I'm going to wear gloves. >> Things escalate as Belul resists arrest. Eventually, he's placed in handcuffs before the drivers told what just transpired. During a quick search of his pockets, the suspect tries to act menacing and tough, but he just comes across as a pathetic wannabe. He has warrants. >> Yeah. So, this is what I'm going to do because of the erratic behavior. All right. I saw a baggie under the seat. Your seat. I don't know if it's drugs or not, but I'm not going to search your car. >> What I am going to do, >> I used to smoke weed a couple months ago. >> That's what it is. Guess what? He was actually dumb enough to supply a fake name that also had warrants. >> The first name you gave, if that's you, you have a warrant. If it's not you, well then you g then that's called hindering for giving fake information. Okay. Well, it's 100% the law, but that's fine. >> What? I'm 100% in the right to do that. I grabbed I was grabbed dirt. I was throw dirt at her but she swung at me and then spit at me as a reaction. Yeah. And as a reaction I did >> I hit her in the mouth. >> Okay. >> That was her reaction. >> Okay. Both suspects receive charges for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and luring and enticing a child. Since Tano attempted to resist arrest with violence, she received an additional charge. Now, let's check out this next case where a predator teacher was arrested. A substitute teacher in Blaine, Washington State, identified as 61-year-old Gerald William Robinson, was arrested on November 2nd, 2023 for reportedly touching two female middle school students aged 11 and 12 years old. >> So, put your hand behind your back. Both hands behind your back, sir. >> For what? So, I'll explain that in a minute. Just so you know, you're being audio and video recorded. Then we'll move back there. So we're out of view of the kids. >> What is happening? >> We'll explain it here in a second. >> Okay. I'm going to walk you over here. >> I'll be here. Right. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. >> Walk on the truck. You're not in view of anything. a little bit of distance here. >> It is okay. Yes. >> Okay. We'll head up this way and I'll be able to explain the situation. That's right. Sorry. >> I can take care of that here. Okay. >> I'll fix that for you. All right. >> Is it your shoulders that are hurting or the wrist? >> No, it's the actual wrist. >> It's the actual wrist. Okay. >> Once we get up here, I'll patch you down and I'll do your right. Okay. >> We'll still explain what's going on. >> Yep. So, just face that way down the road. Can you go ahead and widen your stance, sir? You have anything on you? I've got a wallet. >> Which Where's your wallet? >> Right here. >> Okay, I can take your I'll go ahead and take care of this for you. >> I might have a set of keys in my >> Okay. I'm going to go and lift your arms up just for a second so I can take your back. That's my reader's okay just a bit in this little bucket here. Sure. No, I I that's all right. >> All right. So, I'm going to go ahead and read your rights. >> Johnson, we have one in custody. >> Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. You have the right at this time to talk to a lawyer and have him present with you while you're being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you. >> April, you can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. >> Do you understand these right each of these rights I have read to you? >> Except that I I do have a lawyer and I I I don't know how to contact him. I mean, >> okay, let me rephrase that. Hey, mess up on the one. Do you understand each of these rights I have explained to you? >> Having these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to us now? >> I would rather talk with my attorney. >> Okay, >> perfect. >> So, we'll just take that as in breaking your rights. Um, we will explain. So, we developed probable cause for your arrest for child station first degree. So, that's why we're here putting you in handcuffs and we're taking you to jail today. We won't ask you any questions regarding what happened. >> Is my wife able to hear this? So I I I told her I told her I would be underestimated. >> More than 10 students filed reports against the teacher, insisting how he made inappropriate comments and stared at them, making them feel uncomfortable. Though not all of these reports were considered criminal, they were all filed at the beginning of the school year and some were caught on camera. >> Do you have anything that we need to bring down with you? A phone, a wallet, any medication. What am I being arrested for? >> Child molestation in the first degree. We have a probable cause to have it written up. It'll be turned in with you to the jail. Your lawyer can look over it and explain everything that's going on, what's written in there. Okay. >> I I don't have a choice. It sounds like >> No. No. I mean, this is what's happening. You are going to jail tonight. >> And you said the right cup is the one that's bothering me, correct? It is. >> I don't We don't need to make this any more uncomfortable than >> I just don't understand because I literally Do you want your daughter over here? Sure. >> If he allows it. >> Yeah. You have any medications? You have any You talk with him. >> He has He needs his blood pressure meds. Yes, absolutely. >> You want to go grab those for him? I think Does he have a phone or anything? >> He might. I should get that from him if you want. >> You can come. You can come talk to him. He's okay with you coming over. >> Who cares? >> Dad, it's we got everything. >> I got his phone. >> You got your phone and stuff? >> No, mom does. >> Okay. So, >> do I need my phone? >> You