19 what yeah cuz it's to the fork it's to the fork and you can't pinch the tail like he was saying there's no it's a fork measurement there's no pinch in the tail all right and with the fact that you're a commercial Charter right you have people for hire on board all that kind of stuff there's a different level that you guys are expected to to uphold right y so we're just going to issue you one Citation for the undersized dolphin all right here's the other thing for you which we could write but we're not going to the boat if you're going to be using that as a your charter boat even though it's not registered to youal right it has to Beal I but I B supposed to come back and um the damn supposed to been back Thursday and had a problem getting apart from BRP and my boats are gr white it's registered commercial okay that one's only registered recreational so that could be another you know technically since you're using it you know well we're just going to give you a warning for that one okay what about how much is the fine for the fish uh it's up to the judge got to ask him you have to go to court well most of the time what they're going to do and I don't know if they're still doing it now they do a zoom you just have your first hearing which is a zoom where the judge just ask you what you want to do and then you just go from there professional Char unfortunately not like I said with it being a charter you guys are expected to uphold that that line of knowing what we got to have you know what I mean so just give us one one more minute or two you can let them off the boat if you want and just okay so yeah he's just getting it he's just getting it finished up TR print it out for you okay I'm kill him I specifically asked him and he said oh yeah he's right at 20 like okay because we caught like 20 of them out there but they're all short you know everything was short not even close 1 yeah I mean I can and I can tell you even even measuring it on that cooler with a pinch tail I unless he's going full length that's the only way that thing was even anywhere near legal and and it was barely there anyway you know but unfortun it's all Fork measurements with them so it's got to be wear that fork with the tail separated in normal normal form to I said why didn't you just can measure it the right way back make sure he got something for dinner I'm like well to the courthouse you might you might have to I don't know exactly how they're going to do it once the court receives this paperwork they should be reaching out to you to verify it and if they don't
