This is how I want you to do real quick. I just want you to turn around put your hands behind your back. Okay. Stop running. I'm I'm I'm Stop running, man. Imagine predators doing their worst, thinking no one sees them, but just in time, cops catch them. From a man who believes in his vision so much that he thinks a Tik Toker girl is his soulmate, so he went to her place, to a couple who thinks they can lure a child in front of her parents. Here are seven such cases when cops catch predators in the act. On July 8th, 2022, officers were reported about an unknown male suspiciously wandering around a neighborhood. While heading to the scene, dispatch mentioned that they had received numerous calls about this same individual over the past few weeks. The suspect was later identified as Timothy Nielsen and was after a 12-year-old girl he found online. Nielsen found the girl's YouTube channel and posted inappropriate comments. That's when her parents decided to shut down the YouTube page. After that, Nielsen disguised himself to contact the girl through other social media platforms. He also reached out to her friend's contacts to find her location and eventually traveled from Oregon to Ohio to track her down. Someone's door is trespassing? Yeah, if you don't have permission to be on their property, absolutely. So you So why are you going door-to-door if you're trying to meet some girl from the internet for a date? >> I've been after her for 5 years and I haven't heard nothing from her. If if if one day that's fine, if not, I can leave. I just want to know when to reject the answer, right? Yeah, well, going door-to-door isn't going to find her. >> I going to do? Sit here wait for the plot of the driveway? Well, you don't even know where she lives. I know I do, but I had my cell phone taken away from me. Like I was sleeping over there by the Walgreens. Okay. And then I in that night someone took my cell phone from me. So I don't know what >> So So what what's your long-term plan here? Cuz I mean we got several we got several complaints about you coming up knocking on people's doors soliciting. That's not right, man. I'm just That's why I'm here, man. I'm not just driving around. >> that happen. I'm just saying if if if I could get a yes or no answer from her, I would leave. You know. I'm going to venture to say if you haven't found her yet, it's probably a no. How are you to say that, man? I don't know where her address is. >> you don't know where she lives. You don't even know who she is. Are you from Oregon? I am from Oregon. >> Oh, you got This guy's got You got to take this guy in. Why? He's been harassing my the 12-year-old daughter online. >> That's what I was doing. Yeah. Yeah. >> the forbidden little children. My name is as little children. >> Oh god, this My god. The FBI is involved in it, so please >> You know what? All right. Hey, hey. Stop Stop talking to him. All right, step down here on the street. Get off this property. All right, I'll be with you in a second, sir. Yeah. >> All right, so so there there's your answer. This girl you've been talking to is 12 years old. You're obviously an adult, so that So that that conversation Hey, forbid them not. She is 12 years old. That is her parent. He will forbid whatever he chooses. Am I clear on that? 12 is very old. I was looking for a 6-year-old. All right, that's disturbing. You know what? Holy and profane, I'm holy. So is my church, the church of iron Christ. I AM CHRIST. >> WHAT ARE YOU What are you You need to You're What are you? Homeless? You live in the area? I'm homeless and a truck driver and I'm I'm >> Okay, where Do you have a truck around here? >> I'm waiting to make some money, man. Okay, how are you going to make money? Driving trucks, man. >> Okay, do you have a truck down here? No. When I get some I'll get some money when I drive some trucks. I've got a class A license. Okay, but if you don't have a truck, how are you going to make some money? Nielsen was clearly not in his right mind when he boldly admitted to the officer that he was searching for a minor. His words were deeply unsettling for any reasonable person and he needed to be restrained immediately. Despite this, the officer had to ask him some essential questions, but Nielsen was intent on fighting first. All right, what's what's your first name? What's What's your first name? 14 headquarters. My name is as little children. All right, what's what's your What's your first name? My name is as little children. As little children? That's my full name. So your first name is as? My name first name is as. Okay, A Is it A Z Z? As in as become as little children, or you will not enter the kingdom of heaven. As that as? That's not making any sense whatsoever. Become as little children, or you will not enter the kingdom of heaven. That's what it is. >> Okay, become as little children, or you will not enter the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you think is paying you Whoever you think is paying you, I can pay you more. Well, you're not paying me I can pay you more. >> be employed. If it's money, that's fine. If it's for diligency I'm here for my woman. And if she does not want me, I will leave right now forever. Well, the father has said that you are not wanted, so you you should leave forever. Forbid them not. Forbid them not. Well, that that's not your place to say that that you know you're you're you're you're not welcome here. So what what is your government name that you were given on your on your birth certificate or driver's license? My name is You want my social security number? Sure. What's your first name? What's What's the What's the name? What's the name given you by the government? Timothy. Timothy? And Timothy, what's the What's the last name given you by the government? Nielsen, n i e l s e n. Forbid them not. >> He's highly educated. For Forsake your sons, forsake your daughters, forsake your wives, forsake children. You're not forsake little children. I'm little children. And if you're an officer of the law, that's