I'm going to [ __ ] [ __ ] out. Can I have my airpod? Can I have it, please? Okay, cool. What's your flight number? I didn't do [ __ ] Stop. [ __ ] you. Stop. [ __ ] you. [ __ ] you. I didn't do [ __ ] to you. [ __ ] you. Put me in jail. >> A flight crew called it a level one threat before the plane even finished boarding. She says she was ignored in first class and said something about it. Those two accounts meet at Dallas-Fort Worth Airport with officers waiting at the gate. This is proof on record. >> 1A. >> Yeah. >> She was talking to me the whole time. She kept trying to kick my ass. She got up. I don't know what happened. I was in the back with trash. >> Uh-huh. >> She went up front to talk to the flight attendant. I don't know if she was trying to get to my daughter and fight her in the back. We did have someone get up in the front. >> Stop her? >> Yeah, but that's kind of what we put up with. >> So. >> She was talking to you. You got on the plane. She was talking to you. She got on. >> Okay. Was she served any >> I believe yeah, she was served one drink. >> One drink, so. >> Okay. If you want to send her out, what are what are you guys >> Scared. >> Well, this is the first time I've ever >> I have my belongings. >> That is nice. >> Oh. >> What's your daughter's name? >> Yeah. >> What's your daughter's name? >> Okay. Well, don't be scared. We'll >> I'm too scared to go up there and say something. >> You just you just play it like normal. >> Okay. >> And then just point her out to us. >> Yeah, just point her out when she comes. >> [music] >> You think it's a bad idea? >> Uh pretty heavily intoxicated. She threatened to fight the flight >> crew. She threatened to threaten to kick her ass. >> Okay. >> She threatened to kick my ass. >> Okay. Yes, sir. >> Can you have her step out with me? Just like that. Thank you, guys. Is that her? >> That's her. >> Okay, we're going to Is that her? >> Yeah. >> Really no problem. >> I'm officer Smith. >> Yeah. >> I didn't know why I got up. >> No, I was in the plane. and happened. I don't what you want. me. >> Okay, well I was just asking if you knew why we were called >> No, I don't. That's why I just said I don't know why you're talking to me right now other than you getting off the plane. >> Okay. >> Yeah, I don't know. >> Okay. >> So, if you want to explain to me, I would I'll be open to listening. >> Okay, well we got a call that there was a level one threat. Someone was What does that mean? >> Making threats to someone else and they were concerned for your well-being, so we just had to do a check. >> So, literally they literally said if I give them all my belongings, I can get off the [ __ ] you know, plane with no problem. >> Okay. >> So, I don't understand what do you mean by that? I mean, it's cool. I mean, it could have been somebody very well. So, this my first time on like a plane outside of my mom. >> Okay. >> Um I was on a plane when I was like, what, 16? My first time as um an elderly adult on my own physically. Yeah, um so you know, whenever they had a problem with me or whatever they had a problem with, you know, I you know, I did whatever they asked me to do. I was cooperative. I'm playing. >> Please check your bag and any prohibited items. >> Okay, so I literally don't know what the problem is right now. So, I did what you guys asked me to do. >> Okay. If you want to stand over here cuz >> Yeah, whatever you want me to do, you can look in my bag. Whatever you want. I don't care. >> your ID on you? >> Um yeah, it's in my um Yep, it's right here. >> Okay. >> Yep, right there. >> Do you have your ID? It's on 49. >> them my ID. I only have my social on me and it didn't or I just showed them my ID. I just have my um I mean, it's probably in my bag. Sorry. >> Okay. >> No, I I don't know. I just I literally like like two hour shift >> Is this your final destination? >> Yeah, Texas Dallas. Yeah, someone's supposed to be here to pick me up. Like, I just went all this way and like I had no problems up until now and y'all want to get on my ass and I'm like, "Where do you >> Listen, I'm just I just got to figure out what's going on cuz we got a call. So, I just got to make sure that you're okay. >> I said on the whole flight respectfully. >> Okay. >> Literally the whole way. >> Did you say anything to them that might have been of a concern? >> I asked if I could drink and they let me have my drink. >> Okay. >> So, how is that disrespectful or out of place? >> What kind of