you're going to be sorry right now hey we are not on June 23rd 2020 Buffalo police were called to a heated neighborly dispute involving New York judge Mark granti and his wife Maria and it all started over a parking disagreement with their neighbors Joseph and Gina melee okay me rip my freaking rip my freaking [ __ ] [ __ ] you got it all drunk drun drun their stuff is over here gu [ __ ] over there you're going to step back I City vehicle on their driveway driveway [Music] [ __ ] while the officers tried to understand the situation the judge's wife dominated the scene by not letting anyone speak she even started throwing around names of local officials and their kids to assert her influence trying to settle the chaos cops were left with no other option than to pull this move my son here ma'am if you don't stop yelling this is going to be a problem for you I don't care okay cool then get over here you're not going to arrest I sure [ __ ] am my son no you're not going [ __ ] we are not doing this right now we are not doing this it's [ __ ] you better let let him let him arrest me I don't care come on take you're going in the back of the car we can deal with this no you have no idea instead he faced censure from the New York State Commission on judicial conduct but surprisingly as of this recording he still holds his position as a judge while judge mark an relied heavily on his connections to dodge accountability this next Council woman wasn't afraid to make her profession the center of her Showdown okay well lock up the council member you go right ahead on March 10th 2024 in Lexington Kentucky officers were called to an aan store after 64-year-old councilwoman Tana Fogle refused to leave this dispute began over a disagreement about her cell phone bill but miss Fogle didn't want to back down without putting on a show is she a regular uh no I've never seen her before help her and she just started going crazy what can I help you with they're not wishing for you to be here anymore so well I'm I'm going to take here I'm their customer and there is a huge there is a huge I wasn't even dealing with you I was dealing with that other night you I don't care I'm going with third deegree criminal trespassing menacing and resisting arrest despite this all charges were later dismissed Tena Fogle might have been bold but this district attorney acted like she was answerable to no one I am the da Monro I understand the law better than you I'm the one who prosecutes it okay just go ahead and do it Prosecuting myself okay on ail 22nd 2024 a Monroe County police officer tried to stop a car speeding 55 mph in a 35 m per hour Zone on Philips road but instead of pulling over the driver Sandra dorly led the officer to her home what the officer didn't realize was that this traffic stop would be anything but ordinary sorry I'm the da I was going 55 coming 55 and a 35 I don't really care okay so you can call can you come can you please come over here you're on a this is on a traffic stop ma'am yes it is you can call Dennis col right now okay I'm telling you why I stopped you you didn't stop at all did you not hear my lights or Sirens or anything no I didn't actually I was on the phone okay well you're not supposed to be on the phone while you're driving either yes I am with the handsfree absolutely okay why are you so upset at me I'm doing my job you you just admitted to me that you were going 55 and a 35 on Phil to leave me alone it's officer chrisop Foy Christ fo can you stay over here ma'am you're this is a traffic this is this is a legal traffic stop do you have your ID no it's in my purse Sandra later claimed she noticed the officer but chose not to stop she even called Webster Police Chief Dennis colem but her attitude was nothing short of entitled as she Justified her actions this my lunch would you talk to your talk to Dennis this is ridiculous just go away hello sir good ma'am can you please stay at the back this is a ma'am this is legal traffic stop can you please stay over here she's not complying with any of my commands ma'am do not go inside oh my God ma' come outside you can't just go inside this is a traffic stop here's I'll be prosecuting myself okay at the end of the day despite the seriousness of her actions including ignoring an officer's attempt to pull her over it all boiled down to just a speeding ticket Sandra later pleaded guilty to speeding and walked away without further charges even laughing about how she'd prosecute herself if needed moving on to the next case where a councilman wasn't afraid to get caught doing something even more shocking near a courthouse right and you're an attorney yes what do you think the constituents would say I've been clean for 13 years went through really bad divorce seriously I do on May 15th 2023 a concerned citizen in Rhode Island flagged down a police officer after spotting a man passed out in his car the councilman Matthew Riley who was found holding a crackpipe in his hand tried explaining it away until the officer pointed out the obvious oh no way dude really yes yes I was just taking I was just on my way back from Court well arrest was going to come check you out man I can't let you go you were literally choking in your sleep somebody flagged me down about it oh I have sleep apnea I'm sorry well and then you have a crack pipe in your hand so it's like sorry listen I I have a body camera obviously everything I have is recorded you know that and what I've observed is on camera so I can't pretend I didn't you know so AR resue is going to come here and they're going to check how long have uh you had this problem man it it was a it was a relapse I been clean for 13 years years all right just went through a really really bad divorce recently do you know if any of that was LA with fentanyl or anything cuz you were out out and like looked like you were choking really yeah that's why someone literally sprinted and and flagged me down cuz I thought you were having a heart attack or choking uh no not that I know while Matt tried to mention the stress from a recent divorce things escalated when officers found traces of crack cocaine and feny in his car spting all was or not there's white all over there he doesn't know yeah I was just telling him the same thing cuz I mean you don't fall asleep usually from completely you know not an OP there's stuff all over that car your mother gets in that car [ __ ] she sits in that touches her face or mouth and goes down I had no idea there was anything no no I mean the yeah you don't know what you're buying yeah did you buy that today yesterday yesterday you don't is the same guy you usually buy it from I don't usually buy they're not all honest people no I mean I mean once or twice yeah but whoever you buy it from 3 days later Matthew submitted a resignation letter and