it. You you can take Timothy Nielsen. If you would die for Jesus, die for Jesus right now. If you want to have me taken in underneath the law, go ahead because you want to You want to fight for that badge right now, go ahead. I am the the one church of Christ who is Muslim and Christian and we have the living God who has never died. Okay. And if you want to be 14 headquarters. Whatever, man. Whatever. Take You're something's correct about with Timothy Nielsen. Who lose their life for Jesus Christ will find it. Who will lose their life for Jesus Christ will find it. I will lose my life for Christ any day. Okay. I bet you wouldn't before me. I find it. Lose your life for Christ. Let me just walk out of here, man. Okay. So So what Again, what's your long-term plan? So So we put to we put to bed this whole I'm looking for this girl I met on the internet. It's against the law. You can't have a relationship with a 12-year-old. So the father forbid it. You're not welcome on this property. So what what is your long-term goal here, sir? Right now I need to Nielsen finally gave the officer his name, but refused [music] to leave the girl alone. He wouldn't accept that her father could make decisions for her and became visibly agitated. However, with the officer present, all Nielsen could do was talk nonsense and face the consequences. Okay. So So as So So after that, so where where where are you going to sleep tonight? Oh. None of your business. None of your business, that's for sure. All right, but Timothy, listen. So apparently, according to dispatch, we've been dealing with you in this capacity for a couple weeks now. >> leave forever if that's what's in her heart that says that I do not want this guy. I will leave forever and that 5 years has been one girl has been a long time. So would you agree with me that at 12 years old she's not >> I do not agree. Okay. So I'm I'm telling you that you're not to have any type of relationship >> Okay, as little children, right? She's going to be old one day and die. So Cuz Well, I will leave forever. And I will kill myself down I will kill myself. Okay. So are you making threats to harm yourself? No, I'm not. Are you sure? Cuz you just said I'll kill myself. >> Without her, I will die one day. >> Well, and if Well, we're all going to die one day. Right. And I hope I die soon. Okay. I am I am >> is that? >> I'll be diligent with you with you, sir. Okay, I appreciate that. But so why why do Why do you Why do you think you I mean, we're all going to die one day, but I mean, so but you understand she's 12, but I understand from you that that doesn't make a difference to >> But you don't understand God. With men, things aren't possible. With God, all things are possible. All things. I understand that. I mean, that that that's what they say. And I want to know what's in her heart, her heart. Okay. So So at 12 years old, if if she says yes, I'm in love with this Don't give me all that stuff, man. I've been with one girl all these years. I'm I'm trying to understand where you're coming from. I did not whoring around with other girls. I've been with one girl this whole year. Okay. And where's that girl at? Two girls. Said all these years. All these years I've tried to build this church. One One church is all that's left. It's because God has never died. He's always living. He's a living God and he has never died. He escaped that death. When he came back and he was like crying, he said, "What you guys doing? All sleeping? Let's go." That's God for you. And he drives the biggest ship around here and they're going to be on the map for me. Back mast, front mast, my two girls. Okay, so who do you think lives here? I don't know, man. I'm in a nightmare, man. I've been 5 years here, man. 5 years on the same girls. And I don't do other girls, man. I'm not Well, so So you know these two girls' names, but I'm not saying putting in nobody in danger. >> who do you think lives And I put I'm putting nobody in danger. But you've never But how how do you How do you From the internet. I would never harm anybody. I'm not putting nobody in danger. Okay. I I I could be maybe just take a date with I'm not looking for Maybe just a date with Cosplay or something, man. Just just just to meet her and like her friend. Do you think 12-year-olds drink coffee? I'll buy his dinner, you know? I don't care. I'm not looking for a date. It turned out that Nielsen was not only after this girl, but also her friend with whom she had started the YouTube channel. He was talking all sorts of rubbish and refusing to back down. So it was up to the officers to take control. Realizing the urgency, the officers decided not to waste any more time and took action to stop Nielsen. All right. So So they do have a So he keeps talking about Do they have a daughter? Her best friend. Apparently So apparently they had like a YouTube channel like 5 years ago, but he somehow started stalking them. So he eventually marked Oregon. Now he knows where he lives. Like in my conversation with him, like he's leaving with this 12-year-old. Like nobody's going to tell him no. He doesn't care about the law. Under the You know, under under God, no no one shall forbid, blah blah blah. Like these these folks are scared to death. I'm trying to figure out myself. He said 5 years they haven't posted in a while. And I'm like, "How do you know they live here?" On their channel. Once I started watching their channel, I realized I was like, "But how do you find out they live here?" And he goes, "Well, I don't want to say, but it was a hard and it sounds like they're kids. They're 12 years old. Well, 13. Yeah. And I He said that So some internet channel and they haven't posted in a while and he's trying to start a church and they're like He wants a date. He's down here on his hands and knees begging God for a date. Yeah, watch this camera. Like I thought I thought we were throwing down for a second. So he got really animated about the church. He kept saying his name was as the children, you know, and kept kept referencing God