[Music] When you're ready to listen, I'll talk to you. >> You've been driving. Where are you taking me? Bro, this is crazy. All right. [Music] Hello. Uh, can I speak with the manager? [Music] [Music] Hello. You called about the >> So, I don't know where the little boy was. >> He's He's in my car right now. >> Oh, is he? >> Yeah. When you were in there, were you asked to leave? >> No. >> Two people, including the manager, didn't tell you to leave. >> No. >> Okay. Well, I have two adults saying that they told you to leave. You refuse to leave. >> All right. That's a criminal trespass, which is against the law. I'm here investigating that. So, when I tell you to stop, that means stop. When I tell you to come here, that means come here. That doesn't mean walk past me. >> Do not walk past you. >> Yes. No. And and then when I when I try to get you up, you got to you got to obey. >> You don't have to grab me up and throw my face on the ground >> if you're not obeying. And if you're trying to get away, yes, I do. >> Why was I ever trying to get away? Why would I run from any cop? >> People do it all the time. Trust me. So >> what crime? You never told me any crime that I committed. That mean I should not be in this car. >> No, that's not true. >> Yes, it is. >> That's not how it is. >> I didn't commit no crimes. >> Yes, you did. >> Okay. So, I don't understand. Why am I in here? Well, here's the situation. Because you're a minor, I'm going to be taking you home. So, I need to find an adult, a mom or a dad. Who do you live with? >> Can I get my stuff? >> No, that stays up there. >> No, I need my stuff so I can call my mom. >> Okay. >> You never asked me my mom. You never asked me my name. You never gave me your badge number. >> Where's your mom? >> What's your badge number? >> See my name right there? Chap. You 2222. But you're not in charge of this. This is the problem. You think that you're you're you're running stuff here. You're not running anything. You don't run McDonald's and you don't run this. >> Yep. I can't wait. >> Okay. So, >> where's your mom? >> So, you want to know where I live at? >> Yes. >> So, get in the front seat so I can tell you. >> Go ahead. And you don't know the address? >> Get in the front seat so I can tell you. >> You don't know the address? Okay. Well, I can call DCS to come down here and they can come take you. >> What? What do you mean? I thought you were taking >> Well, I'm not going to just drive around while you point. Tell me where where your mom is. What? Can I call her? >> I can call her. >> Can I call her? Like, there should be no reason I shouldn't be able to get my stuff. >> There shouldn't be a reason where you can't tell me where you live. >> Why can't I have my stuff? >> Because you're detained. >> You're detained by a police officer. >> For what? >> I already told you. >> What crime did I commit? >> Before you knew about that. Before you knew about that. What crime did I commit? >> You got called in. >> Before you knew about that. What crime did I commit? >> What's your name, little man? I asked for a refund. >> Okay. And then you didn't get a refund, >> right? >> A refund? >> Yes. And then what happened? >> Like what? Did you ask me or did you automatically think I did something wrong? Cuz I'm black. >> No, I'm investigating something. So when I tell you when I was over there or did you automatically think I did something wrong? >> Little man, what's your name? >> Did you ask me? >> What's your name? >> Bro, I don't have to give you my name. >> Okay. What's your parents' name? I don't have to give you my parents' name. >> Okay, get you be there. >> My address? You want it? >> No, I just call DCS if that's what you want. >> I'm giving you my address. >> Okay. What's your address? >> What's going on? I thought you was taking me home. Can I call my mom to find out the address? >> You don't know the address? >> I know what street I live on. >> What street do you live? That's 325. Got to call my dad. Hello. Hello. Nay, they got me in the police car and this officer just threw me on the ground without telling me no crimes I committed or none of that. He didn't even want to give me his badge number and now he talked about he calling DCF and all type of stuff. He didn't even tell me no crime I committed. He just threw me in the back. >> You want to talk to your mom? Is this your mom or your dad? >> What? I don't have to give you my phone, sir. >> I I need to talk to an adult. >> I don't have to give you my phone, sir. If you want to talk, speak. Okay. Is this Who is this you're talking to? >> I'm at McDonald's. >> Yeah. Let me I need to talk to her. Give me the phone so I can talk to her. >> I don't have to give you my phone. You can have her number. Do you want her number? Her address? >> I want contact information so I can speak to her. Hello. Are you mom? This officer Shappy or is this mom? The Wi-Fi just don't connect. >> What's your phone number? >> Why can't I give you my address to where she is? >> Okay. If you're going to give it to me, what is the address? I >> already told you what street I live at. >> Yeah, that's a street. Is she home? >> Of course she's home. [Music] >> Put on the seat belt. Hello. >> Hello. 