So, the fine can be up to $1,100 and the judge would have to assess the fine. Okay, I just give a recommendation as to what the fine is and they may say, "Okay, the state's going to assess the fine of this much and uh the all all seized evidence becomes property of the state or we give back something." Uh the judge will decipher that uh based on um the totality of the circumstances. So. Uh so, the court appearance is on the 18th at 9:00 a.m. at 8:25 West 4th Avenue. At the main newest courthouse there. Just northeast of the Captain Cook Hotel. That's the courthouse. That's the Nesbett courthouse. Or no, it's the uh it's the new one. Okay.