and the church. Um so unfortunately, this guy confirmed that this is the right house cuz he came out and as talked to the guy here in the driveway. He goes, "Are you from Oregon?" And he goes, "Yeah, this is the guy. My daughter like This is the So he said he's from Portland. I I don't know. So I just, like I said, I haven't run the ID. Terry said that it's probably this guy. We're dealing with him. But he said he came from Portland. So I'm like, "Where are you staying?" And he goes, "Well, I was downtown Cleveland, but Portland's way nicer." Well, I mean, it's so So he's homeless. I mean, these parents I I guess he found out mom's cell phone. I guess he called mom's cell phone a couple weeks ago and like now he knows where they live. And so like they're they're petrified. And so there's no way the mom is on the internet in some I asked him, "This guy's after mom, is he?" No, it's definitely the kids. It's definitely the kids. Yeah, I'm fearful of this little for this little girl's safety. Apparently, the FBI got involved like 5 years ago and like apparently, this agent And I mean, I don't have all the details about it. We just talked briefly. But apparently, you know, all the They were involved. Said it's a mental situation. Yeah, but Yeah, but the the FBI guy's like He basically told the family he goes, "He lives in Oregon. I wouldn't worry too much about it." And here he is on their front porch. All right, Mr. Nielsen, I told you I would do you one favor. I I I did speak with the 12-year-old and I know while you said that you don't care if you're 6 years old, 12 years old, it's what you feel in your heart. She wants nothing to do with you. Do you believe it came from her? I talked to her. I talked to her specifically. Do you believe it came from her? She wasn't under distress at all? Well, no, she's not under duress. How do you know? Cuz I was in the house. How do you know she's not under duress right now? Okay. How do you know she's not under duress? Huh? You're going to bring me back. You're going to bring me back. We're not We're not going to have you acting up like this. That's erratic. Step this way. It doesn't matter. Yours is probably easier to get into. I've done nothing. Nielsen was arrested and transported to the Medina County Jail facing charges of two counts of menacing by stalking and one count of importuning. On December 22nd, 2022, he received a sentence of 4 and 1/2 years in prison followed by 5 years of post-release supervision. He will also be required to register as a tier one offender. Well, if you think this was the worst, watch the next case where a man follows nothing but his visions. In Florida on May 23rd, 2024, deputies were called to the home of a popular TikTok star with over 1 and 1/2 million followers. The woman, visibly shaken, reported that Kai Van Kai, a then active member of the US Army, had repeatedly rung her doorbell after showing up unannounced. Kai had traveled all the way from California to Florida believing he was her soulmate. He had been stalking her since January using different social media accounts to follow her every move. Stand at the front of my car for me. Stand at the front of my car. So what are you over here knocking on this door for? I just wanted to Huh? I just wanted to greet them at the door. Why do you need to greet them? How do you know them? Cuz obviously, they called us saying, "We got this person knocking on our door. We don't want them here knocking on our door." Okay? So what's Do you know them personally? It's It's a girl that I used to Okay. I I'll leave them alone. I'm not going to So um this girl you dated or It's someone It's someone I know. Is it someone you know? Okay. How do you know her? I That's like That's the first question. That's the first question. That's the first question. Got any ID on you? Yes, I do. In my car. Do you have a Do you have a driver's license? My wallet is currently at the YMCA. I apologize. At the YMCA. I left my wallet there. If you could drive me over there, I can go grab it. No, it's okay. Um Feel free to run it if you like. Yeah, so Where's the Where's the YMCA that you're talking about? All right, St. St. Augustine. It's like uh take a left. What are you staying there? Is that where you stay? No, I'm looking around for a house. Okay. All right. So do you Where you Where are you from? Uh Seattle, Washington, but I recently got out of the military from Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Oh, okay. Thanks for your service. No problem. All right, let's you can shut your door. Let's walk back over to my car. So I'll just check your information. We can walk up here. When deputies confronted Kai, he claimed to have a personal relationship with the TikToker and said he had visions about her being his soulmate. He also believed that her social media posts were directed at him. The deputies noted how terrified the woman was as she gave her statement clearly fearing for her safety. So did you know her from Washington? No. You've only known her from Florida? Where are you staying at now? Right now? Mhm. Since I'm looking for a I'm pretty much staying in my car for the most part. But uh I'm waiting for them to be able to to get my college money so I can go to college around here. Good. Good plan. So you just park here and there? You can stay right there. Most of the parks what They don't allow overnight parking, so Yeah, they around Portland. Yeah, they close at 11:00. And they don't allow camping overnight. Did they Did you talk to them at all tonight? That's okay. I don't I don't need to talk to them. This is the response. It's okay. All right. So with uh with passports? All right, May 12th, 1994, that's your date of birth? Yes. Okay. So your last name, is that C A I? That's Kai. Kai, okay. First name, Key? Okay. You don't have any warrants or nothing, do you? Alpha 111 on TTY. What's going on tonight? This is just 10-65 wanted out of the state of Washington for 10-27, 10-29 P. The deputy then runs Kai's information. About half an hour later, the deputy