Get out of my face. You're You're walking in my face. >> Go before I get pissed. Don't [ __ ] touch me. You guys got [ __ ] nothing better to do than harass me for no damn reason. On March 29th, 2025, an officer from Pierce County was investigating a stolen vehicle when all of a sudden he was approached by an unwanted guest. Here's what happened in next. Is there a reason why you're coming over here? No, I'm just admiring it. It's a nice car. See the wheels? Real nice. Just admiring it. >> Then you can keep on going then. Hey, it's not illegal to be in a public space. Well, then start me a tow, please. I'm at Target for a black Honda Civic. >> how nice and shiny this dude's wheels are. This thing looks slow, man. Mhm. Waiting for something? I'm towing the car. Why? Cuz it's got no plates and the VIN's covered. Not yours, huh? You're looking at me like I'm doing something wrong. You're chilling in a public spot, man. You can do whatever you want. >> Man, this cop's trying to tow this random dude's car. What a shame. Yep, what a shame. Hey, you want to get your [ __ ] nasty ass shoe off that rim? Is this your car, man? Cuz we can like solve this real quick just by you opening the car and removing the VIN. >> Hear me out. Is there a black two-door Honda Civic with white wheels and a aftermarket wing reported as stolen? There's a thousand stolen cars a month in Pierce County, but The answer is >> And this is the most common stolen vehicle in Pierce County. The answer is, why don't you just uncover it yourself? I can't. It's inside the car. What a shame. What a shame. So, if this is your car, we can go ahead and solve this crisis, but if you're not going to claim ownership of this then just >> Why would I claim ownership of a car that's got a cop that's 100% going to hand out tickets? Right. That being said, it's going to come to the gate car police department. We're going to go ahead and seize it on a search warrant and then >> Seize it on a search warrant for what? What are you searching it for? To uncover the VIN. For what? Do you have any suspicion of it being stolen other than no plates and a covered VIN? >> Absolutely. >> What's your suspicion of it being stolen, officer? >> Hey, man, is this your car or what? You're making this so much harder than it needs to be. The kid was getting a little too emotional over someone else's car. But just when the officer thought he would finally leave him alone, he decided to make things even worse. You're [ __ ] doing it for no reason. You got your nasty ass shoe on the [ __ ] wheel. Yeah? Get your [ __ ] shoe off the wheel. Is this your car? You're being disrespectful to whoever's car it is. >> Okay. You need to back off my face, go over there. I'm not in your face. You just stuck your [ __ ] hand in my face. But But Chill. >> Get your [ __ ] Why is your foot on the wheel? >> Walk. Get out of my face. Go. >> You're You're walking in my face. Go before you get hurt. Don't [ __ ] touch me. >> Go. >> I'm not doing [ __ ] Get off my scene. Get away from my car. Go. This ain't your car. >> Go. >> Your car's back there. >> I'm going to get me a first search warrant. Start moving. >> All right. You You were approaching me. You were getting in my face. >> Move back. >> Get your [ __ ] hand off me. Stay You pushed me or you don't. Stay off the car. >> Keep your [ __ ] hands off me. >> Stay off the car. Back up. Back up. Start recording this. Touch me again, [ __ ] Come push me. With the officer's ears now bleeding, he gave up on the kid and tried to leave him alone, but his yap fest was far from over. You can push me for no goddamn reason. You're putting your hands in my face. No. I kept my phone back respectfully. I wasn't sticking it in your face. >> Mhm. I got your name and that was it. What's your [ __ ] badge number? 117. So, like I was saying, so we're going to get a search warrant to remove the cover from the VIN. And if it comes back stolen, we'll deal with it. If not, we'll come back to the last person who has ownership, give them a call to come pick it up. If that ain't you, you ain't getting the car back. All right? >> Sick. Cool. So, um I think I'm going to visit you down at the department and I'm going to actually get a supervisor down here since you were shoving me for no [ __ ] reason. Yeah. I can do that for you, but first I'm going to need you to back away from the vehicle. No, I'm going to need you to call a supervisor. No, I ain't going to help you out right now. >> legally required to call your supervisor if requested. Not correct. Get your [ __ ] supervisor down here. When a second unit comes here, I will call you a supervisor. But until I get a second unit down here, you're not getting a supervisor. Are you [ __ ] serious? I'm absolutely serious. You guys got [ __ ] nothing better to do than harass people for no goddamn reason. Yeah. Look at this dumb ass. He doesn't even know how going park the car. Are you [ __ ] serious? It's not his. He says it's not his car, but he's acting like it's his car. >> stupid [ __ ] just ran into my car for no [ __ ] reason. Oh, it's his your car. Okay. >> If his tough guy act didn't already make things awkward, what he does next definitely will. All right, come here. Are you [ __ ] serious? >> Come here. So, now it's your car, right? >> Oh, yeah. All right, listen. >> So, it's a gross misdemeanor to cover up your VIN like that. Do you understand? >> I literally just bought it back. >> right, okay, let's go ahead and see some ID now. I'm not the one that covered it. I You're It's your car, right? >> Car, right? >> What's your name? >> Cody. Cody what? >> Oh, you [ __ ] What? CODY IT'S MY CAR. WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHAT? CAN I CONTINUE? Continue what? I'm not committing a crime. Cody, you're being detained. You're not free to leave. Is that my ticket? No, this is the law in which we are seizing your vehicle for. So, you're not getting this back. We are seizing it. We are going to uncover the VIN with a search warrant. We'll give you a call back if you need be, but you're free to go from here. It comes back stolen, you've been contacted for stolen vehicle in the past. We know where to come find you. No, I haven't. I haven't. I haven't. Uh no, the [ __ ] I haven't. For what? For black Honda Civic from Pierce County. Okay, that I can actually Uh one second, I will call you right back. I am going in there without a search warrant. This is There is There is a business card from an officer. I got pulled over. The officer said it was coming up as stolen. By the way, did not hit my car when he did that. Okay. Okay. This was right after I purchased it from an auction. They called in I don't know who they called. I'm not a cop. Okay. They called, got it cleared up. That was this car. It was previously stolen, got towed, the title got written over to the tow company, and then I purchased it from an auction. I'm just going this route. All right. That's the route we're going to go with. You could have cooperated about 20 minutes ago when you walked up. Suck my All right. Realizing he messed up a big time by lying to the officers, Cody runs to call his daddy for help. But, when he arrives, he turns out to be an even bigger headache. Okay. Yeah. They're all Okay. We're towing the car. I need you to get that off. Cuz the VIN's covered. I'm on [ __ ] Okay. That's great. The The tow truck is coming right here. I need you to move. Back up. >> You don't need to touch me. >> Get away. Hey, he was the same as you. Don't touch me, please. Go. I'm asking a [ __ ] question, okay? The tow truck is blocking You're blocking the tow truck. Go. [ __ ] touch me, Get out of Okay, turn up your drive right back. That has nothing to do with you. You're under arrest this time. Is he being arrested or detained? >> Yes, he's being arrested. Now, when I tell you to get out of the way the tow truck's coming cuz I got to seize this vehicle, you need to get out of the