7121 >> 21. [Music] I'm going to be going to transporting and driven out. >> Okay. My food. You going to buy me some good food? Excuse me. Are you going to buy me some food? I hear you. Oh, I get no problem. Don't make me sick. [Music] What's that? >> I got three kids. on the ground. >> Well, first of all, my kids know to obey officers. >> When did I ever walk? >> No, I was there just like you. Never. You need a backwards. [Music] Hey, you know you Hey, you going to run into the wrong person. Hope you know that. I was in the name of Jesus Christ. You a demon. Demon got no respect for 715 and November 9th. She go there. [Music] [Music] Hello. Hi. >> Do you have a son that's like 10 or 12? >> Yeah. Is he the one that >> school? >> Uh, well, I got a kid that I just detained from McDonald's. >> I'm sorry. Um, >> she's talking like a man. >> Okay. So, I got I got called to McDonald's for attended 12year-old that was threatening the staff, refusing to leave McDonald's. So, I go there. They gave a description. I see her walking. Well, she's still in the parking lot getting ready to cross the street. So, I stop and I was like, "Hey, come here." And she tries to walk on by me. I was like, "No." Grabbed her backpack and then she tried to pull pull and turn on me. So, I was like, "You're not going anywhere." And she's like, "You can't touch me. You can't touch me." I was like, "No, I can. I'm I'm investigating." Like, I don't know what happened, but I know they gave a good description. It was her. So, she kept on pulling. So, I I said, "I'm telling you, stop." And when she tried to pull away, that's when I put her on the ground. She's not hurt or anything, but put her on the ground. Told her, "Put your hands behind your back. I don't want to put you in cuffs. Put your hands behind your back." Then a guy a um just a a citizen that was watching was like, "Hey, just listen to the officer." Finally put her arms behind her back. I said, "I'm going to put you in my car." She didn't want to go in the car. I'm like, "I'm going to put you in my car. Do I need to put on cuffs?" Eventually, she got in the car, so no cuffs. Went to McDonald's, talked to the manager. They said her and another employee had told her to leave. She refused to leave. She wanted um dipping sauce and wasn't going to pay for it. And so, they were like, "We're not doing a refund." Then she made some vague threats. I don't think anything of worth and then refused to leave. So, that's why I got called there. I'm bringing her back because I want to make sure that she has an adult aware of what happened. >> Okay. >> Um, is it your kid? >> Is she your kid? >> I have um I have c she stays with me. I have temporary custody of her. I just got off the phone with her mom. >> Uhhuh. Okay. Because Yeah. Cuz she was first she wouldn't tell me where she lives. Wouldn't say a name. Wouldn't tell me her mom. She said she would call her mom. But >> And then Okay. and then wouldn't let me talk. So anyways, um what I'll do is let me get your information. I'll get her out of the car and uh now now what she's saying was nobody told her to leave and all of this is made up. I don't really think that's what happened. And I I told her again, if an like I'm investigating a crime, I'm telling you to stop, that means stop. If I tell you to come here, that means come here. What? What's your first name, ma'am? And what date of birth? And what's her first name? And do you know our date of birth? >> Our date of birth. Hey, I do the same thing. I got three kids and I Um, now when I grabbed her, she dropped her McDonald's and I don't want to beat this up. You don't have to give this to her now, but make sure she gets that cuz, >> you know, >> I'm not going to pick up the food off the ground and give it to her, but I I would say for her own protection, one when McDonald's or whoever says get out, she needs to get out. She's intent. She didn't break the law. That's breaking the law when, you know, a business place tells her to get out and she's not getting out. >> Um, is she in school? >> Yes. >> When does that start? >> Um, 8:00 is from 8 to 4:30. >> 4:00. >> So, she's supposed to be in store. >> So, yeah. But I just got off the phone her mom cuz she had called her mom. Her mom was on the farm. They uh Okay. Um well, I'll I'll get her out. Oh, before I go, do you have any questions for me? >> No. >> Okay. [Music] Shut up. [Music]