discovers that the Army vet hasn't been truthful. Kai admits he was absent without leave, AWOL, from the military just to see the content creator. So make sure I'm fully understand. Um Do you understand the law of assumption? I'm sorry. It was just The law of assumption is when you visualize and pinpoint something, focus something on something so hard, the world gives you information that you need to get to where you need to go. And I've I've been high homeless for like 7 months now after following like And I just I'm here at that hotel. So were you in Washington when you visualized her? I was in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. That's The main reason why I It was one day I think little stress came to me. Uh and I just left home and I got caught being A wall and This is the whole This is the whole deal. Just follow trying I honestly tried to follow but Okay. So, you came Were you in North Carolina when you came across her Tik Tok and then you had the visualization? >> Yes. Okay. Um So, at that point wanting to connect with her >> Yeah. you ended up I just I traveled >> leaving the military? I was in Mexico City at a certain point. I was in Los Angeles. I've been all over the country. I've driven both this the southern line and like the the one through South Dakota. So, I've been all over the country at this point and I Is that cuz her Tik Toks led you there? No. No, it was it was really I was just following and I really didn't know I was going to some points where I was reading I'm reading a book called Awareness and as long as you like focus on something like hard enough Mhm. you'll come across what you need to find. Okay. All right. So, base basically when you visual started visualizing her >> Yeah. and locations >> Yeah. you were drawn to those locations and you were able to basically find Yeah. from I would assume stuff she posted on Tik Tok. Maybe. I mean I don't know. Sometimes I don't know at all. Sometimes I just Then Kai tells the deputy he believed the two connected on a deep spiritual level. He insists that the victim's social media posts weren't directed to or her more than 1.5 million followers but specifically to him. Well, at first it's like, okay, why is this random person who's knocking on this other random person's house? Okay. So, have you had any conversations with her? In my own head but now that I it it's come to this most likely I consciously cuz I thought she was honestly talking to me at a very um like a very deep spiritual level. Because she fixed a lot of parts in me. I'm not like during this little little journey of mine Mhm. a lot of the parts of my head that used to not find peace Mhm. have found peace and I'm like, how could that be nothing less but love from someone else cuz no one has ever done that. No one's Not like my dedication to military like nothing Mhm. have I I have done has found peace in my own head like the way the image the vision of a dream of love Mhm. did for me. You didn't have any relationships when you were in the military? Relationships in the military no. Like that. Yeah. And they aren't They aren't loving and caring and kind Mhm. the way you need it. Mhm. Maybe I've been soft and kind to myself. I don't know. Yeah. But I was No one's ever taught me how to do that so I was thinking it must have had to been someone else. I see. How long were you in for? 4 years. 4 years. Okay. So, you're going to be able to collect your benefits? Once I get my DD214. Okay. Yeah. So, you're not in trouble for going A wall? In trouble for going A wall? They let me off easy. They understood things were going on with me so they didn't give me like a dishonorable or anything like that. They gave me like a like you won't write below an honorable discharge. Okay. Yeah. Okay. Good for you. So, at least they didn't screw things up. Yeah. Um All right. Are you in contact with any family members? My mother, yeah. Where does she live? Uh Seattle, Washington. Okay. Does she know about this at all? No. Okay. Have you ever talked to her about Is this Is this the first time this ever happened to you? Uh dreams? Visions? Yeah. Okay. Okay. So, are you on any medication or anything? They told me that I might I was like like this is a huge reason why I'm not getting disability either. Mhm. Yeah. Oh, really? Yeah. For this for not being on a medication or for this whole thing? >> Having no psychological issues. Okay. Uh I understand. Um okay. All right. We're going to see what um I got to continue my conversation with my sergeant see what the end game is what they want from >> Me? us and you where they want you to officially trespass from here. Okay. Um so, you can have a seat bro. Be back with you. Can you imagine someone talking about you like this? It is seriously unsettling. The way he acts so normal while saying all that is just shocking. What's going on in his mind? Seriously. It's mind agitating. Just let you know you're being placed under arrest. Okay. For stalking. >> Go ahead and put your hands behind your back. Open your hands. Turn around like that. How do they want you to go tonight? I don't know. I don't know. You can brace it that way. How's that? Okay. All right. Let's go ahead and step over this side of my vehicle. Thank you. Yeah, with everything you got going on man you got to Go ahead and spread your feet for me. Thanks. What's in your pocket? It's an iPod. Yeah. All right. Do you not have anything stuffed up in you or anything the dog's going to find or nothing like that? >> No. No. Okay. All righty. This is the kind of stuff I want to check that out. Yeah, it's a necklace. Okay. It's easier to find it now than it is later. That? No. Another deputy then informs Kai that his car has been towed from the victim's driveway and that he is not allowed anywhere near her. Check it out. Your car is on kind of in her driveway kind of in the road so we're going to have to tow it, okay? What's up? What's up? Do you know exactly where it's being taken Not yet but before you're out of here just because I you know we got to do some