is I have proof. I'm trying to tell you kindly my car. We got it flat. I'm glad we weren't on 95. The tire popped. I purchased it for $60 something. I have the um flat tire that blew out. So this this tire that was switched out >> again. That has nothing to do with anything right now. >> I'm just telling this has never happened. I'm trying to say that was the reason why we're here. Our tire >> The reason you're here is because you were taking a shower and working out, not because you have a flat tire. >> No, not not really. It's because the tire blew out and I normally work out and this was the only Crunch Fitness nearby. though he drove he >> okay so then she would have been left in another she okay she would have been left in another crunch fitness if you didn't have a flat tire then so just hang out right here with my partner >> the woman tried switching the narrative from her daughter to her busted tires hoping the officers would feel bad for her but sympathy doesn't cancel out negligence and no matter how they explained it she just wouldn't admit that she was wrong >> so what I'm trying to figure out is like you know Why was it like important after dealing with all that to be like, "Oh, you know what? I think we need to go check out this gym." >> I go to the gym every day, so I thought Crunch Fitness is the closest one. Let me go for 15, 20 minutes. My daughter was sleeping. >> 15 20 minutes is one thing, but you weren't here for 15, 20 minutes. Were you? >> When I came here, I came back out. I stayed with my daughter and I went back. And then I >> in the gym, you were in there for about 15 minutes, right? >> I was in the gym and I came back out. I stay I stayed out for probably like 30, 40 minutes. >> And then what? And then I went back. I went to the gym 1525. 15 minutes, showered 10 minutes, came back out. And they're like, "Are you Christine?" I'm like, "Yes." And then that's like the coffee. >> So 15 minutes and then you came out for 30 minutes and then you went in there for another 20 minutes. So 30 + 20 is 50 minutes plus 15. >> I honest I honestly was >> That's an hour and five about an hour and 5 minutes, right? >> No, I was I was in the gym for about 25 30 minutes and then I came out saying total >> in total about an hour and five minutes. You were checked in the gym for almost two hours. So, what happened to the other hour? >> I came back outside because my daughter was sleeping, so I had to make sure she was okay. So, I came back outside. I say she was still sleeping. And then I spent time with her and I'm like, "Okay, let me work out for a little bit. Maybe you'll be up after." And then I And then that's when you guys >> What I am going to do is I'm going to make a report. This isn't the first time that you've left your daughter unattended in the car while you're in the gym. Just hear me out, okay? I don't need the stories anymore. I'm going to notify DCF. They're going to pay a visit to you at your house. Check on the welfare of your child. Okay. Do not let this happen again. Cuz now that it's on record, I guarantee you would be going to jail next time. >> If the gym is such a priority to you, >> well, now it's not because >> listen to me. Finish. If it is, then find a gym that has a daycare because it's not acceptable to you just to get your your exercise and your workout in. You leave your child in the car. >> Her story kept shifting. Timelines were off. Details didn't line up. She still couldn't explain why she left her daughter alone. Regardless, officers were about to let her go with a warning until they ran a quick background check. >> Do you mind calling your father to have him come pick up your child so we did not have to give her DCF? >> Can you tell me why? >> Because you left her unattended in the car with it off. >> But I literally I literally I went in for like 25 30 minutes. >> Regardless, it could be 5 seconds. >> Can you guys literally like see the tire that blew out? Can you see? tire has nothing to do with this. Nothing to do with this. You understand that, right? It doesn't matter. You could be a crunch in Myiar. You could be a crunch in Fort Lauderdale. You could be a crunch in in New York. It's the same thing. You understand that, right? >> Leaving your child unattended. >> The thing is I This is not something that happens to me. Like, I've >> It happened today. I've always I've always been the type of person to make sure my daughter is well taken care of. And I've >> So, do you want to call your father and have him come pick up your child? Let's go ahead and give him a call. >> I don't know how he's going to get there. Like, doesn't have a car. He has a car, but he's he's like a senior. He's going to I don't know how he's going to make it to Crutch Fitness. He's a >> How old is he? >> My dad's about like 75, 76. >> I can call my dad, but there's no way he's going to be able to come way down here. >> Put your phone on the on the roof. >> You want me to try to call him? >> Please. >> Please don't do this. Can I Okay, let me I'll call my dad. >> Okay, I'm going to take care of