A white man moves into a black neighborhood, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. Living alongside people of different races is what America is all about. >> But these aren't your average neighbors. >> What was he thinking? >> Hey guys, what's going on? >> So, I heard gunshots. >> Okay. >> I came outside. >> Is anyone shot or anything? >> No, they those two right there attacked me. >> They attacked you? >> They attacked me. >> Why? because I was trying to defend a girl. >> Okay. Do you need medical attention? >> No. >> All right. Just one sec. >> Hey, >> he's saying he was battered by these two. >> All right. So, try it again. >> Try it again. >> Mommy, I ain't doing nothing. I ain't doing not one thing. Not one thing. Yeah. >> So far, he's saying he was battered by them. >> He wasn't battered. >> He's bleeding. >> Damn. >> Listen closely to the background. Hear that? You're dead. That's a direct threat. >> Yeah. Dude, the gray had the guns. >> Yeah, I know. more people. >> They're all trying to fight us. >> You don't tell us how this is going to go. >> What? >> You don't get to tell us how this is going to go. We're going to figure all this. >> Here comes mom. Dad's not far behind. One look at them explains everything about these kids. Meet the mother. She's a real piece of work. Also, >> I tell you, I'm going to tell you why. >> That's how it's done. We're not taking We're not taking your word for it. We're stating right here. >> Do what you got to do. >> All right. That's what we're going to Do what you got to do. >> No. Go in the house. >> GO TO THE HOUSE. >> GO IN THE HOUSE. >> GO THE HOUSE. >> We'll lock the house down. We don't care. >> We'll lock the house down. >> What you mean? >> We'll surround it. >> Look at that fella right there. Or as folks down south put it, that's one big son of a [ __ ] >> Doesn't matter. >> Okay. Can you tell us what happened? I don't know if they talked to you yet. Let's step behind the car. >> Yeah. The guy I heard gunshots. >> Huh? And I heard gunshots in the he was holding he was holding the girl down. She left. >> Who which one was holding the girl down? >> This right here. >> This guy? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> And he was going to >> This one with the jean shorts. >> Yeah. He says kill her. And the other guy comes up and I said, "Look, just leave her alone." And then they attacked him. >> Okay. >> You want paramedics? >> No. >> Okay. >> Who attacked you? >> Which one was it? >> Both of them. >> Okay. >> For what reason? >> Because I told them to quit beating on a girl. >> What was she wearing? >> I have no idea. Okay. So, >> okay. So, let me let me tell you like this, >> y'all. All of y'all >> is one. >> Y'all said it's public property. >> Well, we're conducting investigations. Really? >> Cuz there are shots fired. People are extremely uncooperative. >> Huh? >> I mean, look at all these. >> For everyone who claims police are trigger happy, look how patient this officer is. Watch this. >> Yeah, cuz there was shots multiple times. >> WHO ARE YOU YELLING AT? >> YOU. YOU DON'T YELL AT ME. I don't care who you is. That's one thing you not going to do. You going to respect me. You going to have some some respect. >> I don't care. NO. NO. BECAUSE I WAS TALKING to you like a calm person. And the way that you sit up here and you just raised your voice at me. I don't play that. >> You going to raise your voice at me. >> You talk more calmly. >> What's up? >> In fact, I think all of the officers were very patient. I think they did a good job because officers elsewhere would have really shown them differently. But anyway, let's continue. >> Okay. >> We want to make sure nobody's around. >> Nobody's hurt. Like I was trying to tell him before he started raising his voice at me. >> He said that um I was like, "Okay." He said it's being they're being um uncooperative, but it's like all these police for what? You know what I'm saying? Well, anytime we get a call for possible shots fired, yeah, there's going to be a big response. You have to understand for one for everybody's protection here, but as well as for ours. So, you have to understand there will it's not like a call where there's a, you know, lost cat or something investigation. >> Oh, yeah. We're all just getting here. So, we'll figure it out, sir. And we'll be out of here. >> Yep. Absolutely. >> And you don't want paramedics or anything? If you want, they can come check you out right down the block. >> Bruce on consciousness or anything? a little bit. >> I'm cool. >> You're not. >> You can tell this daughter is genuinely concerned, right? She's basically saying, "Dad, you need to get out of here." Because, let's be real. Once these officers leave, what do you think is going to happen? The situation isn't magically going to get better. If anything, it could get a whole lot worse. >> Where are we? This isn't okay. This is not okay. >> No, I don't need nothing. Is he doing >> I'm not going to let anybody get the girl in front of >> No, you did the right thing. Um, >> he didn't. >> I mean, he's trying to help her. So, >> he didn't help at all. Now we're involved and they hate us. >> He didn't help at all. >> I just I just >> Maybe I'll call Daddy again. >> Yeah. Do me a favor, sir. Just stay away from this area right here. Okay. You can go over here. I appreciate it. Can you please hurry up and get off my property, please? >> I'm not going to right now, sir. I'm sorry. Once y'all done, please get off my property. >> Ma'am, don't walk through here. Please just go around me. >> Just let my mama >> I'm going this way. Don't touch me. >> Don't touch her. Don't touch her. >> Just back up. >> You back up. Don't touch >> my YOU DON'T NEED THIS. >> YOU'RE NOT ALLOWING ME TO >> BACK UP. >> WE DON'T NEED THIS. >> Don't touch my mom. >> On your way. >> Shut up. Y'all want us to back up? Back up. It's like 30 deep. Mom