know, Dad, >> it's nice to have once you're released. >> Yeah, I probably should have it. And you know any it's we're happy that they take things like this seriously and you know anytime there's like >> any sort of allegation like they have to take it seriously and but the burden of proof is on the justice system and you didn't do anything wrong and everything's okay. >> So I guess what I mean my wife and I are fully aware of the accusation. >> Yeah. >> And um excuse me. Can I finish talking right here? >> Yeah. I'll just open the door. Sorry about that. So, the last event that I remember taking place is that officer uh Leland tried to contact me. >> Mhm. >> And I said, "Well, I have an attorney cuz he was wanting to bring you in for questioning, >> right?" Yeah. You don't Yeah. >> So, at this point, you've invoked your rights, so you don't have to talk to us. We're not going to ask you any questions about anything. So, >> is you guys, if you can go ahead and take over there, please. Yeah. Um but um wait, what about his blood pressure med? >> Yep. We're going to go. We're going to go get that. Do you want to go grab those right now? We'll wait for you. >> You can ask me questions while we walk. >> I'm trying to get >> You'll You'll be able to contact him at the jail. >> Oh, wait. I know what I was going to say. What happened? Is is he are you just going to go book and then set bail and we can go pick him up in a second. So So we're done talking for now. Okay. So we're going to get him in the back. We'll roll the window down. You can chat with him. Okay. Do you mind just standing over there? >> Let's go get his blood pressure medication. >> Yep. We won't leave yet. Come on. >> We won't leave. >> Robinson's daughter continues to speak to the officers. >> Okay. And we can't leave her guest at the house right now. You actually can't walk up with me. That's fine. I'll wait right out here. Uh, I think this is phone and the medication. >> So, when can like they see like the probable cause affidavit and stuff like that? >> That's a great question for the lawyer. >> I don't I don't deal with any of that. We just >> It's not like we're You don't When you serve an arrest warrant, you don't have like Where's the arrest for? >> So, we don't have an arrest warrant. It's just a probable cause that we're arresting him on. >> So, but why I thought you couldn't arrest someone without an um an arrest warrant? >> Nope. We absolutely can arrest on a probable cause. >> Oh, okay. Yep. So, there's a probable cause affidavit somewhere, >> correct? >> And you don't have to show him. >> We do not. No, we give it to the jail and the his attorney will have access to it at that point. >> Okay. A and you're not allowed to give it to anyone else. Like, if I ask to look at it, >> I'm not required to give it to anyone. >> You're not required. But are you allowed to? >> I'm not going to give it to anybody else. It's for It's his case. He will have access to it. >> So, my dad will have access to it if he gives consent. Can you give it? >> Yes. And you can get it to him. He he can get it to you right now though. >> I do not have his paper. >> You'll have like a paper that you show up at the door. >> It'll it'll be available to him when he gets booked. >> When he gets booked? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> He can make a phone call as soon as he's through booking. >> Can Can I go to the jail, too? And like >> I mean, it's not going to do anything. He He has to wait to see a judge in the morning. >> Uhhuh. >> And then the judge will set bail and then his attorney and him will work it out. There's really not a whole lot you can do right now besides help get his medications and make sure he's he's has everything he needs when he goes. So, I don't want to prolong this with your neighbors watching and everything. I I don't want to make this more uncomfortable than it needs to be. >> Okay. >> After the suspect's medication is delivered to the police, Robinson's wife speaks with them as well. >> I mean, you're welcome to. Again, we don't really want to be here longer than we have to be just cuz you guys have neighbors. Were you able to grab his phone? >> Oh, his phone. >> Yeah. >> I didn't know that's what we were getting. I thought we >> phone and blood medications. I mean, yeah. Okay. >> All this information. >> And I called him. He's going to call you. He said, "Just don't say anything without him there." >> There's a process, right? >> I want to make sure. >> But I'll be there. I'll be there tomorrow and I'll go get your phone. Okay. >> So, I don't want it to be a big family affair out here, right? I don't want you guys to call your neighbors kind of situation all out the course attorney. I'm pretty sure like you guys >> you guys get his phone for you or >> for him. >> Okay. So, you're not taking this huh? >> No, no, no. If you book it in the jail with him, he'll get it when he gets out. >> Yeah, but he he uses the jail phone. So, if he doesn't know any phone numbers and they're all on his phone, >> he used this phone. >> He can use it. It'll be booked into with his property. >> No, no, no. We won't do that. >> Don't do that. Okay. >> Thank you. >> Yep. >> No. They don't want to book it in no phone. >> Okay. >> She said she didn't feel comfortable booking it in with you unless you really want it. >> Well, I I was going to call How do I call my attorney? >> You can use the the jail >> the jail phone. Yeah. As long as you have the number. >> Yep. >> We'll help you out. >> Yeah. >> End of her. Robinson was transported to Watcom County Jail on a preliminary charge of firstdegree child molestation. After his $2,500 cash bond was posted, he was released from prison. This