hexagonal not that one let's see got the I got the photo yeah it's got those little like hexagonal prints and he could have walked back and forth to throw throw somebody off his Trail I think it's this one that he lives at and I mean he also could have been going down to score or something maybe oh right there yep here it is that's it see the hexagonal marks um you got battery life can you try and take some photos of it my phone's almost dead let's see here they go in there yep they go up the deck there and they go over here yep um maybe what we'll do is we'll get a search 64 10 we'll apply for a search warrant for the the bag and the cabin will hold off on the house cuz we may find what we're looking for in the cabin I mean I can already see those little 22 magnum plastic boxes of rounds that's another 22 mag we got ammo for it's like a 357 and a 9 mm so also let me see so here's a search warrant let me see we may have to stop here I might have to mend the warrant um because we've now found are two stolen guns and ammo that is what I know for a fact was taken from that house just the just the two there's a bunch of rifles which is why I knew he was going to come back or why I believed so we could apply for this well that's what I'm saying I may have to amend the warrant to include additional so we've got search for purple backpack we belonging for burglar to his fire ammunition I also pip okay and then my second warrant oh come on God well let me call her back here hello your honor this is Sergeant minor with gaska state troopers um I got a search warrant from the other magistrate um but only one of the two um that I had requested that she granted um the one is for a backpack and the second one is for the the shed cabin all right sent two one in and she only sent one back uh so it was all telephonic so she only sent me the one but I told her that I was requesting two one was a backpack in our possession the second one was the cabin um the shed behind and what she emailed me was only the backpack one she verbally said that they were granted I all right so let me uh I don't know so let me go down the basket see got and if you need me to I guess I can go on the record again and give you all the facts because we will have to amend the warrant too CU we started she she verbally granted the warrant so we started photographing and we found some of the stolen property and we've now found additional things such as sought off shotguns which are additional crimes and so we're going to need to amend the warrant to include Beyond just the two Firearms I was initially looking for got SC okay I'll I'll hang on hold if you'd like I have a scale one meth pipe least what appears to be that they're using tubes for meth pipes so drug drug paraphilia and well we know he's a drug user and known drug well but now maybe requesting an extension for drug yeah y because we did find him the last time that two more barrels over there for something I haven't any further than what I have right now you know that's what I just went through and it's just the one for the backpack even though verbally I was asking for both and she granted both oh hey look at that oil can is that a suppressor look at the oil can right there that no down right there is there a hole in it suppressor there is aha that's a homemade suppressor I wonder if that's why nobody heard him shooting in town that's a homemade supressor that looks like a very small hole going through that yep that's a that's a 22 going through there that's a homemade suppressor that's a that's a big crime right there but last time I had him with homemade suppressors too and they didn't charge him for that they he pled out to MH and I've got a baggie with a crystal substance in itth in Clear View looks like get to me yep that's math Serge yep yep both so that part okay good want search for the behind 57 Street yes um so we started the search um we down first what's the propos what else you're looking um we'd like to include um drugs drug paraphernalia um additional Firearms additional ammunition and those would be evidence obviously of mix evidence of miscon evolving weapons because he's a felon um we found ass sought off shotgun so there's other additional miscon involving weapon charges there too um uh we've got the drugs drug paraphernalia additional Firearms additional ammunition um cuz what what's happened is we started the search we found the two firearms that I was specifically looking for and the 22 magnum ammunition and we've linked those these are the ones that were stolen from this particular burglary case um and and but there are additional we've got lots of other guns and ammo here as well parelia additional farms and accessories and ammunition yep so so while beginning the execution of the the search warrant we noticed multiple items of drug paraphenalia in the cabin here tocl include what appears to be glass meth pipes and and crack pipes some of which are broken used have residue within it we also noticed some drug baggies the plastic clear plastic baggies that have uh what appears to be crystal methamphetamine residue within in it we've also located while searching for the original stolen Firearms we've located many more Firearms including what appears to be a saw off shotgun um several other um rifles and shotguns and barrels from uh guns that have been disassembled I also noticed I found a uh um oil filter that has been retrofitted and shot through to uh be made into a um homemade silencer which is also um illegal under the miscon evolving weapons uh cases so I wanted to make sure that we weren't now restricted because originally we were looking for two the two stolen firearms from the burglary and we've come across more we have found the two stolen fire ARS from the burglary now but we want to continue searching because of the plethora of other Firearms here and the defendant is a felon and prevented from possessing them uh to include these uh uh like the sought off shotgun which is a a prohibited weapon all right to be clear search application is this the uh this is the suspects cab correct this is a suspect's cabin correct right essentially I think we've located the the items that were stolen from this particular burglary and in the course of doing that we've come across evidence of additional crimes and we want to continue searching um for uh additional evidence uh related to those crimes such as the saw off shotgun and the homemade um suppressor and then the drugs as well all right and just be clear as far as the drugs you seen that a couple different pipes and some baggies how many baggies correct a couple different pipes butane torches um uh couple of clear cellophane baggies I have not pulled them out or tested them because they're obviously not guns or or uh um U ammo which was included in the original search warrant um but in plain view they it appears to be from my training experience crystal methamphetamine and uh other drug paraphernalia pipes all right so this all look like usage uh paraph not distribution type at this point uh in my opinion it's usage there are some drug scales but believe the the majority of this uh is consistent with drug usage and not distribution at this point all any additional Tes Serge um I believe that's it for now um hope hopefully I won't have to call back and amend it again all right it's okay I'm here all right so I'll Grant propos amendments here to additional Fire Fire accessories ammunition I'll include your a drug from that include of course scills include that as well um yeah there's no is there any issue about this being his residence you don't anything to document that this is his um I don't think so I guess if we could include anything if we do come across anything that shows or tends to show possession of the residents I mean his his ID is sitting on the shelf here um everybody seems to say that he lives here documents they having to establish the ownership possession control the res or location and this content y that that would probably be helpful for the to establish it okay got it all right and you want me email