drink was it? >> It was an alcoholic beverage. I was in first class. >> Okay. >> There were, you know, you know, obligated to give me that, which is fine and cool. >> Okay. >> But, I don't understand what their problem was. >> Did you threaten anyone by any means? Did you say >> and I was sitting on So, like, by myself. >> Okay. >> I flew in with my mom and my son. >> Okay. >> And I'm just going out of town for just [ __ ] a weekend. >> Okay. >> I don't understand why you guys are interrogating me and out of my ass. >> Okay, listen. >> Because I'm legally fine to be where I am, okay? >> I explained to you why we were called. >> have ideas and everything. Like, what do you want more from me? >> I I just have to ask these questions because we were called, okay? >> but I just don't understand why like all you guys are doing all this. I didn't do anything different, like >> Okay. I am I am a >> understand why they They are so rude to me. They are rude on the Please. >> What were they saying? >> Them. >> I No, I know. What were they saying to you? >> They were just being rude. They were rude. Like, I'm not even trying to be racist, but the white person and they just want to be rude to me. I didn't not do anything. I I gave them my ticket. I sat on the [ __ ] plane. I just sat there quiet, bro. >> Okay. >> You know, you're first class. You If you want to get a drink or something, you can. >> Then that's fine. It's not illegal to do that. >> I was able to but they didn't even like acknowledge me or anything. You know, and yeah, I said something about it, but I didn't like I didn't do anything crazy. Like you didn't even ask them. Like they know. Like I mean >> What's a good phone number for your cousin? >> It's 804. I just got a new number. Um so, I have to give you my new one. I don't want to play any games with you, but I'm just telling you what I experienced >> your cousin's phone number? 804? >> Yeah, you don't care. >> 804? >> Mhm. >> You know, pressure and stuff like that. >> Yeah, we're good. >> The flight attendant said, "Hey, if we get any more harassment Well, I mean 804? Is that it? That's your new phone number? You probably get met by some police in the jail. She couldn't even comprehend that. That pissed her off. It was bad. It was She shut She shut down. And then they had to get something So, 10 minutes after that, that's when she was screaming in my ear. >> Okay. >> So, that's when I told the captain and said, "Hey, look, I need to clear my name." So >> Okay. Okay. Can I So, can I add that in our report? Thank you so much. All right. Thank you so much. >> Thank you. >> Yeah, appreciate you guys. Have a good one. >> The flight attendant's account to officers is specific. Heavily intoxicated, threatened to fight the flight crew, threatened to kick her ass, threw something at her. Her account is different. She was not acknowledged in first class. She said something about it. She did what they asked. She was quiet the whole ride. The officer does not take sides immediately. He asks what she said that might have been of concern. He asks if she threatened anyone. He is building the picture methodically. Then the flight attendant adds the detail that closes it. After she was warned that police would meet the plane, she began screaming. That escalation after a warning is the moment that converts a he said, she said into a documented pattern of conduct. She said she did not do anything. The flight crew said otherwise. The plane did not unboard until officers cleared the scene. Under federal aviation regulations, that is what a level one threat response looks like in practice. >> Okay. If you want to go ahead and stand up for me. Do you want to put your phone down? >> Oh. Sure. >> Okay, go ahead and put your hands behind your back. Okay, you're going to be placed under arrest for public intoxication, okay? >> Uh let's see here. That's that. >> What am I able to talk to anybody here or anything? >> Yeah, as soon as you get >> You got whatever you need. >> I'm not like a racist. >> No, I'm not. >> As soon as you get down to the jail, um it'll be unlimited calls, okay? Uh so you can make as many phone calls as you want. It's just a Class C misdemeanor. >> I don't know his name. His number. >> I got you. So, if as long as you stay cool and all that stuff like you have been, they'll let you get all the phone calls that you want, okay? >> just yes, take a deep breath. All it is So, just hear me out real quick. It's just a Class C