that. I'm going to have you on speaker. Okay, stop. Do not do that. >> Please let me call my dad. Please let me call my dad. Let me just let >> Okay, we'll call him in a little bit. Okay. Right now, that's not going to happen. >> Please let me call my dad so my daughter is safe. At least I can call her grandmother or something. Please just take a seat. >> Can I at least call her grandmother? >> Take a seat. I don't want your child to see. >> I don't think I'm I might take a seat. Can you please let me call >> a seat? I don't want your child to see. >> It was clear to everyone this wasn't about protecting her child. She just didn't want to go to jail. And if she was willing to drag her daughter through it to save herself. >> Take a seat. >> Take a seat. >> Gabby. Mommy is Mommy arrested. >> I don't know why. Mommy, I'm arrested. >> Okay, >> that's good for your child, but that's not what I wanted to happen. >> I don't understand why you put your foot in. >> I might faint, you guys. I'm serious. >> Is it dad? >> Yes. I've never never been locked up before. Ever. I might faint. I can't make a decision anymore. this this sob story you're trying to do and play us against with her. It's not going to work. All right? So, just stop. You're going to make it worse in front of her. Okay? You're lucky that we're letting her stand right here with you. So, just stop. >> Please don't hurt her. >> You're not coming out of those. Why would we hurt her? This is the example you're trying to set for your daughter right now. Like, we're the bad people. You're the one that left her unattended for 2 hours in a car. We are not the bad people here. All right? So, don't try to pin us to be that in front of her. >> The whole reason you're handcuffed has nothing to do with your tire being blown out. It has to do with your decision of leaving your kid in the car unattended. Does that make sense to you? Now, >> I'm so sorry. >> I did take a little bit of look at your record. You've had, you know, quite a few traffic crashes, but it's not a big deal, but some of them are not seat belting your child. I've seen all up and down the state of Florida. You got to make sure that you're making smart decisions for your your little girl cuz again, you're her mom. In a final attempt to flip the script, she dragged her daughter into it, literally trying to guilt the officers into backing off. It didn't work and she was arrested and charged with child neglect. She may have tried to dodge jail with emotional manipulation, but the next Jim Karen skips the guilt trip and heads straight for racial bias and fullblown chaos. Back in 2023, officers responded to a theft call at Blank Fitness. But once they arrived, it became clear there was no theft. Just another entitled Jim Karen Saga cooking. >> What's up? >> She's going with me. >> Okay. Do you work here? You here? >> I work I work out here. I'm a lit member, but I don't work here. So, I wouldn't be wearing this. >> Okay. How did you know if you stole your stuff? And what stuff are we talking about? >> What did you just say? Why are you here? Cuz I have the time for this. Why are you here? >> Did you call me? >> I don't want to talk to you. >> After a few sentences, the officers realized this one was going to be rough. And the woman made sure of it. >> I'm going to overexaggerate what happened. What can I tell you? I need to do my workout. >> Nobody stopped me from doing anything. Once you get to the border, I've been getting notifications that Lindy is charging a club that shouldn't be charged. This I I have to be offensive. This thing literally said people that weren't looking for her literally working out themselves. Two people that How do I know she call her entitled, arrogant, or just plain loud? But this was a full-blown Karen boss lady who believed she was never wrong. >> The issue was my balance by helping you say, "Hey, you have a balance." And I know this might sound dumb, but what makes you look like you have to pay that balance. I would have explained to her, "Hey, I have a card on file. How do you guys keep charging the card that shouldn't be on file?" In fact, I specifically said I probably said take it off, but I specifically said charge this new card all the time and then I stopped charging this new card when I saw that you did it again. Still charging the wrong card, old card or >> I'll give you that. And went back and put the card on me at the fitness that I signed up for. I could have disappeared if I noticed that I was I was having here but I drove my my black all the way to witness. I'm a person of standing up characters. I don't want to steal. Hence why I don't like stealing back. >> Mistakes and habits computer systems like this. I used to work it all the time and I would just clear it up. >> You know what? And I'm going to do her favor. I agree with personally. I agree back. number 200 papers. I agree with you. Yes. But if it's 2023, these type of mistakes shouldn't happen. And especially to me, I I believe that it should never happen to me. If it's a customer issue, customer issue is >> if a