In today's video, you'll see a woman lie over and over again about waving a gun at people in public. >> I'm not reaching. >> A Karen who uses her children to try to get out of being arrested. >> Can you just please let me put a warning, sir? >> And one who tries to play the victim, but prays for something horrible to happen to an officer and his family. >> Let everything she touch fall apart. God, let everything he loves he lose. God, let his wife. But first, let's take a look at probably one of the loudest Karens to ever scream in Florida. >> He said that I can hang up. >> Yeah. Is that dispatch? >> I don't. Sir, I don't know. >> It's officer Wishard. >> Here, you don't talk. I'm the police. They're just dispatch. >> What? What do you need? >> Can I get that phone, please? >> What do you need? >> Can I get that phone, please? >> What do you need? >> Ma'am, >> she's gone. Do not call 911 again. Ma'am, >> do not call 911. >> Ma'am, >> do not call 911 again. >> Can you hear me? >> Did you call 911? >> I am recording you. Oh my god. I am recording you. >> I'm I'm not even doing anything. >> I'm not even doing anything. >> On August 6th, 2023, Florida officers were called to a restaurant in regards to an assault in progress. A customer had started an altercation where they struck an employee. The craziest part of it all, however, is that this wasn't the first time she'd been to this restaurant. She'd been there 10 years ago for a completely different reason than what you would expect. >> I'm recording it. >> Huh? >> I'm not recording. >> She's being cooperative. >> Why? >> We're taking what he said earlier. >> We're investigating her. >> Sir, I'm not >> You're detained. You're not under arrest for the >> Am I under arrest? Listen. Can I go? Listen. >> Can I go? No. You're not under arrest. You going to listen to me? >> Am I under arrest? >> You're detained? >> I'm detained for what reason? >> Purpose of our investigation? >> What investigation? Well, >> I'll tell you that in just a minute. >> No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. >> Do you got anything in your pockets that you need to >> No, but you cannot detain me. Sir, can you deta? No, >> I can't. >> Am I under investigation? >> Yep. >> For what? >> Battery. >> Battery. >> Battery of what? I have not done anything. >> Okay. Sit down. Sit down. Sit in the car. Up in the chair. >> No, you said sit. No, you said sit. Sit in the chair. You said sit. Nope. You said sit. >> You're going to go to jail if you don't sit. >> That's fine. You said sit. You said sit. You said sit. You said sit right here. Get your feet. Nope. You said sit right here. Nope. You said sit right here. >> Well, I'm telling you something different now. Sit in the chair. >> No. >> Karens love to do this kind of thing, and you see it all the time in footage like this. They latch on to one thing that a cop said, twist it to fit a narrative they want, and then just repeat it over and over again. >> Nope, you said sit right. >> Unfortunately for them, it usually doesn't work out. That will be seen here in a moment, but in a way you could never imagine. >> That's different now. >> Under my So, you're refusing to cooperate. Okay, good. Now you can go to jail. >> NO, I'M NOT GOING TO JAIL. >> I haven't done anything. I haven't, sir. I have not done anything. You cannot take me to jail. >> You cannot take me. >> This is what a guy here, African-American guy. Guy's real nice and calm. >> So, you can ask him. >> So, okay. Where did all this happen at? >> Where he's ask right here. >> Yeah, that's for him. >> Where where abouts did it happen? Where? >> Right there. >> Where they're sitting? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And so, what she said to you? >> Uh, she just was I was in her office. She was in here screaming. He comes and gets me. >> Who comes to get you? the gun to red and said, "This girl is just going off, screaming at everybody, going off on everybody." I come out of the office and I said, "Hey, what's going on? Anybody do anything to you?" And she like, "You there's one, two, three, four." She just started counting. He came and got you. >> Yes. >> Or worker. >> Yeah. The assistant. >> He came and got you. >> Yeah. He came and got me. And then she just counting everybody. And you're a piece of [ __ ] Then she start telling him the guy that's there, he just calmed. And she's just I don't know what the uh discussion was, >> but he's with her so he could tell you more of what happened. >> Came out of the office cuz she was counting everybody yelling. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> And I I said, "Uh, what's wrong with you? Come on. Come on. Let's go talk." They open the door and I said, "Come on outside." And then she was come like coming. And then she turned around. No, I'm not going outside. I'm staying here. I said, "We got to go close it. Get cleaning up." I said, "Yeah." And I go over there. Is this Did somebody do anything to you? >> So you walked over there to her where she was she went back and sat down and she got up and just >> Do you have any injuries? >> No. No. No. But it was just the the the thing she >> Are you looking to press charges? >> Yeah, I want her out of here. >> You want to trespass or press charges? >> Press charges. >> Okay. >> Could you talk to the Let me get your information first. Can you get him for me? >> Yeah. I don't know, but I I'll get him. >> Yeah. Hey, man. So, what happened? >> Have no clue. You didn't see anything? >> No, I remember eating and started screaming at >> I mean not at him necessarily. >> Just everybody know what happened? >> Nothing. He came out screaming at me. I guess I don't know what she doing. >> Did you see what happened when he approached her? Like did anything get physical? >> No, there's just came up. Recorded it. >> Well, there's camera. But she was here since 4:30. >> She was here since 4:30 p.m. >> Okay. And she's been drinking all >> you paid. Yeah. >> Were you with her? >> Yeah. >> Everything was fine. They were they were unhappy. I don't know what happened. >> And I bring the bill. >> Yeah. >> Just alcohol. >> This wasn't the first time this woman had been to this restaurant. The owner, in fact, had something to say about that. >> She worked for me like at customer. She worked like in 2014. and she's like, "I know you uh you use Hispanics and all this." I said, "Look, it's time for you to go." >> Evidently, this woman worked at the restaurant in 2014. Something must have happened if she's coming back 10 years later to start a fuss. >> And when I bring the beer, >> I don't know what happened. I was in office. He came and got me. So, I guess he's the winner cuz he's like, "There's a lady out here. She's snappy cuz he told him it's time to get the clothing." >> He's been gentleman. He never even got involved. So Cra the bill she said like make no sense but she was here since 4:30 and go just the whole day just order one food and the whole night we were drinking and drinking and we closing. So I told her what that nicely brought to it that we closed that no more we can sell more alcohol and she got upset about that >> because she couldn't deserve anymore >> because she want more drinks and we said like yeah we don't >> and then what happened >> and then she starting all over the wrong say all my waiters all my employees that f and then um or I I go grab my boss and I we got a situation and she start yelling to him. Um and then she push like face to face to him and push him back. >> How did she push everyone? >> She she like super close get super close to him and then she like >> Are you Are you to pull cameras for me? >> Yes. >> Real quick if you can do it real quick. You nice to see I will. >> No, I'll give it to you. >> Can I go inside? >> Yep. Thank you. >> Thank you, man. Problem is the one that handles the one in there. She got here during the day. I got where you can see. You just got to go back. >> Yeah. Are you good with it? >> Yeah. >> I don't understand the the girl. I mean, she's just riging out like she was super fine. She was singing Karoki. >> And you do fresh charges on battery. >> Yeah. I mean, if I let people do stuff like that, you know what I mean? They're like, it's >> your choice. Yeah. >> Yeah. I mean, a night in jail, I think it'll help her out. So, >> what am I under arrest, sir? Sir, what am I under arrest? Oh, you don't want to tell me? Okay, sir. You want to tell me what I'm under arrest for? >> No. Typical, sir. So, you're a deputy. Okay. >> I'm not a deputy. >> I'm going to ask you one last time. >> You've already been told. >> I'm going to ask you one last time. Sir, will you let me know what I'm under investigation for? >> Well, you're no longer under investigation. So, what am I under this deputy car for, sir? >> Well, first of all, this is not a deputy's car. This is a police car. >> Yeah, exactly. So, what am I in this police car for, sir? >> To go to jail. >> I'm going to jail. >> Yeah. >> For what? >> Resisting. >> Um, when did I show resistance, sir? >> And battery. >> No, no, no, no. I want to know when I showed resistance or sir. >> All right, I'm done talking. >> No, no, no, no. You said that I resisted arrest. Yep. >> So, I want to know in what point did I resist arrest? I want to know, sir. >> I'm finished. I'm I'm finished talking. Thank you. >> No, no, no, no, sir. I want to know when I resisted arrest. >> The officer is under no obligation to inform her how she committed a crime. Even if he told her, she would probably just keep asking about it anyway. >> I'm being put in county jail for this. I want to know when I resisted arrest. Sir, when did I resist arrest? Sir, when did I resist arrest? When did I resist arrest? When did I >> STOP KICKING MY DOOR? >> When did I resist? >> Stop. >> No. You're going to tell me. >> She's kicking my window. >> Resisting. When did I resist? When did I resist? When did I resist? >> WHEN DID I RESIST? WHY DID I hyper resist? Take me to county jail. Take me >> then. Stop kicking my door. Stop. >> Take me. No. No. >> I'm going to the jail. If you stop >> take me to No. Take me to right now. >> That's what I'm doing. >> Take me to >> Stop kicking the window. >> WHEN DID I GO to jail? RUN RUN your ass. Record this. You record you >> get up. >> You >> get out of the car. >> You see how it's enemy? You see that me? You told >> you you were your self. You were your ass. >> The woman was taken into custody and eventually charged with battery and resisting arrest. She was loud and obnoxious, but at the very least, she didn't put anyone else in danger. This next Karen, however, put her own kids in danger and then tried to use them in an extreme way to get out of trouble. >> You have your driver's license on you? >> No, I don't. What? Do you have a good driver's license? >> Um, no I don't. >> Why are these kids? >> Because we having a family emer team. I'm supposed to meet my auntie right here. She's literally at the purple parking lot. >> All right. Do you have an ID card on you? >> No. Can I call her? She's right there. >> What's your first name? >> Um, Jasper. >> You to think about that? >> No, I think so. I'm right here by the parking lot. >> Hang up the phone and talk with me right now. >> I'm making Jasmine. >> Yes, I'm talking to you. I know, sir. Okay. So, you need to focus on me and not not all that. So, hand talk with me right now. >> Spell your first name for me. >> Okay, sir. Can you talk real quick? >> Yeah, hop on out the car for me. Hop on out the car and we'll talk back here. >> On January 9th, 2024, an officer stopped a vehicle after observing the juvenile occupants not wearing [music] their seat belts. When the officer stopped the car, he noticed that the driver seemed to be a bit nervous and fidgety. And after a moment, she tells him something bizarre that no officer ever wants to hear. >> I don't have license. I don't be driving, you know, >> but um I'm just trying to get my kids to to the Airbnb we just checked into. So, you know, >> are you Jasmine? >> Yes. >> Are you just You've hesitated on it twice now. So, >> I am Jasmine. >> You're just nervous cuz you know you don't have a good license. >> Yes. >> You're being upfront. That's that's half the battle. How bad is your license? Um, I don't supposed to be driving, but I'm just trying to get my keys. Literally, I >> I mean, are you suspended, canceled, revoked? >> Suspended? Maybe. >> Are you habitual? >> Um, I don't I think so. Maybe. I don't know. >> You think might be habitual? >> Yeah, but I I just, sir, I just don't want to go to jail today. I'm just trying to get my kids. >> Well, I'm not trying to take jail on this weather unless I absolutely have to. I'll tell you that. Okay. >> Unless absolutely have to. >> Like if I don't have a choice. Like there's certain things where I don't have a choice, right? But if I can figure out a way to not make that happen, I'll work with you. So, like I said, I ain't trying to take someone to jail on this mother. Hey, come over here. I know. I'm get my kids off. >> No, let them stay in the car for now. >> They'll be safer in there anyway. Yeah. >> There's two police. I'm scared. I don't want to go to jail, sir. >> You good? Hop back over here. You're being cool with me right now. And I I feel like, you know, I'm being pretty cool with you, right? >> But I just know how to [ __ ] and I'm not trying to go to jail. >> She keeps saying she doesn't want to go to jail. If she's that scared of it, maybe she shouldn't be driving on a suspended license. And she's about to find out why. >> I got you. No one wants to go to jail, right? But like I said, it's if I can figure out any way to make sure that doesn't have to happen, I'll facilitate that cuz I'm not trying to take someone to jail in this weather. Okay? >> All right. But like I said, I'm not going to make any promises and tell you like I'm not going to cuz there are certain charges that I don't have a choice with it. Right. >> But I don't even know if that's the case yet. First, I have to figure out who you are. So, Jasmine, spell your first name for me. >> J A S M I A E. >> J A S M I N E. >> Yes. Can you just please let me put a warning, sir? Hello. >> Yeah. Yeah, I'm right here on Central right right on the side of public. >> 10 to 16. Somebody know you need a non- emergency. >> It's completely baffling to ask an officer to let you off with a warning. >> Can you just please let me with a warning, sir? >> Just to then disrespect them by answering the phone while talking to them. She also expects him to just let her keep driving without a valid license. A warning would make no sense in this situation. >> Why you need help, sir? >> Cuz you're acting really nervous and it's making me nervous. >> Nervous. So, I'm going to have them stand by with you while I check everything cuz you're making me >> I'm sorry. I just >> You're making me real nervous the way that you're acting. I just don't want you doing anything silly. Okay. >> I'm not trying to look silly. I'm >> all right. Cuz you can't you you can't stop moving around and it took me like five times to get your name out of you. So, >> and I don't want to go. >> Well, like I said, I've been pretty cool with you, right? >> Yes. >> All right. So, like I said, try and calm down and just hang tight for a minute while I look and see how bad your license actually is. Stay away from the car for now. All right. We're not going to We're not going to keep playing this back and forth game. >> Okay. I'm not here, sir. I'm sorry. >> Put the kid down in the car and we're going to go in handcuffs for now because you're making me hella nervous. >> I don't want >> Don't put your baby in the middle of this. >> I'm not. I'm just going to stand here. Listen. >> I'm standing right here. You haven't been listening. >> So, this is where we're at now. We need to put the kid back down in the car. You're going to go in handcuffs. Jasmine. Jasmine. If you don't listen to what I'm doing, you're going to go to jail. >> Jesus. Sorry. Go ahead. >> Right here, Jasmine. No. Not around this way. This side. Right here where they were before. >> Why are you putting me in handcuffs for it, though? I'm not doing anything. Hey, you're not here to ask questions. Do what he tells you, then we'll talk with you. >> Okay. Can I ask my family to get here for my kids? >> No. You're about to make a situation way worse for yourself. And I don't want you to put your kid in this. You're this close to facing child neglect charge if you don't tell. Do what I'm telling you to do. >> Give me the child. >> Oh my god. Okay. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> For what? >> Put your hands behind your back. I'm not going to tell you again. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> Oh my god. I'm not doing anything. >> You did this to yourself. >> I didn't do anything. called me the entire time to listen. >> Y'all making me nervous, sir. >> I've been nothing but polite with you. You have done nothing but not listen to me the entire time I've been out with you. I have done my darnest to avoid this, but you have put me in a position where I have no choice. I haven't even verified how bad your license is yet, but I'm going to go on a limit and say you probably already know that it's a felony, which is why you're acting like this. So, now we're going to have a seat in the back of this cruiser while I confirm everything. No, >> I just want to see what >> you can put your shoes on. >> I just want to see who >> cuz you're not listening. You have yet to listen to a single thing I've told you to do this entire time and I'm tired of playing games. >> Sir, I'm trying to sit here, please. Oh my god. I just want to sit with my kids. Can I just sit here, please? I don't want to go in there. Just let me please. I'm not trying. >> Jasmine, if I have to tell you one more time, you're going to jail. >> Okay. Oh my god. I just want to see my kids. That's fine with you >> in the car. And I'm not going to repeat myself again. >> You have anything on you? >> No. Other than this, >> sir, please. I just want to stay away from my sisters. Please. my kids. >> If I had to repeat myself one more time, >> you're going to jail. >> I'm not trying to go to jail either. >> All right, then. Have a seat in the car. >> Can I just see my kids? I just want to look at my kids. Please >> get in the car, Jasmine. >> I just want to see my kids. Okay. >> Oh my god. Sir, you being like I'm not trying to be difficult. >> You're doing a really good job at being difficult. All right. So, you stop. Do not put your legs up. So, you're habitual. You knew you were. That's why you're acting like this. So, you're going to jail today. I don't have any choice. >> That's fine. Can I call my sister quick? >> Yes. Where's your >> The man got it. You still have it? >> Yes. >> All right. >> Let me just hug my kids. >> No, >> I can't hug my kids. >> Stay in the car. >> Sir, please. I just want to hug my kids. >> There were several comments that brought up that she keeps trying to use her kids as a shield to get out of this conversation. >> My sister right there. >> Your sister? Oh, this your sister right here. >> Yeah, that's my sister. >> But that works. The kids can go with her. >> Um Oh, no. Hold on. >> How old is she? >> She's uh 20. >> She's 20. Jasmine, no. Sit down. >> I'm not doing nothing, sir. >> You're not listening. You've yet to listen. >> Is she good to take the kids or not? Okay, sir. >> It's a yes or no question. >> No, I'm trying to get my other sister. That's my god sister. >> So, you don't want her to have your children? You don't trust her with your children? >> I'm trying to call my mom, sir. You know, mom, >> my my priority is your kids. Right now, it doesn't seem like that's really your priority at all, which is the problem. >> My priority. Ken, can you tell her to come here? >> No. If you don't want her to have your kids, there's no point here. >> I'm getting arrested. >> I What the hell happened? >> Justin, sit back down in the car. >> I don't care about politics. And then he pulled me and I'm trying to talk to him. He's trying to make him nervous. Gabriella's crying. >> Okay. Well, I'm doing the right way, too. >> Okay. >> Perfect. All right. Take that. Have a seat back in the car. >> Sir, I'm not doing nothing. I'm just sitting right here. >> Exactly. Well, that's what you need to be sitting down in the car right now. You're standing outside the door. Even though I told you not to do that. >> Why are you being so mean to me? I'm not >> Cuz you're not listening. >> But I'm not doing sit down. >> Why are you being so rude? >> This is you not listening. We're telling you. >> Sit down. Have a seat. Sit down. >> This is your problem is you don't listen. I'm not doing anything wrong, sir. You're being rude to me. I'm not doing nothing. I'm sitting >> cuz you're not listening to a thing I tell you to do. Get in the car. >> Get in the car, Jasmine, or I swear to you're going to get an obstruction charge. >> Oh my god. You're making a difference for me. I'm not doing anything. Look, my baby is crying and stuff. I can't see my daughter. Look, she's right there. I can't see my daughter. She's right there. >> Jasmine, if I have to put you in this car, you're getting an obstruction charge. >> Come here, mommy. >> Jasmine, put your leg in the car. >> So, I'm not doing anything. >> You're not listening, Jasmine. She keeps saying that she isn't doing anything while actively committing a crime. She thinks that driving on a suspended license is doing nothing wrong and then doesn't seem to have the ability to understand that she is resisting arrest. She should absolutely be charged with obstruction at this point. >> All right, that's it. You're being charged with obstruction. Get your leg. >> I'm not doing nothing. Why you being so rude to me? >> Jasmine, stop. >> Stop. What are you doing, >> Jasmine? Get in THE CAR. >> STOP. WHAT ARE YOU DOING? Why are you being swag? What is wrong with you? Stop. [screaming] >> GET IN THE CAR. >> GET IN THE CAR. >> WHAT IS you doing, sir? I'm not DOING NOTHING. OH MY GOD. WHAT THE hell is wrong? >> CAN YOU GET AROUND and pull her through? >> I'm not doing nothing. You being rude and diversifing. [screaming] >> I'M NOT GETTING HIT. >> STOP RESISTING. >> WHY ARE YOU ALL ME? >> Stop resisting. >> You're being charged with escape. >> Escape. Nobody doing nothing. They doing this to me. I'm not DOING NOTHING TO THEM. >> WHAT ARE YOU DOING? >> Tango 16. We need more units out here. >> Are you going to cooperate? >> I'm not doing You're being rude to me. I'm not doing anything TO YOU. >> GET AWAY from the car. We'll figure it out in a minute when she stops acting this way. >> We're going to figure it out. Everybody's fine. >> Get her up off that ground. >> Let's sweep her out of here cuz she's going no matter what. Now there's no hanging out here. >> I was going regardless. >> Yeah. Now you're going with extra felonies. I didn't do nothing to you though. You're being aggressive to me. I mean, let me get Exactly. Let me keep my kid >> on your butt, >> bro. >> What? I can stop. You're being rude. You man had to let me intent. >> Do it on your own. Have to do it, man. >> OH MY GOD. OKAY, STOP PUSHING ME. OKAY, >> get in the car. >> Be respectful. I'm recording your ass. >> It's all on the body camera. >> I don't care. >> I'm an escape prisoner. >> No, that's the way they titled it when you jumped out of the car. He said, "Get out of the car to call your sister." I just stepped out the car. >> I just don't [laughter] regard him. >> Escaping is running away from you guys. Didn't run away from guys. I stayed right in front of you guys. >> Jasmine was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license. Fifth offense, resisting without violence, resisting with violence, and escaping. She's very lucky nobody got hurt because having a child that young in the front seat without a seat belt is asking for something awful to happen. This next case, however, shows a Kieran who wants something violent to happen. Like she's trying to show off what she learned in boxing lessons. >> Yeah, she's in the store, but I didn't want to go in there without you. If y'all sit here, don't don't say anything. Just give us a call. Just tell us that where she's at. Don't make any contact with her. >> On October 2nd, 2021, officers responded to a call about a woman brandishing a firearm in a parking lot at two other women. Apparently, she had driven between them while they were both trying to exit the lot. And when they became angry with her, she started waving her gun around. And as you can probably expect, that doesn't go too well in the deep south. >> You don't happen to have a gun in your bag, do you? >> No, sir. >> Okay. You mind if I look real quick? >> In my purse? >> Mhm. >> No. >> I said there's a black female with a red p red pants that had a gun. >> Not a gun. I just come in here. >> Okay, I understand that. What car do you drive? >> You're not allowed. >> What car do you drive? >> You're not allowed. >> What car do you drive? >> I drive a white BMW. >> White BMW. Okay. You keep eyes here. 1365. What is she wearing again? >> A black female wearing a tan hat. I believe a black shirt and red short. >> Hey ma'am, I need you to stand right here for right now. >> Something happened outside in the parking lot >> in the parking lot. >> He's describing your clothing. >> He talking to me. >> Hey, I understand that. >> Yeah, >> I need you to stand right here. >> Just stand right here. She's wearing a tan hat and red shorts. Show me anybody else in this whole building that's wearing a tan hat and red shorts. I don't have on a tan hat. I have on a black and white hat. >> When people are in traumatic situations, they don't always describe it perfectly. >> Just hold me up. But I haven't done anything. I just came. >> That's why you're not in handcuffs cuz I don't I don't know that you've done anything either. I just know that something just happened out there and they said that the person walked into Best Buy. They described him as a black female >> wearing a tan hat and red shorts. >> Yes, sir. >> You were the closest person that fit that description. >> And that's why I'm just saying just for the time being, just stand right here. about to go back outside and talk. >> Make me use the bathroom by myself. >> Yeah, I'm sorry. >> I'm a diabetic. >> I don't mean to frighten you, so I apologize. >> I'm a diabetic, so I'm about to poop on myself. >> Okay. Well, that's that's what I'm saying. I I don't mean to startle you. I just that's why I wanted to explain what's going on. >> Basically, somebody just pointed a gun at somebody in the parking lot. These kinds of situations can be difficult because at the moment the police only really have circumstantial evidence and can't perform any searches. They likely need to gather more information before they can really do anything. >> The other person who got the gunpoint is she's standing out there. >> Okay. >> And she said the the lady who pointed the gun at me is a black female wearing red shorts and a tan hat. >> Okay. So you just want to walk up here to the front and I'll figure out if it was you. If not, I'll let you go. Let me use the restroom cuz I'm about to >> Well, I can't let you go in there as I explain the situation. So, I just need you to walk up here to the front if I can determine it's not you. Hey, where's the victim at? >> I'm sitting right outside there. >> Okay. >> Well, we're going to walk outside. She's going to tell me if it's her. Will you just walk right out the front door? >> Walk out the front door. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Hey, have you seen a black female with a tan hat and red pants? >> All right. Thanks for helping, Jill. >> Hello. You see inside? While this is happening, the other officers are still searching the store for other women who could match the description. >> She's in that little car. >> The gun is probably in the car. >> Somebody walked in front of me the car, but I never had an encounter with anybody. >> Okay. So, did you have do you have a weapon on you by any chance or anything or anything? >> No, I don't have anything. >> Okay. >> Do you have a firearm in your purse? >> No, sir. >> Do you mind if this officer looks inside your purse? I don't want them looking at my parts when there's no reason to look at my part. >> Well, I'm just I know my name. That's fine. That's fine. We're not >> y'all know my Well, at this point, you're in investigatory hold right now. >> What's that? >> It means you're basically being detained. >> So, you're not free to leave and I'm taking I'm removing this purse from you. I'm not looking in it. >> Relax and you're being investigated. >> I'm removing this purse from you. >> How you know your rights? We're giving you the right to tell you where we're going to talk. >> I'm taking I'm removing the purse. >> I'm just removing this purse. Do not reach in your purse. You just reached in your purse. >> I got the arm. >> No, don't reach your purse. That's it. That's it. >> Calm down. >> Hey, you want to put it in front of my body? >> Okay. Yeah, you're being detained until we figure out anything further because somebody said >> that lady pointed at me and I didn't do anything. >> It's locked. Damn it. >> So she pointed at you? >> Yes. So she pointed something at me. >> The lady the lady with the she called me. >> Okay. >> She told me this, but I didn't argue with her. I was driving on. >> Where's your white BMW? >> Is it this third car on the right here? I can't get that damn thing to let go. There we go. >> This is crazy. >> I agree. So, listen. The best thing to do is just listen. Yes, sir. >> And follow instructions and then everything goes okay, right? >> Yes, sir. >> Because if somebody claims something outrageous and they're the one who's causing the problem, we don't know that until we get here and find out, right? >> Yes, sir. >> So, just let us find out and then we'll be good to go from there. >> I don't want to argue with anybody. >> No, I'm not saying that you're arguing with us. >> We're just going to have a seat in his car until we get everything figured out. Okay. You're not going to jail or anything right now until we figure out a little bit further. But you are being detained because you match the description we are doing. Okay. >> Can you describe what the gun looked like? >> It was um probably about this big. Black >> black. >> And she did like this. >> Did it look like a revolver or like a a normal modern type pistol? Like a semi-automatic type pistol. >> It was a thick It was one of the thick ones. I'm not sure. >> Did it look like similar to what police carry or did it look like >> smaller than that? Yeah. So, I'm going to take a peek here cuz this is allegedly hers, right? The one that they said was a red scion or the one he was out with, right? A red vehicle of some sort. Well, she said white BMW. You see a white BMW anywhere? >> The woman who reported this incident claimed that the woman had been driving a Scion, not a white BMW. The officers are fairly certain at this point that their suspect was simply lying. >> And y'all were walking across the street. >> We had already walked across the street. >> We already had walked across. >> I guess she was thought y'all were in her way. It seemed like she didn't want to stop >> while we were walking >> to get to the Chinese place. Yeah. Right here. She stopped the car and she stopped it and said, "Did you call me up?" I said, "Yes, I did." >> And she said, "Well, you're the one that this and that." I said, "I'm a good one." And I walked we walked on in >> and the girl did like this. >> She was waving it. >> I saw the gun. >> Waving the gun. >> At any point, did she point it towards you? >> She waved it like >> like waved it towards you. >> Yeah. like this to just letting us know that she had the gun. Yeah. >> So, right now you're going to be placed under arrest for obstruction. Okay. That means you didn't follow lawful commands when we're telling you not to tense up, not to go in your purse, not to pull away. You lied about the vehicle you were in originally. You lied about being in an altercation with somebody outside originally. So, we've got bunch of false statements and obstruction. I wasn't pulling away from you guys >> like I explained earlier. Okay. >> I didn't pull. >> Okay. And then when you were told not to reach in your purse, you immediately were trying to reach in your purse. >> No. No. I was trying to drop. Look, I was trying to drop my keys and tell y'all that I had rights. It was not reaching in my purse to get anything. Okay. >> I was dropping the keys in there. I didn't do that. >> Before we keep talking, let me explain these to you. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say. Can and will you understand each of these rights as I've explained them to you? >> I understand. But I will Can I call somebody? I don't. >> Not at this second. Having these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to us now? >> I know you've already started explaining the situation, but >> yeah, I don't have >> Will you give me consent to search your car? >> To search the car? >> Uh-huh. >> That's his car. >> So, >> my son's car. >> What does that have to do with anything? >> This is his car. >> Okay. It's It's up to you. Yes or no? No, I just want to tell him to come and get his car. >> Okay. Is >> that okay? >> Well, we'll have to deal with that later. And in the meantime, if the business wants it towed from that spot because you're in a curbside pickup, then they can tow it. Come with me. We'll go back to my car. >> Well, let me um leave my stuff there so he can get it. >> What stuff? >> So he get >> get what? >> Get my money and and my sister. >> This is all going with you because it is your property and I have to search I have to search it before we go. my sister's property. >> Okay, we're not playing that game. >> So, what are you doing >> right now? You're going to sit in the back of my car so I can transport you when we're ready to do that. >> Why? >> Because you're going to jail because you're under arrest. So, we very quickly tried to say that this is her sister's property and purse. Oh, look. >> A Thank you, sir. Thank you, sir. Wow, that's an X-acto knife. That would have sucked to get cut by. Actually, probably would have been a lot nicer than some rusty dull blade. So, do we want to be truthful yet? >> What do you mean do I want to be truthful? >> Well, the gun is in your purse. Uh, and Patricia's not your name. >> So, now you're getting false statement and aggravated assault charges. >> Aggravated assault on him? >> Yes, ma'am. Maria was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a felon, and obstruction. She could have seriously hurt someone, but it seems like waving the gun was done in the heat of the moment. This next Karen, however, says a prayer so awful about the officer that you can feel how violent she is. >> Hi. >> Hello. >> We just talked last night. What's going on today? >> Um, they put me out because I don't lie. They kicked me out of the building and I want my things back and they won't let me go get my things. >> Okay. Do you have ID on you? >> No. The melted in the last house fire that I had. >> Okay. What's your name? >> I don't really want to do this. I'm really just trying to leave. I'm trying to be here. >> I need your information. >> I don't want to talk to you. >> Okay. If you don't talk, you're going to sit in the cruiser. >> What do I have to sit in the cruiser for? I'm not even on their property side. >> Okay. We're not going to have we're not going to do this. You're going to give me your information. You're going to have a seat in my cruiser until I identify you. >> Am I clear? >> I don't see why. Get off of me. Daddy, he's grabbing me. >> Come on. >> I didn't do nothing. Like a criminal. >> I asked you to identify. >> On February 7th, 2024, police in Ohio were called about a woman causing a disturbance. When she was asked to identify herself, she refused to comply. When the police eventually do identify her, it's shocking because she's not someone you would ever expect to be doing something like this. >> GET OFF OF ME. >> STOP. GET OFF OF ME. You're hurting me. You're hurting me. >> You're hurting me. >> I'm here. >> You're hurting me. >> Take it off. Take it off. >> You're hurting me. >> Hey, we're not trying to hurt you. >> HE IS. GET OFF OF ME. >> HE IS GRABBING ME MALICIOUSLY. HE IS TRYING TO HURT ME. >> YOU ARE ABOUT TO DISLOCATE MY SHOULDER. >> STOP PULLING AWAY. OKAY, >> cuz you're hurting me. >> Okay, stop pulling away. >> WHAT THE? I GOT ROBBED YESTERDAY AND Y'ALL ARE ARRESTING ME. >> OKAY, >> REAL. Right now you're being detained, but you're about to watch. >> Okay. THIS IS NOT HOW DO >> MAN, this isn't how you behave. Okay. >> This isn't how I behave. All I'm asking is why I'm being asked questions like I'm the person doing anything wrong, >> DUDE. MY PHONE. MY FATHER. >> All right, we'll grab it. >> She's a pain. So, >> what happened >> there? She I don't know. She was pulling away from him or something. Try She's refusing to identify. I don't know. >> Long story. So, she called you guys again today. >> I thought I saw a call on the board about that. I I didn't take it, but it just looked familiar. >> Um, and then it came up that her credit card was stolen and AirPods and money and just >> just and she made a report and uh got statements from everyone. But during that, she like verbally attacked, made threats towards our staff person, but also um some trans phobic um comments made directly to one of our youth. Um, and that we have a zero tolerance for. >> Bro, this is crazy. What's your badge number? >> 281. >> Bad. I can't wait to talk to the commissioner about you. >> Okay. >> This is crazy. >> I asked you to identify yourself. You >> I wasn't even on Daybreak property. I was on the sidewalk, dude. >> Mhm. >> I wasn't even on day. How? I was on the phone outside not TALKING TO NOBODY BUT MY PHONE. >> They want you trespassed. >> They want me trespassed cuz I want my things out of my apartment cuz they're taking me out. I just wanted to go get my things. >> All you had to do was identify yourself. >> I was on the sidewalk. I WASN'T EVEN ON THEIR PROPERTY. I DIDN'T TRESPASS. >> Sit down. >> Please explain to me how I'm BEING >> SIT DOWN NOW. >> Please explain to me. >> You're going to go to jail. >> Four. >> Five. >> Resisting at this point. >> Resisting what? I'm just asking you questions. You can't answer the questions I'm asking >> when you in the car. >> Why couldn't you answer them on the sidewalk when I was asking you? >> Because I asked you to identify yourself >> and I asked YOU WHY IF I'M NOT ON THEIR PROPERTY. >> I'm asking you please. I don't want to make you get in the car. >> If you make me get in the car and you harm me, I swear to God, I'm suing. >> That's fine. You can sue. >> Dude, I'm just asking you why I'm being trespassed. I am literally just asking you why. All I was trying to do was get my things out. You were causing the disturbance inside. >> Was causing a I wasn't even inside. They asked me to step outside AND I STEPPED OUTSIDE. >> She acts like just because she wasn't intercepted by police while she was inside, they can't do anything. She did enter the building and cause a disturbance. Just because it's over doesn't mean she gets off scot-free. >> What are you talking about? >> Sit down. >> When I when you got here, I was outside by myself. >> Sit down. >> I'm confused. >> You can't just explain to me what's going on until >> you sit down. >> You literally can't just explain to me what's going on. I'm not even resisting at this time. >> You just want to be difficult. >> I'm not trying to be difficult. I really don't understand. >> Just because you perceive it as difficulty doesn't mean I am intentionally trying to be difficult. >> Refusing to get in the car is arrestable. >> I don't understand what I am doing. jail for. >> Do you want to go to jail? >> I don't understand why I'm being handcuffed. I don't understand why you guys are here. I just wanted >> Explained all of that. >> I just asked for them to get my clothes. >> Explain why you're being detained. >> No, you didn't. >> Are you going to sit down? >> So, you're not going to look at the see what disturbance I caused? >> I can't do anything until you get in the car. >> Sit down, please. Are you going to sit down or are we going to go to jail? >> What am I going to jail for? What am I literally going to jail for? >> Disorderly conduct. I just want my clothes because I'm about to be homeless today. >> And we can we can work that out, but we're not going to work anything out with you with you refusing to get the >> I was literally calling my RIDE TO LEAVE. I WASN'T EVEN TRYING to stay here. >> Sit down. >> You are handcuffing me and I was calling my ride to leave. >> Sit down. >> Dude, this is crazy. >> Sit down. >> Sit down. >> No, I'm not going to jail, dude. No. >> I don't want to take you to jail. >> Did you just cut your cam off? >> I have no desire to take you to care. >> Then why don't you just talk to me like a civilized person? I wasn't univil with you last night. Why are you being univil with me today? >> You refused to identify yourself, ma'am. >> Dude, I was not even on their property. I was on the curb waiting for a lift. >> Are you going to get in? >> I'm literally waiting on my lift. I don't see why I need to be identified if I'm leaving the >> Want to go to jail. >> I don't understand. No, I'm I'm I'm talking to you. Why can't you >> understand plenty cuz I've already explained it. >> No, I'm not understanding. I'm telling you that I was on the curb waiting for my lift. I'm not even on their property because the sidewalk is not daybreak property and you came to trespass me on property that I wasn't even on. Please explain to me. >> It doesn't matter. >> How does it not matter? >> What you trespassed? >> How does that matter? I understand. >> You have to identify yourself. >> But to be trespassed, you have to actually be on the premises. I was not on the premises. >> That's not how it works. >> This is just blatantly false. Private businesses can trespass anyone for any reason at any time. >> I wasn't on the premises. >> Sit down. >> I only And I'm the one that called y'all. I had them CALL Y'ALL. SO Y'ALL COULD ESCORT me to get my things so that it wouldn't be a problem. >> The only one that called if you called. >> I'm the reason why they called. I asked him to call. >> You're the reason why we why why we got called. >> I don't like the tone that you're talking to me with. Like I'm a problem or something. Dude, >> it doesn't matter. You are definitely a problem since I got here. >> How am I a problem? I was simply asking you questions and you tried to dislocate my shoulder. Sit down. >> No, dude. And now you're trying to do it again. No. Now you want to press the button like you're being civil with me and you're not being civil with me. >> What button? >> Whatever button you got your finger on. Oh, nobody's pressed the button. >> Well, please let me go. >> I've asked you many times to get in the car. And >> I don't understand why I have to get in the car. >> If you're not taking me to jail, why am I getting in the car? >> At this point, you're probably going to go to jail >> for what? >> Disorderly conduct. >> Disorderly conduct. >> Resisting arrest. >> Resisting arrest of what? >> I've already explained all this. >> I haven't committed a crime. >> You've definitely committed a crime. >> What was the crime I committed? >> I've just said that. >> Resisting arrest. Arrest of what? What am I being arrested for? >> Disorder of conduct. How >> to identify? failure to identify when I wasn't on the premises and I was about to leave. >> Doesn't matter. >> I don't see how that doesn't matter. That matters quite a bit. >> I'm trying to help you out. >> No, you're not. You're not explaining anything to me in a calm manner. >> Many things many times. >> No, you haven't. >> Mhm. >> You're not actually experiencing >> Are you going to identify yourself? >> Can you take these cuffs off of me, dude? >> No. >> Then what am I identifying myself for? If you can't compromise with me, what am I compromising with you for? >> So you could be trespassed. >> So that I can be trespassed. I don't even care about being trespassed. I just want my clothes. I just want my clothes. Can y'all go get my clothes? I'll comply if I can have my things. >> WhatsApp. Yeah, I I I never literally just identify yourself at all. >> I was leaving. I had somewhere to be at 6:00. I was leaving. My lift is on the way. I wasn't about to be here. >> Are you going to identify yourself or are you going to jail? >> Can I do it with him? >> No. >> I can't do it with him. >> I'm standing right here. >> I understand you're standing right here. >> I get my notepad out. Will you give me your name and >> Yes. Okay. Let me >> If he can get his hand off of me cuz that's unnecessary. I understand y'all got to do the good cop, bad cop. But like this is unnecessary. >> There definitely is. What's unnecessary is you going to jail over you just not giving your name. >> No, it it definitely is. And he's the one trying to put me there. >> So So what's your name, ma'am? >> Can you let go of me? >> What's your name? >> Can he let go of me? >> What's your name? Can he let go of me? >> He's hurting my arm. Can he let go of me? >> He's not hurting your arm. >> He is hurting my arm. How >> I'm telling you right now, we're not we're not given many more warnings. Here's the thing. You are either going to give me your name and your birthday as required by law or you're going to jail. >> Jail for what? >> For failing to identify. >> That's an That's illegal. >> Yes. >> How? Okay. You want to You know what? We're not going. >> We've been through this. >> No, we haven't. You haven't explained to me how it's illegal to not tell you my name if I wasn't on the premises that I'm supposed to be being trespassed. >> You're being I understand that. I understand. >> Are you going to give me your name? Yes or no? >> Yes or no? >> I just want to have an understanding of what's going on before I do. >> Once I put my notepad away, then then it's then you're just going to jail. >> So, you guys really aren't going to give me an understanding of what's going on here. >> I understand I'm being trespassed. I get that. >> So, I need your name to trespass you. >> I understand that. my >> right now. You don't go to jail over >> being trespassed. >> I just have a messed up shoulder and a bruised up arm. >> From what? >> From him. >> Are you alleging that there was force used against you? >> Yes. >> Okay. Well, sit down. We We got to call Sergeant now. >> Sit down. >> Sit down. >> Or you're going to be put in the car. >> Okay. >> And I'll do more force. >> Sit down. >> Get your feet in. >> I'm sitting down. >> Put your feet in there. >> That's all you all requested was >> put your feet in now. Now I'm requesting you to put YOUR FEET IN. OW. OW. [screaming] OW. >> PUT YOUR FEET IN THERE. >> PUT YOUR FEET IN THERE. >> THERE. >> GOD. Burn it all down. [laughter] Cuz I haven't done anything. Burn it down. God, burn it down. [laughter] Consend with those. Consent with me. You said business just is mine. Take it. I can't. [snorts] I can't. My arms hurt. My ribs hurt. My hip is bruised. [snorts] This ain't fair. I don't never do nothing to nobody. I mind my business. I'm quiet. I'm respectful. I may not say things people like, but I say what needs to be said. And now because of I'm in the back of a police car. >> It's infuriating how Karen's like this just never take any accountability for what they've done. She still vehemently believes that she hasn't committed a crime when the act of resisting arrest itself is a crime. People seem to think that if they don't like the reason they're being arrested, then resisting isn't a problem. That's not how it works at all. As you'll soon find out, >> all of this because I wanted my clothes because I was told I was homeless after getting off work. [snorts] Even their ride alone, God ruin her life from this moment on. Let everything she touch fall apart. God, let everything he loves he lose. God, let his wife, let his children be. God, let his cars break down. Let his job short his pay. Let his taxes take all his money. Let Bailey on spot. God, let her be like Lot's wife. When she looks back at me, let her be strucken with a >> do not speak to me. I do not want to talk to you. I want to talk to the sergeant. Do not speak to me. >> Sergeant's on their way. >> Do not speak to me. >> Do not speak to me. Do not speak to me. Do not speak to me. Do not speak to me. Do not speak to me. Do not speak to me. Do not speak to me. Do not speak to me with your little self. You need to feel empowered. Do not speak to me. Do not speak to me. Do not speak to me. Do not speak to me. Do not speak to me. >> Hi, I'm Sergeant Staples with Dayton police. You asked to speak with me. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. What's going on? >> Um, that officer 281 tried to dislocate my shoulder and they yanked me across the back of this thing. He hit my hip and my rib cage on this here >> and he's bruised my arm. >> Okay. >> And all I wanted to know was why I was being trespassed when I was the one that requested y'all to come. I asked them to have the security guard call y'all so y'all could escort me upstairs to get my things because they think I'm a danger to the building. That's the only reason y'all are here. I was trying to handle things the proper way. >> Okay. So, when they asked you to leave, did you walk out or? >> Yes. I told them to call y'all so that they could take me upstairs to get my things. I had a ride on the way. I was on the phone with my father so he could come collect me and my things and that's when he yanked me up. >> Okay. Did he ask you to leave before he yanked you out? >> No, I told him I could leave without getting my things. >> Okay. Okay. How long you been staying here at Daybreak? >> Two months. >> Two months. Okay. >> And my house burned down. >> Okay. All right. Um >> and the only reason why I can't go back inside is cuz their person robbed me last night. I met officer 281 last night. He was here when I got robbed. >> Okay. Yes. >> The only that's the only reason why I'm being put out because I I told dude that he needs to give me my stuff back or it won't be good for him. And they considered that a threat. >> Okay. >> And the threat was you me calling the police. That was the threat I meant. I wasn't going to do nothing to that van. I'm a whole school teacher. >> Okay. >> I wouldn't harm nobody. >> You said you're a homeschool teacher. >> No, I'm a school teacher of special ed children. I wouldn't harm nobody intentionally. I wouldn't do nothing to mess up my future. >> She says that. But you all heard the absolutely awful violent prayer that she said just a few minutes ago. She's trying to play the victim now that the sergeant is here and she's a school teacher. All of the comments brought up how she shouldn't be anywhere near children. >> But your police officers had me in back of the car in handcuffs for no reason. I wouldn't have I wouldn't have been against giving my name. I just wanted to know why I was giving my name to be trespassed if I wasn't even on their property. I was by the curb. I was waiting on the curb for my father cuz I know I can't be on property if I'm being trespassed. >> But again, when an officer has given you a lawful order, it doesn't matter if you agree with lawful order or not. You still have to provide that. Okay? Because he was here doing an investigation. >> All he had to do was tell me because they were question. If he would have told me what it was for, I would have complied. I have no my dad is a whole sheriff. I don't have nothing against police officers. >> I just wanted to know what was going on. Okay? >> I got anxiety. Stuff like that is important to me. I just wanted to know what was going on. >> Okay. All right. Hang tight for me. Okay. >> All right. We're just going to switch cars over here. Okay. Come on. Stepping out for me. >> She be the one to do it. >> Just We're We're all going to be here. Come on. >> Sergeant Staples. Can you be the one to do it? >> Listen, you wanted me earlier. Okay. >> And you held my legs as he dragged me across the backseat of this car. >> To get in the car, sir. >> I sat down. I was going to turn myself and you didn't have to have him drag me across the car. You could have just turned my legs for me. >> Can you Sergeant Staples? Can you please move him? He's making my anxiety bad. I can breathe. >> Kim, here. Can we Can we step out, please? >> Right here. Okay. We're just going to walk right back there. >> Back there. >> I'm sorry. >> The woman was taken into custody and charged with criminal trespassing as well as resisting arrest. Unfortunately, because her name wasn't made public, there isn't much more information on her case. If you want to hear about any updates to this case or any others in this video, make sure to subscribe to my channel. I'll make sure to bring you up to speed with any updates [music] I find. This woman was violent, but this next Karen, there's a reason many people claim she's the most annoying person they've ever seen. >> So, what seems to be the problem tonight? >> You're intoxicating and shooting me on the plane, running your mouth again, running your mouth to check out or when you're getting in here. >> Did you? >> It's all on video. >> Yeah. When you first came in, you were giving them a problem. It's all on video. >> Can you tell me what I was giving them a problem about? >> Yeah. You were being this courteous. Please, please tell me in detail. Huh? >> They all told me already, >> but I I need to know. >> And now you're on the plane being this courteous again. >> That's fine. I need to know your manner. >> How am I being discurious? How am I being this? I >> right now, which is probably why you're being the way you are. >> On December 30th, 2023, sheriffs were called to the airport in reference to a woman who was causing a disturbance on the plane. When they arrived, she was repeatedly rude and belligerent towards them. Some of the claims that she had been making before their arrival also came back to bite her in a major way. >> That's fine. I need to know where's your license at. No, I need to know why. Exactly. Exactly. No, under the law. I need to know exactly why it is. >> I will give that to you. >> Yep. You definitely need to. You cause a disturbance on a plane. >> I'm sorry. >> Get your Florida license. It's a medical marijuana card. >> Oh, sorry. It's this one. Sorry. They I keep it in the same thing. >> Want to grab your bag? I'm not carrying your stuff for you. So, >> I never asked. >> I said, "Okay, I'm carrying myself." >> Okay. >> Well, you know, I have my phone. >> It's good. So am I. >> I'm recording everything, too. I got a body warn camera. >> You already walked away and as under the lights, you literally said you're not collecting things. ass. >> That's not what I said. It's >> already shows. Yes, it is. >> It's absolutely not what he said. All he said was that he wasn't going to carry her stuff for her. >> I'm not carrying your stuff for you. So, >> and she turned it into something way bigger than it was. >> All you're not doing your job on >> I am doing my job right now. I'm already under the POLICE ACADEMY LAW. I ALREADY KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. >> YOU'RE under arrest for disorderly intoxic. >> No, I'm not. Yes, ma'am. You are. >> No, I'm not. Yes, you are. >> No, I'm not. >> Yep. >> You don't want to listen. You're intoxicated and you're causing a scene at the airport. >> I literally Okay, that's fine. My video put your hand down. >> Let me Let me put this down. >> Let me put this down. >> Okay. >> Can I put this in my wallet right there with your restroom? No, I need to put this down so I know that it's in my reference. Ow. With >> Stop resisting and put it down. Stop resisting decapitated with my thumb. >> That's fine >> with this. You're fine. >> I hope you know >> with that. No, that's fine. >> Will you stop? >> No, I'm not. >> You're making this worse than >> You just put an assault which I have an injury on that YOU PUT ASSAULT ON top of. >> Yes, that's fine. I have everything on top of right there. I'm in the police car. I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THE LIE IS. You're literally pulling everything against it. >> There are no records to show that she is enrolled in the police academy. >> Please fine. >> I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> Well, if you are in the police academy, you will not be anymore. >> I told you I was putting my hands up against the police academy. everything up my hand and then I put my hands up and you didn't give me a single chance to put my evidence up for me to put my own personal propagance against the ground. That is illegal propaganda. You're >> still causing a problem. >> No, I'm not. I literally just told you on the police airport right there that that is illegal. Can you guys grab her stuff so I can walk her up here, please? >> I'm not. You're literally going to be >> You're causing a disturbance here. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> No, I'm not. You literally had to pull off the plane. No, I did not. The moment you pulled me off the plane was the moment I correspond with everything that you said, corresponding with everything that was diligent. All of that fun stuff. So everything that you just did, you will be hearing with your own current officer. I promise you. >> You make no sense whatsoever right now. >> How do I not make no sense? >> You're slurring your words. >> How? >> Really bad. >> You're a toss. >> You're slurring your That's fine. Maybe if you get over here and calm down a little. >> No, no. I'll keep my own providence. I know what I'm rightful on. If I don't keep I'm not going to talk any further. >> That sentence didn't even make sense that you just said >> you're right. >> So, as I was saying when you first came in earlier >> caused disturbance here. >> I have every problem towards you taking me in towards everything. >> They're the ones that took you off right now. It's not happening. >> They're the ones that took you off the plane. Okay. >> Because of you. >> No, not because of me. >> Yes. Because of what you said. Yes. It hadn't been >> there literally had a whole been a whole thing. >> Listen, they were already taking you off the plane before I even got up there. >> No, they talked about Yes, ma'am. >> And they the flight attendants, they told me that you had both of them that you were drinking. >> Yes. >> And then >> then what? >> Started a confrontation. >> What? What confrontation? What confrontation? You can't You can't tell the flight attendants that you've been conscient >> What What did I do? What did I do? >> They told me that you were yelling on the airplane. >> What did I yell? >> I That's not >> exactly. I did not No, no, no, no. I did not yell until you show me literal footage. I did not yell. I did not do anything. I approached that aircraft like it was nothing. >> CI1 Central like it was nothing. I was doing everything >> the airport. >> What? >> Literally, show me. >> I don't have video. The flight attendants don't need to have video to remove you from the airport. >> I didn't slap them. I didn't kick them. I didn't. >> So, literally, show me. >> I'll probably need that, too. >> Literally, I'm I'm not even joking. I'm not being smart. I'm not being [ __ ] I'm [ __ ] Literally, I'm not. >> Show me what I did. I did not do that. >> CI1 central. I'll be at the security checkpoint. We had to take a female off the aircraft. >> I did not do that. >> I got me at the security checkpoint. >> Show me where I was kicking them, screaming, doing all that. Show me. There is no way that I am doing that. >> The police aren't under any obligation to show her anything, especially because the footage is currently in the hands of a private company. The proof is for court, not for getting out of an arrest. >> I'm literally about to go to the police force, everything. Like, there is literally no way that I am doing that. >> I'm literally trying to be as perfect as I can. I There's literally no way that I am doing that. >> See, I want you to be named birthday. >> L E I >> will you be quiet so I can talk on the radio? >> I have to I have to do my last name first. So, stop. Did I know that? DID I KNOW THAT? AM I A POLICE OFFICER? Can you stop? >> I'M LITERALLY TELLING YOU MY INFORMATION. >> I have it right here. Stop, please. >> Do I KNOW THAT? NO, YOU DON'T. SO, PLEASE ASK ME NICELY. HEY, MA'AM. I HAVE THIS. CAN YOU WAIT FOR THIS? >> WHY IS THAT SO BAD? >> She just won't be. >> SHE WON'T BE QUIET. YOU WOULDN'T ASK ME TO BE QUIET. >> I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO. >> THAT'S A PART OF THE JOB. AND YOUR PART OF the job is to what? Just yell at me. Somebody >> peace in the environment. Peace in the environment. Peace in the environment. Peace in the environment. And you KEEP TALKING OVER EVERYBODY. HAVE YET TO LET THEM speak or anything at all. That's peace OVER THE ENVIRONMENT. >> You need to stop. >> I LITERALLY LET YOU KNOW RIGHT THERE WHAT YOUR JOB IS. DON'T ACRE ME ON THE JOB THAT I LITERALLY TOLD YOU WHAT EVERYTHING THAT YOU JUST ASKED ME IS AND THEN YOU GET MAD AT ME FOR IT. >> Ask me [screaming] how you wanted to be approached. ASK ME HOW MY name is. ASK ME HOW ANYTHING IS. THAT'S HOW YOU DO YOUR JOB. >> Thanks for letting me know how I do my job. >> You're welcome. You're welcome. Because instead of sitting there just throwing OUT NAMES AND NOT HAVING ON ANY information that you have. >> Will you stop? It's all you turn on the radio. Are you sure? >> Yeah. >> You get it all out >> now? Yeah. Now that I know that in your ear that they heard every thing how your job actually is. >> You need to stop. >> I'm done. Do your actual job on every detail. >> I AM. >> NO, YOU'RE NOT. >> YES, I AM. YOU STRAIGHT UP YELLED AT ME. DIDN'T ASK ME FOR ANY INFORMATION ON WHO I AM OR ANYTHING AND STRAIGHT NO, NO, NO, NO. YOU STRAIGHT YELLED AT ME ON THIS AND THIS AND EVEN THOUGH YOU HAD IT ALL STRAIGHT IN your hand, YOU STRAIGHT YELLED AT ME FOR ALL THE REST OF MY INFORMATION. >> COME ON. YES, YOU DID. >> IT'S ON your video recording. Did I make this up? >> ALL RIGHT. >> YES, YOU DID. I JUST BLEW $800. YOU THINK I'M GOING TO BLOW THAT ON YOU? YEAH. EVERYTHING THAT I JUST BLEW ON THAT BECAUSE OF YOU ALL BECAUSE YOU DIDN'T WANT TO DO YOUR FULL ON DETAIL JOB. YEAH. I [screaming] DON'T DON'T EVEN PULL THAT [ __ ] ON ME. THAT'S FINE. You're I don't give a I have all my details. I have all my assault issues. I am in every picture before I [ __ ] sent everything. >> Okay. Obviously, most of what she's saying makes no sense whatsoever, but it doesn't even seem like she's angry about being arrested. Like most Karens, she seems more angry about the fact that the officer didn't ask more questions when he already knew most of the relevant information he needed to know. >> What's your reasoning for him? Just one more time. I'm I'm not being smartass. I'm literally just asking. >> This talks >> for what though? >> You caused a scene on the plane. I tried to talk to you down here. You caused a scene over there and you continue to cause a scene here. >> Can you tell me the scene that I caused some of the plane? >> Yeah, the whole reason why you got kicked out. >> Yeah, but why? >> Yeah, they told me that you were arguing with them just like you're arguing with them here and then you argue with me there. So, you're being disorderly. >> Can you tell me that I'm with you? Did I argue with you on the plane? >> You can't argue that I argue with you on the plane. >> I didn't say you argue with me on the plane. That's what you just said, though. So, I didn't just look. >> I'm I'm not being smart ass. I Sorry for everything. No, I'm literally just asking what my at this point. >> Is he good here with her? >> Want to go to my car? Then I'll You don't have anything in your purse I should know about. >> Wait, what? >> Can we go out through here? >> Yeah. >> So, you're getting arrested right now. All right. So, follow me, guys. That's our self-driving. >> I didn't punch anybody. I didn't like cuss at anybody. I didn't do anything. Like, why am I? >> Why? All because I asked the officers like credentials. >> Stop. >> That's it. >> Stop. >> No. I'm sorry. >> What? No. Literally, what did I do for me to be like this? >> Hey, you're good. I I'll I'll go throw it after. >> No, I want to know exactly where where in the court officers where I'm going to No, I did. I literally am a No, I literally know the right of me going. >> Are you going or >> No, you didn't. >> Oh, man. Oh, I can't wait for this. >> Literally didn't do a single thing. >> They can't even get me on me going up to any of the bars, anything of that like doing any interest. Me going up. You did not cost me on anything. No interest on whatever. So wait until I have you on this. Wait until I have you [snorts] on this. >> Do you have anything on you should know about before we go to Joe? If we get No, he never did any of >> it. I'm talking to you. >> Is there anything on you should know about? And we >> check on a single thing me on a single thing. >> I'm I'm answering you. >> Is there anything on you should know about? >> Any guns, knives, bombs? >> No. There's nothing drugs. If they find that on you, that's nothing. Nothing. You can literally search me on anything. He did not do his job. He did not search me on a single thing. Nothing before the airport. Nothing on even minimum on anything on anything. All because I questioned your [clears throat] manhood. >> Yeah, you did. You had everything fine with me until I literally questioned your manhood. >> What are you talking about? >> Yes, I did. >> No. >> Yes, I literally have it on video recordings. I had everything on you talking normal to me until I literally questioned your job and then you immediately went into my jobs this and this and this. I have everything on recordings. Everything >> it's recording but yes. >> No, it doesn't matter. Everything on police duty is recording. Just wait. >> Right. I >> It doesn't matter. I hope >> you [ __ ] with the wrong person. You really did. I wouldn't play. >> I warned you. It's not warning. It's not warning. I'm literally threatening you of the law. >> The law. >> It's called disorderly intox. You're in talk. >> How is it disorderly intox? >> And they cause a disturbance. >> That's fine. That's fine. It's a disturbance right now, but wait until I come. >> Wait until I come forward. >> And all of them are going to come forward, too. So, >> that's fine. I have every witness. I have every family protocol. Everything coming forward. It's fine. Thank you. It's a whole lawsuit. >> Okay. You're the only