misdemeanor, so it's like the same level as like a traffic ticket, okay? You're just going to go down to our facility for a minimum of 4 hours. >> Okay. Just >> Is that the only way I can get out? >> you. A minimum of 4 hours, okay? Just until you sober up and then you can be released, okay? That's all this is. >> But they're like here or on the way here. Like how would I know >> Yeah. >> Just tell them I'm like hey, I got arrested or whatever. >> Say copy. Just send the tone. Um Like I said, as soon as you get down to our facility, as soon as you get down to our facility, you can make all the phone calls you want, okay? Just as long as you stay cool, they'll let you take the numbers out of your phone, okay? >> So, if I went outside, y'all wouldn't bother me? >> Okay. >> If I went outside, y'all wouldn't bother me? >> No, we were going to because the >> But if I have somebody come and pick me up. I wasn't driving on my own or leaving on my own [ __ ] so like why are y'all bothering me? I had somebody pick me up like you guys asked me if I would. So, why am I being bothered right now? >> to go sit on this bench right here. >> So, you can't answer my question? >> I'm going to >> Are you going to help me or what? >> I was not answering your questions. You're just like not listening to me at all. >> Okay, take a seat and I'll explain it to you. >> Okay, well can you actually though? >> Yes. >> Okay, well I'm listening. >> Okay, I told you that the reason that we met you there is because they called us from the plane. So, no matter if you were out here or you were in there, we were going to meet you at the plane because they called us and they were not going to unboard the plane until we talked to you. >> So, I just said what? So, I can [ __ ] what? In Dallas in jail? >> So, we have our own jail here. The airport has their own jail here. So, you'll be here. >> Yeah, I'm getting arrested. By the way, I don't know what the [ __ ] you do. They just want to [ __ ] arrest me. I don't know what to do. I'm saying I really don't. You were supposed to be picking me up. >> What's that? >> Right now, she's under arrest for public intoxication, okay? >> Okay. So, she's going to go to jail with us. >> I don't know what >> That's That's on her that happened like this. This isn't on the plane. >> What did she do on the >> She's under arrest for public intoxication. >> So, we're at this point. >> What's that? >> Did she do anything at the plane? >> Okay. Are you related to her at all? >> No. This is This is my boyfriend. >> Oh, you're the boyfriend? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Okay. So, um yeah, some things happened on the airport on the aircraft, so we got called. Um so, that's why we're here. >> Okay. >> So. What's that? >> Is there like a report for it? >> Yeah, so we can give you a report number. Um so, basically what's going to happen is uh she's going to go to our patrol jail. They're going to hold her for a minimum of 4 hours. >> Okay. >> So, once she basically sobers up, then they'll be able to release her to you as long as you have a car to drive her home. >> Okay. >> Um so, if you've got um ID on you by any chance? >> Yeah. My ID is in everything there. My credit card >> What's that? >> ID, like everything you need is in there. Cuz I'm a regular citizen of society. It's [ __ ] in there. >> Well, remember you told us they might have it. They didn't They didn't have your ID. >> So, my ID is just gone. And my ID is just lost. >> If you want, you can file a report. >> is just lost? >> I'm Can I help you? >> I'm asking you cuz you know every >> thing. >> My ID is just lost? That's what it is? I mean, you already taking me into custody, so I can say whatever the [ __ ] I want. Y'all like don't know where my [ __ ] [ __ ] is. That's cool. >> Is this your work address? >> Yeah, it is. Well, where's my [ __ ] Like, I don't understand. I don't understand what the [ __ ] is the problem here, bro. Oh, cool. Congrats for you, bro. >> This time is everything in order for you? >> Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. It's legal all the [ __ ] way. Look it up. Look it up. It's on my ID. Talking about. >> correct? >> Yep. