we've all seen some pretty entitled teenagers but when police encounter brats as bad as these things quickly turn very messy you're lucky you ain't a handcuff right now you lucky at that down today me your I'm not getting on the floor get in the car here are six times police had to deal with the most entitled brats of all time starting with the case of 13-year-old deia who on March the 7th of 2023 was reported to police after staff at her school discovered that she was intoxicated on top of that they witnessed her tuck a bottle of liquor in her pocket but of course she refused to admit it or hand it over it's right there now give it it's not in here we just no it's right there it's not right here un dropped it's right there it's right there I can see the Bulge in your it's right there in there yeah well should it's right there based on what the nurse said you know that test she gave you I'm going to use that to charge you okay oh why cuz you're under the influence okay okay so um the nurse is going to come and they can check you at school the school can do that I can't so can I have it or not if not it doesn't matter I'm still going to charge okay Place go you can't have your cares at that point the officer decided to detain the student for being uncooperative but when he went to handcuff her dilia began to fight back and yell out strings of profanities I don't okay well right now BR you lucky I'm trying to go to ja today on March the 10th of 2022 police officers were requested to a school after an altercation broke out between two students a 13-year-old identified as Leila threw a water bottle at another kid's face and refused to calm down when staff intervened is it's not a game a game stop stop go in the room and chill out there's no one that's all it has to be right now okay it's got to end can you do that move can you go in that room and chill okay move go ahead I'm going to trust you nowing his but that's what we're trying to prevent we trying to that all a third degree felony in the state of Florida fortunately for her she falls just one year short of the 14-year minimum to be tried as an adult in Florida but if her behavior doesn't change she's liable to go away for a long time within the next few months man I would not care if I wanted to go to jail tonight bro I just at 21 weeks ago the day I came to the school the day got [ __ ] 21 bro arms on July the 25th 2023 police were called to a high school after staff found that a suspended student 16-year-old Jasmine was walking around campus when confronted Jasmine refused to leave and instead got on the phone with her mother okay where you trying to get her to office all right I'm GNA this is what I'm going to tell you okay either we go to the front office or they've already said all right they've already said you're suspended so if you go in that building I'm going to put you in all right off me bro get off me stop get the off me stop get [ __ ] off of me get off me me get for a few minutes she began begging to be let up off the ground after being sat up however Jasmine tried to stand up and run away leading to another struggle me I don't like it I don't like it I don't later and they walked the suspect outside to be loaded into the cruiser now that her mother was present Jasmine was surprisingly quiet and Cooperative got your yeah what I'm going to do is I'm going to take these off you going to put your hand on top of your head afterwards okay in your pockets what's this enough just going to make sure you have anything in your pockets okay A Min a mint oops things you took from me yeah there's another one right here like I said they'll call you here in a little bit to come pick her up like I said I that's if she doesn't point out I cannot imagine with this being her first arrest that she would point out okay so she no promises because I don't have the cheat in front of me but I could I could not imagine her going to jdc so they'll most likely be calling you to pick her up to okay yeah I'm heading back to my office Jasmine was transported without further incident and charged with battery on a police officer but that encounter still doesn't even compare to the next insane suspect who tried to play the victim after attempting to pepper spray another woman get in the car on September 30th of 2023 police responded to a call where the victim claimed that a woman threatened her with pepper spray when police arrived both the victim and the suspect were still on the scene and the officer spoke to the victim first about what had happened with my dog and I was trying to take video of the pretty water and she started she walked by the other person and started screaming at us and I said ma'am I was just looking at the leaves this is her putting her dogs away I stay on that side cuz my car was parked right here beside her okay so I was just trying to keep my distance until her little little ones got in the car which they'd already played together in the park it wasn't like they had any aggressive issues and here she comes all the way back across the street and proceeds to in my face with this I locked my part of my key in here talking to this lady there's nothing going on she she's insane so I I she called guys uh for absolutely no reason they feel really sorry okay well just tell me the situation do you guys have the ability after figure out what's going on my dogs are in a hot car's not on so okay yeah so what made all of this happen I took a photo of the leaves and she goes Nobody this is when she walks up to me nobody takes a photo of the leaves you're taking a photo of me and my dogs go the way I don't want to be in your video or your photo I got scre so did you talk to him about what happened no she okay so what happened oh the other officer so what happened with this whole altercation between nothing happened she she has nothing better to do all right uh she threatened me and was recording me and I walked over um to ask her what the problem was uh I was not going to do anything with the ma or anything um she uh what do you mean I it was already in my pocket is that what you saw I I don't know where it was you got into your car and came back out and had maze so I I have two little dogs on me absolutely nothing happens like for trouble Sheed me in there so the situation you could have got in your car and left and not even walked back up to talk to her I know but you listen you listen to what we are saying you walked to your car put your dogs inside the car and then decided to still engage with her so that's where you're wrong I needed to know what the deal it doesn't mattering me prior to that showed me her video why she's recording me did she show you all the videos yes I don't think so she's sitting on the bench I don't she has her camera up the suspect kept trying to brush past the situation as if it were no big deal but the female officer had already seen the footage and was aware that she was the aggressor she's recording the um she just looking for TR that's all it is I did nothing You're Not Innocent here by any means do you're walking up to her holding mace up you did not have to engage with herat whatsoever she threatened me I took threaten you she threaten me and I took it out of mycket that she was going to do something to me crazy and then she started to record