But from the moment they arrived, it quickly became clear this wasn't just a simple call for service. What followed was a chaotic interaction filled with unprovoked threats, emotional outbursts, and escalating aggression until one small mistake pushes the situation completely over the edge. Hi. Why don't you LIKE US? >> MAYBE APOLOGIZE TO [ __ ] HARMONY BECAUSE [ __ ] YOU. WITH THE CONSTANT TANGENTS AND OUTBURSTS, officers struggle to understand what she's so upset about. As noted in the report, the woman's behavior continues to escalate, shifting from yelling to crying, and becoming aggressive whenever they try to speak with her. And it's not long before officers begin to realize they may have dealt with her before. No, she won't tell us her name. She's just She's upset about something. Is that Alana Jordan? Who is it? Is it Alana Jordan? Let's see if I can make contact with this one. Is there [snorts] anything we can do for you? Do you need >> No way. We seem >> What the hell you can do. And she just keeps doing it. She I don't know who she got it off of. What? That does kind of look like Alana Jordan. At this point, the aggression really starts to ramp up. She's already threatened to taze an officer, and as the situation continues to escalate, she begins reaching into her belongings, pulling out items that quickly raise concern. Take me there now or you're [ __ ] getting maced. Huh? Don't be DON'T >> THERE NOW. >> [screaming] >> HEY, DON'T MACE ME. Back up. You got mace in your hand? Uh-huh. Don't. What are you doing? Now are you [ __ ] being racist? How am I being racist? Get out. Do you want your stuff? I don't know. I don't know. She She had mace. I don't know what else she's got on her, but she said she would mace me if I didn't take her to bed. Okay. Why Why are we causing issues? We just >> to go [ __ ] breathe. We want to help you. And if you've never seen an adult temper tantrum, buckle up because there's a first time for everything. And that [ __ ] has my brand new [ __ ] vape that I just paid for. Get it back. >> You just had your vape. >> No, that's a old one. THAT IS BURNT. I JUST BOUGHT A NEW ONE. CAN I PLEASE go get it? Where's it at? I would never break into her home. >> I know. I just can't help you with that if if not. So, And I just want my vape. That's it. Okay. Okay. And see if she can come back and talk to us. Officers attempt to conclude their visit, but she can't seem to calm down, keeping tensions high. And when one officer slips up and calls her the wrong name, it clearly doesn't sit well. And as you'll see, that mistake comes back in a much bigger way. So, we just want to try and come to a conclusion here, Alana. It's not my [ __ ] name. WHAT'S YOUR NAME? ALANA. ALANA, I'm sorry. I made a mistake. I don't know why you're yelling at me. God damn. I've been >> hurt. That's all. I know. And we're going to try and We're trying to Ow. Huh? It wasn't my name. So, ow. >> I'm sorry. I'm just annoyed now. I know. After multiple outbursts, threats, and aggressive behavior, the situation finally crossed the line when Alana put her hands on an officer. She was taken into custody and later admitted to attacking him during questioning. She now faces a charge of aggravated battery to a peace officer. What are your thoughts on this case?