way. Not sit here and keep arguing with me, blocking the tow truck and blocking me from doing my job. That's why you're under arrest. Why is the car getting towed? Yeah. Cuz the VIN is covered. Okay, well, you What VIN was that? Really that hard to say? Cuz the VIN's covered. Come on over here. Is he going to make it? Sitting there talking to the guy, "Hey, man, this is your car." Which Yeah. Cover the VIN. Hey, stay away from the tow truck driver. Let him do his job. Cody saw this was his big bully moment to shine. But, to the only thing shining was his dad's pair of handcuffs, facing charges for obstruction. Now, meet to the most insufferable teen bully of all time. I told you about that. I'M NOT THE ONE. YOU JUST KICKED ME IN THE FACE. And you tried to fight him. On January 27, 2024, police responded to a home after a woman urgently called for help removing her teenage daughter, who was currently trashing the house after a huge fight. But, as the officer rushed inside to handle it, nothing could have prepared him for what was waiting. Called down before cuz she was beating on the garage outside, and it just blew up from there. So, it's been verbal back and forth between both of us. I did snatch that that thing off her wall in her room cuz I I told her you got to go cuz I'm I can't. Her dog has destroyed the house. I got to pay for that. The bills are mounting. Stuff that I got to cover. And so, I really just want her to go. Like, I think she's upstairs now. She's throwing stuff. So, what today what happened today? Is it just arguments? It's just arguments and she's just been throwing stuff. You can go look. She's in her bedroom to the left. Hey, Rachel. What? What's going on? Mhm? I'm okay. What are you So, don't do that. He's here to help you. Hey, what's going on? I don't want I don't got to talk to you. I don't want to talk to you. Okay, well, your mom called. I don't give a I mean, I'm I'm not your enemy, okay? I'm here to help. So, what's going on, man? Who you want to fall with? >> DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT. I'M here to help you. Like, why are you Why are you treating miserable. Okay, but I'm I didn't do anything to you. I'm just trying to see what's going on if I can help you, you know what I'm saying? I I didn't do anything to you. So, I see you packing up stuff. Are you trying to go somewhere? My my heart hurts. Okay, where are you going? >> Don't worry about it. Baby, I can help you. >> No, I don't need your help. I didn't call y'all. She asked for help. I didn't ask y'all for [ __ ] Right, right. That's correct. She called us. Do you need a ride? No. Do you want to speak to someone? Like I said, I was here to You hurt her [ __ ] Y'all Y'all got your fat ass. She don't do She contributes nothing to this earth. >> Right now, I mean, I see you in distress and I'm trying to help you, you know, alleviate that. So, it might not be with me. That's why my reason is somebody else that you know what I'm talking to. I mean, that's my job. I'm here to help you help people. I didn't ask for your help. I hope that Okay, you you didn't ask for help. That's correct, but >> So, LEAVE ME ALONE. I'M DOING WHAT I CAN DO TO GET THE [ __ ] OUT BUT, I explained that I can help you. You're not doing nothing but slowing me down. Get the [ __ ] out. I'm not slowing you down. Have I stopped you from doing anything you're doing? Are you arresting me? No, I'm not. THEN GET THE >> [screaming] >> IS IT MY UNIFORM THAT'S MAKING YOU UPSET? It's Rachel, right? Do you prefer to talk to like the EMS about what's going on? Like, I'm not here to hurt you. I'm here to help you. You didn't call and you want me to leave. I think they're here now. Hello. Hey, how are you doing? This is Rachel. Oh, GET THE [ __ ] OUT. OUT. I DON'T WANT Y'ALL in here. I DON'T WANT Y'ALL BOTHERING ME. RACHEL, we're not WAS THAT A CLEAR ANSWER? YOU NEED TO [ __ ] ALONE. RACHEL, WE'RE NOT your enemies. We're here Then leave me THE [ __ ] ALONE. You're wasting your time and you're wasting mine. Why you throw the TV down? CUZ I'M PISSED. CONNECT THE DOTS. THREE [ __ ] LINES. GET OUT. IF THROWING STUFF AROUND IT didn't make Rachel feel like the main character, her next performance was definitely dramatic enough for a lead role in a low-budget horror movie. We didn't >> I DON'T CARE. because I don't care. GET YOUR NERDY ASS OUT OF HERE. GO DOWN. WE DIDN'T COME HERE BECAUSE >> I DON'T CARE. All right, so we can't leave. I don't care. SHE DO ALL THAT SPIRITUAL TRYING TO PLAY NOTHING IS GOING TO FIX THAT. SHE'S THE DEVIL HERSELF. BUT YOU'RE THE PROBLEM, YOU DON'T REALIZE THAT. Five. Like two. A dollar 75. >> A dollar is four quarters and 75 is three. Okay. Cool. Is Mickey Mouse a cat or dog? >> And do you know where you're at? At Atlanta. Okay. Well, I'm sorry, Rachel. You have a great day. Bye. Rachel's attitude may have been wild enough to scare the medics away, but this officer wasn't going anywhere without her. And when she realizes that, THINGS GET PERSONAL. RACHEL, LET'S TRY TO CALM DOWN. YOU GOT TO GO with your granddaddy, so I'm not leaving WITHOUT MY DOG. THIS IS WHAT SHE JUST TRIED TO CAME IN HERE and tried to throw fists at me. Like, come on. BUT SHE GOING TO CALL THE POLICE JUST LIKE A WHITE WOMAN. SHE'S MISERABLE. I'm not here to arrest anybody. I'm here to help. >> You're not helping, cuz she's still Rachel, that's that's not nice. I MEAN I DON'T CARE. FOR THE LAW. >> NOT. LIKE, I DON'T CARE. THIS IS WHAT I'M SAYING. DON'T SAY nothing about your mom like that no more. I don't care. She I don't care. I don't want her here. I DON'T WANT HER I DON'T WANT HER SHE'S JUST THAT'S WHY HER LIFE IS THE WAY IT IS. SHE'S MISERABLE. THAT'S WHY SHE CAN'T KEEP A MAN. THAT'S WHY NOW EVERYWHERE SHE GOES IN HER WORKPLACE, THEY BEEF WITH HER CUZ NO ONE LIKE HER. SHE'S AN UNLIKABLE PERSON. IT'S GOING TO STAY THAT WAY. People sense energy. She has nothing but demonic ENERGY. AND NO NO MATTER CRYSTALS OR FREAKING is going to fix that. In a situation like this in A BATHROOM IT'S ALWAYS THE MOTHER. YOU WANT I GOT TO TAKE THIS [ __ ] HEY RACHEL. RACHEL. RACHEL. SEE I GOT A POT TO PISS IN and I'll throw out the front door. It might look like the house of Rachel was finally over. But seconds later she comes back even louder and somehow even worse. I'm not about to keep doing this. Come here, Rachel. You're going with me. This is going to be the last time, okay? Right here, you're going to get what you need to get and leave. Do not come back in here cuz I'm telling you right now, you're getting ready I I watched you. All right, do something else then. Why don't you worry about your left hand? Okay. Yeah, that's closer to the She ain't coming back in here. All right, grab your stuff. My dog! going back in. [ __ ] YOU! RACHEL! RACHEL! YOU KNOW WHAT? Told you to calm down. She was supposed to be going with granddaddy, but she kept pushing and knocking over stuff. You just kicked me in the face! And you tried TO BITE HIM! NO, I bit you, but I did not kick you. Yes, you did! >> Well, I apologize. >> That doesn't matter. It's too late for that. Cuz you was hurting me. >> I wasn't. If you would have just put your hands behind your back the first time, nobody would have been taking you to the I should have taken you to jail. I told you. I'm not hurting you. YES, YOU WERE! >> [screaming] >> LOOK LOOK WHAT YOU'RE DOING. YOU GOT TO DO WHAT YOU YOU KEEP FIGHTING. WHAT ARE WE WAITING ON? I DON'T WANT TO DO THIS! PLEASE, I'LL ACT NORMAL if you take me to the jail. Knocking her head. So, she's getting ready to leave with grandpa. I've stopped her from going cuz she's been terrorizing the house. Pretty much I I was like, "You know what? You're going to go with me to the jail." She started fighting us. She bit me. She kicked him. Once they got her in the car, she started BANGING HER HEAD. LET ME GO! I MEAN, SHE DID THAT TO HERSELF. SHE hit her head herself. As it turns out, going full ninja on