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. [ __ ] address. Where the [ __ ] I live. Yep. Right the [ __ ] down on my ID. Like, it's registered under. [ __ ] weirdo. Who just out here playing with y'all [ __ ] feelings? I'm legal. Like, what the I drank on the [ __ ] plane that they literally served me alcohol for. I'm such a bad person, right? Okay, cool. So, why am I [ __ ] Literally like my legal everything is [ __ ] right there, but I'm such a bad person and they served me alcohol. Yeah, all right. Cool. It's melatonin, bro. >> He just has to check everything. >> Okay, cool. And I'm telling him what it is. He can check it all he wants, and I'mma tell him what it is cuz it's my [ __ ] >> Okay. We have to check everything before >> No, I'll tell you what it is cuz that's what it is. >> I appreciate it. >> Okay. Check it all you want. I'll tell you what it is. It's melatonin. Cuz this [ __ ] can't [ __ ] sleep outside of her [ __ ] house. >> Okay. >> Cool. Check it all you want. I don't care. I'll say the same [ __ ] thing. I didn't [ __ ] do anything, bro. I really did not do [ __ ] to y'all. Y'all want to beat up my [ __ ] ass for what? Like, seriously. Like, y'all got every [ __ ] thing from me. What did I [ __ ] do so wrong? Just answer. Answer me. What did I do so wrong? No, you didn't. So, what? I didn't have my ID on me when you asked me for it? Cuz the ID's right there. Y'all [ __ ] search my bag and find the [ __ ] I'm not hiding it from you. Just I didn't have it right when you asked me. So, what's the problem then? Well, what's the problem? Because you said a couple things. So, what's actually the problem here? >> So, the flight crew was concerned for their safety because of the things that you >> Oh my god. What did I do that made them so [ __ ] concerned for their safety? She literally didn't even look at me for like service. Like, first class, you're supposed to get service. They're supposed to look at you, at least acknowledge you. She didn't even look at me and acknowledge me. So, for the simple fact that I was like, "Oh, you didn't acknowledge me." I'm wrong for it? I'm wrong for that? I ain't getting arrested for it. I ain't going to jail for it. Because I wasn't acknowledged when I was supposed to be. I paid money for that [ __ ] He paid money for that [ __ ] You're telling me like I'm just supposed to be ignored? Like, you can look at the [ __ ] body cams or the cameras on the [ __ ] plane. I didn't do anything out of abnormality. Like, I didn't do anything extra. Like, I'm so serious. Like, you can literally look at the [ __ ] And he's looking at my bag so hard. What? I don't have anything abnormal as person, bro. Yeah, but he's looking at it like I got [ __ ] something like it's extra hiding in there. Like, my shit's open as [ __ ] I got nothing besides [ __ ] mascara and [ __ ] panties so cover my ass, bro. Like, that's it. Like, y'all really acting like I'm out here doing some [ __ ] crimes and [ __ ] I'm not doing anything. Okay, cool. He searched my bag. He did. But, he's doing extra. For no [ __ ] reason. There's nothing in there. There's nothing in there. There's nothing [ __ ] in there. There's nothing on me. So, can my mom help me? >> You can call her >> Cuz this person apparently can't help me. >> Mitchell, you want to tell them to move? Tell them to say that spot is >> Can my mom help me? >> You can call her when you get in there. >> In where? >> Into the jail. >> What am I going to jail for? Okay, well, can you pick my [ __ ] up? >> What? That's >> My AirPod that just fell on the ground that if I cannot get, I will not be able to get anymore. So, can you pick it up, please? >> Can you sit back? >> Cuz you're not going to I'm I'm right here. You [ __ ] I will push you if you want me. Can I have my AirPod? Can I have it, please? >> Like literally, I'm not >> The officer tells her she is under arrest for public intoxication, class A misdemeanor, minimum 4 hours until sober, unlimited calls at the jail. He explains it clearly and without drama. She asks why she is being bothered if someone was picking her up and she was not driving. The officer explains it does not matter, the call came from the plane. They were meeting her at the gate regardless of her transportation plans. The search of the bag is standard. She tells them everything in it is legal. She volunteers that the pills are melatonin. She cooperates enough to get through the basic process. The boyfriend is informed. He gets a report number. She will be released in 4 hours to a responsible adult. >> anywhere. I'M [ __ ] RIGHT HERE. I'M NOT GETTING THE [ __ ] UP. LIKE YOU GUYS GOT ME. YOU WANT ME SO BAD. YOU GOT ME. You got me. Why? >> Because I have to search you before we put you in >> Oh my god, cuz I got