He's with someone else, >> I think. I believe so. And I took a picture of his license plate and I showed it to the other cop as well. >> I believe >> because when he came when he came back, let me just go through the start. So, I pulled up, >> saw those gentlemen. So, I started walking. As soon as I started walking, I was like, they just started walking. Like they started walking as soon as I started walking. I was like, that's weird. >> And then the blue the guy in the blue shirt, he was already in there. Walked right past them. So I keep going. Keep going. >> Time for a second. Is he clothed at this moment? >> Yeah. Yes, sir. Oh, sorry. Yes, sir. He's closed. >> Yes, sir. He And we just keep walking down. I keep walking down. I keep noticing like he's pretty close. So, I speed up. He's still pretty close. I get to one spot. >> Speed up means walking fast or running. walking fast. Sorry. All right. Did he say anything to you? >> No, not yet. Keep going. >> And then we get to >> I believe it's called the overlook of the of the wetlands or something. >> And I sit down or not stood down. I'm just chilling there. >> And I notice he's walking up. As soon as he walks up >> towards you. >> Yeah. As soon as he walks up, he gets on the observation pier. He sits down. He's like, "Isn't this a nice place to be naked?" I'm like, >> "This is what he tells you." >> That's what he says to me. >> This is the first thing he tells you. >> The first first thing he tells me, he said like, "It's beautiful hour. It's nice out. And then right after that was, this is a nice place to be naked, isn't it? And I was like, I walk out, walk past him, and then I'm going around again to get to the big observation deck. And then I noticed him again behind me. And so I speed it up again. And then once I get to where you start walking up to the observation deck, I turn around and when I turned around, his pants were down. He was >> And so was he looking at you directly? He was looking directly at it. >> I couldn't I couldn't see. >> I'm not trying to be vulgar. >> No. Yeah, I hear you. Yeah, I saw he I saw he was off like I saw his hand. >> He was looking right at me cuz I turned around. I was like, "Holy." And so then I started going I started going up the observation thing thinking I could get get out that way. >> Mhm. >> And then there's no way to get out that way. So I had to he literally came up to the observation pier but had his pants on at that time at the observation pier. And so I had to [ __ ] past him. Now, as soon as I get past him, I start running. And then I'm like I'm like I'm calling the [ __ ] cops. And then he turns and he starts going to the the one trail that says like not not >> running or walking. >> At that point he started like moving fast that way. Well, I took off. I took off running past >> but he started like somewhating too >> at that point. Yeah. He was running >> away but not towards me at that point. You was running away after I said I'm calling the [ __ ] cops. >> What? Nothing else he said after that, right? >> Only thing he said is nice to be like he didn't say anything to you. >> Nothing like nothing like >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Nothing. He said like it's beautiful out. Stuff like that, >> but nothing general like look at me or anything like that. >> No. No sir. Okay. All right. >> No. >> All right. So, >> and I think he might have have I think he might have been taking pictures of me cuz I when I had turned around the one time his phone was up. So, I don't know if he was taking pictures of me when I was >> cuz I had my shirt on, too. So, I had I put my shirt on once I noticed he was like looking at me here. >> Okay. All right. Um, you know something you got to ask him about this? >> Um, it's it's a it's what we have to ask to go forward. >> Oh. If you if you want to press charges against >> Yeah. What does that take on me? Just curious. If you got to be a victim of a crime, state attorney office going to reach out to you. Yeah. And then once after that you have to view you your cooperation how you are with state attorney office. >> Yeah that was I want that to happen to somebody. >> Okay. >> Yeah I definitely want to go through a victim of Okay. He's going to be charged with something called exposure. Right. You seen this? Yes sir. >> Okay. Yes sir. Yes sir. >> Which car he was in? >> That car in that gray car. Yes, sir. Okay. >> Was he with anybody else? >> I believe he he wasn't in the car with somebody. >> Suspected. Not not 100%. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. All right. >> I gave them >> Where's this other guy that came to helped you? I heard there was somebody else. >> He was in a truck right here, but he left. Yes, sir. He waited until everybody got >> You never You don't know this guy from anywhere? >> The The guy that >> older guy? >> No, sir. >> And you saw him when we just put handcuffs on. You saw him, right? >> Oh, yeah. That was him. 100%. No questions. Mhm. >> All right. How long ago this happened >> before we got here? >> Before the first guy before he got here. >> Probably like couple minutes. >> 25 minutes. I had to We were literally at the observation thing. >> How long you had to run back and stuff like that? >> Yeah. So, probably like 20 20 cuz it took the cops like probably 10 minutes to get here. So, probably like 25 minutes. >> Write down. Is this his car registered to you? >> Yes, sir. >> Write down his tag and put like Florida tag. >> I got to run. Put the tag. But the other guy that came up, he came up when when I got out and I was on the phone and I had knocked on this gentleman's door to just watch my back. >> He saw me on the phone >> and put his head down and and got like like sped up to get out of here. >> So that's why I was like >> you're talking about the other person that Yes, sir. >> that was possibly with him. >> Yes, sir. >> Did you