a police officer doesn't end with victory. It ends with a trip to jail facing charges of battery, resisting arrest, and trespassing in your own house. Police stop. Rachel thought a violence would solve her problems, but Katrina thought making a false police report would solve hers. She's done this before. I have not. Yeah, he has. You My mom, YOU FIGHT [screaming] HER! THESE ARE BITE MARKS. She literally had me bitten. On August 23rd, 2022, police were alerted to a residence after a teenage girl frantically called 911 claiming she had just been attacked by her own father. But, when officers arrived, they could tell something else was at play. We're going to get medics to check you out, okay? I'm fine. I was just protecting myself. >> Okay. The male needs to get checked out. Okay, just hold on. >> Can you test her for a DUI? Okay. Why don't you just put that down for a second? >> This is not mine. That's fine. Can you just put them both down? >> one in her bag. >> Okay. The law officer is here. He's trying to >> 42-05, can you be 51 over here? 10-12 with two now. You just put that in your pocket. Just hang up with them. The law officer is trying to say that I need to leave. Put it in my pocket and hang up. I'm on the phone with 911. You can hang up. Do you need medical attention at all? Do you have any cuts or anything on you? Mhm. No. He's Okay. And he's trying to sit there and claim those are mine so he can get away with me, but my face hurts from him punching me in it. >> I haven't touched her. Listen, we aren't going to argue right now. Just He threw me down and got thrown down back. He's done this before. I have not. Yeah, he has. YOU BEAT MY MOM, YOU STOP. STOP YELLING. Sit down. Hello, my name's Abel, paramedic with the fire department. What's your name? I guess she's not injured at all. He has cuts on >> him. He's beating my mom, and he beat my mom. >> Okay, just wait for a second. >> got to figure out who's injured and help you guys out, okay? Who was in the car that left? I know who you are. She left. >> him with the alcohol. >> No, no. She dropped me off and left. He's abusive. Do not let him lie. He beat the out of my mom and went to jail. >> Hey, stop. Stop. Right away, Katrina tries to locking in her role as the ultimate victim, but that all changes when officers hear her dad's side of the story. Hello. How you doing? >> Good. How are you? I'm okay. Been better. Yeah. Do you need medics? No. No, they talked to me. What happened was she came back from the beach. She went to the beach today with a friend. She got on the couch. You know, she was I thought intoxicated. So, we're just, you know, >> How old is she? She's 18. Okay. She's kind of out of it. So, it's a little tense, but nothing bad. And then she we got a little puppy and she grabs the puppy by one leg and just grabs it into her room. So, I said to her, I said, "Please don't grab the puppy like that." And she's like, "Oh, I don't I take care of the puppy. We've had the puppy for 1 week." So, she starts in on me, "You know, you don't help with the puppy at all and blah blah blah." And I said to her, I said, "Katrina, that's not what I'm talking about." And I said, "I just don't want you to grab the puppy like that." And then she just explodes. Are there any actual injuries? She said her head hurts, but when I asked her she had injuries, she said no. Well, I haven't got a story from her. She's been screaming at me. Perfect. So, he's covered in injuries. So, I need to talk to her. And it's been up and down for a long time. Her mother, who had custody of her, kicked her out. I've had her for the last year. We've always have these problems. As it turns out, being told how to properly hold a dog was a devastating blow to Katrina's ego, leading to her literally biting him like a zombie. Can you please get Katrina, Katrina, I have to talk to you about what happened to you. >> the phone with my mom. I need to talk to you. You can't leave. We need to hang up. I need to talk to you. Tell her you need her to come, please. >> She can't come right now. She's not involved. Tell her you'll call her back and hang up. Please come. All right. You know where. Okay, bye. >> Okay. >> I need to talk to you about what happened today, okay? She started to physically attack me. Oh, those aren't mine. Those aren't mine. All that kind of stuff. And I'm like, "No, this is alcohol." And I actually went over to Kennedy's after I got away. I don't know if they're home or not, but this has been a problem with Kennedy, and I'm like So, who was the original caller of this? I think it was Katrina. I went over to Kennedy. >> We haven't spoke to her yet. We'll just speak to her later. With these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to me now? Yes. Okay. So, first of all, I went to come here and confront from my um apartment, and he followed me downstairs talking about how he's going to hit me. Like, obviously, I can't remember everything because I've been so stressed out, and there's all these uh and I'm super nervous, but I was just on the phone with my mom, and I want her to come here, and I want her to come talk to you because she will tell you because I'm super understanding, and I watch my my mom I watch my beat the neighbors, and I watch the neighbors hate my because he's Did anything physical happen between you and your dad? What happened? He dragged me outside, and he he dragged me out. So, he dragged you? Yeah, he dragged me. He dragged me when I came over here, and I don't even like remember that good because because I'm so traumatized, and I just want to call her. Okay, so you got home. >> Yeah, and I just remember being upstairs and him like dragging me from the apartment building being like, "You can't come up here." >> These are bite marks. >> Okay. She literally had me bitten, and I had to kind of bounce her down on the bed to get her off me. And then I tried to get away and she kept coming at me. With the real story now on the table, officers turn back to Katrina, who's more than happy to explain how she's still supposedly the victim. Why does he have bite marks and scratches over him? How did that happen? >> Because we argued and because I brought him to the ground after we argued, but that was because after he hit me. So he hit you first. Where? On your eye? Do you mind if I feel it? Yeah, feel it cuz it hurts. It's right up here. Okay, so I thought you said that he dragged you. Yeah, he dragged me out of the apartments. Is that the first thing he did that was physical? Yeah, he dragged me out of the apartments and I stood up and we argued and altercation like whatever and then I started screaming to the neighbors and all this stuff was starting to happen and I can't remember exactly what happened cuz it's so blurry. Okay, I'm going to talk to your dad one more time, okay? And what I tried to do was get her off me cuz literally when she bites, she clamps down on me, okay? See that before? Can you roll your sleeves up a little bit so I can get another picture? Okay, this is what happened. There's no battering going on. You don't see any marks on her. Where were you injured at? My face and like my right here. It all hurts. It feels like he How did How did you get injured there? He punched me in the face. How did it like what? Open hand, closed fist? >> Closed fist. >> Okay, which hand did he use? Um he used his left hand, maybe even right. >> She does have a mark by her eye. I'm not sure how that happened. >> Well, you know what? She was biting me so hard that I tried to get her off me. You ever see somebody like stuck on you? And I'm trying to get her down and I think I fell on her. So I might have conked her, you know? I didn't conk her with my fist. I was just trying to get her off and then when I got her off, I got out of there. Well, look, there he is and he's lying and he's done this before. He's lying. He's been like she's hit me before. He's a whole liar. He hit