But first, meet Claire, an attorney who thinks that the officers work for her. On February 9th, 2023, police responded to a road accident on a highway in South Kingston, Rhode Island, involving a minor. As the officers were trying to investigate the situation, a woman going by the name of Claire Hall came to the scene as an unwelcomed guest. >> Yeah, the key stuck. Are you going to Well, so you think he's going to be taken to the scene or or will he just >> Are you >> I'm not. No. No. I'm on the phone. Just move your car. >> I just want you to tell me. >> Are you okay? >> Yeah. I'm Let's have a seat right over here. >> Is that your mom? >> No. Right off the bat, Claire seems to be a pain to deal with. She gives the officers a terrible attitude from the start. Also, despite being an attorney, she doesn't seem to understand that parking a car in the middle of the highway is not only dangerous, but highly illegal as well. >> Here, in your doctor, >> I'm working. Can you please go sit in your car? You have nothing to do with this. >> Father, I understand. I'm an attorney cuz he's a minor. You need to tell me. Is he going to be here? need to tell you anything. I'm going to arrest you in a second if you don't get in your car. Do you understand me? I'm not kidding you. You are impeding an investigation right now and you're really bothering me. Go sit in your car. >> I will talk to him in a minute. Get in your car now. >> Take it. No, you do not touch me. >> Oh my god. What are you doing? >> Oh my god. Are you kidding me? >> Knock it off. How about you stop resisting >> my shoulder and you let us put you in handcuff? >> My shoulder is dislocated and you're making it worse. >> The officer is slowly losing patience as Claire warns that if she doesn't stop bothering him, he will arrest her for impeding an investigation. Claire, however, being the Karen that she is, doesn't back down until she finally gets what she deserves. >> Stop talking. >> No. No. This is so ridic I cannot even believe this. >> Yeah. >> Oh my god. >> Go put her in my car. >> I just wanted to know. I could tell his father if he was going to the hospital. I'm not even involved in this. You are not involved. >> Instructed you to do something. >> I'm a good Samaran. Refused to do it. >> I'm a good Samaritan who stopped to help a kid and this happened. Okay. Stop growling. Can I put on my own? >> No. >> Oh my god. Stop it. >> I want my phone over there. >> What am I doing? He's pulling my He's pulling my Hey, stop. Get my shoe. >> Please get my shoe. >> Okay. >> Oh my god. Holy [ __ ] Get me in. Oh my god. This is the craziest. I've never Stop pushing me. Please. I will. Are you kidding me? You are. You guys don't know how much trouble you are in. I am going to see you both for I know you are in so much trouble. I can't even I can't even tell you. I am so I can't help this. >> I I don't have to. You guys, what do you where do you get this mode? I need my phone. It's on the ground over there. >> Grab it. I won't >> call my husband. He's also an attorney. Go >> ahead. >> This is so bad. I can't even. >> The phone is right here. Why don't you bring her back? Get her out of here. Claire displays typical caring behavior while being arrested and acts confused when she doesn't have it her way. She is taken back to the station where she was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and obstructing a police officer. Now, meet this Karen from New Mexico who tried playing dumb with the officer after eluding him. You're going to get an additional You're going to get additional. >> On December 4th, 2021, police received multiple calls regarding a blue car speeding down a New Mexico highway. However, as an officer reached the scene and pulled the car over, he realized that this was going to be one of the most difficult stops of his entire career. >> Unknown state, show me on traffic with that vehicle. 54 mile post 89 is going to be a polo vehicle. Sh45 still 104. Vehicle just took off at a high rate of speed heading southbound. Too much traffic. I am not going to be in pursuit. Give that bolo to uh Tulie PDO and APD. As the officer gets out of his car to approach the vehicle, the driver speeds off. And by the time the officer got back into his car, it had gone so far that the officer was unable to pursue it and instead radioed in the license plate and vehicle description. Fortunately for the officer, he would locate the car at a nearby gas station. However, from this point on, things somehow only managed to get worse. Hey man, who just walked in that car? >> What are you going to do? >> Come out of the stall and get out now. >> Come out. Get out of here now. Get out. >> Get youring hands up. >> What did I do? I didn't do anything. I just want to be >> Wasn't you? >> That's why they told me you're driving that blue car, right? >> Yes. >> Okay, good. You are now detained till I figure out exactly why you left from me. >> Detained >> cuz you took off my traffic stop. >> What are you talking about? >> Let's go. >> No, you