officers here are two insane examples of Auditors arguing with cops while recording in public places starting off with the first encounter we've got an argument between an auditor who is a regular citizen recording the situation and a few police officers the officers are trying to charge the man of a DUI and as a result the situation escalates as the officers aren't ready to deal with someone well aware of their rights let's see what happens what's up everyone custom activity over here see what's going on they don't give me directives buddy don't give me directives just do your job just do another individual calls for backup and almost instantly the first Patrol vehicle arrives with an officer getting out of the vehicle and starting to walk towards the auditor to confront him about what's going on but instead the auditor starts arguing with the officer knowing what's about to happen I already know your name get it I already know your name I don't need it I don't need it why'd you park in Block why'd you park and block traffic yeah you're a tyrant ain't you buddy you're a tyrant aren't you straight Tyrant I know I can I know you picked the hey you picked a douchebag job scene but this one is quite agitated and the exchange between them becomes heated really fast now he's saying I'm gonna try to get in his car that's how much of a coward he is ignore it all you want emotionless wait till you see these next few this next encounter is another bizarre one an auditor is recording a police car in the street while he gets approached by several officers yet again he is that he's just recording in public and that's it however that isn't completely true since he keeps on talking smack about the officers let's see how this plays out and in public I'm just recording their job but there are rules like not getting in the way of the police or making things unsafe in some places everyone being recorded might need to agree to it when you ask police officers for their names and badge numbers the rules can be different depending on the police department some places make officers give this info but not all places have a law that says they have to police officers often have to share this info to be open and responsible in their job but not always and these officers might not have been obligated to do it
