Um, I have his buddy now detained in the back of my truck as he finally came back to his vehicle. That guy with the ranger. Um, I very clearly told him to stop on the trail and he looked straight at me, stopped, and then just took off. Um, he is on felony probation for fail to stop. Uh, and he's revoked. um a or his probation officer. Uh if we contacted him, um they wanted a call cuz I think they were probably going to remand him um for a probation violation. Okay. The the the only thing that I really have on him is maybe a misdemeanor fail to stop. Um and I'm not sure that I I'm you know, depending on what probations wants to do will determine if I'm going to go down that road. But if they just want him remanded for a probation violation of some kind, then like, you know, I'm just going to bow out of it.
