Welcome back, frontliners. In today's video, we're diving straight into the kind of police pursuits that don't end clean. The kind where [music] everything goes sideways fast. It starts in Georgia, where a wannabe speed legend in a stolen scatp pack tries to set his own record, blasting past 100 m an [music] hour and somehow surviving five pit maneuvers. His run ends not in glory, [music] but tangled up in a brier patch, shredded by thorns and surrounded by officers who've seen enough. Like Mel, stop. I'm releasing the doll. Stop. Tas him. Tas him. Tase him. Tase him. Then Milwaukee turns into a construction zone battlefield. Four [music] armed robbery suspects boxed in by a cement truck decide that their last move is opening fire. What follows is a close quarter shootout that ends the only way it ever could. Get out. [screaming] >> Hands up. Hands up. And just [music] when you think the chaos has peaked, a 75,000lb front loader [music] rips through Georgia streets like a runaway tank. Police cruisers can't [music] stop it. So officers bring in a front loader of their own to end the rampage with brute force. >> Team up. Flip it. Flip it. Flip it. If you can flip it, flip it. >> Unpredictable, violent, unforgettable. Let's get into it. For our [music] first case, we head to Georgia where a driver in a stolen scatp pack tries to rewrite physics, survive five [music] pit maneuvers, and set a record only to end up tangled in a brier patch, bleeding, stuck, and very [music] far from legendary. [music] >> [music] [music] >> Marquez Milner thought he was about to make Georgia history. A 21-year-old car thief in a stolen Dodge Scat Pack, convinced he could survive five pit maneuvers and still outrun the Georgia [music] State Patrol. He was wrong. On August 19th, 2024, Deputy Bradford from the Clayton County Sheriff's Office [music] spotted the stolen Scat Pack cutting through Highway 314. He flipped around hard, pushed past 100 mph, [music] and closed the distance fast. A clean pit should have ended it right there. But Milner wasn't driving with logic. He was driving with ego. Let's get into it. He's probably going to try to go towards Union [music] City. All right, I pitted it. We boxed it in. He got out. The back tire is done for. We're chasing at 138 towards Union City. Hold that. [music] I'm about to pit again. 138 138 up here. And again, we're still going. Speed is 60. Traveling at 138. go no go no go no go no go no go no go no go no go no go no [music] more endless again. You know, like Mr. Stop. I'm releasing the doll. Stop. Tase him. Tase him. Tase him. Tase him. >> White male. We got him. We got him. Marquez's [music] final mistake besides stealing a car and trying to outrun half of Georgia was diving straight into a brier patch thick enough to stop a tractor. He didn't get far. The thorns wrapped [music] him up like barbed wire. And his sprint turned into a slow, painful crawl. Officers chasing him didn't escape unscathed either. Everyone left that patch looking like they'd gone three rounds with a cheese grater. Inside the Scat Pack, police found a Glock on the floorboard and the unmistakable smell of marijuana hanging in the air. A combo that pushed Marquez's night from bad to worse. Doctors cleaned him up and then deputies finished the job with a stack of felony charges waiting. Now we head to Milwaukee where a robbery crew races through the city before getting [music] trapped in a construction choke point. What follows is a point blank exchange of gunfire that turns a highway work zone into a combat zone. >> Stop. Felony stop. >> Driver, shut the vehicle off. That's where >> driver. Shut the vehicle off. Do it now. >> On June 20th, 2024, Milwaukee officers locked [music] on to a white SUV tied to an armed robbery and carjacking. The driver paused just long enough to [music] fake compliance, then punched the gas and tore through the city. The chase hammered [music] across Milwaukee streets until the SUV barreled straight into an [music] active construction zone on I43, boxed in by a massive cement truck with nowhere left to run. What happened [music] next hit fast, loud, and violent. >> Taking off. Taking off. >> All right, they're taking off for us. >> My light sirens on. >> 32 33 for the air. With every turn, their recklessness [music] pushed the other drivers on the road into greater danger. This wasn't a pursuit anymore. It was a situation on the edge, ready to [music] go bad in seconds. 32 33 in pursuit of a white Chevy tracks open to the car. Uh continuing northbound, white van hit on the freeway. He took a plea and was handed 6 years in [music] prison. From there, we head to Miami where a stolen Honda Civic chase ends [music] not with a pit maneuver, but with the suspect leaping off the Palmetto Expressway [music] into a lake and fighting officers underwater as they try to pull her out alive. >> Approaching 58th Street. >> I'm behind it. I'm behind it. 13 sexy behind us. Alpha runway 26 approach 258. I'll take the radio street. on the lane. Uh getting to 36 Street attached to it. trying to catch up here. After her jump, she went straight into the lake off the Palmetto Expressway, the same lake marked on Google near a local bail bonds office. The drop was bigger than it looked. No one's sure if she clipped [music] the ledge first or cleared it entirely, but officers used that same ledge to dive in after her. Once in the [music] water, she fought hard, kicking officers and allegedly trying to drown one of them. The struggle didn't last long. She was pulled out, cuffed, and charged with grand theft, battery, [music] fleeing, and leaving the scene of a crash. Next, we [music] cross into the Illinois Wisconsin border where a simple stop escalates into a [music] deadly pursuit. A wanted suspect flees, carjacks another vehicle at knife point, and crashes headon into a squad car, forcing an officer to make a