On December 26th, 2025, in Crescent City, California, highway patrol officers responded to a report of a male subject in a white SUV who was allegedly intoxicated, yelling that he was drunk while recklessly performing donuts in a parking area off Pebble Beach Drive. He wouldn't do FSTs. I tried to get him to do HGN and he just said, "Do I have to do this? Uh how can you say I was driving?" I'm like, "Well, you're the only person in or about the vehicle. You got called in. Plus, I saw you driving this car earlier today." So, he doesn't want to do any any FSTs? As of right now, no. And yeah. Nothing at all? No, but I would like you to at least double-check what his demeanor is, see if anything seems off to you. Yeah. What do you feel? He seems fine to me, but at the same time, I haven't um when I first got here, asked him what was going on, he said he was partying. Kind of a red flag. And then, immediately following that, he said he has his girlfriend coming to pick him up cuz he's not that stupid. All right. So, kind of some red flags, but at the same time, he said he hasn't had anything to drink tonight. Uh no cannabis use, nothing like that. He says he just got off of work. Talk to him check his eyes at least, man. He wouldn't I couldn't even do that. He didn't let me. What's up, man? How you doing? I remember you. Uh last year, I was on the highway patrol. I remember you. Yeah. I was CHP Yeah. You you stopped me that one time. From where, dude? I don't remember. I was in front of McDonald's. I pulled over the next one. I was like, "What are you still doing?" I was like, "I'm still here." Oh, really? I was like, I don't even know what you're talking about. But, um so so you got called in, brother. Um pretty much I know. I get it. You were doing donuts and stuff. So, that's what Okay, so someone called you in that you were doing donuts. I can't I can't do donuts. Okay, man.