me. He's a liar. Okay, well we're figuring out what happened, okay? Okay, but no, last time this happened, no one believed me and he was actually all he did was punch me in the face. He punched me in the face multiple times and he did the same stuff he did now. But in reality, he punched me in the face and he's a liar. >> As she's busy putting on an Oscar-worthy performance, officers quickly notice a massive plot hole in her story. Okay, so you guys started arguing? >> Yeah, so I started arguing. He punched me in the face. It hurt super bad. >> So he randomly just punched you in the face. Okay, and then how did he get all those scratches and everything? >> I started scratching him back. I started telling him to stop scratching me. He was scratching you? Yeah, he was scratching me. I started telling him to get off me cuz he's done this before. I've seen him beat my mom. But I didn't want this happening. So it's not fair when I actually [laughter] take her side against the dog. So did this all happen in the living room, the bedroom? >> room. Do you see anything any marks on her face? All I see is redness from probably crying. Going back and forth crying. Oh my god. So what do you want to do? I want to press charges. She really thought her fake tears would magically make the officers ignore the fact that she has zero injuries while her dad looks like he wrestled a bear. Needless to say, it didn't work. All right, Katrina. So I'm going to be up front with you, okay? Based on the investigation, I'm going to place you under arrest for any for battery. But I need you to go and turn around and put your hands behind your back. I'll be able to explain anything that you need explaining. You haven't really actually talked to him. We did talk to him. But he's a liar. >> Well, it's based on the totality of the circumstances, based on the injuries that he has, and the stories that he's saying of the events. His story is Okay. Okay. That's what you think. I'll take him to court. You can. That's your right. >> Once you walk him over here and have a face-to-face with him, you'll see how much he is lying. I promise. It's one thing if you're an 18-year-old having fun, but when you're an 18-year-old and you've got four arrests and you've got this continual I mean, we won't even go over the job situations. The way she's quit her jobs. It's just Probably in the last 2 months, six of them. Don't believe him. He lies. He's a liar. What's your name? [laughter] He lies and he hit my mom and I watched him hit my mom with my own eyes. I understand everything you said. I'm going to put in a I watched him HIT MY MOM. ALL RIGHT, give me 1 minute. 1 minute. If throwing a fit over a puppy wasn't ridiculously enough, Katrina's master plan completely backfired. Now, the only thing she'll be aggressively grabbing are the metal bars of her jail cell, facing a charge for battery. Hey, don't don't don't hit that lady. >> [screaming] >> Oh my god. NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO. MA'AM, get in your car. OH MY GOD. I GOT IT. ON FEBRUARY 3RD, 2024, an officer in Ocala rushed to an intersection after multiple 911 calls reported a teenage girl brutally a senior citizen in the middle of the road. Here's what happened when the officer arrived. And it felt fine, but while I'm waiting in line, I'm starting not to feel so good. Okay. Do you need EMS right now? >> No, I got to get my son home. I might go to the hospital. Okay. If you can get me a EMS to check her out. So, what happened? Well, we were on our way coming home from Best Buy and I was going that way. So, obviously Mhm. So, as soon as I came through the light, there was a great big truck and so I thought, okay, I'll just get over now. Well, they assaulted me. She's a young girl. Way behind me, like four car lengths behind me. Not even close to me. Right. So, I have my signal on because that's what Uh-huh. And I don't get over right away. Right. >> Now, how I drive, I I have incentive with my insurance. Mhm. So, I started to get over because she's way behind me. Yeah. She doesn't want me to get over. Right. At this point, I'm already halfway in town. Right. So, I see her in my mirror out of nowhere, literally nowhere, at my tail end right here, but I'm already, you know, halfway over. So, I don't stop. That would be stupid. I don't know if I can get back over or not because I'm the behind me is going to think I'm moving over. So, I can't just jump back in my lane. >> Right. So, this light, she passes, gets in front of me, gets in the turn lane. I got in the turn lane because I wanted to get her her tag. >> Tag. Tag, yeah. So, she cut you off, right? She cut you off. She was behind you, and then she got in front of you, almost After I got over. After you got off. >> She almost caused us to have a wreck. That was all on her. She was nowhere near me. Okay. I had ample time to get over. And then she went around me, and by then, she's in front of me. When we get up here to where the turn lane starts, she gets over into the turn lane, and that's where I followed her because I'm next to the turn lane to go through the light. So, I get over there to get her tag. I want to get her tag, and you know, Yeah. the way she's driving >> Did you get out of the car? Did you step out of the car? She came to me. I got out of the car, not expecting to get beat up. >> Yeah. Apparently, at my age, I couldn't hit her back. I sat there and took quite a few swings, but I didn't hit her back. I wasn't even calling her names. Well, not till I took a few punches. Yeah. Then I started mouthing off, but not till then. Okay. The people took a video. They called 911 cuz I didn't call. Right. >> And I made him get back in the car, and then I got I tried to get in the car, and she hit me a couple more times. Yeah. Where did she hit you, like in the face? >> All head. I've got knots you could feel on my head. Yeah. As the driver begins explaining what really happened, the officer quickly realizes just how serious the situation is, especially after hearing this. So, She had her son in the car. You don't need to know all that right now. Can you just Oh, wait. Tell him the story after you get with him. Anyway, tell him because I'm speaking to the officer, and I can't Let me check one Okay. So, and then she got back in the in her vehicle and and left. >> Once she started realizing people were getting out of the car and videoing her and she still threw in a couple more punches. And I told her I said, "Don't you dare hit her. She's not worth it cuz otherwise I'd have been hit. I'm not going to stand there and take a beating. I mean, I can't swing. I might be old, but I can still swing. But she's young and I'm not going to sit there and swing at somebody my age. Maybe I might have fought back. I don't know. But to me she's like a child. So I'm not going to sit here and swing at a child." >> How old do you think she was? I think she's in her very young 20s, if that. So she went that way? >> She went that way. That's how >> you got her license? You pretty much put over here. >> um the lady that called 911 was in front of me, the one that did the video. So she came to my car and told me she was on the phone with 911. The light turned and she told me to follow her through the light. So Was she able to send you that video? I did. She sent me the video cuz I'd told her, "Don't stay here. I Who knows how long it's going to take." They had kids in the car. Do you mind if I see that video? That's her license. That's her license? Yeah. Okay. Can you find that video if you have one? They didn't start videoing it until >> Until Okay. And this is Here and then This is her? >> Apparently, getting cut off in traffic was reason enough for this girl to get out of her car and start a street fight. And if the explanation wasn't bad enough, the woman suddenly whips out her phone and what she shows the officer next shocks him. Hey, don't don't don't FIGHT THAT LADY. OH MY [screaming] GOD. Oh my god. No no no no no no. Ma'am, get in your car. OH MY GOD. YO, GET OUT THE CAR. I GOT IT. NO, I'M NOT GOING TO HIT A CHILD. In my opinion, at 60 to me that's a child. But as you can hear, she's like, "I got it. I got it." Because it was a very angry The ambulance is here. They're going to check you out. >> Few times I thought she was just going to stop and finally go away cuz she'd walked away a couple times and I was going to start to walk back to my car. But then she came back at me a couple more times. Hey, she was assaulted real bad. Somebody like hit her real bad on uh in her, you know, head area and stuff like that. I don't know, I was fine, but now I'm not fine, so. Yeah. Okay. How old are you, ma'am? I'm 60. 