split-second fatal decision. black hair, gray pants, male, black hair, right hand now with shots fired. >> We need medical shot with a gunshot wound. I ran them off of you. >> All right. Yeah. Okay. Where's he at? >> The suspect. [music] >> All right. >> You're good, boss. Killed that lady. I think >> I'm one. I'll get your water. >> The suspect was later identified as 19-year-old Ray Castro [music] from South Bo. He died at a local hospital from gunshot wounds. What started as a routine traffic [music] stop on Highway 251 in Illinois spilled into Wisconsin. At 9:10 a.m., an officer pulled over a car [music] where Castro sat in the passenger seat. When the officer discovered he had a warrant, Castro fought the arrest. In the struggle, [music] the juvenile female driver hit the accelerator, dragging the situation into chaos. An officer was [music] knocked down and another fired a single round, striking the driver in the leg. Seconds later, the car crossed the road [music] and crashed into a ditch. She was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Castro bolted. He ran into a nearby business, threatened a man with a knife, and stole his car. Now we head to Iowa. A roadside stop goes wrong when the suspect [music] takes off with an officer still on the hood. It becomes a high-speed fight for survival until the officer is thrown into a ditch and the fugitive escapes across state lines. >> Stop the car, man. Stop the car. Stop the car. >> Stop the car. >> Stop the car. Stop the car. >> [screaming] >> Stop it. Stop the car. Stop the >> On March 5th, 2021, police in Carroll, Iowa pulled over a red car after spotting a [music] wanted man in the passenger seat. His name was Dennis Yer Jr. and Illinois had a long list of charges waiting for him. Officer Pat McCarti made the stop around 100 p.m. Despite who he was dealing with, the officer kept it calm and respectful until it all went south. How's it going, guys? Hey, Dennis. Hey. Um, hate to be the one to tell you this, but it sounds like you got a warrant out. Okay. You got your ID on you? Sorry. Okay. Do you have anything on you? Okay. Why don't you step out of the car until we can identify you? >> You got anything on your person, man? You got anything on you? Any weapons or anything like that? >> What's up? Awesome. Okay, go ahead and step out. >> Hello. Go and step out, man. >> At this point, Dennis had zero intention of stepping out. He was stalling, [music] scanning for any exit he could find. Then, without warning, he turned on his own friend and dragged Officer McCarti into a [music] ride that went bad fast. Stop the car, man. Stop the car. Stop the car. >> Stop the car. >> Stop the car. Stop the car. Stop it. Stop the car. Stop the car. [screaming] Get off the Put on the goddamn brakes. Put on the brakes. Put [screaming] on the brakes. Stop the car. Stop the car, man. Jesus Christ. Heat. Heat. 091. He is going north past the county shed to Highway 30. I have 1050 to I need medic to my location. >> Officer McCarti survived, but the [music] fallout was brutal. a fractured vertebrae and three months off the job. Even as he begged [music] his team to chase Dennis, they kept him grounded and focused on staying alive. Dennis didn't get far. [music] He crashed the car, stole another from a garage, and fled back to Illinois where police finally caught up and arrested him. He later took a plea deal and got 5 years in prison, a lighter sentence because [music] McCarti had made a critical mistake. Climbing onto the hood was a risky move that never should have happened and he paid for it. Today, Carol police use this [music] case as training, a clear example of what not to do during a traffic stop. On March 23rd, 2024, in Gwynet County, Georgia, dash cam footage caught something that looked more like a movie stunt than a police call. a 75,000lb front loader tearing through city streets at [music] full throttle. The driver, a former Waste Management employee, had stolen the [music] machine after a dispute and was now plowing through traffic, putting everyone in the kill zone. He wasn't slowing down. He wasn't negotiating. He was committed. So, officers made a call you don't see every day. They brought in another front loader. One precise hit later, the stolen machine was flipped on its side, ending one [music] of the strangest pursuits Georgia has ever seen. >> Okay. Is it like a tractor? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Any idea [music] what he's doing? >> No, we have no idea. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Hey, stop. P8 radio and a individual who's driving a four-wheeler tractor. He is not stopping for me. I have no way of stopping this vehicle. He's going to go out of the main road. >> Watch your dick. Watch your dick. Keep gravity. >> I can't control him. >> Grab your machine. What is it? One of those things. How fast is it? >> They can get They can get up probably about 30. >> Okay, grab that. Quick, quick, quick. Taking a left. Keep me updated. Got the large tractor which is our best slower behind us as well. Hey radio, we're in front of Victory World Church on Brook >> Hollow for the vehicle center drive. This is unbelievable. >> [music] >> team up. Flip it. Flip it. thing on his side. >> That was just insane. The suspect's joy ride ended with a long list of charges. Theft by taking, criminal trespass, reckless driving, fleeing, obstruction, and secondderee criminal damage. No debate, no drama, just the bill for a night spent running heavy machinery through a city that never asked for it. And that's all for today, front liners. If you made it this far, you already know these streets don't hand out second chances. Hit that like, drop your thoughts in the comments, and if you want more realworld chaos caught on the front line, subscribe and stay locked in with the crew. [music] Until next time, stay sharp, stay ready. Front line out.