customer is that wouldn't make any sense. Who says you have to go to the desk? Who knows that? >> Who says you have to go to the desk first if there's a customer issue? Because they are the ones that I call it in >> normal. But this clearly was not a normal situation. Unless this always happens at when a black person tries to just work out in the gym. But is that normal? >> What started as a billing complaint quickly revealed something deeper. Her rant wasn't just about money. It was soaked in attitude and racism. Seeing this, a second officer stepped in to talk to staff to figure out what was really going on. >> What's going on? What? What the hell is going on? >> I I don't >> So I get an idea. >> So if a customer is a passing balance and they scanning on that machine over there, it pops into the system. >> That was their thing that they keep using when they come walking in. Okay. >> So I was like, "Oh, she's going to come back and pay her. We address it there." And she just kept walking and I'm like, "Oh, excuse me." And then she just kept walking. So I had to like go through and >> where where are the orders kept just here? >> So you have to grab. >> So she took the water and went into the gym. >> I was just like, "Hey." And then like I went up to her and I'm like, "Oh, excuse me." And I tried calling her and she wasn't listening. And I just kept you have to at least pay for the water if we're not a membership for it. Um so when I went to her and I was like okay and I was like I'm so sorry. And I was like I just needed to pay for the water there. She's like why are you just not charging it to my card? And I'm like all right. I was like I didn't know to go ahead and do that. And I was like I was trying to stop you. And I was like do you have a passive balance on your account and blah blah blah. And she's like I don't know why it's charging the other um account. Just charge it on the card. And I'm like okay. And I was like I just need you to come over here with me. And I was like she was just like you just have my just do it. I'm like okay. Um, so I went into ahead and charged her for the uh water and for that was passed through and then she came to me up here and being like, "You guys stole my uh money. Like why would you go ahead and do that?" And I was like, "You just gave me because you didn't want to join me." >> And then that's when she started saying that money to give her money back and we should be waving it. >> Okay. And then that's when she got >> before the officer could finish, she stormed over to sabotage the conversation. But this time, she ran into a cop who wasn't putting up with any of it. >> Hold on. Wait, wait, wait, wait. >> Stay over by her. Don't come approaching me like that. >> I can do whatever. >> No, you can't because I'm going to take you out of here. >> Then do it. No, you take her out of here. >> You got to take me out of here. >> Now we're doing >> cuz I'm not doing nothing to you. I'm not doing anything that could even be >> All I ask you to do was just back up. Back up. >> No, I don't want you. >> Back up. >> You said they said it was simple. >> Back up. >> Why? >> Cuz you were talking to them and I was talking to them. >> Well, here I am. >> Obviously, you can't talk to them. So, if you keep yelling at me, I'm going to take you out of here in handcuffs and you are going to get >> Shut up. >> Get away from your job. >> This is your last chance. >> No. >> Then I'm taking you in. >> Please get off my finger. >> Let go. Let go of headphones. >> I'm not stealing your property. Let go. Yes. >> You're under arrest for >> for disorderly conduct. >> Why? Hey, white guy. >> You don't know how to act civily. That's why you're under arrest. >> How do you act? >> Knock it off. >> How do you act? >> Can you just get in the car? >> How? >> Sit down in the car. >> Get in first. Left foot. >> Put your foot in and get in the car. >> Billy, I don't know nothing. >> Let's go. Get in the car. >> I don't know what you're talking about. >> Sit in the car. Sit down. >> I can't cuz you're handcuffed. >> Sit down in the car. >> There's a strap preventing me from doing that. >> Get in the car. >> Oh, >> get in the car. >> Want to give me a hand? >> I'm trying. Get in the car. Am I not in the car? >> Put your feet in the car. >> But I'm in the car. >> Put your feet on my lips. >> The car now. >> They're in the car. >> Get your feet in the car. >> They're in the car. >> They're not in the car. >> After acting like a toddler on a power trip, officers had no choice but to call EMS and transport her to jail, where her entitled performance continued. >> What am I doing over there? I thought I need to go in the car. >> Stand up. I thought we retried that. >> So, what are we doing now? What are we doing now? >> We're taking the other car. We won't >> sit down. >> I want to sit in the car. Let me sit in the car. Ow. It's hard to take in the hands even more. >> If you just sat down, it would have hurt. >> I'll sit in the car. I'll sit in the car. I was sitting in the car. >> You were not sitting in the car. >> Now I'm