you're putting the head this way tail that way I put the head this way I got it okay um one of the problems with the V style is if you lay them on their back and the Tails they kind of stretch a little bit the Tails pinched right know um yeah that can that can cause some problems for you so uh yeah and no fishing yesterday then no no no it was was pretty nice out there I understand so yeah yeah lot a lot of boats but yeah there was 38 boats I don't even fish a line to many I fish a l i fish by the island okay trench in there oh yeah stay off the line it's easier a little calmer yeah I don't have to worry about all the bats mhm cuz you go hug that corner and then you one guy will take the beach the other guy will take the line and yeah you got to kind of be right on it don't you close to the 28 what's that it was 28 okay um what do you know about removing the heads before you get back well if they mine I can remove the head one of those is finin clipped right what that one of them spin clipped so you'd have to have a permit to do that what do you mean uh to remove the heads so on the water you got to have a permit fishing game to do that oh I didn't know that even for personal use huh uh no not this time of year like sport fishing but uh but personal use off commercial gear even if I fill a fish ticket out huh mhm yeah yep they would gosh why can't can't seem to win for losing today can I uh no so I wish you would have just told me that they were there that would would have raised much less suspicion so well you could search the rest of the boat here okay um rock fish rock fish to G by life maybe some old stuff I don't know some pretty heavy duty scales anyway don't look like King Salmon might be old stuff I like like Dingle bar okay yeah yeah I keep my I see all right well just a quick glance at them look like heavy scales probably not King Salmon but uh okay I'll hope you drag this back over if you like do I get the key these or no really certainly not even though they're mine well they're so you leave me one measurement to use so there's the 28 in tip of the nose to tip of the tail okay or 23 in from the from the back of the Gill Arch to the to sit in the truck and stay warm so couple citations here one is for having undersized King Salmon the other one is for failing to report uh King Salmon as personal use okay okay so you need to show up in court on the 20th of February at 2:30 and that's right down there okay um if for some reason that date doesn't work for you something happens whatever you need to call the call the court and uh you could potentially change that date but you have to do it through the court not me yeah right on okay any questions for me no uh two citations two citations y okay what does that do for my license um that's part that's part of what court answers is uh gives you some or the judge will decide that then great well there's a commercial Fisheries point system for I understand that um but do they count that as as two uh well two different fractions or just one well some things acquire points and some don't oh okay um undersized fish typically do not you know without giving you legal advice if you really want the answer this is not this is not my the point system is not my system it's not the court system at CCS so if you want to find out about that I would call CFC um and ask them so that you're so that you're fully informed yeah but uh and how much of a fine would this be St um yeah I can't can't get into that I don't know I'll have to look at what other people in similar situations have done and I'll I get to make some recommendations to the court and I'll do that based on what's happened in the past okay um but I don't know what those are off hand it's not not really appropriate to have those discussions not in front of a judge right because I'm not the judge and jury so we want to maintain your rights for you and where's the courthouse uh right at the roundabout you know where the police department is yeah fishing game upstairs in that same building okay so if you go past fishing game you just go upstairs H yeah just keep that one down that long Hall and you'll see the set of stairs that goes up first time for me oh well how long you been fishing 38 years oh jeez yeah well that's too bad uh well you know I'm not God stuff happens I supp I made a
