Following his arrest, the suspect was charged with multiple offenses stemming from the incident. These charges included possession of a controlled substance, [music] a felony, tampering with physical evidence, another felony, and two misdemeanor counts of resisting arrest. [music] For the felony charges, the suspect received 5 years of supervised probation. For the misdemeanor charges, he received [music] 2 years of unsupervised probation. Court records later show that the suspect was charged again and those new charges resulted in a violation of his probation.