lounging on the bed. Where the are we? Where are we? Where are we? Where is this building? >> What the hell? >> Yeah. What the hell? What the hell, guys? What the hell? What the hell? What the hell? What's that? What's that? What the hell? >> You're under arrest. You're under arrest. >> But you don't You know I'm not under arrest. >> You You are under arrest. >> What makes you believe I'm under arrest? >> Because you're handcuffed. >> Let me explain to you why I'm should why I'm not under arrest. Could you do me a favor? >> What is it? >> Can you at least remove this one piece of hair that's bothering me? The third girl, >> can you do me a favor and go into there? If you remove the hair first. How the does you even know you want to make a fool of me? >> Hey, dispatch. The individual say that this uh we happened in Elizabeth near a 7-Eleven >> attire. >> She was later charged with obstruction, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest and hopefully build for wasting everyone's time. This boss lady brought entitlement and racism. The next Jim Karen followed it up with shouting nonsense and a full breakdown. >> Present arms or arms, right face, left face about face. I said, >> "What's your first name?" >> They don't want me to work in Fort Myers on my business because of my hair. I just not started loving myself. I was priming my hair since I was 8 years old trying to look European. On September 3rd, 2024, an officer responded to a call about a woman causing a disturbance at Planet Fitness. But the second he approached her, it was clear this wasn't going to be simple. >> Ma'am. Hey, don't walk away. >> Back up. Back up. 6 feet, boy. 6 feet. Okay, let me get you on camera first. You see, I checked in. Go check the record cuz you're being discriminated. >> 326 central. I need some backup. >> Back up. My life. I'm fear for my life. Put it down. Back up. You're Mr. Maka. >> Just settle down. >> What you mean? You coming at me like a threat. He's disrespecting me. >> Just trying to find out what's going on. >> Back up. >> What's your name? >> Back up. >> What's your name? >> Lois. >> Louis, we got to go. They don't want you in here. >> She was already agitated. And before things could spiral, the officer tried to get her out, but she wasn't interested in making anything easy. >> I'm sorry, I missed your name again. >> I'm a battalion commander. A battalion. Do you know what a battalion commander is? Where are your ranks, sir? >> I do not. Where are your ranks, sir? >> I'm just deputy. What's your What's your first name? >> Present arms or arms? Right face. Left face about face. >> What's your first name? I I missed your first name. >> Are you a petty officer? Are you a staff sergeant? >> No, ma'am. Deputy. >> Okay. What is your rank? >> Just a deputy. >> Okay. Look at you. You can look and see my records. I really want my umbrella. I came over here a hotel across the street because my sister took my house and now I'm homeless and my son is in jail because, you know, his wife friends give him some I don't even know if they give it to him. They found it in the woods. Who knows where the came from, but I pray he wasn't using it. What was your name again? What's your What's your name? Can I get that, please? I'm just >> What's your name, sir? >> I'm Deputy Extra. >> Extra extra. >> Extra strum. >> Strum. What continent is that from? >> You could be uh Russian and we are at war right now. And I really don't trust Swedish. >> I believe it's Swedish. >> Oh, it's Swedish. >> I believe so. Can I Can I get your name now? >> I'm Ireland. >> Ireland. >> I'm Ireland. I'm England. I'm Portugal. >> Nothing she said made sense. And after a few minutes, the officer knew this day wasn't going to end quickly, especially after she said this. >> I've been asked several times, can I just get your name? >> And I need your ring. I need to know who you work for. >> Deputy Charlotte County Sheriff's Office. You have a business card? >> I do not have a business card. >> I don't need one because anybody can buy a police uniform and dress up and buy one of those off Amazon. >> That That's illegal. >> I don't know. But they're doing it. They're doing it. I've seen several people in establishment establishments that I've been to doing it. >> But that's illegal. Contact. Okay. So, are you trespassing me from this establishment? >> You're going to be trespassed from my establishment. >> Okay, that's fine. I don't need to be here anymore. I don't want >> Do you have Do you have some identification on you? >> I will not give my identification. So, I have a lawyer because, you know, I am at fear for my life. My melanin is worth a lot of money. Here's >> my melanin is in those those suntan lotion bottles. >> I've been listening to you for a while now. So, >> I've been listening to you too. You can follow me. I'm in jail for my life. >> So you can listen to me for just a couple minutes. All right. >> If you don't provide that information, it's obstructing and you can go to jail for that. >> Oh, they never really took me in jail. They put me in a crazy