police officers love to mess with people for all the wrong reasons but what happens when they take those encounters way too far [Applause] here are seven crazy examples of when police officers take it way too far starting off this officer spotted Amore Johnson and randomly accused him of smoking in public after a brief confrontation things get wild close to me bro cause you got me for it but I already talked coming straight you look comfy as hell bro stop touching me bro obviously nobody's going nowhere smack hey hey hey what'd I tell you I told you I was waiting for somebody to come here doing what are we doing hey look at my name what we doing you can see how there are multiple officers trying to hold the man down touching him despite him telling them to get their hands off him there are some people heard in the background protesting the situation as the arrest on Amore was nothing but illegal listen to me he's talking to you and you smack me bro nobody smacks you bro why I smack nothing to say to you bro in addition to the verbal abuse the officer went a step further and had Johnson arrested the mistreatment of Johnson sparked widespread protests throughout the city these protests ultimately led to the officer losing his job and he now faces the possibility of up to three years in jail for his actions this chain of events serves as a powerful reminder of the importance walking down the street with his hands inside his waist a police officer spotted him saw him as a dangerous individual and attacked him immediately without any questions asked take a look at this crazy scene your hands out of your pants stop get on the ground get on the ground give us your hands I just wanted it's pretty easy to see that the situation was way more violent than it should have been let's see how it all plays out it's fun dude my problems aren't your problem bro okay when you're trying to make me do something stupid as you could have imagined they found no weapons on Sean and as a result the officers were investigated on using excessive unneeded force let's hope Justice was served in this next case a suspicious man was seen inside a supermarket so police was called on him but instead of talking to the man and taking things with an easy approach they take the violent route take a look stop I'm giving you a lawful order to stop right now on the ground on your stomach on your stomach in your hands bro give me your hands give me your hands give me your hands Give Me Your Hands Up give me your hands dude now this man clearly has a problem but the officers don't care about it as if things couldn't have gotten any worse another officer comes to the scene and starts assaulting the man who is already lying face down on the supermarket floor he's holding his arms Underneath Him throwing a dog give me your arms give me your arms right now dude you're gonna get taste let go of your arms let go of your arms you're gonna get it again don't kick bro give me your other hand other hand behind your back otherwise you're gonna get it again you're gonna get it again put your hand behind your back side it's easy to see that such approach wasn't necessary and that the man is completely helpless in the situation let's see how things play out puzzle stop resisting you're gonna get it again man that's good it's very funny they then take the man to the police car and to the police station it's unclear what happened next but we can only hope the man was let go and the officers punished for what they did next up Officer James Sanders stopped a man in his car while being very angry which resulted into a heated argument between him and a 17 year old Brandon take a look what'd you have to say no tell me what tell me one more time you're going to go on away and tries to fight the kid this resulted into him losing his job immediately after the footage dropped and he's been trying to appeal this decision ever since I've done some crazy stuff in my life not once have I ever said that and you buy into that crap I'm gonna say there's I mean not all complicated I don't consider myself one of them if you let a car accident whatever I do my best to try to save your life when that club's putting herself in danger doing it get out of here I'm tired of dealing with it a woman named Renee amenta was stopped for driving without a license and when the officer found out he took things to a level they never should have gone take a look hello Renee right step out of the car step out of the car turn around put your hands behind your back you're under arrest come on [Applause] get on the ground wanted gun point one resistance [Applause] what did I do [Applause] I'm 30. despite Renee asking what she did wrong multiple times the officer keeps holding her to the ground refusing to explain the situation let's see what happens next [Applause] [Applause] oh I didn't know anything for this oh my God are you serious so they then arrested her for resisting and drug possession I don't think that was actually the case but the fact to be pointed out here is that they should have never taken things this far okay all right you have shoes no they threw them over there okay come on step out for me okay my feet are gonna burn real quick my tunnels are over there well you're on the concrete it's not asphalt so it should be better oh I didn't do anything though that officer really said it's concrete not asphalt so it should be better that's ridiculous in this next case Steven and his girl were walking down the road when a police officer randomly approached them trying to accuse them of something ridiculous he claimed that they were stalking him while he was taking care of a criminal act let's see what happens next [Music] well according to Nebraska State Statute I have to ask you for your license registration and your proof of insurance okay I'm gonna tell you you're being video recorded and audio recorded so are you and you're telling me I did not commit a crime correct am I being detained at the moments why are you circling my credit soon I do not have to answer any questions without a lawyer present okay why are you constantly following us answer any questions are you afraid I do not have to answer okay let me tell you what the next time you follow me to a crime scene or any scene of that nature including a traffic stop or anything of that nature I will arrest you for obstructing because one you're taking away my focus on what needs to be taken care of but Europe but you are you are let me explain something well let me explain something to you you don't run the law you only enforce you want to go to jail for obstructing or what let's be clear here what the man and his girl are doing here is perfectly legal and they shouldn't have even been questioned by the officer in the first place so they're in the right and he's in the wrong let's hear what else he's got to say taken away from my only this officer had a problem with them and the other one standing nearby wasn't annoyed at all and just watched the situation unfold the officer then loses his cool as the guy mentions freedom of movement take a look all I'm saying is you're creating a problem for yourself you have stopped me for no reason stop following us around there's no logins following us around that's your last warning you got that go ahead and record it we lost October 612 and you have no problem Stephen go okay I would like to file charges he threw something at me for assault okay the other officer eventually steps in until the angry colleague to step away he also tells the man and his girl to leave the scene but then this happens I'll charge nation and I will forward that on to Major Akins and he handles all of the internal affairs okay so what's the phone number for you Stephen so he can get a hold of you I didn't stop I didn't do anything this man when I turned the corner the first time I came around yelled at me to Google threw his hands up like he wanted to fight me okay right there on that corner and we did nothing A call came into the Washington State Sheriff Department about an assault that happened so the police rushed to the scene and tried to search the man's home without having an active search warrant but the man didn't let them so they stood outside and had a conversation with the man take a look be an audio and video recorded I gotta legally tell you that's why and that's awkward and that's weird a warrant for what we're here to talk to you man yeah I know we hear you we heard you got assaulted yep so we want to hear what happened you have my best interest at heart because of the last time I dealt with you guys in written I have never worked in Renton and you've never dealt with me man huh I can't hear you dude so despite the cops telling him to get out of the trailer the man refuses to do so and he's got the perfect right to stay inside since those officers don't have a search warrant and it's obvious that he's dealt with some dirty cops in the past which probably lost them his Trust for rights I just want to talk to you make sure everything's good I'm not reading your rights not right now we're gonna come back with a dog he's gonna come in they're gonna come get you all right come out come out and win a fourth a warrant come on come on come on come on cops then violently attacked the man who was actually innocent and threatened with shooting him in the head no wonder people don't trust police if they're saying things like that to innocent assault too resisting arrest and assault three you're under arrest for [ __ ] failure to show a warrant the officers arrested him charged him and took him straight to prison he then served nine months in prison being innocent the whole time but then the judge found him not guilty of anything and they found out that the actions of those officers were highly illegal
