During the morning hours of February 18th, 2022, officers with the Wisconsin State Patrol and the Grand Chute Police Department responded to a 911 call reporting a possible shooting on Interstate 41. >> Hello. I'm just >> So, let's just get her to the PD where it's warmer and we can do whatever we need to do. >> According to official documents, officers located the suspect vehicle parked in the driveway of a residence just hours after the incident where two men were seen standing outside. As police made contact, one of the men started the vehicle. During the interaction, officers reportedly observed what appeared to be a revolver-style handgun mounted on the garage wall. The man inside the vehicle also informed officers that he had a firearm in the car. Based on the circumstances, officers identified the man in the vehicle as a possible suspect and asked him to step out for further questions. >> You're Travis, right? >> Yes. >> So, I kind of pre-filled out the paperwork here.