can get Let me go. Let me go. >> Let me go. You are such an [ __ ] Let me go. >> That's what happens when you run from the police. >> I didn't do anything to the police. >> Yeah. >> Let me go. >> That's not how this works. >> Let me go. Let me go. Let me go. >> Come on. >> No. Let me go. Let me go. Let me go. >> The woman relentlessly plays dumb with the officer, insisting that she simply went inside the bathroom stall to use the toilet. However, she doesn't deny being the driver of the blue car that took off. Now that the officer knows that she was the driver of the vehicle and has her in handcuffs, he is able to get to the bottom of exactly why she sped off and what she could be hiding from the cop. >> Stand right here. >> Stand right here and separate your feet. >> Separate your feet. >> Separate your feet. >> The officer has to resort to shouting to be heard over her whining. >> Please let me go. I >> Where's your ID? >> I don't know. >> What's your name? >> Jamie. >> Jamie. What? >> Stranger. >> Spell your name. >> J A M. What? >> J. Ow. I'm not spelling my name for you. That is not how my name is spelled. >> Spell your name. >> No. >> You're going to get another charge if you don't give me your name. >> No. >> The woman is identified as Jamie Granger, and the manager confirms that she is indeed the driver of the blue Hyundai. However, when he returned to Jaime and his colleague, she still hadn't given her identity over. Realizing that she wouldn't have it any other way, the officer decided to strike a deal with Jaime. Even though he is under no obligation to do so, >> my phone's in the middle of the car. Please >> figure it out. >> If you just let me If you just let me cooperate, I >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can, and will be used against you in a court of law. Exercise these rights. not answer any questions or make any statements. Okay. >> Where's your phone? >> I I think it's in the car. If you just let me go over there, I'll find it. It's in the car. >> Okay. So, I noticed that while we were in the bathroom that I smelled a faint odor of alcohol coming from you. Have you had anything to drink today? >> A little bit. >> A little bit. Is that why you ran from me? >> No. >> It is obvious that this woman is lying right now, but at least the officer knows why she ran from them. She is clearly intoxicated and had more than just a few drinks. Out of goodwill, though, the officer lets her talk to her boyfriend to calm her down, and it seems to do the trick. However, their moment of peace wouldn't last for long. >> I'm going to put you in the back of their car. Okay. >> No, I just need my boyfriend. I just need my boyfriend. Please, >> please find my boyfriend. Please, please find him. >> Just relax. There's your phone. Your Your phone's on you. >> No, I don't have it. I don't >> I can hear it ringing. >> I don't have it. I don't have I hear it ringing. >> Well, I don't Oh, it's in my leg. That's right there. >> I didn't put it there. Please, please call my >> Well, how'd it get there? You didn't put it there. >> I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. Please. >> Is it David? >> Yes. >> You going to calm down? If you calm down, I'll fix your handcuffs. >> Okay. >> We have a deal. Okay. The officer reads Jaime her rights before telling her that they are going to inventory her car before towing it. As the officer inventories her car, he finds two open bottles of vodka in it. Considering her state, this discovery surprised absolutely no one. >> I swear I didn't see you. Please don't tow my car. >> I have to tow your car. >> Please. Please. >> I have to tow your car. >> I didn't see you. I swear. Please don't tow my car. >> Turn it. Turn your hand this way. Just put your hand right here on your lap for a second. Okay. >> Please don't tow my car. >> I have to tow your car. >> Please don't tow my car. >> Okay. Relax for a second. >> Just hang on. Sorry. Hang on. Relax. There you go. >> Let me see your hands. I'm going to put them in the front for you. Okay. Why you smell like booze right now? Okay. How much you had to drink today? >> Nothing. >> Yeah. That's not what you told me initially. >> No. Okay. >> So, you had nothing to drink? No. >> Okay. So, would you be willing to take some standardized field sobriety tests so I can see? No. >> Sure. >> Yeah, I'll take some field sobriety tests. Sure. >> Are you gonna do them or No, >> sure. You want to bugle me? >> So, here's the deal. If you try to run, >> I'm not going to run. >> All right. I'm going to attack you to the ground. There's a possibility you might get injured. >> Not going to run. I do not. No, I'm not going to run. >> Okay. >> Unbuckle me. I'll take whatever test you want. >> You want to take some field sobriety tests? All right. Perfect. These sobriety tests would be the closest thing that the officers would have to Jamie cooperating with them. >> Watching heel to toe, looking down at your feet, counting out loud so I can hear you. What? >> Hang on. Don't start yet. Okay, I