house by somebody. >> You probably don't want to go to jail. Take you to jail. I don't want to take you to jail. >> Well, let's Nobody go to jail. You just identify yourself. Nobody will go to jail. You're doing a racist thing. You're doing a racist part because you don't have no facts. but you just come after me because I'm a black woman and you know don't do that. It's not right. It's not right. >> After several failed attempts to get her name, he realized this conversation wasn't going anywhere. So, he did the next best thing. Got her under control. >> She's refusing to identify. >> I'm refusing. I'm trying to buy a house. Okay. >> Is there any way we can go outside? >> Um, I'm not going outside until he gave me that paperwork >> several times and she's refusing to identify. >> You look like you're under. >> Yep. I was just waiting for you guys to get here. >> Okay. >> Okay. Go ahead. >> Well, now >> y'all see this. Okay. Inventory all my stuff. Take me to home. >> Yeah. That's close to Alabama where that ship was, right? >> You stupid idiot. And I'm not going to do it. God don't do it. You don't. You black idiot. You're black. Look at your brown hair, your brown eyes. You're Ireland. I'm Ireland. And just when they thought it was over, she fired up her yap tank and made sure it wasn't. >> Here, let's get in there, right? Since you don't want to go ahead and listen. I'm trying to help you out here. >> I'm trying to I don't know your rank. You don't have your rank either on >> I'm a battalion commander and myself better first class. >> Y'all just robbing me. Y'all robbed my son. Y'all robbed me. >> We're not robbing you at all. >> Savannah robbed my son. >> We're not robbing you. >> Second to stay two years rentree. Didn't help with a bill. Free place to stay. And maybe they'll refund their money. Maybe uh Mr. Jones in the kitchen. >> Trying to get you buckled up so that way you're safe going to the jail house. >> For what? What am I going to the jail house for? >> Refusing to leave. >> Leave where? >> The >> where I pay. >> All right. This female is going to go ahead and search you real quick. Okay. >> I won't be a female touching me. I'm not a lesbian. >> She's just You don't have a name tag on. >> What's your name, ma'am? >> Bermuda. >> Bermuda Triangle. I don't know her cuz people get lost in the Bermuda Triangle. Don't put no drugs on me because I don't [Applause] >> and I don't want nobody injecting no drugs in me and I don't want nobody injecting no drugs in my son. We not if we don't do drugs. Only thing I use is marijuana to calm me down. I don't want to go on no psychotropic drugs. I'm vegetarian. >> After being checked out, she was transported to jail and booked for criminal trespassing and resisting arrest. All that noise and not one useful sentence. And just when the officers thought they'd earned a break, here comes a grown man throwing a tantrum over a phone and somehow turning it into a full day event. >> The staff did not misplace your phone. The staff didn't do anything to your phone. >> They called for them because you called the issue for them. >> You paid me, boy. You going your ass. Back in 2024, police were called to yet another Planet Fitness. This time for a man causing a scene over his lost phone. And when they arrived, they had no idea just how insufferable he was about to be. >> So, like, we got called because I guess you was upset because you lost it in their facility. Was you trying to make it their responsibility? >> No, of course not. But, you know, it just when when I had the phone >> Okay. and then go take a shower. Still had the phone, you know, and then they got lost in them telling her no, I wasn't making her responsible. But when she put it on my mind that oh, someone could have took it on with them, that that made me get upset, you know, >> cuz I was just trying to get figure out like how how did it become their responsibility? No, I didn't make it their respons. >> Well, that's that's how they they came out over the radio far as you was dispatched to it that you was make try to make it their responsibility that your phone was stolen cuz you got into argument with them any kind of way >> how to do it. >> No, leave it with you. >> I'm thinking like, okay, well, if it's not in the truck, it's not in this truck stop. >> I mean, it's not in this uh locker room, then it's been stolen. Somebody just came in here and they just stole it. >> And where was the last place you have it? >> In a locker room. >> In a locker room. Yeah. And I really don't want to handle it inside here. That's why I came out cuz I don't I'm not looking for a scener scene scenario. >> From the start, he was hesitant to go back inside. Probably because deep down he knew he was wrong, but we'll let the staff explain why. >> I guess what's the issue between you guys or anything going on? >> The issue is is that he lost his property in the gym. Yes. >> He was not using the lockers like he's supposed to to lock up his property. >> Okay. >> And he lost his cell phone. Cell phone has not been turned in here and he can't