the Rhode Island Supreme Court suspended his law license and just a week before this arrest a guardian of a 12-year-old filed a report about sexual assault and child molestation on Matt Matthew's actions were questionable but Rachel's Behavior was a whole new level of obviously en won't be answering any more of your questions I think I've made that very clear [ __ ] when you arrest a lawyer on August 20th 2023 Wisconsin officers were called after reports of an intoxicated woman hitting a parked car and flipping her own vehicle while the residents describ the dramatic scene the suspect identified as Rachel was rummaging through the wreckage of her overturned car hey looks like you might have crashed your car huh oh my gosh hi yeah I'm Rachel nice to meet Rachel Eli nice to meet you what's going on how' this happen I don't know you're not sure yeah it's your car this is my vehicle just obviously well how did it end up on its side obviously it's just right I see a kid seat there wasn't a kid in here when this happened no no no children in here obviously the just happen it so right that were you driving it I obviously was was driving the vehic so I mean do you do you always ask your questions or you just ask questions I just ask questions I'm just trying to figure out what's going on Rachel visibly slurring her words struggled to explain how the crash occurred she repeatedly used the word obviously to dodge questions which left the officer suspicious of her condition I was just driving down the road and then on vehicle so were you going were you driving this way yeah obviously that's the way the vehicle's facing so why you keep saying obviously well I mean I think um everything with the scene is pretty obvious so there was no car in the side of the road there wasn't not to my knowledge no there was a car driving this way I was clearly driving in my Lane there anyone in the vehicle with you when this happened no there was nobody with me and I can tell you like there was obviously a you had anything to drink tonight Rachel um no I haven't you just be honest with me no I it's not going to like it's not going to incriminate you any further or anything no I know Noe no nothing I drink huh not since 6:00 p.m. 6 p.m. so I would say few hours yeah like what did you have at 6 I had and a what we considered a beer cocktail I guess how much alcohol would you say is in that um it's a 4% when confronted about her condition Rachel began asserting her rights refused to answer further questions and demanded an attorney so here's the deal Rachel so here's the deal I won't answer any more of your questions you're not going to answer any more of my questions no um well you don't have to answer anything if you'd like to know nope nope actually I'll let you know what's going on from now because you've superseded right your rights of asking me questions' can can I talk to you uh nope um and so any more questions you have you can talk to my attorney He Knows My Name Is it Rachel I won't be answering any more of your questions I think I've made that very clear despite insisting she only had a cocktail Rachel refused field sobriety tests and accused officers of assuming she was drunk she even claimed her rights were violated by referencing her legal expertise did you assume I was operating under alcohol or had you been assured by some sort of test you just assumed right correct and is our conversation being recorded yes it is yes it is correct so you assumed that's why you arrested me you assumed I was operating my vehicle correct I just you never read me my Miranda rights or told me what I was in the arrest for so I was looking for some clarification because my Miranda rights were never read and you also never told me what I was under the arrest for [ __ ] when you arrest a lawyer and the fast part was that was all on dash cam footage okay we all learn the worst part is is I'm not intoxicated and in the end Rachel was charged with 's first offense she was also cited for failure to maintain control unsafe Lane deviation and no proof of insurance while Rachel eventually went down without much resistance this next judge thinks she's too important to even tell officers her name because she's googleable died 30 days later I pray for you and I I pray for you you you should have known that when you uh when you arrested me without cause and provocation don't touch me I got it I can walk on my own don't touch me on June 20th 2024 Atlanta police responded to a disturbance outside a venue upon arrival they assisted Security in calming a woman who was being escorted out just as things seem to settle 38-year-old Judge Christina Peterson started shouting at the officer and security before shoving the officer in the chest no pleas touch me [Music] everything fuing that's a oh my God what Happ get after being arrested Peterson continuously refused to identify herself she even resisted operating and delayed the process of confirming her identity me no I did not no I did not are you are you serious did you give them your name no Christina Peterson no you want to provide your name so you can get booked in I know my rights okay I'm asking do you want to iitt a crime book in right now okay sir I can't harassment I can't this is harassment you don't want to provide a name take run me into items do you have on you excuse me I don't have [ __ ] on me all right I need your first name and your last name so I canook you in me in I can't book you in book me in it doesn't matter take me in the hand take me in sir unbuckle me and book me in well she constantly dared the officers to take her to jail she chillingly mentioned the consequences the officer would be fac in soon enough book me in because I'mma tell you I'm a win at the end book me in unbuckle me okay so if you want to get booked in I need your name me I you you should have known that when you uh when you arrested me without cause and provocation get I respect that I'm not scar jail I'm not scared of none of it take me take take me where you need to take me stop harassing best person that ever tried me like this died 30 days later I pray for you and I I pray for you even after reaching the police department Peterson's entitlement persisted she Nam dropped officers she claimed could help her and even told them to Google her when asked for her name the [ __ ] who was trying to eat before I never let relax never shut the [ __ ] up and stop touching me don't yeah stop touching me get the [ __ ] off of me stop touch I got it I can walk on my own don't touch me don't touch me don't touch me I got it I can walk on my own don't touch me this [ __ ] I told him ultimately Peterson was charged with disorderly conduct simple battery against a police officer and felony obstruction of a law enforcement officer probable cause was presented to a
