Trespassing is a very simple thing. It's not It's not something that's going to ruin some future or anything for her, okay? Mental health impairment is a mitigating factor at sentencing, not a defense to conduct. No legal right to remain. Verbal threats were chargeable. Physical resistance added charges. Context explains. It does not excuse. The homeowner receives a grade of A-. Accurate, cooperative, legally correct. The deduction: she missed calls from the rehabilitation center all day. The gap that brought this situation to her door.