60. Armed with the video evidence and a license plate, officers quickly track the suspect down. But, as they approach her, nothing could have prepared them for what happens next. Yeah. Huh? Uh, no, we didn't mean to call. Hey you, what's going on? Do you know why we're here? Yeah. You know your rights? Okay. Can you tell us what happened or would you like to ask questions? No, I can tell you. All right, so since we got here, I'm just going to read you your rights, all right? Do you understand this each of these rights? Okay. Having that in mind, do you want to talk to me? >> Okay, so I'm over here at the light. >> Okay. And the lady is cutting in front of me. Mhm. And she has her blinker on, but she's already like right here, she's about to hit me. So, I start honking, and she keeps cutting over. So, I swerve into the other lane, and I throw a bottle at her car. Okay. And then she starts like driving crazy and like getting all up on me and stuff. So, when I get to the light, I stop with my car in park and get out. And then I walk to her, and she walks to me, and she's in my face. So, I push her back, and then she gets back in my face. So, I hit her. Okay. And you knew that was not right, right? Yes. So, that being said, pretty much you're going to have to want to press charges. Me? Or her? She want to She want to press charges. Yes, ma'am. Cuz she actually was taken to the hospital with concussion cuz you hit her so bad. And then she was 60, little tiny grandma. All right, go turn around for me. Y'all going to bond her out? You're actually in there doing stupid [ __ ] like that. How old are you? About to be 20. About to be 20, okay. Didn't she have a passenger with her? She had a autistic kid with her, and he can't drive, yeah. All right, well, all right, so misdemeanor no charge, so. All right. You know, thank God it wasn't a felony cuz if she was 65, it could have been a felony, seriously. >> something because I mean, that's stupid [ __ ] that is just ridiculous. Where she learns that, I don't know. I understand. Put your head down. >> She really thought turning the middle of the road into her own WWE ring made her the final boss of the street. Instead, it fast-tracked her straight to the back of a police car facing charges of battery, 12 months of probation, and a mandatory 10-week anger management course, which she clearly needs. Back on November 18th, 2022, police were called to a local nail salon after receiving reports that two teenage girls were trying to pull a fast one and skip out on a massive bill. But, little did arriving officers know of the chaos they were walking into. GIVE ME 1 SECOND. HI, WHAT'S GOING ON? SO, SO, HER AND her friend, they both got their nails done, right? >> And lash done. So, there were services that were done. So, the the services get had not yet been paid, right? >> [laughter] >> All right. So, she's still here, her friend is her friend ran away. >> [laughter] >> Did you drive away? No, I I I drove away on my bike so I don't pay attention. I'm not sure. Okay. But I think it was her friend's car. Okay, so as of right Miss I'm not stealing nothing cuz I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG. MISS, can you can you sit down for me? >> Can I talk to you? Can I finish with her and then I'll speak with you, I promise. All right. So they got nails, so they got their nails and their lashes done. How much do they owe right now? Is it was it Okay, has has has anything been paid yet? $150. Okay, has that been paid yet? Yes. It hasn't been paid? No. No pay yet. Okay, so that's what they owe between the two of them. Yes. Okay. All right. And then you said her friend her her friend went out the door and it's just her friend her friend is gone. When I got a wrapper and then and she throw it away she throw her cell phone and I she throw on floor purse and and my jacket. Did anything get damaged? Okay. And the purse only driving license and and Okay, so there was no actual like card like any card or anything? Okay. I've got another officer that's got actually got her way. I was on the phone with the head of the department and they said they were crazy. Okay, miss. Can I talk to you? Thank you. So let me start with um your IDs in your purse, right? Huh? Your IDs in your purse? I don't have my IDs in my purse. And I was going to get my phone from outside. They wouldn't let me grab it when I was trying to go They locked the door. Cuz me and her were supposed to pay together. Okay. I was trying to go outside and they wouldn't let me go outside. I was like so I exited in the back door. And then And she tackled me. So I panicked. I got scared. Adrenaline rushed in. So I ran away. Why did you tackle me? She was trying to LET ME START WITH WHAT'S YOUR FIRST NAME? My name is Andy Burris. Spell it for me. A N D Oh my Jesus. WHY DID IT NOT WHY DID IT NOT WHAT'S GOING ON? ALL RIGHT, SO apparently her and her friend came in for nails and lashes. They had them right here in the back of the door. $150. She said they were supposed to pay together. She's still here, her friend took off. >> As the officer speaks to Andy to understand the situation, one of the customers steps up to tell him what really happened. Seeing this, Andy's ego couldn't handle it, and she completely loses it. What I see they chased her. We didn't chase her. Bring her back. Anyway, she wasn't talking to you. She was talking to me. I don't care. I don't care. I DON'T CARE. I DON'T CARE WHO THE [ __ ] YOU ARE. I WILL BEAT YOU. DO IT. DO IT. DO IT, [ __ ] [ __ ] CUZ I GOT 450. I GOT [laughter] 450, BROKE [ __ ] DON'T GET MY OUTFIT TOO STICKY. I'M NOT SCARED. I'M NOT SCARED. I'M READY. WHAT'S UP? BROOKE OKAY. >> WITH ME. OKAY. IGNORE. You're talking to me right now, right? >> Yeah. Who is the owner? Uh Let me speak with him. So, who is the one that went in the bathroom? Yeah. So, what? You're the owner? Who Who is talking to you? Who are you? I'm a manager in here. You're the manager here? Yes. Who? Where? So, cuz I know he's getting his ass whooped. Just let me know. What do I do? And then my coworker do her nail and lash, and I do her other friend nail and lash. Okay. Nail and lash. Eyebrow, diamond, everything. Everything, everything. I let her know the price. Oh, hold on. Don't worry about the price. And then I'm like, "Okay, sure, but I still let her know the price before I did the nail and lash, for sure." And then I let them know the 35 is total. Both of them is 450 dollars. But it kind of funny. When they walk in and get their nail done, I can feel like they don't talking. They texting. >> They texting. Okay. But then her friend done walk out back and forth and do her and watching her done something. What she waiting to see what she was doing? Okay. Yeah. And then I tell my coworker when she done, let me know so we sure we lock the door. Let them pay first. We unlock the door. Sorry. We have to do that. This is not to be unsafe. And then she saw we locked the door. So, my brother stand right here. Her other brother stand right here. So, now she cannot run out. She looking for a route, I can tell. And then she gave me the car, and she walked away. "Can I go restroom?" And when she walked, she looking right