find it. >> Okay. >> Whenever he asked if I would call the police, I told him I could not call the police on this phone to report the phone as stolen. That was going to be something that he had to do. He's going to have to get with somebody on his own. >> Okay. >> He got angry about that and threatened us that he was going to act a fool up in here. I've tried to help him look for his phone. I've checked the lost and found, checked all the doors up here, cuz normally we stick them in the door if somebody turns them in. >> Yes. >> But for him to become violent after we've helped him withstall and everything, okay, >> was unacceptable. He doesn't even have club membership. I can pull it up for him. >> It came out as a disturbance. So therefore, that's why we were coming approaching, >> right? Because he threatened violence here. >> So what would y'all like done here? So right now >> is it this particular one or what? Just see if he >> go wherever he wants to but he can't come to this club anymore. >> Turns out there was a reason for the hesitation and when the officer confronted him with the facts he flipped straight into defensive mode. >> They also want me to tell you that they do want you trespass from you. >> Well, I'm not a trespasser. That's why I'm saying it. It got to be a serious report here because this is I come to this gym. I got a black car membership here and nobody can say that I'm trespassing when I'm complaining. >> They're trespassing you from this location. >> They can't say that I'm trespassing. I'm being a bother. If I'm being a bo then we need to go I need to file a lawsuit. Then >> you can do listen. You can move forward my man. You can move forward however you need to move forward as far as that. >> Nobody nobody can say that I'm trespassing. That's not saying you're trespassing. They're trespassing you from the property. That means that you're not allowed to no longer come to this location here. >> Why is that? Okay. Well, you need to make a larger request. I don't even got nothing else to say, brother. That's it. That's all I got to say. >> How it typically works, like I told you, I got called here for a disturbance. Now, whether what took place prior to me got a disturbance listen. >> Okay, let me speak. You talked to the staff. Okay. How have you talked to the staff? They told me that you was being loud. You threatened them and everything like that. I don't again I >> Nobody said I was being loud or I was threatening. >> When I talked to the staff, this is what happened. This is what was said to me. Okay. Now, this location here, >> you need to go inside of here. Let me get this person's name. Yes, sir. Listen to me. >> Listen. I know my rights and I know evidently don't. Listen to me. What I'm saying to you, this this is not a game. >> You're being trespassing the property. That means that you're not allowed to go to this property. >> We're not going to play a tiff attack game. If if if I'm being trespassed here, then I need to make sure that I handle it in the most professional way because if I need to sue this place because they stole that's like somebody saying you I stole from you and you better not come back here because I stole. Like that's like me stealing something from you and then I tell you don't come to my house. >> The staff did not misplace your phone. The staff didn't do anything to your phone. The officer tried to explain how things were going to work, but the man kept arguing like his last two brain cells were fighting for third place. Unfortunately, it didn't stop there. >> I'm trying to do your part, but like I said, I'm here like I told you before. I said, "Hey, I got called here for this reason. I'm going to go and address your situation accordingly, but let me go ahead and address this situation here first so that I can move to your situation." So basically I'm working two situations at a time here. But right now their situation that I was called here for the disturbance that that we was I got called here for they want you trespass for this property. That's that's if nobody now if you feel that's what it is. If you have a issue with that >> I do have an issue. >> You can call corporate and address that as such. I cannot provide you no name for anybody in there nor and I'm advising you not to go inside this business. I just need to because I don't want nobody putting something in the computer saying, "Oh, he was banned from this establishment because somebody else stole his phone." How is that making any sense? Okay, they called you for me. >> They are the complaints. They called because you >> I'm the complaint. >> No, listen to me. >> I'm complaining about my phone. That's not a It was no scenario that happened between me and Planet Fitness. >> They going We going around in circles. >> We not, brother. Not because it's >> because you're not grasping what I'm telling you right now. You really know. I've explained to you like several times already. >> I want to make a report about this. If this is a different situation, then this is what I want to make. I want to make a