A felony charge. >> Mhm. Yeah, if you been this could be felony pointed at this point. Yep. >> She's in the office right now. >> Can I see the video, too? >> Can I see everything? >> Okay. Can I see the video, too, before I talk to >> Well, she's in there right now, and that's where our cameras are. >> Oh, okay. Um what's the problem with you guys? Thanks. Okay. Have a good day. >> Um specifically, what we know is she had two Hot Wheels items that she kept under the seat there while she was checking out at the register. When they looked away, she pulled both of those items out, put them in the bags. Uh she still had a basket in there as well with some cosmetics, uh maybe some jewelry items. She went up >> So, it is going to take us a while to get the video together. She was in here for about 4 hours. >> Okay. >> Um >> 4 hours in one duration or over >> Yeah, 4 hours in one duration. Um the Do you have the receipt of those >> all this? Does it look right? >> Yes. There's anything else you guys can send in my way. I'll give you my email and stuff like that. >> want to see the receipts? >> Okay. All right. Listen, like I said, you're not under arrest right now. You're being detained. Um so, do you have an ID with you? >> I don't. And I don't think it was >> Okay, guys. This is what she gave me for ID. Are you Latoya? >> I am. >> Okay. >> Man, do y'all see how that man was explaining in detail on how they caught her stealing? Like, do y'all see he had three damn four damn screens like in 4K catching her? They said that she placed it under her, you know what I'm saying? And then when they looked away, she took it and you know she you know she didn't pay for it. She stole it. And she's surprised. She's saying a felony? Yes, bro. A lot of people do not realize that if you steal and it reaches a certain limit, that can be a felony. And y'all know what comes out of a felony. You lose some of your rights, bro. You literally can't buy a gun sometimes. Like, literally, it's hard for you to get a gun. You know what I'm saying? If you are a felon, this is why I say stop committing crimes, bro, cuz it does it literally does no benefit. And people be thinking shoplifting, [snorts] I guess cuz it's not a crazy crime, they think like, oh, it doesn't it can't be a felony or it don't carry jail time. I'm telling you it can be a felony depending on how much items you stole and the and the dollar amount, you know what I'm saying? This is why I say y'all just please stop stealing, bro. Like, I don't want to see people getting felonies or going to jail cuz the life is already too short. You don't want to spend your ass in jail, you know what I'm saying? The world is so beautiful. Like, it's such a sunny day today. I'm about to go outside and have fun. You know what I'm saying? Imagine being in jail and you can't do that. You know what I'm saying? So, don't do this, bro. Don't do this to yourself, man. Think before you act. >> If you enjoy body cam videos, you're in the right place. Subscribe for more unexpected moments, reactions, and new body cam content.