is on the phone with dad right now. And trust me when I tell you, if you think the kids are bad, Dad, he's not any better. As a matter of fact, he might be even worse. >> I'm not walking up on him, but I need to get through here. >> This is a crime scene. >> Walking up. Don't walk up. >> Take him. Get on THE GROUND RIGHT NOW. GET ON THE GROUND. GET ON THE GROUND. >> Get on THE GROUND. ON THE GROUND. ON THE GROUND. >> LEO, bad Leo right there. Spit on my face. Bad Leo. Congratulations. Felony charge. >> Battery. Battery on Leo. Can you just spit in my face? Keep adding the charges, bud. >> If they don't have any respect for the police officers standing right there, do you honestly think they're going to care about you, me, or anybody else in that neighborhood? These are the kind of neighbors you do not want to live next to. They're completely out of control, and they don't even seem to care when the police show up. Neighbors from hell. Plain and simple. >> Ma'am, can I tell you something? Ma'am, what are you doing? >> Hey, Cercio. Watch her. >> Man, don't come over here. Don't mama. >> Okay. Don't touch my arm. >> Don't touch me. Doesn't stay on the side. >> You ain't taking me no >> You're going to jail for another Bio. >> Two Bat Leos. Got it. >> Leo threats the Leo. I hate shooting a gun. >> So what? I ain't got no gun. You can't prove that. Prove that prove it. I mean, you stared at me like a problem. >> Hey, stare at me. Your eyes follow me everywhere. >> Y'all can I'm not going over there, but I am going to talk to my son without you in [laughter] my face. >> Yes. Hey, >> we're not doing this. >> No, we are not doing this. >> Come on. >> They ain't worth it. >> We got to go work in the morning. worth it. No, I'm just telling you how you telling me to come down with she walking all over my face. I'm trying to I'm trying to make it a work tomorrow, but I don't need nobody ALL UP TO MY FACE. I'M >> JUST TRYING to talk to you. >> You see that? The officer is remaining completely calm, asking her over and over, "Can I talk to you?" And I understand. She's a mother and she's concerned about her son. But here's the thing. If you were really that concerned, why did the police have to come out in the first place? >> You want to talk to me? >> No. Okay. Absolutely not. I don't have nothing to say to y'all, but I do. >> Don't try to handle my son. >> Don't >> I'm not going over there. >> Okay. That's what you call it? You harassing? >> I receive a paycheck for it. >> Oh, I receive a paycheck for what I do, too. I call what you call. It's harassing. >> Harassing. >> Harassing. And okay, so I got So why all y'all is up on him like that? >> Cuz he's not cooperating, ma'am. Bro, >> you're like, I told y >> for one boy. For one boy. Walk away. Stop kicking me, man. >> HEY, Y'ALL GET MY SON LIKE THAT. >> KEEPS kicking him. >> Maybe if they'll let him. >> They're just trying to get him in the car, but he's resisting the whole time he ran from us. >> Like this. Come on. It's not what you do, it's how you do it. Don't run and spit at cops. >> It's not what you do, it's how you get >> what he did. IT'S WHAT HE DID. Spit on cops. >> What is wrong? We got >> moments ago. You were demanding officers get off your property. Well, they're off your property now. You're standing on a public street and that changes the whole situation. But once again, look at these officers. They're staying calm. They're remaining professional and they've already made an arrest. At this point, they're simply securing the scene and trying to get everybody under control. And honestly, I wish they would have taken mom and the daughter, too. >> Okay, >> we got called here. We didn't just show up. >> Put your feet in the car. >> Put your feet in the car. Put your feet in the car. >> Put your feet in the car. >> Put your feet in the car. uh >> because he was handling himself in the same manner that >> but it doesn't matter he had no reason >> he had the right to speak >> I present to you the dad and as mentioned before he's no better >> according to the law >> took flight and ran so >> ran well he need y'all had him on the ground so where the did he run from here to there >> he was up there when y'all came up with tasers on with lights. So where the did he run? >> See y'all respect for people to calm down, but y'all don't give. Let me handle this son, please. Cuz I'm not trying to go to jail because that's when you going to get to the point. Now listen, listen to me. Y'all want respect, but y'all don't want to give I'm giving it to you. >> Okay, then why did you put your hands on my son? >> I didn't touch arrest your son. >> He just said y'all ran up on him with taser and put my son on the ground. >> Because there was a shooting. I am >> But they don't have nothing to do with no shooting. If you want to find our come up and ask, "Don't pull guns and tasers on my children." >> Yes. >> What I'm saying? WE PULL GUNS AND TAS ON YOUR DAMN WAY. >> That would be bad news. >> Put your finger in my face. >> I can pull whatever I WANT. >> YOU'LL GO RIGHT BACK TO PRISON, BUDDY. I GOT NO PROBLEM. I have no problem. >> I AM THE LEGIT. >> You're going to kill me now. You're going to jail. Unnecessary. We have >> We don't have We don't have permission to go inside the house. >> This crack is smoking on him. Just get on that corner. right there. That corner so you can see all the way to the back. >> Okay. All right. >> Now, what is THE PROBLEM? Y'ALL GOT MY CHILDREN all upset. You freaking got me upset. Now, what's going on? >> He stated the children are getting upset. But let's remember how we got here. These grown kids were beating this woman until the neighbor stepped in to help and he ended up getting assaulted, too. Then they threatened the police and told the neighbor, "You're dead. This situation is far from over. And dad is worried about them being upset. Come on. These aren't little kids.