paperwork on it and we can't We can't specify We can't specially request a company cuz it's a rotation list. So, whoever's on that rotation list today night takes it. Okay. But um no you'll you'll definitely know who's taking it. It'll go on a flatbed so you know it'll be safe this time. You'll definitely Okay. Um And thank you for being just a decent person about this. Okay. It's unfortunate circumstances but It's been good conversation on our I hope that there's no evil in this world tonight. You hope there's no what I'm saying? No evil in this world. No, not at all. Are you sure? Yeah. Okay. I hope this will make everything a little bit more comfortable. Yeah, of course. Um So, I guess he had definitely advised you all that he had spoken to you a little bit about like what's going on and why Yeah, he said stop. Right. But prior to you you guys had kind of gotten into it a little bit you both had talked about Well, you you did have a conversation with her. I understand. But I don't I don't want to talk about You don't really want to talk about this too much. Do you remember having your rights read to you? Yes. Do you remember those rights and still have those in mind? No. You don't remember them. Okay. I understand. No problem. That's all I just wanted to fill you on the you know what the car thing All right. And um that's essentially Can I Can I scratch my nose? I'm sorry. Can I just scratch it? Yeah, you can use that thing in front of you if it's easier. All right. Yep. All right. Yep. Okay. Um Do you have any questions? No, not at all. None? Okay. How long will it be until you can leave? It's probably There will be a bar. All right. So, you're not going to You can't come back here. Fair. Yeah. Okay. Cuz there's there's more legal consequences if you come back on the property. Okay. All right. So, I mean you can't come back here. Okay. Makes sense. Makes sense. Okay. Um so, if we have to use your trespassing paperwork to keep you off the property that would be at the the homeowner's request. Um So, just yeah please don't come here. and don't want to see you get in trouble over that coming back here. You're good to go, all right? Yeah. Any other questions? No, that's all. Okay. All right. Hang in there. Hopefully you'll get moving. Are you hot back there? You all right? All right. All right. That's my ice cream. I'm sorry? That's my ice cream right there. You sure? More comfortable with the handcuffs on. I got you, bro. Um if it's easier, I don't I'm not trying to blind you with the light of the cell phone. No, it's kind of bright in here. I was going to say if it's easier for you to kind of just you know, like scoot in? Not in or this way. If you kind of get scooted to one side or the other, you know, just temporarily until we get moving just to relieve the the roof the pressure off your back there with the cuffs. Well, Kai had earlier told authorities that he had been living out of his vehicle after going AWOL from the Army. When deputies take inventory of his car to prepare it to be towed, the body cam video shows a messy scene inside. There's a toothbrush in the front seat, piles of clothes in the trunk, and even a camping tent. In the end, Kai was taken to jail, but the arrest report revealed more disturbing details. According to the victim, Kai had been stalking her for months, even following her from California to her front doorbell in Florida. She told the deputies that Kai used various social media accounts to stalk her, and she had to block over 20 accounts he created to follow and write to her. He then took the alleged stalking on the road. In one instance, she was at a beach in Laguna Beach, California in late January and took photos to post. Then, another day, Kai posted photos from the same beach and location she had been at. On May 5th, a few weeks before his arrest, the victim posted photos from a beach in Palm Coast about a mile from her current home. Hours later, Kai posted his own photos from the same spot on the beach. The victim, who had never met Kai and wanted nothing to do with him, was visibly shaking while giving her statement. According to the arrest affidavit, on April 3rd, after the victim blocked one of his many accounts, he commented on her account writing, "I promise the rejection only makes me stronger." Deputies noted that Kai was aware of the blocking of his various accounts and continued to contact the victim, causing her great emotional distress. Kai was charged with one count of stalking and was later released from jail after posting an $11,000 bond. A judge ordered Kai to have no contact with the victim. The next in line is someone who thinks they can use their strength to intimidate anyone, anywhere. In Akron, Ohio, a scary incident took place on April 29th, 2022. Early in the morning, at around 6:25 a.m., a man attempted to kidnap a 16-year-old girl while she was waiting for her bus. The student was at a Metro RTA bus stop on South Arlington Street near Neville Avenue when the man, who had just been released from prison 5 days earlier, tried to grab her. The girl told the police that the man, identified as Jackson, first tried to talk to her before suddenly grabbing her and attempting to drag her towards his car parked nearby. Thankfully, she managed to break free by holding onto a chain-link fence. Jackson fled the scene but was caught by the police about 6 hours later. This quick arrest was made possible because the brave girl and her mother reported the incident to the police, who then worked swiftly to find and apprehend Jackson. Well, after 6 hours of searching, the officers finally caught Jackson in his car. The shocking part is he instantly asked the officer if he was going to jail. As you can see in the body cam footage, the officers remained calm and composed until they were sure he had wrong intentions towards the 16-year-old girl and to find out what he was planning to do there. Well, the officers then decided to take him to the patrol car, separating him from his partner who was sitting inside. One officer