me oh I have video she came at my phone and whacked it she whacked my phone this is ridiculous we're like policing each other now and stuff this is really cool really cool stuff we're doing here so what are we doing am I under arrest my what else we're investigating it at this point like I'm done like yeah I was done before I arrived um yeah me too so we're investigating what happened get your side of the story her side of the story and then we'll we're going to go from there first I mean what do you want me to do I mean this look at her she's got she's got tons of video and the footage and unbelievable you guys this such a waste of like what is I mean the fact that she even the police on me is like the well I probably would if somebody walked up to me with pepper I did not just walk up victim's footage himself and based on the video he could see that the woman in the gray hoodie was clearly in the wrong I turned around and she got the mace and she's walking up to my son I freaking charged with menacing and resisting arrest her behavior actually wasn't much different than our next suspect a 99-year-old having a meltdown stop it sit up Chill on febru February the 2nd of 2023 police received an unexpected call from sentrum elementary school in regards to a 9-year-old who was throwing a violent tantrum when the officers arrived the child was tossing things around the room and at the staff members no this is one of those situations man just why I can't be in [Music] SRO oh you want to right you that's okay I get that a lot it doesn't hurt my feelings me until you come down this is where we're at he can do that he's on the road just calm you down for a second after the child threw a wet floor sign across the room the officer decided to place him in hand CS for everyone else's safety this may seem illegal to do but Florida statute section 98531 says that a child younger than 7 years of age may not be arrested meaning that even a child as young as nine could be detained stop it up chill chill just relax the chill you're throwing things you're putting everyone you need to hear it it's okay I get that a lot we're trying to figure out why you're so upset stop pulling stop stop pulling stop picking out my hand relax if you relax we can talk to you and you can shut the that's why you're not going anywhere you know in another situation you would be in very big trouble for hitting a police officer shut up just letting you know the older you get it's going to be very harder for you to be big in these behaviors you're doing really good with officer attendant she gives you stickers she sees she asks you how your day is and then this is how you treat us yeah you're you can relax we can take the cups off but you're literally endangering everybody here by hitting everybody and they don't come to work to get beat up they come to work to keep you safe and teaching e that's fine don't care but you can go to jail for things like that and I don't want to see you go to jail for things like that okay you can get you can get in trouble for hitting staff too okay I've done it since PR that's not nice why do you do those things because teach but why they're only trying to teach you okay but we want to get you off those cuffs so you're trying to get Off the Cuffs we can easily open them if you just comply and talk to everybody to see what's going on with you while you're having a rough morning you're trying really hard to take those cff off and we want to take it off trust me we just want to make sure everybody's safe after a few minutes of talking to him gently the boy finally seemed to calm down and officers promptly released him from the handcuffs as soon as his behavior improved thanks bud good job buddy afterward the child was sent to the guidance counselor and the officer went on his way following the incident the students parents filed a lawsuit against the city and the police department about the detainment of their young son and the case is still ongoing as bad as that was there's even worse coming up with the next suspect who has a complete emotional breakdown just because the officers asked her a few questions oh my God you guys are scaring me stop on May the 16th of 2023 police received reports of a domestic dispute and responded to the scene upon arrival officer spotted the female suspect later identified as Ariel walking away from the scene and began following her good afternoon ma'am no it's okay you're not in trouble I just want to talk to you ma' is that okay I just want to make sure everything's all right we can talk under the shade it's okay you're not in trouble whatsoever meanwhile another officer went across the street to speak to the complaintant Ariel's mother hello good afternoon I'm off Police Department yeah we made contact with her Solano and so what happened today she was taking what's wrong with you she's leaving the alone and she started going crazy right she started crying so I left and I was just like down so I left and I came back like 10 minutes later and that's when I heard her everything around I came what are you doing um reason I'm here is I guess you just had a little argument over there at your house is everything okay so what happened nothing she just walked in and she got mad at me who walked in my mom that's it that's all I oh okay so it's just you and your mom yeah my granda's not there he's at work and we about to go work with him right now well not work with him but I was even going to talk to him but I don't know if but I'm okay I'm F I know I know we just want to make sure so what was the argument about what nothing sir nothing there's nothing wrong I'm okay okay you know my Dad I can't get a hold of him he's not calling him and he's going to have to come home from work and see this cuz I have to go to work you know I understand man and okay so okay and how long has she been living here M she doesn't live here she us her boyfriend just staying at your house for like a little yeah no she she just came my dad will let her come here sometimes to shower to eat and that's it you don't let her stay there m comp are you okay yes I'm okay trespass from the property okay so the only thing with that the only with that if she's trespassed from the property you guys cannot allow her back for any reason and violate that trespassing because then she can get arrested yeah good we need to do that because it's getting bad she's broken the windows before to get in all she does is sa on us and rip us off and it's awful nightmare we have to deal with cuz she's bad in drugs and she doesn't want to stop we've tried helping her she wonice that would explain why Ariel was so reluctant to give the officer her personal information or to tell them about what had happened back across the street the officer continued trying to get her side of the story but she began having a breakdown and crying for no apparent reason do you need any medical attention no you feeling all right okay we're just here trying to figure out what's going on okay you want to tell me what happened nothing happened I just okay who uh who's at home nobody she keeps going back and forth and I don't know why I just got the shower okay who's she mom yes crazy oh she broke your window too man calm down for me we're just we're just trying to figure out what's going