kid out the plane, not me. >> I'm because of you and with your name and with your disorderly honed up and not breathless me, not doing anything. >> I don't have to do all that because I can I can tell you're intoxicated. >> No, it doesn't matter. I'm still on top on top of everything that you have on top of paperwork. >> This Karen was arrested and charged with disorderly intoxication. At the very least, she didn't hurt anybody in her drunk tie raid. This next woman, however, you'll see that she did something awful to completely innocent people. >> I'm going to check on the smoke down here. >> Yeah, one of the guys said that heard a big >> Okay. Everything okay? >> I'm just looking. I don't know what's going on down there. >> What's going on down here? >> Okay. Can you come up here and talk to me, please? >> No, I can stand right here. >> Okay, I'll come to you. >> That's whenever you're out of your jurisdiction to step down here. >> I'm not out of my jurisdiction. >> Yes, you are. You stepped out here and you're out of your jurisdiction with that badge on it. >> I'm not. >> You better call in. >> Call in what? >> You better call in and check if what I'm saying is right or not. >> Well, I >> I'm telling you the truth and that's the law. >> That's what I'm trying to investigate. What's going on down here? >> I want these people off my husband's land. >> Who? >> And I have every right to remove them with whatever way I need to remove them. >> Who do you need to remove? Who are you trying to remove? >> Within the United States, there has been an increased problem with homeless people as housing and rent prices skyrocket. Many of these people are just trying to get onto their feet. But people like this Karen just won't leave them alone. She doesn't understand anything that she's saying herself. And you'll learn quite quickly how violent she becomes. >> You're not in your jurisdiction. >> I'm not. >> I will take care of these people. If they want to talk to you, let them tell you what their names are. I don't give a what their names are. >> I never even asked your name. >> I don't care what their names are. I want them off my husband's land. >> Okay. >> My name is Colby. Okay. Okay. >> Okay. >> Go buy purple, Miss Purple. I want these people up my husband's land. I got this fire under control. They will >> Can I come down there? Not trying to I'm trying to help you out. >> Check before you come down here. >> Check what? >> Call into your superior. Okay. >> Check first before you come down here. That way you're in right standing and you stay. >> Okay. But if I come down there, you're not going to threaten me. >> I'm not threatening you. >> Okay. >> I would like for you to call your superior to make sure you stay in right standing. Okay. If you come down here, you're not in right standing. >> Okay. >> Call your superior. Call your superior >> before you come any further. >> Are you guys close? They're being combative down here. I'm going to talk with them. See what's going on. But she has that Aerosel lighter. >> Ma'am, what's your name again? Do you remember me? >> Yes, I do. >> Remember I over there? >> Would you call your superior aid? Double check for y'all. >> He's on his way. >> Could you call and make sure? Because if y'all are on this dirt right here, you're not in right standing anymore. >> Why is that? >> Because it's the imminent transient domain. Call and check it out. >> There's no such thing. >> Call it Call and check it out. >> Okay, >> don't tell me there's no such thing. There's no reason I have to lie to you. >> Okay, >> that's whenever I have fought hard for for y'all. >> Nothing about what she said makes any sense. Even if this was private property, which it is not, the police are still within their jurisdiction to enter whenever they have probable cause that a crime is being committed. And what this woman just did is a crime, as you'll see. >> Tell me what happened. I was asleep in my camp and she was out here like schizophrenic yelling stuff or whatever. It's not uncommon, you know. >> Okay. >> And she was telling us to leave and we just ignored her. >> And then next thing I know, she has that spray bottle and a lighter and she lit my I had a blanket wall on that side with mattresses and stuff. She lit it on fire. >> Okay. Can you show me? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> And then uh when everybody like everybody came out to help me put it out, >> she started trying to set everybody trying to help kids out on fire. She keep talking about some daughters. These two mattresses were standing right here >> and I had a blanket wall just like that side and she set the mattresses on fire >> and it was hanging from this wire like this. >> Yes. Right here this way. >> And this is what burned. >> Yes. >> Okay. Do you know this girl? Does she stay down here? >> No, she lives over there. >> Oh, she lives on. >> So, did she just walk up on the couch? >> Yeah. >> And was saying >> Yeah. just started talking nonsense about od something assaulting her daughter. I don't know what she was talking about. This is >> the stuff she was saying to me. Yeah. She said, "You need to get the off my land." I said, "Oh, well, get me off." I told her. >> And then she grabs a that thing and tries to torch me with it. >> Oh, the the aerosol in the lighter. Did she spray it and light it or at all? >> Exactly. >> Just like that. She tried to spray. She tried to spray me with it. I had to run away from her. >> She sprayed him and got him on the back and then tried to light him on fire. >> Do you have it on your jacket? >> Right now somewhere. >> Let me see. >> I don't know where it's at, though. I didn't know she tried to spray me with that. >> So, how close was she standing to you? >> Probably like where you >> like this. >> Then y'all can just stand down here and be not in right standing. And that's not cool cuz that's who we need y'all to be. >> Okay. >> We need y'all to be in right standing. >> So, this is >> at all times. >> What is this again? What is this called? >> Imminent transient domain. >> Okay. Well, the imminent transient domain needs to pick up their trash. >> That's what I am here doing. This is my husband's land. That's what I have been coming down here doing steadily. >> What's your husband's name? My husband's name is Apo Daka. My first born was attacked out on Concincaid Road uh 3 or 4 years ago and there was 27 of them jump on her. >> Okay. >> And I mean they shot her several time. They they beat her with a tire tool and uh that female stood there and bragged it one more one more to my face. And everybody that stood up for her, I want them off. >> Okay. >> These she on fire. She wants those mattresses on fire. >> Yeah. She keeps saying she's trying to pick this all up. Well, this is ridiculous. >> After everything of them stalking my daughter and their gamestalking me and all their threats, I've had enough. I have not read it in law, but uh I was pass word of mouth from my elder that y'all being down here, you're not in right standing. Would you check that out on the law books? And just just check it out. Just check it out because uh it's really important to me that y'all are in right standing. >> I believe we are. >> Yes. I'm glad because it wasn't that way just here recently. >> Okay. It was real ugly. And I have raised a lot of I've raised a lot of ruckus. >> This aerosol can and the lighter. Is that yours? >> Yes. >> Okay. What are you doing with that? >> I told them that they could either leave >> or I was going to move them out. >> And move move them out. How? >> So whenever I cut the strings on their tent >> because she refused to they refused to leave. >> Uh-huh. >> She got sideways with me but wouldn't come out of the tent. >> Okay. >> And I told her, "You can leave or I will light your tent on fire." Okay. And then what did you do next? >> I went to AutoZone and I bought that brake clean. I have a new receipt. >> Okay. >> I snuck it all up and I got a lighter. >> Okay. And then what did you do? >> And then I came back and did what I said I was going to do. I want them off my husband's land. They did not blink twice about stalking my daughter and her family. >> Okay. >> Her little family. >> So >> little little children in her house in Irvine, Texas. The proper thing to do in this scenario, she described, would be to call the police, which she seems to have some strange aspect of respect for. Instead, she attempts to set the people on fire, which is horrible, especially considering none of these people have actually done anything to her. There isn't even a record of her husband, Oppo Dhaka, existing, let alone owning the land that they're on. And then they had the canisters, those canisters that go on the big guns that came back from Afghanistan, the the chemical agent. They were throwing those into my daughter's house, into the nursery. >> This whole group of that group, >> do do you >> never hesitated one time. >> Okay. Do uh >> to continue to do that to my daughter and her family. >> Okay. >> And now I've had enough. >> So, did you light those mattresses on fire? >> Yes, I did. >> Okay. And if they would have just left, I I plan to contain that fire. >> Mhm. >> If I could have gotten close enough, I would have lit their person on fire. >> Did you try to >> And any one of them that stepped in stepped up and wanted to defend her. >> Mhm. >> You keep >> Believe me, I'm going to light them on fire. >> I want them out of here. And I told him, I said, "You need to butt out or you are my enemy also." >> Uh-huh. Did you spray him with the aerosol? I >> sure did. >> Did you try to light him on fire? I sure did. >> Okay. H how like what what did you try to do? Are you reaching for it? >> Demonstrate. >> No, no, no. Cuz >> I won't point it at I'm sure. >> No demonstr. >> No demonstration needed. Yeah. How close were you? >> Obviously not close enough. >> Okay. Where did you put that lighter? >> It's in my pocket. >> Okay. After your plan of lighting stuff on fire, what were you going to do after? >> They're going to leave. >> And then what? They're going to leave and they're going to stay gone and I'm going to continue to pick up this mess and haul it out here to the dumpsters. >> Uhhuh. >> Uh the lady at the selfch checkout at Latianda, the the extra bag, she folds them up for me. >> Okay. >> So then I have a bunch of bags and I fill them up and I carry them off. >> I appreciate you sitting with us and answering my questions. Earlier when I was trying to come down the hill, wasn't trying to >> I did the same thing to him about check it out. Yeah. >> Check Check Check it out. >> Yeah. >> Insistent on y'all check that out. >> Mhm. Well Well, this is Carl'sbad, right? We're the Carlsbad Police Department, >> right? >> So, we we have we have jurisdiction down here. >> Imminent transient domain. >> What does that mean? >> Check it out. >> There is no legal process or concept falling under the name imminent transient domain. The closest thing would be eminent domain, which is the power of the government trying to claim property under circumstances. That doesn't seem to have anything to do with what is going on here. >> He'll know where to find me. >> He'll know where he'll he'll know how to find me. >> Just hang out right here for me, Kobe. Okay. Hey, Miss Kobe, can you come up here up the hill for me, please? >> No, you're not going to come up the hill. >> All right. Well, stand up for me. >> No, ma'am. Don't put your hands on y'all. Don't put your hands on me. >> Look at how this man's doing me. >> Stand up. >> Listen, you're under arrest. Okay. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. Put your other hand behind your back, please. I don't want to force it back. >> That's whenever >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> You need to read me my rights again for arrest. >> No, I don't. Put your hand behind your back. >> Y'all are out of Y'all are out of jurisdiction. Y'all are not in your jurisdiction >> to be down here. Period. >> All right. Stand up for me. >> Nope. >> Okay. Nope. >> Nope. Y'all are in the wrong. Y'all shouldn't even be walking down here. And that's the law. I'm being dead dead serious. You need to check it out before you drag me off. >> You didn't. >> No, you did not. You didn't check it out. No, you didn't. >> You need to check it out before y'all are y'all end up sued. If y'all don't see enough to check it out for your own legal standing, >> you just put her in her at the gym. >> Y'all need to check out two legal standing. I'm serious. >> You know what it is. >> No, you don't. >> No, you don't. >> Call them. >> Call them. Call whoever you can call to check that out. >> Please cooperate. >> Do it. Do it before you put me in that car. >> I can't. I don't have my phone with me. >> Y'all don't have the right to be digging in my pocket. That is my constitutional right. >> They got their hands in my pockets and they're men. They're men with their hands in my pockets. Y'all are breaking my constitutional rights. >> She was arrested, which means she's already subject to a search. There is nothing in the constitution that prohibits a male officer from performing a search on a woman. oftentimes it's just done out of courtesy. >> Yes, you are. You're violating my constitutional rights. Then it's my constitutional rights that you can't put your hands in my pockets and that a man can't have his hands in my pockets. You are exactly fondling me. >> Searching a person. Look at Look at their hands all up inside my clothes. You don't have the right to dig through my And that isn't mine. I found it along with those round things. Y'all are going to find that I wasn't lying to y'all. >> Thank you. >> Is a salt cancel? >> Yeah. Yeah, it is. >> Arson. >> Um, assault. >> Yeah. >> You sure you have my name and my birthday right? >> That's what you told me. >> No, it isn't. >> If it's not, then you're concealing. >> No, it isn't. >> Okay. >> I said it three times. You can review your camera. >> Okay. You said Colby, so >> No, it isn't. >> Okay. >> Review your camera. Okay. Well, if you don't tell me your your real name, you'll sit >> I told you my real name. Review your camera. Don't call me a liar. >> You'll sit in jail until they can figure out who you are. >> That's when I believe that you were in on setting those little children's bodies on fire under there. And it is on satellite. State police satellite. As a matter of fact, it's okay because you risk breath. >> I looked very closely at those little charred remains. >> Which ones are you talking about? You take any narcotics today? You have infringed upon my constitutional rights and you broke the law. >> Okay. >> So, how okay are you? >> Obviously, you're not in you're not okay and you're not in right standing. >> I am in right standing. >> No, you're not. >> Okay. I'm not going to argue with you. >> Okay. >> We can argue in court. >> The law will stand for itself. >> We'll argue in court. >> The law will stand for itself. There will be no argument. >> Okay. >> The law is the law. Black and white. >> Do you know the law? Yes, I do. >> Okay. >> I also know my rights. >> Okay. How are you? >> Good. >> Arson. >> These people not being in right standing and know my constitutional rights >> resisting. >> They broke the law. >> So, okay. >> Funny enough. Fine. Do you have anything on your person that you want to >> No, they felt me up and down. Dug all in my pockets. Like they they infringed on my constitutional rights. So, I don't have anything on me. I mean, they felt me up and down down inside my coveralls. >> Yeah. >> Two men. >> Um >> and she was standing right there. >> Okay. >> It's constitution that they could pat down your clothes. >> Mhm. >> And it's when you get inside the jail that you empty your pockets. >> Well, actually, >> and so that's the constitution. >> What I'm letting you know, what I'm letting you know, >> you have the right to bring anything in your pockets into my jail. If there's any type of paraphernalia, you will face additional federal charges. That's why I'm asking you right now if you'd like to disclose anything and get it out of your pockets. That's all. >> I don't. They felt me up and down. >> All right. So, I'm going to bring you in here. We're going to do the pat down. Okay. This Karen was indeed arrested and charged with arson, assault, resisting, and possession of controlled substances, specifically methampetamine. She's lucky she didn't seriously hurt anybody with her actions. >> My ears are plugged. >> Go ahead. Nope. >> I'm not being mean. I just said >> okay you have a driver's license >> do you see it >> but I would like you to tell me why >> I will I'll explain it to you >> of life with [ __ ] >> come on you're you're in a secure area. Come on. I'm Sergeant Marshall. I work for the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office. >> And what is the problem? >> On February 15th, 2024, a Florida officer responded to a call from an unruly passenger on an incoming flight. Ground security reported that the pilot had requested a female passenger be escorted off the plane upon its touchdown. The passenger had apparently been consuming alcohol and causing a scene. Yelling and accusing a flight attendant of something you'll never even guess. >> No. Who started it? So, >> is this your husband? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Let me have your ID. >> No, not until you tell. >> Okay. Listen, I'm going to arrest you if you don't give me your ID. >> You have no right. Yes. >> Actually, you know what? >> Drunk in your yard. >> What? I'm not >> drunk. Drunk and disorderly. >> Well, that would be from Allegent, wouldn't it? >> I don't care. I didn't give you the drinks. >> I I'm not drunk, >> Marcy. Whatever. >> Uh, no. >> You have to give me your ID. >> Give me your ID, >> Marcy. Just give me your ID or go home. Let's go. Come on. >> This all started because of you. >> Start things. She's immediately blaming both her husband and the airline for the number of drinks that she chose to have. >> I just need your information. What's her name? >> Marcy. Spell her first name. >> No. >> M A R C Y. >> What? >> Hey, go. >> Stop it. >> No. The recipe. >> I may. >> I welcome it. >> I may. Don't touch that. Do not touch me. >> You know why I welcome that? Cuz I have it all on video. >> What's her first name? >> Marcy. Spell RC. Ma'am. >> Ma'am. Ma'am. >> Ma'am. Stop it. Stop. >> You know what? I've been waiting for five hours to have a cigarette. Arrest me. >> Stop it. As soon as we get it all started as soon What? >> Ma'am, as soon as we get this over with, you'll be able to go get your stuff and you'll be able to leave. >> Go home. Arrest. Well, I need to identify her and I'm not going to let her >> ID. >> No. >> Give her ID. We'll go. Unfortunately, the state decided not to pursue prosecution on either charge. Because of this, she received no consequences. Let us know what you think about that in the comments below. Marcy was very obviously drunk, but this next man, his actions show that he's a little more than drunk. On September 6th, 2021, the Salt Lake City Police Department received information about an intoxicated passenger on board an American Airlines flight. He was reported growling and yelling racist, sexist, and belligerent comments at other passengers. He even demanded to be let off the plane while it was 30,000 ft in the air. And as you'll see, he only gets crazier after the officers arrive. >> Get down now. You can't hold us out on the ground, sir. Sit. >> Yes, we are. >> We are grounded. >> Sit. Officers were called when he started berating other bar customers and eventually that anger was turned on them. Unfortunately for the officers, he didn't plan on calming down anytime soon. >> How you doing, sir? My name's Officer Vasquez with the airport police. How you doing? >> Getting arrested. >> You Well, you don't have to get arrested. >> Well, I'm not getting arrested. >> You're not getting arrested? I'll be quiet. >> In late 2022, a woman who learned that her flight was cancelled decided to stay at the airport and get incredibly drunk rather than going home. Fellow passengers called for assistance when they realized she couldn't stand. When the authorities tried to get her information, well, you'll see what crazy claims she tries to make. >> What's going on in Philly? >> Oh, >> saw you through here and we walk out regular together. >> Don't do it. >> Just do that. >> We're waiting for Dustin. You said you didn't have any. >> I didn't lie to you. I lied and said I didn't have anybody that loved me. >> Here you go. No one. >> Don't put your hand in my face. Here you go. So, we put her in a chair. >> I paid my bill. I did everything I was supposed to do. I didn't do anything cool. >> All right. She's got this. >> She's got serious conditions. She's been out of her medicine for a couple days and she's freaking out. So, you got to take care of her. Take custody of her. >> I will take custody of her. I just got >> When did she kiss herself? No. >> Place the wall. Place the wall. I have to pee. >> Bernardet was taken through the hallways and into the airport's built-in jail, which is mostly used to detox people. Exactly like Melanie. >> Go to this pee myself. I don't care. I didn't do anything wrong. >> I did not. >> Okay. Are you going to cooperate? >> Yes. >> I didn't do anything. I said not cooperate. I didn't turn around. Nobody. >> I have to be. >> All right. I'm going to go get you some toilet paper. >> Bernard was arrested and eventually charged with drunk and disorderly conduct. In early 2024, a man trying to board a flight was quickly stopped by United Airlines when they noticed that he was visibly intoxicated. You'll see what happens when an already infuriated man is taken in by the Tampa police and what he does to try to stop them. >> No. No. My dad has bladder cancer. That wasn't ever going to end well for him. >> Yeah. You want to beat me up? >> Yeah. There you go. There you go. >> Stop kicking. Put Take your arms off of me. >> Take your arms off of me. You hear me? >> Oh my god. You're out of control, dude. >> You kicked that window. Not only did you break the window, but you hurt your fa your feet and then you try to blame me. Unfortunately, because we don't know his name, we can't find out how the case went. But if you want to be kept up to date on cases like this, make sure to subscribe. I'll update you with anything that comes out in the future. This man was arrested for being violent and troublesome. In this next case, however, you'll see someone arrested for being a [music] bit too nice. >> Are y'all together? >> No. Do you don't know him? >> No. >> Do you know where you're at right now? >> Yes. >> Where are you at? >> Dallas airport. >> You're at Dallas airport. All right, excuse us. >> In late 2022, an officer responded to a call about an intoxicated woman located in a nearby airport. They had received complaints about her, but one specific complaint from a passenger completely unrelated to her was enough to surprise anybody. >> How did you get here today? >> I we were just getting everybody. >> Are you with Are you with Look, before he can speak, >> she's okay. >> Are y'all flying together? No, we're not. >> I'm going to a funeral in San Diego. We're just going to have a sip. >> I was delayed and I am very sorry. Well, I mean, I have to go 30% I told her I love you. Like, I'm a bartender in DIA. >> And I told her like, I'm hitting you and whatever. And >> how much have you had to drink today? I'm asking you. Don't ask him. I'm asking you and I'm talking to you. >> Passenger Jackson for pre-boarding. >> Hey, >> we were just going to have a circle. >> Okay. >> Can you stand right over there for me, sir? No, I was not in someone's room. This biggest complaint about this woman was from the man who was sitting next to her, who told the police that she had been effectively trying to cuddle him. >> Where are you flying to today? >> San Diego. >> San Diego. Do you have your ID with you? >> Yeah. >> Are you flying by yourself? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Sorry, I was listening. >> I'm talking to you. I'm still waiting for your ID. It's crazy how fast these entitled drunk people turn to toddlers in situations like this. She's trying to jerk her arm away like a kid does when his mother is angry with him. >> Why are you doing this? >> For your protection right now. >> Hey, hey, >> hey. Stop. >> Stop it. Do you want a resisting arrest charge added? Right now, it's a simple ticket. You continue that and we're going to add charges to it. You understand me? Stand up. >> Assault to peace officer. It's likely they'll need medical to make sure she's okay. >> It's not a power trip. Justing let me go. I know you're looking through that. Can I at least have like one toe, one cigarette, something? She was arrested and charged with public intoxication, resisting law enforcement, and assaulting a peace officer. Unfortunately, there's no information on what happened when she got out. This case mostly dealt with a woman solely disrespecting one officer. In this next case, you'll see what the exact opposite of that looks like. >> You're not about the life. You're not about shooting people. You're not about about nothing that has to do with a man like me. What's homie? >> Hi, man. >> What's up? I'm trying to get >> back. Step back. Some people even brought it up in the comments. This is an odd behavior that isn't seen very often. He claims that it's because the officer was working with him, but he was more than respectful to this officer immediately. >> If he deals with me, I'm going to talk. If you deal with me, elaborate, I'm going to give you everything you want. All right. If he deals with me, I'm going to act like a Hello, >> man. These dumb me. I'm not going to give you no hard time. >> The man was charged with public intoxication and resisting law enforcement. >> Hi, John. >> Hello. How are you? >> Kim got his license plate. Basically, what happened is he came in, he wanted to buy two cartons of cigarettes, and I said, "Can I see your ID?" Cuz he looked young nerd. I didn't recognize him. He goes, "I don't have my ID." I'm like, "I'm sorry, I cannot sell them to you." And he's like, "I'll do anything. What do you want? How much is it going to cost? What do you I said, "I can't sell them to you." He like grabbed him from my hands and took off running out the door. So, I started chasing him and then I'm like, "I'm not supposed to do that." Adrenaline was flowing and so I said, "I'm calling the cops." Well, then Tony said he did drop a $100 bill out there. >> Not 100 bucks. >> I have no idea. What does it cost? >> It's like 200. >> Oh, really? >> Oh, yeah. >> Do you have any video of the guy? On November 11th, 2023, police responded to a theft complaint at a local gas station in Lacrosse, Wisconsin. 31-year-old Cody Anderson stopped by to buy some cigarettes, but was refused because he didn't have his ID. In response, Cody snatched the cigarettes from the employee and ran from the store. As you'll see in a moment, however, that wasn't even close to the worst thing he did that day. >> Would you be able to clear to city air? We have a person driving in a car driving possibly intoxicated. >> Um, I'll call you later. Somebody driving on the airport, I guess. >> I don't know what just happened. >> He just got on top of the jet. He closed the door. He did brandish a knife at me. >> He got on the jet. >> He got on the jet. for you. >> About 25 minutes after robbing the gas station, Cody made his way to the Lacrosse Regional Airport where he did donuts around the jet for several minutes before brandishing a knife and forcing his way aboard. And his plan, which you are about to see, will shock you. >> You want a taser? >> The airplane's ready to start. You ready? I can hit the door one time and it'll open it. Well, let's wait till we get enough people here. Well, he's got a knife. Anybody else is on a plane? >> No, but he has access and he has it powered up. Can you shut it off from here? The >> situation here became incredibly dangerous very quickly. There are crew members on board this aircraft and Cody has it powered up and ready to lift off. If that plane made it into the air, it would become a matter of national security. >> Bust through. >> Yeah, go right through it. He actually just sold two cartons. He's up in the window. >> He's putting his on. Hey. Hey. Open the door. >> Open the door. Open the door. Door. Open the door. >> Come on, bro. I CAN'T SEE HIM FROM THERE. >> The officers did manage to hit Cody with a bean bag round, but he continued brandishing the knife and ignoring orders. >> Come out now. >> Oh, see something in there. >> I'm going to sneak up and see it. >> The door's open. >> Back up. Everybody else, >> come on. With your hands out. DO IT NOW. >> Taser and OC deployed. He's still uh in the plane refusing to come out. He's got it uh turned on. Just playing the knife. Still in his hand. >> Drop the knife. >> Cody, just come out, man. >> Sir, come out. You won't be hurt. >> Just come out. We don't want to hurt you. As you've heard from several strange statements he's made thus far, Cody is likely suffering from some sort of delusion. Either that or he is deliberately making up delusional statements in the hope that it will get him a lesser statement through some sort of insanity play. It's becoming more and more common in the modern day. >> Yeah. When when he crossed the door, he bean bagged him. Hit him good, but he still got the knife. He's been tasing OC and he's still refusing. >> Is it Cody? >> Yeah. You can see his reflection right there. >> Cody, come out. >> I have like a hunting knife. Come to the top of the stairs. >> Come on. >> Nope. >> We're back pretty far, man. >> Back off and I'll give you the bomb. Well, we backed up and you didn't come to the stairs. >> You're still within range of C4, so you didn't really get >> Okay, you can't back off that far. We'll take two more steps back if you come to the top of the stairs. Okay, Cody, we're going to throw you a little camera to look at. Okay, you can talk to it. All right, it's going to be right in the middle here. >> According to the staff here, there's not not anybody else. >> Cody, I'm safe. Cody. >> Cody, >> keep keep lethal in there, though. Somebody. So, if he does have a gun, >> Cody, I can't hear you. You got to come to the stage. >> They're all shot. >> Come on out, brother. We'll get you to the bathroom. >> He just stole two of cigarettes from road trip. Same suspect. >> You can clear right now. >> Just got back in the car from taking the report and they're like, "Can you clear on the car, man?" >> Only thing I'm worried about is as soon as he came in, he turned all the batteries on. Cody would no longer be able to take off. >> He was in jail for a while. >> Really? >> Yeah. We hooked him for OWI a couple weeks ago. He's been sitting. He couldn't postpone >> for what? Crashing >> out. He was doing like burnouts in some corner shield. >> He says he has two pistols on him. >> Police quickly searched Cody's truck where they found knives and some 40 caliber ammunition, but no explosives or residue. He had been arrested about 2 weeks before this in a neighboring county for doing donuts in a farmer's field while impaired. >> You see, he's got guns on. So, I'll take the back door here. >> Yeah. You got a rifle or >> Yeah. Good. Good. Lean on that door and >> when we went back there and killed the battery, they said you can't no matter what, you can't turn it off. So, that's a win. >> That's better than where we were. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. But we got to do something. >> Got into the airplane. I'm like, what? Grab that. >> We were listening to the We were like, "Wait a minute. Are they talking about a real plane?" >> My dispatch didn't say any of that. Well, we're going to have There are going to be guns when you come out here, man, but no one's going to shoot you. >> Take the camera out, >> Cody. Like I said, we haven't come in, but the camera's got to stay here. >> The camera's got to stay in there. >> He's my uh retail theft suspect in the picture. Stole two cards and cigarettes. They didn't give it to him. sell it to him because he didn't have an ID. So, he stole them out of the lady's hands, ran out, threw them in his truck, put a $100 bill on the ledge. It was worth like 200 bucks. And then, >> at least he put something down there. >> I thought that counts. >> Yeah. Yeah. Maybe just a municipal citation. >> He literally like took them out of the clerk's hands and ran over. Why don't we put Zeus in one of them to send us? Do you think it was perfect cuz his hands up his leg is leaning right there. Yep. He hasn't all his negotiations. He hasn't done anything. the agency at this point. We're starting to lose out on it because we we've taken away the ability for the plane to move. We taken away, you know, a lot of different things. Right now, it's just kind of like a waiting game. Apparently, West Salem stopped him like a week ago and he just got out of the Vernon County jail. >> I thought I just had him as a theft suspect for stealing electricity. >> Put a little uh RC vapor in there or CS. Got him in the back. >> Yeah. >> Without harm. I mean, I know Grant's worried about gasing the plane, but he's smoking. >> He's lit cigarette. So he had a six >> talking about him in the uh >> air traffic control. >> Yeah, >> they can hear him. >> Yeah, they can. >> He can hear him. >> Oh, he can hear traffic control. >> Cody, you got a wife or kids or anything? Girlfriend, dog, cat, goldfish, nothing. >> The officers are somewhat joking around with him now because they've taken away all of the agency that he has. They know very well that he doesn't actually have any explosives because he just got out of prison and there is no longer any risk to him taking off in the plane. As the officer said, it's a waiting game. And as you'll see, things aren't going to go the way he expected. >> He's not talking anymore. Keep talking. Your hands keep your hands visible for me. Okay, we don't want to hurt you. Okay, stand up for me. I'm not taking Right here. We got to stabilize. >> All right. Good. >> You got to clear the rest quick. Is that a bed? >> Cigarettes. Here. >> There's my stolen cigarettes. >> Yeah. found my stolen cigarettes. He's my my suspect in my cigarette case. >> You guys check for taser. >> No, not yet. I don't know where they're at. >> I don't know if they hit them or not. was arrested and charged with plenty of crimes, including felony attempted carjacking, possession of a weapon, attempted robbery with a threat of force, making terrorism threats, bomb scares, failure to comply, and misdemeanor criminal damage to property. His trial is ongoing, and he was found competent, so his little act didn't help him out. Jody committed some terrible crimes, but at the very least, he didn't hurt anyone. This next case, however, involves one of the most vile people on the planet. A few other cases come down there. >> No. I I said, "Hey, when are you available?" He's like, "H pretty busy. I'm not available till 6:00 today and pretty busy all weekend." I'm like, "Oh, tell me when you're available." He's like, "Oh, Monday after 2:00." But I'm like, "Where do you work?" Just so I can make a note of it. He's like, "Uh, bodega." >> May 22nd, 2021, a man followed a 10-year-old girl through several aisles in a Walmart located in an Alaska, Wisconsin. According to her own report, the man then did terrible things that a child should never have to experience. The girl immediately told her mother, who walked up to him and accused him. When she did so, he fled the store and left in a pickup truck. Thanks to security footage, he would soon be identified as 30-year-old Josia Aman. As you'll see, Josie made a habit of running around when he was cornered. >> Is it just you today or do you got help? >> Uh, it's just me for the moment. >> Okay. Um, does the name Josie ring a bell? >> Yes. >> Is he here? >> Yes. >> Okay. I got the >> actual events of this body camera footage happened in October, which you may notice is quite a long time after the initial event. This is because the police had to subpoena Subway for their debit card records because Josie had eaten there for lunch. >> Hey, Josie. Officer Flattton. This was a little bit more uh urgent for me, so I decided to just come down and talk to you here. Um, I need to talk to you about an incident where you're my suspect. Okay. Do you have any idea what I'm referring to? Okay. You ever been to the an Alaska Walmart >> times? Okay. Um, in May, we got a complaint from a parent and a young girl at the Walmart in Alaska. Then Ball View. Anything ring a bell to that? Okay. You ever been at the Walmart where uh you got chased out of the store? >> No. >> No. Okay. So, we we've got video of you getting chased out of Walmart by a mom. >> Huh? >> No, I don't I don't >> Okay. I I do. >> Am I under arrest? >> I'd like to talk to you a little bit more, but you had [clears throat] previously Would you agree that this is you? No. Okay. Is this your truck? >> Definitely not. >> No. Is that something you've ever driven? >> No. I don't even have a top on my truck. Okay. An extended cab. >> You don't think that resembles you in the slightest? >> No. I'm not going to agree to that. >> Okay. So, >> you can just see from the man's body language that he knows he's been caught and is struggling to find a way to deny any of these allegations. Unfortunately for him, over the past 5 months, a very solid case has been built up against him. You'll see in a moment exactly how he deals with that and how badly it turns out for him. >> So, the incident is that you reported to us that you had grabbed a a child button in a grocery aisle. No. Okay. So, we reviewed video and watched the suspect of this whole thing prior to this incident with the juvenile was inside Subway. Bought a sub sandwich. Use your debit card. Okay. Somebody used my debit card. >> Well, you subway. >> Yep. On Alaska Walmart Subway. Okay. So, walked into the store. The best deal goes in the subway. gets some food, eats some stuff, and goes into the store. Okay. You still want to tell me you have no idea what I'm talking about? Okay. Are you the only one that would have your debit card or you share with people who look a lot like you? >> Huh? >> No, I don't know. >> No. Okay. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. Dominic, you got taser. >> Stop. Stop. Get on the ground. >> You good? >> Yep. Three or five minutes. We cut you. Take a squad in front of you. You're under arrest for sexual assault of a minor. Do you have any [snorts] questions, Josie? Are you injured at all? >> I don't know. Okay. I think I'm sick and I need help. Josie tries to claim here that he's sick and that he wants help. And he's referring to the fact that he sexually assaulted a minor. If he truly was remorseful for how he felt, he wouldn't act on those feelings in the first place or he could have turned himself in. But of course, he didn't do that. He doesn't feel bad at all. Hope that helps. >> All right, we're going to sit you up, bud. Roll over your side this way. Okay, let's go up on your butt. You stand here on the counter. You ready? One, two, three. ago. >> Are you lost? >> No. >> I was over at my school and I was like, "No, you okay?" >> Yeah. Okay. It's a little winded. I haven't rained in a while. That's right. That'll last hours. >> Yeah. All right. You want to ride back to your car over my uh park or No, >> we're not too far. >> Okay. I was going to say if not >> it' be good to get some air. >> What? >> It'll be good to get some air. >> No. Josie was arrested and charged with felony firstdegree sexual assault of a girl under the age of 13 and misdemeanor resisting an officer. He was freed on a $2,500 signature bond and unfortunately there isn't any information on his conviction. The maximum sentence for what he did, however, was 60 years and hopefully he's serving all of that time. Josie was not chased for very long and was taken down quite quickly by the officers. This next case, however, shows someone who ran for a very long time and added plenty of charges to the list by doing so. I'm going try to flip around on him. I think that might be him. Ah, he's stay calm. South Park. >> November 2nd, 2022, an officer observed a male driver with an active felony warrant for his arrest in Warren, Ohio. He was identified as 39-year-old Lamar Mitchell. And officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop. As you'll see, Lamar had no intention of stopping, but it wouldn't be up to him for very long. There he is. Yep. Right there. >> He just struck a vehicle. >> After a brief pursuit by car, Lamar struck another vehicle before fleeing on foot towards a nearby daycare center. He had noticed an employee walking back into the building and attempting to shut the door, which he figured would make a good place to get away. As you'll see, he was entirely wrong and things took a turn for the worse. THE >> YOU GOT A GUN ON THE GROUND. ON THE GROUND. GET DOWN. HEY, >> you have a gun? >> He He said he was going to shoot us. >> Yeah, exactly. He think he's GOING TO SHOOT. THINK HE ACT? >> What am I with? >> I don't have nothing. What am I hitting the mouth with? When you fell in me in the mouth in preschool. That thing didn't have chance in a sentence. >> Good job, Lamar. Are they okay? >> You ought to be ashamed of yourself, bro. My mom, >> huh? >> Why my mom bust me? Because you freaking ran here like an idiot. We got tangled. >> The quick actions of the officers here deserve to be commended. He ran into a preschool with the threat of a gun. And the officers anticipated that he might have planned to take a hostage. That would have led to a horrible time for all of the teachers and students and might have ended with a child being hurt. The officers were quick and forceful and managed to take him down. >> He he almost kill me. >> When he turned that corner, he he was facing that way. He might >> Yeah, it's he was doing me. >> I didn't THROW NOTHING. >> YOU TOLD ME YOU WERE GOING TO SHOOT ME. >> DON'T YELL AT ME. >> YOU GET HIM OUT OF HERE. >> I think body cam out. You might be prison for life. >> Copy 1512. >> Hey, I dropped my radio there. >> You got him out here just down here. >> It's going to be that way. >> Joe, I'm going to start checking that way for a gun. >> Maybe on the other side of the fence. What is my mouth like this for? >> Cuz you fell. >> I did fall when I teased you, >> man. I'm about to sue the out. >> Yeah, that's what I was waiting for. All them nurses right there. I'm about to sue the out of y'all. Yeah, you ain't nothing but a fat going to do my like that. I can't wait. They getting the nurse in here as soon as we get here. I'm suing you. >> Yeah, I'M SUING Y'ALL. >> He's not going to have any luck with that. He put the lives of preschoolage aged children on the line after running from the cops. He necessitated the use of a taser, which often comes with slight bodily injury. Nobody's going to care about his busted lip. Yeah. Make sure them camera body cameras on too. >> Are they on? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. What's your name? >> Fowler. >> Who? >> Fowler. >> You want to sit here and up like that? I got you, bro. >> I never touched that arm, man. >> You did? YEAH, YOU DID. I KEPT JUST TELLING YOU, BRO. >> I DIDN'T TOUCH THAT ARM, MAN. IN MY BAD NOTHING, MAN. >> YEAH, you did. YEAH, YOU DID. ALL THEM NURSES was right there, too. And I'm so glad. I'm so glad. Should have kept me there on suicide watch, dumb. No, I bet I don't. Can't wait to get this phone call tonight. Both of my fingers swoll up, man. You just did that whole, bro. I can't wait. Stupid, man. Knock it off, man. Now watch. They going to be taking me right back to that after this, man. You got my in here, bro. Man, so much pain in my is burning. Lamar was arrested and would eventually plead guilty to domestic violence, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, failure to stop after an accident, aggravated burglary, four counts of aggravated menacing, and resisting arrest. He was sentenced to 7 and 1/2 years in prison with the opportunity for parole after five. Thankfully, Lamar didn't manage to evade the police for too long. This next case, however, shows someone getting away multiple times in a very creative way. >> Building and was caught by like three. >> Allie, stop that. No lights south on third. It's Larry driving. On October 15th, 2022, officers were on foot patrol when they observed a male suspect standing in front of a bar in Lacrosse, Wisconsin. The officers recognized the man as 27-year-old Larry Baldwin Jr. from prior contacts and knew that he was not allowed to be in any bars or taverns as a part of his bond condition. >> Third in Cameron, Wisconsin. Adam King, 5827. Adam King Frank 5827. >> Idiot. The vehicle's taking off. Southbound on third. >> Larry also had a suspended license at this time and was not allowed to be driving. He briefly pulled over when the officer initiated a traffic stop, but took off after a moment. The officer chose not to pursue out of safety concerns because he had already been driving quite recklessly until that point. As you'll see, however, this was not the last they would see of Larry and definitely not the worst encounter. >> Seventh Amen. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop right now. Stop. He's leaving at the alley on seven. They called him. He just missed him. >> He didn't see us. So, >> I just noticed him carried jump in the car and another >> 4 days later, officers caught Larry in an alleyway, but he had just gotten into the car. He took off at a high rate of speed and the officers were nowhere near their patrol vehicles. They called it in, but Larry managed to evade them again. That is, of course, until four more days later when it gets even worse. >> Arrest me. >> What for? >> I don't know. I asked the guy who's recording me for no reason. >> You're standing out in public. >> For what though? What are you walking towards him for? >> Video. >> Why are you walking towards him? Like, I'm the one who was talking. Sorry. Officers responded to a call from a local bar about trouble with a party call. And funnily enough, they recognized Larry as he started attempting to walk away from the situation. >> Come talk to me for a second. >> We got a call here at the Old South while you guys yelling at someone. And >> I'm not yelling at nobody. I'm none of my business. >> Okay, Larry, I got to talk to you, man. >> That's not even my name, bro. >> Come over here right now. Oh, you're being detained. >> What? >> You're being detained. >> I got to talk to you. >> Come here. >> Come here. Stop it. On the ground. Hey. Get out of the ground now. >> Stop now. >> Just means he's running off the fifth. White shirt, black pants. As Larry fled on foot, he began attempting to make his way back towards his vehicle, which had worked well for him so far. He managed to get into his driver's seat. Unfortunately for the officers, Larry, stop. Stop. LARRY, >> do it. Stop. He has nothing to do with the situation. Why are you guys targeting him? >> Can you answer that for me comfortably? Can any of you answer that? >> Why are you TARGETING HIM? >> CHARGES. >> HE DOES NOT HAVE you guys have solved that. >> He has no warrants. He has nothing. Why the are you guys attacking HIM? I'M THE REASON YOU GUYS GOT CALLED BECAUSE HE WAS RECORDING ME. >> He has nothing to do with us. Larry managed to take off and the woman who called the police angrily stormed up to them asking why they were dealing with him and not her. You can already feel the entitlement radiating off of her. This wasn't supposed to be a video about Karen's, but as you can see, we've got a bonus one in this case. He's recording me. >> He has to do that. >> What the is wrong with you guys? You >> need to be quiet or you're going to go to jail. >> I'll arrest me, please. Because what the is that? I'm just saying what the yo >> sounds like he had warrants. >> He didn't though. >> We have felony charges charges for what? Multiple incidents. >> For what? >> Can you guys list any of felony charges before you attack another secondary? >> Okay. Now it answer. Can you Okay, please. I'm not trying to be a psychop. I'm just saying. Can you guys please tell me why you attack that male out of all this situation? You guys come here and you attack him for what? We're not going to talk to you. >> You're not for what? >> 75. >> You're not going to talk to me. >> How can YOU NOT ANSWER THAT? >> We have charges on him. >> You guys literally >> There is so much wrong with what she's saying. First, the fact that a man was recording her is not a crime. That is not something that is punishable by law. Second, they are under no obligation to tell her anything because she's not related at all to Larry's situation. Are you >> people people can record in public? People record us all the time. It's not a crime to record the cats and you attack what >> right there in the neighborhood or just him just him. Are you looking for anyone else besides him? >> Okay. Do we need to talk to BILL OR >> I HAVEN'T talked to him yet? >> Got to call him. >> Guess he got away this time. I don't know what her problem is. >> I just pulled up. Listen man, because you got people talking right here. >> Yeah. >> Dude took started making saying this. >> Yep. But we heard that's why we were here is he was recording. So she called us. >> He's recording people. >> Recording. >> Yeah. >> That's one that's that's a violation. >> It's not at the same time you're violating somebody's privacy recording. >> But you're out in a public space. >> Yeah. >> There's no law against it. There's no law against we couldn't do anything about it. We could just tell them stop. They asked him to stop. Kept on. >> She was screaming. Look, >> first first it was like this normal. >> I mean, she's taking something that wasn't a big deal turning into a huge deal. So, >> honestly, no. >> But Larry's got a bunch of charges. So, that officer tried to arrest him and he obviously got away. >> Larry did get away, but only a few moments later, the car