straight to the back door. >> Straight to the back door. Okay. And then I can tell. And I can tell. So, one of them So, y'all was able to Y'all was able to get her keep her inside and then she gave you a card. And this reaction was already shocking, but what officers learned next makes the situation even worse. She went out the back door. They chased her down and brought her back out of the front door. She ran. Okay. And I tried to run out the back of her back, but when I got her, she threw everything on the ground. So, on your nails, she scratched her? Show your nail. And my nail got thing kind of Do you Do you need the EMS or anybody to No, I'm good. Okay. So, you don't need no Listen, you got to pay for this. Can I please That's what I'm in the process of She's speaking [laughter] with her right now, okay. So, what happened? You and your friend came in. So, me and my friend had came in for a set of lashes, right? So, me and her already agreed before we came over here that she was going to pay for her half and I was going to pay for We were supposed to put our money together and pay for the whole set. Which was the 450, right? Yeah. Okay. So, when when it was time like when I was getting my lashes done, she had left out to go smoke and I was trying to tell her to come out. So, like she was like oh, the dude in front of the door would not I had realized the dude was standing in front of the door. So, I went to push the door with not and the door was locked. Oh, so we So, she was like just go out of the exit or what not. So, I tried to go out through the exit door that way to go to her so we could talk about how we were going to do this cuz we were never going to run away. That's stupid. came and grabbed me and and trying to like hold me and I panicked cuz I wasn't expecting that from I I I wasn't expecting that. So, I panicked and I took my jacket off cuz she was trying to like hold me. So, I ran because she scared me and then they had caught me. They wouldn't let me out of the front so I was trying to go around and grabbing me on some weird Can I please pay for and get Where is my phone? Who's your friend? The one that took off? Where is she? Do you know? >> I don't know. Okay. What is her name? Miracle. Miracle. Last name? I don't know. Do you know her date of birth? No. Do you know her number? No. Her My phone is back there. Can I go get it? Hang on. So, Miracle is no longer here. She straight up >> I don't know where she at. She probably panicked when she seen me running so she probably ran the other way cuz that's what I would have did too. Why is y'all chasing after me like I'm trying to steal or something? Y'all weird. So, how did y'all get her back in here? Oh, when I had tried to grab her phone She tried to And she everything she stole and I screamed, "Oh my god, help me!" She ran out. She ran out. So, the tall one, she running real quick and they and we screaming on the back over there. They were I was But, how did y'all get her back in like did y'all physically grab her? >> She was walking They were just walking Come on. That's That's what I was saying. They were holding her both Each guy had her hand like this and that they didn't touch her or nothing. They just was holding her bringing her back in. Okay. Andi and her friend didn't just forget their wallets. They never planned on paying in the first place. Her friend actually managed to run leaving Andi to deal with the police and the bill. Can I please pay for and get the phone? Please, can I please go get my phone? Give us a couple minutes. Like I said, the owner is speaking with the other officer right now, okay? So, do you by yourself have the means to pay for your services that you guys got today? Yes. You do? Yes. Okay. Cuz like if so, when they get back up here, [laughter] I'll speak with speak with the store and see what route she wants to go. Like I said, if you're more than willing to pay for the services, then I don't foresee us having too much of a problem. But, like I said, we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. I just have to wait for them to come back up, okay? Okay, can I please go get my phone? I'm pretty sure your phone is with with the store. >> not. It's outside. I dropped it when I had it in my hand. Put me in a so weird freaked me out when it rang. I dropped it when I was running. Can I please go Can you escort me to go get it? >> of phone is it? iPhone 11. Would it be Would it be like right outside the door? I don't know. She freaked me out. It should be around there somewhere. Is this it? Yes, this is my phone. Okay. Whose is this? This is hers? That's my card. That's my card. Can I please have my stuff back? So, here's where the issue is coming up, okay? I don't know if you're aware of this or not. Okay, I know that. There's a reason for that. Okay. Do you have other means to pay for this bill? >> Yes, can Can please have my phone so I can get the other means? I'm not even trying to be rude. or nothing. No, it's it's all right. It's all right. Andi immediately goes into a victim mode, convinced being asked to pay for services she already received is somehow unfair. >> What's the word? Um what was the payment? I don't know. She said she has other means to pay for it. Miss Reynolds, what are the other means that you have to pay for your services that you had? Can I call him? Can I get my phone so I can contact people? I mean, I don't have a problem with that. Thank you. I also have my out of money Ma'am. Where? Get your money up. Match your funny up. Money up? I'm going to give her a reason to say my name. I'm tired of So just sit IN ONE SPOT. HELP ME. I'll feel nails in Excuse me. Can you move to the side? We're not doing that. He wants to fight. We're not doing that. We need to get our pressure up. $2,000 FOR MY WE'RE NOT DOING THAT. LET HER GO. Let her go. You need to get YOUR PRESSURE UP. I JUST AIN'T GOING TO FIGHT. IT'S NOT ABOUT THAT. THAT'S WHEN [laughter] I STARTED TALKING ABOUT MY JUST figure out how we going to get this paid right now. Let's just focus on that right now. I'll call you back. Say what? $450. Even with the situation painfully obvious, Andi still refuses to come clean, continuing to waste the officers' time. But this time the officers aren't having it. What happened with that [ __ ] She starts I'm I'm probably going to have to detain That's what's going to have to happen. Shut up. Hold on. Adriel, I'm about to put you in my car. Because >> calling? You can call but you got to call from out of the car cuz put your hands behind your back. Can I get my phone? You can get your phone when you get in the car. Cuz if y'all going to keep arguing we're not doing that. All right. So what about a payment and stuff? We're working on it. She's making a couple calls like I said. We're working on it. All right. Thank you so much. I'm just saying so we're just going to go holding on to this as well. Well so I have one of my black nails that came off. All right. I'm about to take these handcuffs off you. What I need you to do is call your mom. I'm in the police car. Can you please call your mother, Jay? She's right here. Well actually no, stay in these for right now. Who is This is Jay. Who Who Go to who I need to call. Um go up. Go to Jay. Press Jay. Yeah. Call him. He's going to pick up his phone. She's right here. I'm saying. Huh? He's right here. Let me see Can you please come down here and get me? I can't get you from where, Adriel? That is Nelson Lane. And where is that? It's the other one Nelson Lane. Hold on. I'm not getting nobody else. Now who am I getting with you? Just me. >> Oh, okay. But she's still What kind of nails did she get? For $450? Yeah. I don't like seeing people take I do nails. But I'm just saying $450? Go tell her that. I asked the same question. We'll just go ahead and charge you with theft of services, disco, and all that other kind of stuff. Did she do anything else? No, they were What she was about to