There was an open beer container in his front seat and another beer was tossed out at the same time. Um, I'm not going to charge him with everything, but I am going to charge him with minor possession of alcohol. So, it will be a court date. Um, if he's never had trouble in me before, it'll probably just get community service or something of that nature. But it could have been a lot worse. He could have gone to jail tonight and whatnot, but he's never got in trouble ever. Ever. He's a straight A student.