talked to Jackson, telling him to stay calm until everything was explained to his partner. This way, they could handle the situation carefully and ensure everyone understood what had happened. All right. Here's the driver if you need any. I already got everything and stuff. What's up, man? Well, we get him except when we get the Hey, Deion. You want to come back and sit in my car and he can talk to you in private. I'm in trouble? No. If you're Like I said, my man, if you're in trouble, we already grabbed you out of the car and Your car's in park and everything. Yeah. I'm going to make sure you got no guns on you. Can you face this way? All right. He's going to come talk to you. He'll let you know what's up. He's the detective and he's the sergeant, so he'll be able to answer any questions you got, okay? >> my car key is in my pocket. Your car's fine here, my man. Ain't no one That's what I'm worried about. Just relax. He'll talk to you. I think she's She's playing some game or something, my people. Yeah, sit back here. Look, your passenger Playing a game? You know him that well? Yeah, he's my friend. All right. He's He wants to talk to her. Is it her, him? What is it? Transgender. Does she identify as her? Yeah. Okay. Yeah, I'm not trying to be rude or insensitive. I just didn't know which way to go with it. And there's no easy way of talking about it. Just have a seat and he'll come He'll come talk to you. He wants to talk to her. Something's going on with her. I got to do all this? >> Yeah. Take your feet in. Roll the windows down. I'm going to I'm going to sit in the car with you and hang out. You want that out of your way? Yeah. Slide that over there, my man. Well, there's one thing. He remained calm throughout the investigation. He was fully cooperating with the officers, and even the officer acknowledged it. The officer also let him know that if he was proven to be a threat to the girl, he would be handcuffed and immediately taken back to jail. Check it out. Once he talks to her, I'm sure he'll come back, talk to you, and The main issue is her. So, you you can relax, my man. The main thing is her. So, that's why I think he just Yeah, no. The main thing is The main thing is her. So, the That's why he's talking to her first. Just Yeah, so I mean, just just relax. I could tell by the look on your face you're like, "What?" This You're cool. If there was an issue, my man, you'd be handcuffed and everything out. You know what I mean? So, just relax. It's It's all on her. Yeah, relax, Deion. You can see all the focus is on on her. So, just relax, man. You just had the wrong person in your car. You know what I mean? So. I appreciate you cooperating. I You know, people swooped down on me, I'd be like It's like I heard you. No, I don't think so. I'll be I don't think anyone's going to jail. Like The detective arrived and formally informed Jackson of his Miranda rights, but Jackson adamantly denied being present at the bus stop and refused any further interrogation. However, the entire encounter was captured on camera, revealing a different truth. Well, watch how his partner reacts in shock when the officer tells her the details of the incident. Did she do like some off-the-wall crazy Have you a lighter? Uh She had I got it right Yes, my car right here. I'll let you know. I'm Make sure it's okay with my son. He wants to talk to you, but we don't want him to talk. What we have on him from this morning after he left your house, you said between 6:00 and 6:30. Mhm. Um he drove down Arlington to Neville. Parked his car on Neville, walked up to the bus stop at the corner of Arlington and Neville. There was a 16-year-old girl that was standing there waiting for the bus to go to school. He kind of stood around pretending like he was waiting for the bus for a couple minutes and he grabbed her and tried to drag her back to his car. She grabbed onto the fence there, fought him off. And then when the bus started coming she started screaming "Here comes the bus." He got her phone, threw her phone at her, and took off running and got in his car and took off. What? So, I don't know if he was going to sexually assault her or if he was going to rape her. I don't know what his intentions were, but that's what he did this The whole thing's caught on the video. So, You tell me I'm sure I mean is it something that I That's not something that I would expect him to do and not not something he I know he wouldn't do. Like I I've been We are still getting to know each other so I mean people are still trying to get to know me, right? So, I'm I'm still feeling him out, you know? But Okay, so he didn't say about other than going to Minute Man. Did he say he went to Minute Man or he said >> say he went He said he was going to go there. He didn't say he did. He was just saying he was going to go there. I was kind of like in this game where I'm trying to have him have to follow me and I'm trying to ask him questions. So, I'm pretty much asking him questions and I just He was all kind of you know as long as he's respectful and I don't really feel hesitant to ask him questions. Cuz he has a violent background. Right. Well, after giving her all the details, it was time to put the handcuffs on Jackson. The officers took him out of the car and put handcuffs on him. One thing was sure, even he knew he got caught so he did not resist at all. All right. Listen, I'm not telling you what to do. I'm just giving you a heads up that the best way to handle things at our age is to be honest. I mean we're not 15-year-old kids where you try to lie your way out of it. With everything that can be recorded and this world, man, there's cameras everywhere. So, I ain't trying I'm just telling you I'm sure you've been to court and you see how things go in court. If you're honest and cool and tell people it goes a lot easier. You know what I mean? Especially nowadays with the the judges the way they are. You got your full temp out. He does. It's in his wallet. You uh I'll come I got to find somebody in the back. Yeah, I'm going to