flip the thing but that's when I had to like A-Town to come in here cuz we cuz it was about to So she tried to flip the stuff over to >> Yeah, she wanted to cut her nails but I said you can't do that. Right. So she's telling the story which we know is a story. She claims that the person who's supposed to pay for the nails is on the way up here. >> not coming here. I already know. I mean it is what it is. She starts asking if there's still any way that she could pay for the services and No, cuz she has no money. You're actually being banned from this location, which means if you set foot on this property again, you'll be arrested, okay? You're going to have a court date. You're being charged with theft of services and you're being charged with a trespass. So, you'll have to go to court. You explain to the judge what your version is. They're going to explain what their version is. The judge is going to order that you pay for everything, okay? Auntie really committed to her self-care day, treating herself and not only to a $450 theft, but also a trip to the police station, facing charges of theft of services and disorderly conduct. On April 2nd, 2025, officers were called to a local restaurant to deal with a young woman who had already been trespassed from the property. What they didn't know yet was just how arrogant she'd be about it. Hello. Hi. Hello. What are you guys doing? We're waiting for her in the bathroom. I've been looking for her for hours. Did you guys knock? Did anyone answer? Yeah, she's answering, but she just won't open the door. Okay, do you have a key? I got a key. I'll open the door. You guys have a key? It's not public, it's private. You've been there an hour. They need you to leave. It is a private business. They want you to leave. If you do not leave, you will go to jail. And this is your last warning. Come out and OPEN THE DOOR. YOU'RE REFUSING TO LEAVE. THAT is what you're doing wrong. It's called trespassing. Well, you're trespassing on private property. If you have a medical problem, we're going to get you medical. You need to leave. Let's go. Come out. Leave it. You will be going to jail. Let's go. We're going to tell you this one last time. If you don't leave, you're going to go in handcuffs. I'm going where? To jail. I AM GOING TO JAIL >> FOR TRESPASSING. WE'RE GOING TO JAIL. YOU NEED to stop and leave private property. I don't leave now. How am I How am I trespassing? I KNOW MY >> YOU ARE BEING told to leave a private business. Okay, I hear you. I understand you. I am leaving in 2 minutes. How am I trespassing? They don't want you back on this property. Leave the property or you go to jail. Step out of the property or you go in handcuffs. Ma'am, did you hear what I said? [ __ ] The officers give her multiple chances to leave. Instead, she drags it out, literally protesting the concept of consequences. Off the property. That means out of the parking lot, off the sidewalk. If you come back onto this property, sidewalk or parking lot, you go to jail. >> [ __ ] bro, you are ridiculous. I was using the bathroom and I have It doesn't matter. Other people need to use the bathroom. >> my rights. >> You have no rights on private property. If they don't want you there, you have to leave. >> private property. >> Yes, it is. >> a public restaurant. It is a private entity. You know what? You know what? This is your last chance. Leave or you go to jail. >> I'm off the property. No, you're not. You're still in their parking lot. >> want her to leave, right? Yeah. Okay. Still in the parking lot. You're going to get hit by a car. I'm in the bathroom. This is the manager. She's asking you to leave. All right? As of right now, you need to leave the property. I'm going to tell you this one last time. If you don't leave, you're going to go in handcuffs. Ma'am, leave the property. Thank you so much for letting me handle my medical issues. What is your name? Officer Charles. >> Charles and Nicholas, thank you for not helping me. >> Okay. You do not know what >> We offered you the medics. If you want to go to the hospital, we'll call the medics for you. >> I don't need the medics. Okay, well then you need to leave the property. >> my issues. >> For an hour. You need to leave. Doesn't matter how long it takes. If I'm an hour, there's two bathrooms. [ __ ] can use the bathroom. >> Why? Because it's a private entity. Okay, and if I was buying something, that's allowed. >> So, can I get my food? >> No. >> No. At this time they denied you service. >> it. Nope. They don't want you back on their property for a year. If you come back, you go to jail. >> even know my name. We don't need to know your name. If you come back, you're going to jail. >> my name. We know your face. It's recorded. >> I know my I know my rights. And y'all are [ __ ] ridiculous and I'm going to report you. All right. So, a woman acts like paying for food means she now owns the restaurant. And just when officers think she's finally gone, she comes right back seconds later, forcing the officers to act. >> They sold her food. Did you guys Did you guys allow her I'm saying did you guys allow her cuz you guys you guys didn't come in. She said she was having a problem with the situation something like I just got food. What are you doing? Don't fight. Don't fight. What are you doing? She just said that I could order food. WHAT ARE YOU DOING? YOU JUST SAID I COULD ORDER FOOD. You're under arrest. Really? This is a restaurant. WAIT. WAIT. WAIT. WAIT. I KNOW MY RIGHTS. DON'T FIGHT. YOU FIGHT, YOU'RE GOING TO GET HURT. I'M telling you. Put your hands together. NO. DID YOU NOT JUST SAY THAT I COULD ORDER FOOD? NOW I HAVE TO CALL THEM AGAIN. CAN YOU PLEASE STOP? >> You're you're under arrest. Can you please stop? You're you're under arrest. Under arrest for what? Trespassing. Trespassing. For what? Let's go. No. You went to the bathroom and I told you they just wanted you to leave and then you say you That's my phone. Your phone's right here. >> Your phone, we got you A PHONE. >> BRO, WHAT THE [ __ ] YOU JUST SAID I COULD ORDER FOOD. WHAT the [ __ ] Let me make a phone call. We told you you weren't allowed back on the property. >> And she said that it was okay. SHE SAID I WAS ABLE TO ORDER FOOD. We told you already not to come back. >> AND THEN I ASKED HER, I SAID I LOST my mail in the bathroom. You were violating me and my rights, sir. >> Turn around. What you're doing right now is not helping. What you're doing IS ILLEGAL. >> [screaming] >> DON'T TAKE HER OFF. DO NOT TAKE MY GRANDMOTHER OFF. WE'RE GOING TO THE BATHROOM. ALL RIGHT, STAND UP. GET IN THE CAR. WHAT THE WHAT THE I NEED TO MAKE A PHONE CALL. I GIVE ME MY PHONE CALL. >> WHEN YOU GET to county >> Give me my [ __ ] phone call. Here you go. Here you go, YOU HANG THAT DOES NOTHING TO [ __ ] HELP. I JUST WANT TO GET OUT OF HERE. I DID NOTHING WRONG. PLEASE LOOSEN this a little bit. This one IS LITERALLY CUTTING ME OFF. SLIP IT SLIP IT UNDER. RESPECT MY RIGHTS. One more time, Sierra. I am legally allowed to enter a building if a manager says so. I'm being held against my rights. Have you even read me my mandatory rights? No, YOU HAVE NOT DONE THAT, EITHER. SO, first of all, NOW YOU ARE VIOLATING TWO RIGHTS OF MINE. >> What's your date of birth, Sierra? >> I told you. One more time. Instead of enjoying a meal, this legal scholar got to enjoy the metal bench of a jail cell, facing charges for criminal trespassing and resisting arrest. Back in October 2025, an officer was investigating a crash when a white Mustang suddenly flies past the scene. The officer steps into the street, giving clear hand signals for the driver to stop. Instead, she blows right past him. >> Do you guys know whose white Mustang this is? Uh tell her to come out. >> Yeah, can you have him step out? Hi. Do I look familiar? Kind of. Yeah, I know. Yeah, turn around and put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest for fleeing and eluding law