didn't tell you to start. All right. Do you understand my test? >> Ultimately, she is forced to admit what everyone already knows at this point. >> You know what? I'm drunk. Okay. I'm drunk. >> Okay. >> I just want my boyfriend. Okay. >> Okay. Well, do you want to finish the test or do you want to stop? >> Just stop. >> Okay. >> I just want my boyfriend. I didn't do anything wrong. >> Okay. No, you're not getting out. >> Yes, I am. No. No. No. Get off me. Get off me. Get off me. Stop it. >> You're going to get a res. You're going to get >> Stop it. Assault. >> You're going to get an additional You're going to get >> Let me go. >> You're going to get assault. >> You're going to get battery. You're going to get another charge if you hit. >> Let me go. Let me go. >> Come back over here. Put your seat bel. >> Let me go. >> Come on. >> No. >> That kick to the officer's chest just earned her a charge of battery on an officer. The officer's body cam gets momentarily disconnected. But when it returns, she's outside the vehicle still crying. However, what's worse than biting and kicking is the false claim of salt at the officer. >> Get in. >> Get in. >> No. No. >> Let me go. No. >> Get in. >> Get in. >> Get in. Get >> your feet in. >> Get your feet in. >> Stop kicking my door. Sit up. >> I need to sit up. I can't breathe. Please >> sit up. Come on. Is my boyfriend here? >> No. >> Unfortunately for the officer, he'll have to spend several hours with Jaime as he took her to jail and booked her. Luckily though, we don't have to sit through that and can skip straight to the charges. The woman pleaded guilty to DWI and two more counts of battery on a police officer. It is unclear if she spent any more time behind bars. Unfortunately for the officers, they have to deal with assaults from Karens all the time. Just like in this next case, >> just cuz you got this don't mean. >> On July 6th, 2023, a man had called the police after he was assaulted by his transitioning ex-wife, Amanda, who also threatened to burn the man's house down. >> How you know, bud? >> Good. Yourself? >> Not too bad. >> So, what's happening? So, my baby mama, her boyfriend, whatever you want to call them, just split up. >> And I asked, "Is that Jaden and Amanda?" >> Jaden or Amanda? I don't know if she legally changed her name yet or if she still goes by Amanda. She's doing that transition thing. >> Oh, she's she's a girl that's going to a dude. >> Okay. So, it was Amanda, but Jaden. Okay. >> I text her and I said, "Listen, I need my kids stuff for school tomorrow." Cuz their main physical address is there. >> Okay. Where's there? over Raider on um >> Okay. >> And I asked him for it and he said no. And then he threatened to fight come here and fight me, threatened to burn my house down with me and my kids in it. >> Yeah. Um >> and I would love to press charges completely cuz this ain't the first time this guy's done it. >> All right. So about how many times has has he done it? And do you have proof that he's repeatedly done it and you've told him to stop? >> Want to fight? I'll burn your house to the ground. >> Keep it up. >> I just want my kids to stop, man. Yeah. literally not even 10 minutes ago >> or whenever the time is. I literally just want my kids stuff. >> All right. >> Cuz I've been I've been paying for that house. It's literally right there. So, >> we'll go over and check it out. >> But I would love Do you have any other uh >> No, because it's been over the years, dude. It's been the past 3 4 years. This guy You guys have been after this person several times for stuff like this for her and my kids' mom fighting, fist fighting. So, pretty much the only reason why this started is cuz yesterday my kid's mom texted me while I was at work. Said, "You need to come get me." And I said, "Well, I'm going to work." So, I had my mom and go get them, >> okay? >> Cuz they're fighting and I don't want my kids around that, >> okay? >> And they get violent. >> Jaden commanded us. >> She's very violent. I will warn you. She's a very violent person. >> Okay. So, >> be warned. >> We'll go talk to him. >> Be warned. >> Yeah. The man tells the officer that although he had been dealing with physical fights and harassment for several years. This particular incident took place after Amanda refused to let the man retrieve his children's belongings and tells the officer that he wishes to press charges. As the officer arrived at the scene, however, Amanda refuses to come out of her house and talk to the officers. pound is a fire. >> Jaden, come on out. Jaden, come on out, man. >> Jaden, Deputy Day Dehar, I'm outside your house. Please come to the door. We need to talk. You are not under arrest. I'm not here to take you into custody or anything, but you need to come to the door and talk to us. Come to the door right now and explain your side of things. You will be charged with harassment and a criminal summon will be put out for you. There's charges, so it probably behooves you to come outside. >> Come outside and talk. All