What began as a routine call quickly turned volatile when two heavily intoxicated guests, Monica and Kelly Hendris, refused to leave after hotel staff attempted to evict them. The situation escalated into physical resistance, verbal abuse, and ultimately a felony arrest. According to official reports, 61-year-old Monica Hendris was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence, disorderly intoxication, and trespassing after warning under Florida law. Her daughter, 23-year-old Kelly Hendris, was also arrested and charged with trespassing, resisting arrest without violence and disorderly intoxication. Both women were transported to Palm Beach County Jail following their arrest. As of now, court proceedings are ongoing. They are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of [Music]