situation. I need a report. You can tear that up and we can start. >> So, you don't want to do anything about your fault. >> I want to do something about honestly, props to the officer for keeping it together. Dealing with a fullgrown manchild before breakfast isn't easy. and his reaction coming up is more than fair. >> I am here for the fact that you start you called the created a disturbance or unsafe environment for these people here. That's what I'm here for and I'm addressing your issue at the same time. Now, if you don't want to do any further with that, then dude, you're more than welcome to go. I'm just telling you what I was >> I got to keep trying to look for my >> Okay, cool. But like I said, like once again, >> maybe maybe they maybe somebody brought it up by now. >> But that's probably I've been sitting here explaining the same to you over again. God almighty. All right. So, what are we doing here? You free to leave, balance. >> Okay. So, so that's it. >> You say you don't want to do anything. >> There's nothing. You can't really do anything. >> Okay. And And that's perfectly fine. You have that right. You do. You do. >> Have a right for what? >> To not want to do anything. You have that right. >> And I I need to make a report. If that's the situation that they're filing towards me, >> call them. File a complaint. I know you don't have a phone right now. >> There's no complaint for me to file. They're complain. They're the complaint and I'm defending myself from that complaint. >> And I've heard you. I heard everything. report they need. I would need I need a copy of that or something. >> Well, you don't have to file a complaint for this. Is there >> no complaint that I have? I'm defending myself from a complaint that's being made. >> Have I explain it to you? >> No, sir. >> The business did not >> because first and foremost, you need to control your emotions with this badge in this man. Listen, what what I'm telling you, >> brother, I know my rights. Okay, >> my man. Like I told you before, like I told you before, >> and I'm not getting ready to argue. Keep your hands out of my face. The business did not take your phone. Your phone was in your possession. >> Nobody getting ready to act. >> I And what's And I explained it to you on multiple occasions. >> I'm completely stepping away because I keep don't put your hand, >> man. Listen to me. I've explained it to you on multiple occasions that like say I have a nice I said, "Hey, let me go ahead and get their situation situated." >> It ain't situation. >> I can go ahead and address your situation. >> Their situation was that I called. >> You did not call them. You don't have a phone to call. >> You don't have a phone to call. You >> do not have a phone to call. >> So I asked them, >> I told you they cannot call. They say this >> call though. >> They call for them because you caused the issue for them. >> At this point, the officer basically completed an entire shift in 30 minutes. And what he did next was absolutely justified. >> I ain't even left this place. >> I told you to step over there. You want to hang out? >> [ __ ] slave [ __ ] I'm a [ __ ] like a you say [ __ ] about that [ __ ] like I told you I said my man you going to arrest me cuz I'm stepping on a cement bro >> because this is their turn man >> no >> turn it's okay bro you straight bro put your hand back for me bro you good bro don't worry about it my boy put you in cuffs that way until my supervisor get here we going to address it >> I'm not going to no jail >> put you in the back of the car to my supervisor >> I don't need to be in no car to talk to no supervis. I ain't no [ __ ] slaves, man. >> My man's been advised that you trust. >> Get your [ __ ] hands off me, man. You pushing me like this for for no reason. Somebody stole my phone. >> You would, bro. Don't worry about it. Come on. I'm put you back here. >> Somebody stole my side. Come on. I'm put you on your [ __ ] bro. I promise I would. >> If you do, then you get sued. >> Listen, get in the car. >> Oh, I'm going to jail about it. >> We don't know yet. You going to put me on my I'm going to beat that ass with these >> pants. Just get in the car. Stop. >> Just get in the car. >> Get in the car, bro. Get in the car, bro. >> I'm not being arrested for anything, >> right? >> Nobody said you are at this point. >> Okay. So, he not about to keep pushing me. >> Well, then sit sit back. >> I'm sitting in the car. >> No, I want you to sit back with both feet in the car and then we can talk, >> man. In the car. >> Put your foot in the car. >> What for? Put your foot in the car. >> For what? >> Just do what we say, dude. >> For what? >> Easier. >> Somebody tas me, clown. >> You t me, boy. You going your ass to go to jail. >> P me, man. >> I wish you again. >> Back up. >> Back up. Back up. >> Eventually, officers managed to get Big Baby into the car. He was taken to the station and charged with trespassing and resisting without violence. His bond was set at $2,000. Honestly, if aggravated mental abuse were a real charge, he'd have earned that, too.