that he took off in was located. It had been crashed and was empty with nearby witnesses saying they saw Larry flee on foot from the vehicle. calm. >> Yeah. What's uh what happened? >> We were in our apartment down there and we heard squealing. We were about to leave to go hiking and we saw it. >> Might have been passed out. >> So, we were like, there might be a medical emergency and we just walked over there. >> Yeah. This car just took off from a fight down there at Old Stand. So, obviously he crashed into this thing here. >> Yeah, we just heard the crash. >> He's gone. No one. You guys didn't see him take off? >> No, we didn't see anybody take off. >> 39. He crashed down here. He's gone on foot somewhere. >> I was getting gas and I heard somebody squealing, so I don't know if he came out of here or what. And I looked up and he hit the pole. >> Yeah. >> And then he took off. >> Took off running that way. >> Was it colored guy? 6 foot. >> Was he wearing all black or >> a white shirt? A white shirt. >> Yeah. He tried to take off with it and it just revved up and he couldn't move it. >> Tires are toast on it. >> Yeah. >> You saw him crash into this pole here and then he just took off running. White shirt >> front this way. >> Yeah, just a white shirt now. >> White shirt, I think. Yeah, that's what he said. >> It's running. It's open. So, it's abandoned. >> Um Oh, there's blood on there. >> So, took off this way. >> Yeah, he went running northbound. >> Just pulling in. Just got some day trade action and I heard taser deployed and I said that's not good to hear. towards uh through the lot of Wells Fargo possibly must have been following the mail. >> Yeah, you Well, you see the marks here. >> Yeah. >> What's uh so Larry Baldwin's driving this? >> Allegedly he smoked his tires. What happened? His here's a chunk of his rim. >> Caught up. He's holding on to him trying to get him on the ground and I just about had him and it got loose. So I pulled out cases right at the same time. >> It hit his shirt. His shirt was >> I got one. Yeah. And then had him again and I was coming up and I tripped in the tomato plants. Took a digger. >> Then he gets in the car store and he started like Yeah, cuz at that time neither one of us had a cartridge. >> Larry had escaped again. This time he would stay gone a bit longer. No news would come until an entire month later when the officers would get some information from their fellows in Monroe County. Yeah, we can take him to the interview room if he wants to talk to us. But yeah, >> talk to me. >> Yeah. >> What? >> Yeah, I have to read you this sheet, but we can go to the interview room and then we can go from there. So, >> about what? >> Well, just >> that made me feel real uncomfortable. What's going on? >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used in court. You have the right to talk uh to a lawyer before questioning and have the lawyer with you during questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer and want one, a lawyer will be appointed for you uh without charge prior to any questioning. If you decide to answer questions at this time, you can stop at any time during the questioning. Do you understand these rights if I read them to you? >> Yes. I need a verbal yes, ma'am. >> Wait, >> do you understand these rights if I read them to you? Yeah. Okay. Uh having those rights in mind, do you wish to answer any questions I may have for you at this time? Okay. >> Yes. So I I I need a yes or no on that last question. Having these rights in mind, are you willing to answer any questions I have right now? Is it regarding an investigation with you taken off from some of our officers? >> Taking off? That's not an investig. Come on, we talk, man. Put that piece of paper to talk. What's up? >> Okay. Having these rights in mind, are you willing to answer any questions I have at this point? >> Man, look, I know my law. All that. Who do you guys think I ran from? It's just like like like flee like what like what do you guys want from me, bro? Why do you guys >> All right. So, right now it sounds like based on the initial reports um you've taken off from our officers three times that they've tried to talk with you. Um so pretty and pretty requisely because multiple officers were able to identify you >> because they saw you. all of these charges. What were you guys' probable cause for trying to come up to the person you saying that's me? What? Like why? What are you guys like for real? Like it's like since I moved back out here, I'm not stupid. I know me and my deal with my dad. I don't sell drugs. I don't have to follow me. YouTube you too. I didn't seem to like why do y'all bother me, bro? >> He doesn't seem to realize that the act of fleeing from the police itself is a crime. Even if he was completely straight laced, the fact that he ran is still enough to get him charged with evading the police. >> I don't have no drug. I try to get any little thing just cuz y'all couldn't get my dad. Don't look at me like that. Answer. Like, talk. You ask me questions, I should be able to ask you. You're a public servant. You're an agent officer. Why? Like, why y'all keep harassing me for what? I don't have on me. >> Okay. Well, this is just from the other officers, >> bro. Ask my question. Don't you want me to answer yours, bro? Like, come on. We growing as hell, bro. All right, let's go anywhere. >> All right. >> So, I just want you to know what the charges are, Larry. So, >> I'm asking you a question, bro. You don't want to answer my question back. You supposed to be a public servant. >> I got no orange. They want to treat me different. >> So, all right. >> Yeah, we Yeah, it might be a >> Yeah, you get us a little bit. So, >> Larry was finally caught and he wouldn't be running away anymore from this one. The public defender in charge of his case asked that he be released on a signature bond, but the judge thankfully denied the request. He was charged with three felony counts of fleeing an officer, two felony counts of secondderee recklessly endangering safety, three misdemeanor counts of bail jumping, and one misdemeanor count of obstructing an officer. He likely won't be getting out anytime soon. 251. On November 29th, 2022, an officer was on patrol in Wabatosa, Wisconsin, when he observed a black vehicle speeding through a mall parking lot. The vehicle also didn't have a front license plate and had illegally tinted windows. The officer pulled the car over when it ran a red light, but as you'll see, it wasn't just an ordinary traffic stop. It's way worse. >> I got a vehicle taking off on me. Just blew the red light at north. It's going to be a Dodge Charger heading south on north. Stand by for a plate. 245 230. >> If anyone's by Watertown Plank, he's going to be stuck in traffic here. >> 251. Copy 28. Uh, he lost the front driver side wheel. This was already a very dangerous situation. Roads were wet and the weather wasn't ideal for driving and a wheel bumping down the highway was a major hazard. The officers wanted to end this pursuit as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it didn't end the way he wanted. >> Standby. It's coming up to Watertown Plank. I don't know if he's going to be able to get through the lane with traffic in pursuit. >> I have pursuit. He just had a car crash. Water blank. >> Don't pause me for water blank for a crash. >> The driver identified as Wino Tilman hit a car at the light and only barely missed a pedestrian that was in a nearby crosswalk. Luckily, nobody was seriously injured. >> Get out of THE CAR. GET ON THE GROUND. [screaming] GET ON THE GROUND NOW. GET ON THE GROUND NOW. GET ON THE GROUND. ON THE GROUND. [screaming] ON THE GROUND NOW. PUT YOUR HANDS OUT. HANDS OUT TO THE SIDE. DO NOT MOVE. PUT YOUR HEAD DOWN. PUT YOUR HEAD [screaming] DOWN. >> Behind your back. >> I am. I am. I am. >> Stop resisting. STOP RESISTING. >> I AM. I am. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm pulling on my shorts. I'm pulling on my shorts. Stop resisting. I'm out. I'm out. I'm out. I'm out. I'm out. I swear to God. I'm out. >> One on the ground. >> I'm out. Be I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> Was thankfully placed into cuffs before anybody else could get hurt. As you saw, he attempted to make one final run for it, but the officers managed to bring him down to the ground before he could get away. >> I'm sorry. >> I'm sorry. Stay right there. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> I'm sorry. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> Stop moving. >> Stop moving, dog. >> Stop moving. >> I'm sorry. >> I'm sorry, DUDE. >> STOP. >> STOP MOVING. >> NO, I'M SORRY. >> PUT YOUR LEG DOWN. PUT YOUR LEG DOWN. >> I'M SORRY. I'M SORRY. I'm sorry. Please. Please. Can I get a one? No. >> Please. Please. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry, dude. I got to go get MY GIRL FROM WORK. >> OKAY. RELAX. >> I KNOW. I'M STOP RESISTING. Pleaseing your body. I'm not I'm not charging. Please, dude. Relax. Please. I'm dude. Please. Please help me out. Please. Please just help me out. Please. >> No. >> Dude, listen. I'm not I'm not resisting. Once again, we have another person here who believes that saying, "I'm not resisting." while actively resisting the arrest, is going to get them somewhere. He's tensing his body and attempting to pull his legs up into a position that would make it easier for him to stand, which is obviously not what the officers want right now. >> Please, please. >> Stop. >> Relax. >> Stop touching your body. >> Relax, man. >> Please. Please, please give me one. Please listen. >> Stop. Just relax. >> I'm talking to you. Please listen. Hold on. Please. Wait. Please. Please. Keep listening to me. Please stand up. >> I know. I understand. Please keep listening to me. Please. Hold on. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Please. Please. Please. Please. Please. Hold on. Wait. Wait. Please. Please. Just listen to me. Please. Please listen to me. Hold on. Wait. Yo, please get in the way. >> Get in the car. Get in the car. >> Yo, please listen to me. >> Get in the car, >> please. Please. >> He keeps asking for them to listen to him, but hasn't actually told them what he wants. There's nothing he's going to say to get himself out of the situation. And this is just what he's defaulted to because he doesn't want to be taken to jail. >> Just listen to me, dude. Dude, please listen [snorts] to me. >> In the car. >> Please. Wait. Wait. Wait. Dude, please. WAIT. IN THE CAR. >> WAIT. PLEASE. JUST LISTEN TO ME. PLEASE. Please listen to me. Please stop my man. >> Please hold on. Wait. >> Do not listen to what's going on. Get in the car. >> Dude, please >> get in the car. >> Dude, hold on. Please. >> Wait. Hold on. Please. >> I'll get you in the car. >> DUDE, PLEASE IN THE CAR. >> HOLD ON. Please just listen. >> DUDE, GET IN THE CAR. >> PLEASE LISTEN TO ME. >> GET IN THE CAR. PLEASE STOP. Please shut the door. Please listen to me. [panting and sighs] Can you please We see here that Winso manages to slip his cuffs around his body, which is impressive given the small space he had to work with. He might have also have been trying to break them, but as you saw, his shoes kept slipping off of the metal because the roads outside were wet. There is also another reason it could be very difficult, as you'll see in a moment. >> Please, please. Please, dude. I'm sorry. I swear to God, I'm sorry. I'm swear to God. I'm sorry. >> I'm not mad at you. >> Okay. Can y'all please just listen to me? >> I'm not mad at you. What's your matter? >> Please, man. Listen. I swear to God, dude. Yo, please just listen. >> As you can hear, Winso's way of speaking is very quick and excitable, and his eyes are large and glassy. These are both signs that he could be on some sort of drug, and the police decided that it was time to search the car. You ready for what I found in the car? >> No. You ready? >> No. If you say nothing, I'm going to dick punch you. A tiny little bit of weed and open bottle of booze. >> That's it. >> Yep. >> America. >> Is there? >> Damn it. I completely forgot about that. I saw it right away. Completely forgot about it. Cuz you said Charger. >> Well, that's what it looked like from the back. >> So then I'm like, "Where's the charger?" I'm like, "Oh, he's out with the car that got crashed." He he pulled over cuz it got a crash. And I look and you have your gun drawn. I'm like, "So I run up to the passenger thinking like, I need to see what's in this car." And I see him. By the time I got up there, he's running. So I pulled so quick and then Yeah. You just kind of just like a side buddy. >> Hono later performed standardized field sobriety tests and blew a BAC of.167. That's two times the legal limit. It was also discovered that he was out on bond for battery, disorderly conduct, resisting and operating a firearm while intoxicated. For this incident, he was charged with felony counts of secondderee recklessly endangering safety and fleeing a police officer. He was also charged with two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and received several driving citations. His cash bond was set at $10,000. >> Miss, stop. >> I'll take a second car. While in route to the residence, the officers were informed that the woman was grabbing the man by the throat as reported by a nearby witness. The woman was later identified as 20-year-old Nicole Campton. And as you'll see, she didn't plan on cooperating very much. Stop right now. >> Get off of me. PLEASE STOP. >> Do it now. >> I can't breathe. >> Put your hands behind your back right now. >> Please. My hair is on my >> Put your other hand behind your back. >> Pull decided that taking off at a full sprint would be a good idea, and obviously she was quite wrong. She disengaged from the man she was abusing as the officers approached, which shows that she knew she was in the wrong. She also says that she can't breathe, and maybe the officers would care more about that if she hadn't just run from them. HEY, ROLL ON YOUR STOMACH. MOVE her leg over. >> Please. I can't breathe. >> Hey, step back. Ben, step back. BEN, [laughter] >> get her up. Let's get her. [screaming] >> LISTEN TO ME. >> [ __ ] [laughter] >> TURN OVER. >> [crying] >> PUT YOUR ARM behind your back. [screaming] >> COMFORT. [laughter] >> She's crying and sobbing about the whole situation when she was the one who created it. Neighbors would later corroborate that Nicole had abused her boyfriend for a long time, nearly every day. And yet now she's lying here crying because she had to run a little bit and got handcuffed. [laughter] >> Stand up, please. M [screaming] >> stand up, please. >> Stand up, please. >> You got her. >> Yeah, I GOT HER. DO NOT PULL AWAY from me. Do you understand? You are under arrest. You are going to comply. You are not going to pull away from me. >> 494. >> Stand here. I do not know what's inside of here. >> I don't even know if this is their house or not. Come on. >> Just relax. >> Relax. >> Stand up. Okay, relax. [laughter] If you can't resist and then >> how you [ __ ] deal with me. YOU CANNOT TOUCH ME. >> Stop it. >> Stop [ __ ] Stop it. >> YOU CANNOT TOUCH ME, >> JENNA. Don't you kick me or you're going to GO TO THE GROUND AGAIN. GET OVER HERE. >> Be [ __ ] [ __ ] >> There is no law whatsoever that a woman has to be the one to search another woman being arrested. It's also deeply ironic that she has any qualms about somebody else touching her when she's an abuser herself. Nicole, >> if you kick me, you're going to go face down into the ground. She's being an ass. >> I can't search her cuz she keeps squirming on me. No, you can't search me. You're right. You're not a female. >> Doesn't matter. >> Relax. >> Well, we have to search you. >> You just added another charge by kicking me. We're [ __ ] hot in here. >> I know that is hot after Jason and after you too. >> Okay, scoot your feet in or she going to shut the door. >> Get some air on you. Okay. >> Can you get my hair out of my face? >> EMS can come up on scene. >> Scoot in, please. I'll get the air on you. >> Can you get your door? Nicole was arrested and charged with felony battery to an officer as well as misdemeanor counts of resisting disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernelia. Unfortunately, most of the charges were dismissed except for disorderly conduct and resisting. The judge stated that Nicole will be eligible for expungement after 1 year if there are no new charges as long as fines are paid in full. Running from the [snorts] police is rarely a good idea because even if you can evade them for a while, you'll likely be caught eventually. And as you saw in these cases, when criminals run from the police, things usually get bad for them very fast.
