Like a bunch of diagnoses of um spin Um most the majority of like I mean, you could say all my life I've been sick. I was sick. Okay. Where Where did you see me at? I didn't see you for a long time and that's the problem and I I feel like I don't feel like I need to like apologize because it's like it's like I So, I moved. I was living in my car. And I was just uh trying to find work. And traveling to find work. So, I've just been in my car and just going from place to place to try to just get a job. I really just before. So, um I um I I should have stopped and rested and I I don't have insurance, so I don't have glasses and I need glasses. Okay. That's fine. So, I just all the health stuff, I didn't see you and I It's like I didn't see you for so long and then I have like severe like panic attacks and confusion and I really should have a home when I'm in that like this state, but >> I understand. So, why So, where did you When did you see my lights? I don't even I don't know. I don't even I don't understand what So, let me Let me ask you this. Why were you driving so fast? I did I'm so sorry. I didn't realize I I shouldn't have been driving. I just I have too many health issues. I shouldn't be driving late at night. >> Okay. I was just trying to get somewhere that seemed more like Well, there was there there'd been no hotels, so I was going to stop at a hotel anyway. Okay. And I And if there I was, I missed it cuz it clearly I can't do that. I'm so sorry. I mean, I just shouldn't be doing this. I shouldn't be doing this. I don't know what I was thinking. I Okay. I I um I my the only address I If you give you the address Run her name on um OGRs and stuff or run the plate and see if he can get her information off that for me. All right, see if she has any warrants or anything like that. Do you have any warrants? Is Is there a reason like what caused this? Cuz all you had to do was pull over. Okay. I know that sounds like I didn't see you and I have such bad confusion. What about What about when you pulled into the Market of Marion? When you went into that ditch, what happened at that point? >> started panicking because I didn't know I thought cuz I had my car break down. Um It didn't even It was a minor I just hit a pole because of being sick. It was I pulled out from getting gas and I was sick. Mhm. I was stopping to rest. I was like I I was traveling down um And that was when I was in St. Augustine, Florida and I was just trying to find work and so I was just driving around and I was like living in my car and I went to the I was my gas uh I needed gas, so I stopped off and got gas and then I was like I need to rest, so I I would pull it off to the side. Because I just get so confused. I have too many things. I shouldn't be living like this and I So, So, you're But But I just wanted to say I My car just had >> [music] >> I just hit a pole on the side of the road pulling out from getting gas. So, you hit a pole? Yeah, they know. Okay. And it had to be um fixed for a month. >> She may be able to run her on a tag. And I had to It's her car. And I had to wait for my car to get fixed in St. Augustine for a month. And I was staying in a hotel. Okay. And I got really I've gotten really stressed because money was when I left I hardly had any and then staying in a hotel for a month, it went and I had to pay all the car stuff. Okay. I've been very not right like panicky >> Mhm. you know, all of that type of stuff. Panicking, stressed, like I can't get a job for the life of me. >> Okay. I cannot get a job for the life of me and I don't have education. I was like what was called home schooled growing up, but I didn't actually get done school because you can just put in for like something and it just gives you like you can put in for like religious exemption and then they they just assume you're teaching. So, I never I don't know. Like I'm just I don't have that like a So, when when you crashed in the ditch, you started panicking, you saw our lights and you decided to continue to drive? I This is I My brain I was like Oh my god, your car you have to keep driving because if you can't afford you're going to be homeless and I was so like my brain was like get your car back on the road and it's not broken. And I know that's like Okay. horrible because I have a cop car behind me flashing and I need to stop. But my brain was like PTSD on steroids of everything and I was like get the [ __ ] on the road and drive hard because we can't be homeless and I didn't even know where I am at all and I where I'm driving. So, I drove down that other area, but I don't know things. So, I I started driving this way towards Tampa and then I thought I I I thought I didn't I just didn't know the roads were like in Florida like this. So, I had to stay in a hotel. I was like I was so so already driving. I was so panicked cuz I was like nothing feels like safe to stop at. Very like abandoned, you know, places, but I didn't realize otherwise I would have just done the But I was trying to go over like on this side to see like I was on this side. >> Okay. Well, in Marion County, we don't like when people run from us and also drive crazy through our town or our county, okay? So, that's why we were stopping you cuz you were driving at 80 mph in a 55 mph area. All you had to do was pull over and I would have given you off with a verbal warning or citation, okay? But this is what happens when you And then now you just wrecked into another car. So, all you had to do was pull over for us. I don't know. That's what I need to find out. So, give me a couple minutes, okay? What's her name? Danielle. Hall, H A L L. Okay. There's a like debit card on there. Do one day. Hell yeah. Yeah, what's up with you? >> All right, so this one I caught going 441 going I visually saw it going excessive. I turned on my radar it said 80 55. I was like, all right, I need to catch up find out what's going on. I thought it was just simple, you know, maybe late to work. >> driver's license vehicle is a typical 449. >> [laughter] >> Then why run? So, I I was like, all right, well, let me just pull over make sure and then I thought she ran Sunset Harbor, which I'm I was correct she ran Sunset Harbor and then we kept on going and then she had two cars blocking her. She ran off into the Market of Marion and just signaled forward. I was like, okay, I guess we're done. So, I thought she was done and she wasn't. Yes, yes, come on. This is one patient, yes. You just want to wash it real quick? >> Yeah. So, we were back on the road. Bellevue's in front of me. I was getting ready for a pit. They were blocking me, but we were able to gain the Bellevue. I was going to go for a pit, but we were coming to red light. I didn't want to do a pit through a red light. Um, that's why I didn't do a pit in Bellevue. I waited till afterwards so we were all in the clear because I didn't want to any pedestrians or stuff. So, that's why we did right up here and then she obviously caught that clipped that car when trying to go around in the grass and she set up for a perfect pit and minimal damage. Officer Daniel, I got a question for you. Is there anything you've taken today that would cause this reaction from you? Do you drink alcoholic beverages? Do you take any medication? You said you have a lot of medical The medication and how long you've been off of that medication for? Okay. Yes, she's already mirandized. All right, it's about the vehicle. If she's not stable, just make sure you hold on. We're just going to get a couple of pictures of you, okay? Okay. Look at me. And just the injury on her elbow. Yeah. Face that way. No, I need her on that side. Any other injuries? Have her face the car. Face Face the car. And then have her face back toward the car. Face towards me. All right. Sit back in the car, Ms. Daniel. She was charged with aggravated fleeing with injury or damage and booked into the Marion County Jail with her bond set at $5,000. As always, she is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