enforcement. What? I walked out, flagged you down, told you to stop, and you rapidly accelerated away from me. What? Yes, ma'am. It's all on body cam. Cuz you just Nope, I walked out in the road and was telling you to stop. >> out on the road. You Correct, and I was telling you to stop. It's all on body cam. Can I just call her mom? Yeah, you call her mom. Is that is that her phone right there? I am a law enforcement officer, fully uniform, telling you to stop because you're passing all those cars in a double yellow lines. You No, you passed multiple. It doesn't matter. Uh you still fled law enforcement. And then you rapidly accelerated away from me. Didn't even hit the brakes. No, I was going the speed limit across No, you weren't. Go ahead and sit down for me. Do you have anything on you cuz I have a female that's going to come and search you? >> No. Tell me that. Oh, yeah. I heard her car accelerating rapidly, so I look and she's going in the middle of passing vehicles. Coming back over, I'm in the road, hands up, telling her to stop. Clearly look like a law enforcement officer. No brakes, no no lights, nothing. She just keeps going, guns it. So. Okay. That's fleeing and eluding all day long. >> Could I go to court for this? Absolutely. You're going to be going to court no matter what. >> And you said you have it on dash cam? >> I have it on body cam. Okay. Even better. I agree, fleeing law enforcement is pretty ridiculous. I absolutely agree. But I'm also towing your car and putting it on a 30-day hold, just so you know. The officer rushes back to his cruiser, but the Mustang is already long gone. Luckily, after checking the nearby neighborhoods, he manages to track it down. But, when he finally confronts the driver, her sense of entitlement really starts to show. They're arresting me for fleeing and eluding. I passed a double line, and then officer came. I said, "I'm getting arrested because an officer said I was fleeing and eluding." I was driving on He came out and ran in front of He half ran in front of my Like, he didn't even fully run in front of my car. Now, I'm getting arrested for it because I parked in because he said I was fleeing. But, he wasn't even behind me when I saw him or anything. It doesn't matter. Don't need to be I absolutely don't need to have lights and sirens activated by a fully uniform law enforcement officer telling you to stop. Can I talk to him? Officer, yeah. Hey there, it's Officer from the Beach Police Department. >> Hey there, Officer. Good, good. So, literally, I'm in the middle of the road by a fully uniform police officer telling her to stop. Not only did she not even apply the brakes, she rapidly accelerates away from from me to the point where I have to run, get jump in my car, which was parked several hundred feet away cuz I was investigating a hit-and-run crash. And now, all of a sudden, she's gone nowhere. So, then I obviously find the car and make contact with her. So, I don't need to have lights and sirens on behind her or anything like that. I'm a fully uniform police officer. I was giving clear hand signals to stop, and I have a witness who was the victim of my hit-and-run crash who watched the entire thing. So, you know, of course, that meets statutory requirements for fleeing and eluding. I I I don't mean to be a jerk about it or anything like that. That's where we're at, okay? How far did she go from when you tried to gesture her to pull over? Over a mile. If she didn't try to pull off the road down the street, nothing like that. >> Was she able to see you or Oh, yeah. I am in a She just told me, "I saw him in my uniform." Didn't So, that's all I need. Like, and I know she saw me because I was about in the middle of the road before she would run me over. So, I didn't want to get run over cuz she was already doing 65 plus. So, yeah, I have everything I need for fleeing and eluding. It is what it is. So, she she can take it to court. It's going to go to court no matter what, but that that's what I have. It meets statutory requirements. That That's where we're going, okay? Okay. Um can you put her back on the phone? >> Yeah, you're on speaker. As expected, the woman claims she never even noticed the officer trying to stop her. But when that story didn't work, she quickly calls her dad expecting him to come to her rescue. But when her dad hears what his precious princess just did, he's not exactly happy. And based on what we're about to see, he makes sure she knows it. So you'll you'll probably be in in in jail for the weekend then. Yeah, okay. Because uh, you're not going to get get out right away. I passed one car cuz he was going like 30 and I passed him. So why didn't you pull over at the time when he waved you down to stop? Why didn't you stop? Cuz it wasn't like he was I I didn't even I REALLY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW. I just saw a person in white and black and then he had one hand out and it wasn't like he was in front of my car like that. He like literally was from the side like I'm completely to the side. I wasn't going 60. THAT'S A HEARSAY. DID he pull you over? >> HE DIDN'T. He came over and found my car. >> It's all on body cam, sir. I was almost in the roadway. The reason I didn't go all the way in the roadway is cuz she was going so fast. I didn't want to get hit by her cuz obviously I could see that she was not slowing down. That's just what he thinks. Okay. I'm actually an instructor for speed measurement, so smart. >> I'm not laughing. I wouldn't be laughing. It's a felony. You committed a felony. Don't laugh at that. Yeah, I mean, you're being cocky. You're not even being polite. You're not even using manners. Yeah, but this has been her the entire time, sir. I know. That's what I don't get with her. It's just totally ridiculous. So you you don't understand what you just did. I do. Oh, you do, do you? Like how how do you understand what you're doing cuz you're being a smart ass the whole TIME TO ME, TOO. So I can only imagine how you're speaking to the officer. >> It's all on body cam. I've been trying to be respectful to her, but >> Right, I don't get it. You just totally just screwed yourself inside and out for what you just did. Cuz now your car's going to get towed to the impound. You have to pay to get that out, too, now. Yeah, but there's going to be a 30-day hold on it. So, your nursing stuff is going to be screwed up now, too, because you don't have no damn manners. And you know what? It's going to take something like this to [ __ ] you up now, and now you're done because you're so god damn arrogant and cocky the whole damn time when you come to the officer normally. But you had to be a real jerk, didn't you? This is I know you can't believe it. He's got the body cam on. So, you just totally screwed your whole [ __ ] up, NURSING DEGREE, EVERYTHING. DID DID YOU HEAR HIM, MA'AM? YES, SIR. ALL RIGHT. SO, WHEN you get to jail, you get one phone call. >> instructions. So, you better hurry up and figure out who you're going to call, you know, to to get you out of jail. So, when you call your mom and start bitching at her and stuff, she going to make you sit. You call me, I'll make you ass sit, too, because I'm not putting up with this [ __ ] You know, you [laughter] you got an attitude. It's going to change. All right, um she's getting searched right now by a female deputy. Uh do you have anything else for her? If not, we're going to we're going to load her up and do some paperwork, okay? Okay, thank you, sir. Yes, sir, no problem. It's going to be a pleasure like this together. We're going to go to his vehicle right here, okay? This one right here. Yeah, I don't want you to soil my seatbelt. I'm just going to buckle you in. Well, that wasn't exactly the princess treatment she was expecting. Instead, she ended the night facing a charge for fleeing and eluding law enforcement. And probably the most humiliating phone call home of her entire life.