just give you some money and take what you I'm going to find you in I like the hearing. Hey, don't act silly, my man. But out back here I got to put you in cuffs because when we go in the county you have to go in in cuffs. So, when you get out just face that way. I'm not moving. But just face that way. And then put your hands behind your back, all right? In the end, the Aaron Jackson, 29, was charged with abduction and taken to the Summit County Jail, according to police. An Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC) spokesperson stated [music] that Jackson was behind bars from December 2013 to September 2017 for an aggravated robbery conviction. Having seen this horrible man intent on doing something disgusting, we now have a couple who had the guts to lure a kid in front of her parents. Go ahead and just bring him back here for now. Just put him in my car. Put him in my car. What happened? A big help came when the father provided the officers with a photo of the woman who tried to lure their daughter. The mother also told the officers that the man was wearing a green shirt. All these details would definitely help the officers a lot while searching for the van. All right. Walk back to me. All right. Stop. Hands up. Charlie 3, you're 10-1. 6 for 10-4. I checked here, though. I work there. 6 9 pick. What's going on, man? Where are you coming from? Work. Right over here on I was just coming from the office. Well, just now the officer started looking for the white van and found two vans, but unfortunately, neither was the right one. Then, the officers found another van in a parking lot and there they go. They found the true culprits. Check it out. Nope, stay there. Stay in the car. Get back in car. Where they at? I got hit on my lip. All right. Driver, put your hands out the window. So, we're going to figure this out and we're going to cross the bridge as it comes. Okay. So, who is he to you? Is that your boyfriend? >> That's my husband, my son's father. You're just standing back there. That's not safe at all. He was standing He was standing back in all this. Like, that's not safe. Do you have a Florida license? And finally, both the man and woman were immediately handcuffed for their wrongdoing. But, the shocking part was that they were committing this heinous crime with their own son in the vehicle. How will this affect his innocent mind and what will he become in the future? Even after being handcuffed, the woman was in complete denial, claiming she did nothing wrong. Where is my kid? Here. He's right here. He was saying something that that he didn't want to go to DCF and that's why he was back there. Okay, make sure he's safe in the car. Paul. Take him to your car. But, was there a report on 19 McKinley that I got my lip busted by a guy? That was included, yes. Yeah. So, he's the one that reported it cuz he was fighting for his sister. And I flicked the sister off. Why did he come and punch me? I don't know. I wasn't there. Well, the cop got the report. A cop was the one that saw what happened and reported it to you guys. Well, this woman told the officer that the girl's father should also be arrested because he punched her in the face, injuring her lips. That's something they'll discuss later, but just watch. Now, the man is also denying any wrongdoing. His level of audacity knows no bounds. We're probably going to do a showup. You guys see anything? I'll put you in my car. We're right over there where where we stopped the car. They're not going to see you. I'm not going to put the window up for you. No, no, so you we'll drive by. They're going to hold the female up. In your boots, nothing? I got nothing. You know what? Roll the window down just a little bit. The window down, you Well, after escorting them in the police vans, the officer went back to the parents to discuss the whole incident again. The father explained that he hit her, but it was a reaction to her actions. Surprisingly, he didn't ask for any charges related to the battery. Calm. Let's go. Javi, can I get you something to eat? Can I have a supervisor here like now? You. When you were here tell me exactly what happened from my daughter's side. So, I was in the car. Mhm. She was leaving, but right before that, I see my daughter go inside and she's like with a face like scared. They already told me a month ago my daughter felt uncomfortable that that lady was trying to talk to Yeah, yeah. But, when she drove off, lady comes out, starts You know Dude, how is she going to worry? I'm going to get you. I'm going to get her. I'm going to get her. >> To you. No, no. This out loud. Oh. So, I I'm right here and I'm like like, what's going on? Are you all right? And she just started going off, going all crazy and then she came running and she just ran up to me. And I told her, "Yo, back up. Back up." And she just kept coming back kept coming back to the point that I wanted to hit her, but I didn't. I grabbed I was grabbed dirt. I was going to throw dirt at her. Swung at me and then spit at me. That's a reaction, yeah. And as a reaction, I did I hit her in the mouth. Okay. That was a reaction. Okay. So, right now when I interviewed I not interviewed, but I talked to your daughter your daughter's saying that the lady was like, "Come here. Come here." But I remember her telling me like a month ago that she felt like, you know, that she was trying to She was trying to take me >> he's saying same thing and the stories combined that this the lady both of them were like trying to get your daughter to come to the van. So, that's what they're going to jail for. I had to make sure that like I got your side of the story, too. Um Do you want to press charges for the battery for her swinging on you and spitting on you? Cuz you definitely could do that. I could add that charge. I don't even It's It's up to you, man. It's all good. I mean, they're going to jail anyway, bro. So, it doesn't matter. But it's up to you. No, it's fine. >> Okay. So, as of right now, um you have any idea on you, bro? I'm going to take