see them talking at all? >> I didn't, but they were both out of the car right near each other. Yes, sir. >> Do you got any video footage of this? We just got to ask. >> No, sir. >> Okay. It just helps us out if you did. >> Yeah, I should have. But I was like, I didn't know if he had something. So, honestly, I was trying to like >> Were you in fear of him? >> Yeah. I thought I thought he was going to have >> not in fear of him like >> doing something to me, but I was like, if he has a gun or a knife, I'm [ __ ] because there's nobody out here. >> Not Not We were all men, right? Private. He's the oldest gentleman. But you were in some type of fear of him. Oh, yes, sir. >> Maybe he was on. >> Just because it was he kept closing distance when it would get tight in the in the walk. >> Like I could feel him. Like I could hear him. How long it took him to come emerge out of the woods here after you got here? >> Probably like 40 minutes. >> Took him a while. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. You want to sit down for a sec? He turn your AC get comfortable >> and we'll give you the outcome. Okay. We got to go talk to him and we want to at least tell you what's going to happen. Okay. Yes, sir. >> All right. All right. >> So, >> yes, sir. >> How you going? What's your name? >> Jack. >> Jack. All right. So, I'm I'm going to read you your rights. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> You have the right to remain remain silent. Anything you say can or will be used against you in the court of law. >> All right. So once you got here, explain to me exactly what you do when you when you got when you got when you arrived to this location. >> When I arrived here, I sat in my car for a few minutes talking on my phone and then I decided to go for a walk cuz I come here walking occasionally. >> Okay. >> And I started walking by the back by the trails. I was going to go back to the the overlook. Were Were were you meeting anyone here or you just here by yourself? >> No, no, I was just here by myself. Yes, sir. >> All right. So, when you got to this location, did you talk to anyone? >> That gentleman there. We talked a couple times. We And passing. >> The the gentleman in the in the vehicle? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. Anyone else? >> No, sir. There's nobody else back there. There's only one way in and out to the back to the >> the tower back there. >> When When did you talk to him? >> We passed once when we were walking back that way. He passed me when I was on my phone and then we went back. I passed him another time and we chatted for a minute and that was it. >> What did you guys talk about? >> Just how nice a day it was and we were out walking. That was it. >> Did you say anything else to him? >> No, just how nice of a day it was and just walking and looking at the water. That was it. >> All right. Did while while you were interacting with him, >> did you remove any clothing or anything like that? >> Not at all. No sir. >> Okay. Because he he's saying that you were exposing yourself to him. >> Never. >> And and >> we weren't a No, we were never. He had his shirt off. I was fully clothed the whole time. >> The whole time? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. And when you had your phone, were you taking pictures of him or anything like that? >> Yes, sir. No. No. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I don't I don't take pictures of people. Unless I get permission from somebody to take a picture of them, but no. >> All right. I'm going to ask you for the consent to go through your phone. >> Go through my phone. >> Consent from you to go through your phone. You're saying you didn't take pictures of them, right? >> No, I did not. >> Okay. So, I'm requesting consent to verify that. >> Yes, sir. That's fine. >> Okay. >> All right. All right. What about Is there anything illegal in your vehicle? >> No, sir. >> Okay. Nothing at all? >> No. >> Okay. Give us a second. Do you have anybody that can come pick up your car? >> Am I going to be leaving here? >> No, you're not. >> You're going to be leaving here. I'm asking. >> No, you're being placed under arrest. >> For what? Charge, sir. >> For similar what you did before exposure. >> I didn't. >> I'm not arrest you. This guy here making a decision based off what the facts he collected. We're not here to argue about it. We already made a decision. So, what do you need done with your car? Is anybody come get it? Cuz if not, then we were thinking about towing it. >> Oh, please don't tow it. >> So, do you have do you have anybody? Where's your wife at? >> It's my husband. He's at work. >> Okay. Can he come get the car? >> If I can call him. >> Okay. >> I don't. >> We're going to leave it here. He's gonna arrange somebody to come pick it up. >> All right. We couldn't really find anything. >> Oh really? So like you guys can't like legally do anything at that point. >> So he wasn't here. He wasn't the one that >> That's that is scary though like cuz it did seem like they were together is the only >> So you think they were like trying to trying to something 100%. How they looked at each other and then looked at me and like Yeah. I knew something was up. >> So that's the only thing. the the fact that he's not here is kind of >> yeah it's kind of tough but >> we do have his information from what we gave us we are we know who the person is >> so like the only way though he could get in trouble basically is for him to do something >> that's why >> I just don't want somebody else to like deal with especially like a younger person understand completely >> um so yeah >> you taking him >> okay good >> that's that's as much as we can do right now >> okay appreciate You >> still want the case number? It's It's just to look up the uh look up the case later ones. Look up look up the report. Okay. >> I'll be right back and give that to you.