something on me. Oh my [ __ ] god. You are [ __ ] Stupid ass [ __ ] I'm right here. Oh Right here. [ __ ] you. [ __ ] you. [ __ ] you. >> Spread your feet apart. >> Yeah, okay. There you [ __ ] go. You happy, [ __ ] You happy, [ __ ] Ain't nothing on me, you stupid I didn't do [ __ ] You want to take me for what? I didn't do [ __ ] to none of y'all [ __ ] I didn't do [ __ ] Like literally, I didn't do [ __ ] to none of y'all. I didn't do Okay, cool. Did y'all want to run the car? I didn't do [ __ ] >> Stop. >> [ __ ] you. >> Stop. >> [ __ ] you. >> Stop. >> [ __ ] you. I didn't do [ __ ] to you. >> Stop. >> [ __ ] you. Put me in jail, [ __ ] I don't >> Put your feet up on >> Put me in jail, [ __ ] [ __ ] you. Y'all Y'all aren't [ __ ] Barely make more than I I make like $17 an hour. >> Do you have an ID? Do you have a pink top on? >> Why don't you unzip it, [ __ ] You want to look at me so hard? I'm going to unzip it. [ __ ] Nothing but titties, [ __ ] Oh my [ __ ] god, you [ __ ] weirdo. You're touching me like a nasty ass [ __ ] [ __ ] >> You don't have anything on you? >> No, [ __ ] DO I HAVE SOMETHING ON ME? Look at me. You're touching ME. DO I HAVE SOMETHING? dumb [ __ ] >> Okay. We're going to walk back now. >> Okay, cool. I got [ __ ] Put me in the [ __ ] car. I'll put the [ __ ] breathalyzer yet I got nothing [ __ ] wrong with me besides y'all dumb ass [ __ ] You were some dumb ass [ __ ] to >> [laughter] [crying] [laughter] >> That's okay. I'm going to tell all the [ __ ] shits. I'm going to tell them exactly how you treated me. >> What happened? >> I'm going to tell them the magistrate. I'm going to tell them exactly how y'all [ __ ] treated me. >> Yeah, she >> Like a piece of piece of [ __ ] >> Let them know when you >> That's cool. I'm going to let them know every [ __ ] thing. That's cool. I'm going to be a hundred. You [ __ ] treat me like [ __ ] Both of you, all you all [ __ ] those. That's my spit, [ __ ] >> All right, we're going to go ahead and >> Okay, don't touch me. Just unbuckle my seat belt and I'll get the [ __ ] out of my own self. >> Yeah, that's what I'm going >> Without touching you, literally. Thank you. >> Put your head over. >> Yep, go ahead do it. Thanks. Get the [ __ ] out of my cell. >> All right, you have to go inside right here. >> That's fine. I will do whatever you want, but please do not [ __ ] touch me. Whatever you want, but do not touch me. Whatever you want, I will do it. Just do not touch me. I will do whatever you want. Okay, that's fine. This is a woman. I'll let her do it. I would like you do it. >> You can't go in here. Come back this way. >> Okay, well I'll wait for her. So, can you stop touching me now? So, can she touch me now, please? Okay, well you got it now, right? Can she like can he let the [ __ ] go? Cuz like I'm literally like letting you do what the [ __ ] you want, right? Why does he have to keep touching me for? Like seriously, why does he have to keep touching me for? I'm just in this thing here, bro. I don't understand why you have to keep touching me. >> I just got to maintain this. >> Why? I'm not doing anything. I'm just standing here. >> I got to search you. >> Why am I offending like a [ __ ] >> She's trying to search you. >> Okay, like what the [ __ ] Like I'm sitting here. Stop touching me. I'm right here, in front of her. Cool. >> [snorts] [snorts] [laughter] >> Just so you know, we're going to ask you some >> Yeah, what? What do you want from me? What? What the [ __ ] do you guys want from me, man? You already got me. >> Listen to me. Listen to me. We can do this >> I was so embarrassed. You got your man handling me, and you want me to ask you questions like I don't know. >> Santa Barbara >> Dignity left? Like what like dignity do I have left for you guys? >> We can do this >> IT'S AN EMBARRASSMENT. TAKE ME, THEN. NOBODY WANTS ME ANYWAY. TAKE ME. Here you go. You got it. Here you go. >> Got it. >> You got it. You got it. Here you go. I'm not doing anything else. You got it. Take me, bro. There's nothing there. They already done searched me like 50,000 times, bro. Just let me let me take this stuff off. >> Yeah. >> Everything off, man. >> You just got to calm down. It is what >> I don't care. >> It is what it is. >> I don't >> Look, you guys can break it up and we'll be done. >> My nobody [ __ ] >> We're going >> cares about you, [ __ ] >> And we're done in a little >> No, it's not. YOU'RE LITERALLY TOUCHING ME, BRO, OUT OF MY CONSENT. >> First of all, I ain't your bro. >> Okay, well, you're taking my earrings out of my ear. Well, I'VE BEEN TO JAIL BEFORE, THEY NEVER TOOK MY EARRINGS OUT OF MY EAR. SO, why the [ __ ] are you doing IT NOW? HUH? WHY the [ __ ] are you doing it now? I WILL ASK, [ __ ] LIKE THE [ __ ] >> You want to be stupid, then you're going to have a problem, okay? >> There's nothing ON MY FOOT. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? >> YOU'VE GOT A bracelet on your >> Okay, last time I heard it you could wear earrings and bracelets. >> No, I didn't say >> So, all of a sudden now you can't? I was in jail, bro. I was in jail. I was in jail. >> We're responsible for your >> take all of this [ __ ] off of me. You're taking some off of me. This is not what I'm talking about. >> See how many rings and stuff I got on me? >> But, they didn't take my rings off of me, bro. I was in jail. If Y'all are [ __ ] dumb ass [ __ ] This my only >> No, you can't control your alcohol. >> I have my own property. You're taking it off of me. >> Because we got to sit here and take and inventory of your property. >> Just just take my arms without hurting me. You can have this [ __ ] >> Well, if you quit cooperating >> All right, I'M LETTING GO. YOU'RE HURTING ME, YOU DUMB YOU CAN HAVE IT. YOU CAN LITERALLY HAVE IT. STOP [ __ ] HURTING ME. NOW, like seriously. YOU CAN HAVE IT. STOP HURTING ME. Like seriously. I'm letting you have it, bro. Stop hurting me. I'm letting you have it. >> Cooperate. >> What do you mean? >> I told you got to do >> I'm literally letting go, bro. I asked you to stop Let my arms go. >> Except for your earrings. We got to get the earrings. >> No. This is so my fingers You got it. You took my earrings off of my ear. STOP [ __ ] HURTING. Y'ALL GET RIPPED MY ARMS OUT OF MY GOD DAMN SOCKET, BUT YOU CAN'T EVEN RIP MY [ __ ] EARRING OUT, you dumb >> All right. >> [ __ ] you. >> I'm saying. >> [ __ ] you. >> I'm giving you the option. >> Y'all won. Y'all literally ripped my earrings out. >> You're worth You're literally ripping that off me. here, but you can't do it now when you need it the most. Oh, yeah, HURT ME SOME MORE. YEAH, THAT'S GOING TO BE THE BEST OPTION. Hurt me some more, why don't you? Hurt me some more. Punch my face off and over the WALL WHILE YOU'RE AT IT. CUZ THAT'S WHAT YOU GUYS WANT. That's what y'all want. Y'all want to hurt me. You want to hurt me so bad. Do it then. Do it. Just hurt me. Why are you guys hurting my arms then? I literally on the ground and like literally give y'all some room. Don't hurt me, bro. I'm going to leave you alone then. Let me stay here. Let me stay here. Let me stay Don't get smart. Let me stay here on my Let me stay here on my own then. Let me stay here on my own then. Let me stay here on my own then. I swear to god. Just leave me Just LEAVE ME ALONE. >> YOU GOT TO GET YOUR JACKET. >> OKAY, LEAVE ME ALONE THEN. TAKE MY [ __ ] jacket and leave me the alone. Now, take it off. Take it for sh- Take my [ __ ] jacket off and leave me the [ __ ] Take my [ __ ] jacket off and leave me the [ __ ] alone. Like seriously, let me [ __ ] stay here. Like take my [ __ ] jacket off and let me [ __ ] stay here without y'all [ __ ] bothering me. Like literally you're rude as [ __ ] Like you put that [ __ ] down on the ground. Like she's a [ __ ] animal. Take my [ __ ] jacket off. I don't care, bro. I'm not going anywhere. >> All right, you all ready? >> Yeah. >> Go. >> Please don't hurt me then. Don't hurt Don't hurt me. Don't hurt me. >> I'm taking back. >> The search before transport is where the friction peaks. She objects to being searched. She objects to who is doing the search. She asks for a female officer and one is accommodated. She objects to having her earrings removed during booking inventory. She says her prior jail experience did not include that. Different facilities have at intake is standard in many jurisdictions regardless of what happened at a prior facility. The officer stays with it. The female officer takes over where possible. She eventually cooperates enough to get into the facility. She says she is embarrassed. She says nobody wants her anyway. That shift in tone is worth noting. She came off a plane on what was supposed to be a weekend away, ended up in handcuffs at an airport jail, and is sitting through a booking process that is going to take most of her evening. Public intoxication charges at this level rarely produce lasting consequences. 4 hours, a court date, and it is largely over.
