money who is he to you he's uh a friend of a friends I basically met him through another friend okay he came here he stole all my stuff cuz he thought I stole from him and I didn't CU I don't be around him thought how how do you get in the house he just walked in was it unlocked I believe so so my mom usually Lees it a lot cuz I'm at work okay what's his what's his name Billy I can also show you a picture what he looks like have to um the shoe in the road is that one of the shoes he took yeah I'm able to go grab it yeah give hold on one sec it's his birthday believe and then and this is what he looks like okay I'm going to go try to find him usually we at the same clothes okay so can you walk me through where you were at when all this happened I I had just came home I walked upstairs there was a lot of stuff missing so I came down here I called him I said what like what's up why did you rob me and he unplugged my camera that was over there so I I plugged it in over there he said if I give him $300 that he would give me my stuff back okay and I have like prop money for like pictures uhhuh so I was going to give him some of that cuz I have no money un broke uh-huh and he realized that it was fake and he pulled out the gun and after he placed everything on here cuz he had agreement to wait hold on so you came home and you realized he had been here and taken things noticed things were missing and I seen him unplug my camera and okay so you knew he had been here yes so then at what point what happens then see he said if you give me 100 real quick I'll give it all back okay so what happens then so I call him make an agreement to give him $300 and him put the stuff on the porch and I'll give him the money after he places everything on the porch okay so I hand him the money he realizes it's fake and then he holds up a gun [ __ ] it back and he's like he's like hold up this is fake and [ __ ] the uh gun back why did you try to give him fake money cuz I have no money and I want my things and my grandpa had like it's my grandpa's toolbox in there so why didn't he take your things cuz he's high he does me he wants money for [ __ ] for cheat okay so he wasn't here you called him cuz things were missing he comes out you agree to give him $300 for your things back he realizes the $300 you gave him is fake what what kind of fake money did you give him it was like prop money he took it with him okay it's like picture so you gave him fake money he pulls out a gun and then happens and then he starts taking everything back to the car and then he like holding the gun up as he comes back to pick more stuff up and then takes it all the car and leaves that's why that shoes out there so he had carried all the stuff into the house and he took it back out with him yes okay and you have video of this um I have like a recording I have to go grab it from downstairs like a voice recording of the whole incident of him being on the phone I might I got to look I got to go upstairs to see if I have a video cuz I had put my camera out there to see but it was a bad video of it so you don't have him like doing anything on that camera no okay um let me get some info from you okay you say he came and took stuff to begin with because he's and he knows I have a lot of valuable things in my room but you said he thought that you stole from him he originally gave she gave him counter foot money takes the stuff that he brought back to her home that open the door that went upstairs to your room and they don't want to come down here and speak with us at all they don't want to talk to police about it an alleged burglary SL robbery that happened in their home no they don't want to get involved they're sleeping and the house was just left unlocked while you and you came back over here correct yep and then she gave me fake money and so I held a fake B gun that I got out of their room and told her to back up because she kept coming towards me all right um off tried to steal my phone and uh ended up getting my phone back so I knew he was on foot I drove back to his house immediately grab some the first stuff that I seen in their room including my phone charger and then I just got in my car and I left so Lee reaches out to me and says hey Tyler wants to resolve this civil with you know no police and no no whatever you know what I mean so I'm like okay that's fine I just want my money that like my money yeah 300 bucks I mean that's that's ridiculous why he would do that to you that's lit all the money I have to my name right now uh so I like all right I pull up I go to give her the stuff and whatever so she gives me fake play money and I had a VB gun that I took out of the room yeah I I pick it up and I pointed at her I'm like back up because she started coming towards me and said better give me my and then she was like whoa whoa and backed up so you're here here's here's kind of where I'm at yeah obviously you're the you're the Thailand so yeah I told he took all Tha chip I asked him to bring me my things and he refused though yeah I was trying to be civil at first but you gave him fake money so I I gave him what I had out of my money and tried to give him the rest so I could get my things that's my Granda that's I understand but he got it back all right get the man his money back all right we're going to get out of here because this is a mess thank you all right I appreciate it all right listen next time just be honest I know I was it was just a lot going on I I get it I got PTSD and I'm sorry for lying it's okay but the PTSD is going to make it worse because we're going to see right through the LIE he I know he just triggered it when he h the gun up to me that I thought I I get it but here's here's the other problem right you lying right we don't know what to believe that's the other problem and we're going to get we're going to get to the bottom of it right we're not not dumb right we can tell when somebody's lying you got to keep lying you got to keep lying and then you know you say one thing that contradicts what you just said we're going to see right through it so again how honest are we going to be right say this was a legit say this was all legit right there was nothing happened prior it kicked your door in and the jury had to watch your body cam footage of what you just did are they going to believe you see what I'm saying I understand so next time just be honest trueful right off the get-go and it would s we would probably have been gone by now I'm sorry you know what I