was followed by a preliminary court appearance. Stick around to see what happens in this next case where a serial rapist is finally caught after years of abusing women. Calvin Dumas was arrested in 1973 for raping his neighbor. And even though he received a 20-year sentence, he was released early in 1981. Between 1995 and 1998, Calvin Dumas committed multiple rapes, usually targeting single mothers and threatening them with a knife. The assaults were originally suspended at the time due to a lack of suspect information. When they were reopened, they would be investigated independently. It took over two decades for the police to finally track him down, and it was thanks to genealological mapping of one of Dumas's family members. The footage you're about to see is of the 68-year-old's arrest in Jacksonville, Florida on June 28th, 2024. Calvin, get on the ground. Get on the ground. Arms out. You with you with me? >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Hey, don't move. >> Put your other hand smaller back. You got any weapons on you? >> Calvin. Yeah. >> Put your leg under stand up quick. One, two, three. >> Bro, come on, bud. You good? >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Okay. Hold on. >> Hey, you want to bring him to the car real quick? >> Yeah. >> Come on, Calvin. Bill, you want him? >> There was no chance of escape for this predator as the officer immediately jumps out of his vehicle and points his firearm at him. An additional officer was on the scene to place him in handcuffs while a third was present to conduct a search. >> You already searched him? >> No, not entirely. >> What's up, man? How are you? All right. Stand right here. You ain't got no weapons on you, do you? No. >> You have anything that's going to poke me or stick me? >> No. >> No needles, knives, nothing like that. hitter. >> Yeah. Where's your hitter at? I >> ain't got it. >> You ain't got it. >> You got one that's smashed up in your pocket, but your hands Didn't he? >> Yeah. >> Say what? >> He almost started to run. >> He did. >> Realize you weren't going to make it anywhere. It >> was probably for the best. >> You injured? >> No, you're good. Are you high at all today? Are you drinking any alcohol today? All right, come back here. Let's have a seat right here for Let me check you one more time. All right, sir. Have a seat. Just have a seat. You got to put your seat belt on you here. Did that just tighten up? Those handcuffs tighten on you? >> Yeah. >> All right. Here. Put your legs in. Turn this way. I'mma loosen them up for you and double lock them so they're not tight on you. >> Which one got tight on you? This one. lean forward. >> Yeah. All right, >> turn his way a little bit. >> According to the officers, Dumas did indeed try to run for it, much to their amusement. They're clearly glad they were able to catch such an evil man at long last, it seems. After he is searched, he's placed on the back of a police car and his handcuffs are loosened slightly. >> All right, man. >> Sit forward. I got to put your seat belt on for you. Go ahead and just how you want to sit. All right. Hold on for me. Clean it off. I know. >> On this day, Dumas was charged with sexual battery, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. Let's hope they don't let him back out again. Now, have a look at this next case. This footage was recorded in Mantelo King, New Jersey on October 21st, 2021. 46-year-old Jeremy W. Behringer, a convicted sex offender, crashed his Jeep Liberty into a utility pole on Route 35 at about 3:00 a.m. and the police believed he was under the influence. >> Hands on the steering wheel. >> Hands on the steering wheel now. Hands on the steering wheel on top of them. >> Don't get OUT OF THE CAR. >> I'M NOT GOING ANYWHERE. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. I >> I literally had no idea right now. The dazed and confused Behringer tries to rev his car and repeatedly claims that he's trying to get out of the vehicle. When he's finally pulled out and arrested, the officers realize he's wearing a bulletproof jacket. That's certainly a curious piece of clothing to wear for an early morning drive. >> Somewhere there's like a cigarette. Oh my god. Is that my truck? >> Sit down. >> Holy. >> Sit down. >> Yeah. I'm not trying to go anywhere on anybody. Cross your legs. Cross your legs. >> I have some cigarettes somewhere. If one of y'all could find them, that would be the best thing. Look, I'm going to take that. Give me a pair of gloves. >> Look, you only turn this off. >> Yeah. Sorry. >> Give me a Give me a light over here. Affirm. >> Affirm. >> An assault rifle was spotted in the vehicle. According to court documents, it was loaded with 5.56 mm full metal jacket ammunition, powerful enough to deeply penetrate flesh and even pierce some surfaces. Alongside that, there were a black 9mm semi-automatic pistol with no serial number and loaded with hollowpoint ammo, a trio of 9mm pistol magazines loaded with hollow points, and three 30 round rifle magazines located with 5.56 mm ammunition. Needless to say, this guy is armed to the teeth. It should be noted that it is against the law for a sex offender to be in possession of a weapon. >> I'm a law enforcement officer. All right. I must warn you that you have the right uh you you have I must warn you that you have certain constitutional rights. All right, Jeremy. >> Mhm. >> You have the right to remain silent, not answer any questions, any statement or concession freely. >> Look, where you want this? >> One second. If at any time during this interview you do not wish to answer any questions, your privilege to remain silent. I can make no threats or promises to induce you to make a statement.