I'm going to put your name in [snorts] the report and all that stuff. Um In the end, they were both charged with luring a child and causing a child to become delinquent. Well, if you think this was the worst of all, you haven't seen this yet. In February 2021, a Volusia County Sheriff's Deputy was on a mission to find a missing 13-year-old girl from Oak Hill who had vanished after school. The deputy, Royce James, began his search by checking local motels following a tip that the girl might be with a 22-year-old man she met online. The Edgewater Police Department also charged him with traveling to meet a minor after using a computer to lure her. Additional charges are expected as the investigation continues. Thompson was released from the Volusia County Branch Jail on Friday night after posting $15,000 bail for his current charges. Just like him, there's another individual whose level of audacity knows no bounds. On April 6th, 2024 in Flagler County, Florida, deputies went to a home in Palm Coast after a woman called 911 to report an assault. When they arrived, the woman explained that she was setting up for an open house when an older man in a gold SUV drove by several times waving at her. He eventually stopped in front of the house. The woman told him the open house wouldn't start for another 20 minutes, but he followed her inside. When she offered a handshake to leave, he pulled her in and started kissing her neck. The deputies quickly tracked down the suspect, Carlos DeSilva. However, when they stopped him, DeSilva pretended not to know anything and asked why he was being stopped. He claimed he was coming from his daughter's house, but it was clear he wasn't fooling anyone. Why you stop me, officer? Uh did you stop and talk to a realtor somewhere? No. You didn't talk to anybody? No. >> Okay. >> to come to my house. Coming from your house? >> From my daughter's house. The people have the dog. >> your daughter live? Uh she live in E section. And then they're going to come over here and talk to you and figure out what's going on, okay? >> but I didn't see I didn't talk I didn't see nobody. You didn't talk to anybody? I talked it to a lady who's uh >> Uh-huh. Um another street. I forget the name. Okay. But uh I got I got the >> her previously or no? No. No. Okay. All right. Just hang tight for me. All right. At first he didn't talk to anybody or do anything, but Oh wait. Well, there was this there was a lady. That one lady. >> That one lady. Alpha 210 uh 221 on LE3. Yeah, I've got him stopped over here. Just try to figure that out and let me know. From the notes it looks like it's going to be a simple 33. Yeah, that's all it's going to be. Right. It's not No. Unless he has prior battery conviction, then it's a felony. Felony battery. Yeah, but And if he wants to come over here, I'll go to the house and figure out what we got. 223 223 back 213. You don't have to wait till he shows up. I can Yeah. I just want to go figure out what they got over there. Yeah. So, yeah, if you want to lock up, we'll be right out here waiting on you, okay? At first De Silva claimed he hadn't met anyone, but then he suddenly remembered a random lady he had spoken to. The deputy didn't believe him thinking De Silva was just playing games. Well, confessions were bound to come and it was just a matter of time before he would admit to everything. How you doing? Hi, officer. Yeah, I'm Deputy Helm with the Sheriff's Office. All right. Do you know why you're here? No, I don't know. I don't know this. They tell me what why they stopped me. But I don't know why you here. You don't tell me yet. Okay. Did you read him Miranda? Yes. Just take a look. What happened? I don't know the house. So, my my question is why would you the the real estate agent that was there, why would you kiss her neck? I don't kiss her neck. I give a She be with the right phone the phone on the right hand. I get my phone on my right right hand. And I say she give me a hand and I touch like this and I say goodbye. Is Is a Is a lady. Somebody sometimes do that. And I used to. Okay. She's saying She's saying that you were holding on to her and she kept telling you no and you wouldn't let go. >> Liar. Liar. She liar. She try to put me in trouble. I'm sorry, but I no do that. Have you ever been arrested before? No. Never. In your life? In my life never be arrested. I be arrested when I be in the army. De Silva then tried to use the language barrier as an excuse with the deputies, but they were vigilant and didn't let him get away with it. He eventually switched back to speaking English fluently and shared his side of the story. All of De Silva's actions were attempts to deceive the deputies and avoid trouble. Have you ever been arrested before? No. Never. In your life? In my life never be arrested. I be arrested when I be in the army. So you I be there working there. For many years in jail. Nothing else. Why Why would she say you were kissing you were kissing her neck? I don't know. I don't know. And she she broke her nail trying to get away from you. No, he's lying. He's lying. >> broken. I don't know what you're talking about. De Silva couldn't convince the officers of his innocence, despite using deceptive tactics during his conversation with them. He achieved nothing. The officers had given him a fair opportunity to explain his side of the story, but it seemed his night was destined for jail. Does that feel okay? I don't know. It feels good, but Do you have any family in the area? No, because of my daughter and my wife they go they go to Tampa. And whenever I have a a person that's alleging to be the victim in it, not saying that this case is going to stick. I don't know. >> Why you shouldn't be talking to me? The only way I would have talked to her Because we never let the victims talk to the suspect. >> Oh, sorry. Sorry. Yeah. I don't understand that, too. It's just the the fear of retaliation or putting them in potential harm or vice versa, you getting put in harm's way. We try to alleviate all that together. I understand that.