right, then. Harassment it is. Let's go. >> Amanda just made it infinitely easier for the officers to charge her for aggravated harassment. The officer goes back to the man's house to get started on the paperwork. However, as he's drying up the paperwork, Amanda sends a text to her ex-husband in which she threatens the police officer. >> Oh, now they're threatening you. >> Threatening me? >> Yeah. Let's see. Oh, you might want to add in text time. If they think they want to take me, they better do better than one guy cuz I'll him up and continue to do what I need to to make sure you get exactly what you deserve to be going. Now she's threatening death. >> Well, here's hoping that we get everything squared away. >> All right. >> Thank you, Keith. >> Thank you. >> The officer then goes back to Amanda's house to tell her about the restraining order. However, this time she comes out of her house to confront the officer. >> Hey, Jaden. It's Deputy Dear again. Now listen, if you go back over to you'll be trespassed, okay? It's another violation, another arrest. Just wanted to make sure you were aware. If you have any questions, give the sheriff's office a call. >> Listen, off my property now. He's going to tell you again. >> I could be here pursuant to my job. >> You can't be here. No, you can't. >> I'm here to tell you that you're formerly trespassed. If you go over there, you're going to get another >> I don't give a Get off my property now to my job. Goodbye. >> What are you going to do about it? >> You want to know? Cuz I'll beat the living right out of you, dude. >> Yeah. Okay. You're going to come at me? Really? You're going to come at me right now? >> Get the off my property. >> Get away from me now. >> What are you going to do? >> Back away. Get back in your house. >> I don't have to. This is my yard. >> You don't want to touch me. >> So, I'll walk you to the road. How about that? I'm working on it. Come on, bro. Walk you to the road. How about that? >> I'm working on it. >> All right. Well, don't come back because if you do what to do? >> Yeah, I can. >> No, you can't. >> Yeah, I can. >> No, you can't. It's my house and I can kick you off any [ __ ] time I want unless you have a warrant. >> Pursue it to my job. I'm allowed to be on your property. >> You can't >> get the out of me if I'm on the property. >> Excuse me. >> Get the [ __ ] away from me. >> Excuse me. >> On the road. I don't give a >> Do you need to be right >> free land? I can walk wherever I want. Just like you can, right? Am I right or am I wrong? >> Get the [ __ ] away from me. >> You get the [ __ ] away from my house. >> I'm not on your I'm not on your >> It's still my house. You're still right here. Goodbye. >> You're something else. >> Yeah, you are. Listen, if you go back over there, >> I ain't [ __ ] back over there from me. >> Get away right now. >> You ain't going to [ __ ] shove me. Take it off. Take it off. >> Get away. >> No, you ain't going to shove me like that. I don't know who the you think you are. >> You're getting it. >> Just cuz you got this. >> Don't be >> Get the [ __ ] away from me. >> You're under arrest. Okay. >> I am. Yeah, you are. >> Get the up off me. >> Arrest. >> You're under arrest. 0 75 control. I got a combat subject. You're under arrest. You're under arrest. Get out of your stomach. >> It might not seem like it, but the police officer was showing a lot of restraint. With a suspect attacking him like this, he is allowed to use a taser or even drug to take control of the situation. However, the officer here manages to pin Amanda down without using any additional force. >> Get on your stomach now. >> Come on. >> Slow me back. >> More people are coming. You know, >> I don't give a Bob. You think you're all macho cuz you got a badge. >> Where is it? >> Oh, wait. You don't have one. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> No, I won't. >> With this brief brawl, the officer's body cam disconnects. But when it returns, backup has arrived with Amanda pinned to the ground again. >> Fight with my partner here. You >> guess what? Pick the wrong guy to mess with you. You want to go to the ground? >> Quit this right now. Do not with us. >> Blow me. >> I got a grenade. >> Stop. Relax. Take a seat. She was finally placed into a patrol car and taken back to the station. She was charged with seconddegree assault, criminal mischief, resisting arrest, and harassment. Now, watch the next Karen on the list turn a simple traffic stop into a felony charge. >> I hate white officers, bro. White people, period, bro. Don't touch me. On April 12th, 2023, officers from the Lakewood Police Department initiated a traffic stop after the driver failed to signal to go around a truck. What was supposed to be a routine traffic stop, however, would soon escalate to violence. >> Stay in the car. >> What are you putting me up for? >> It shows you're suspended. >> I'm not suspended. I just sent out a check. I'm not going >> Let me see your driver's Let me see your driver. >> There's nothing to see, bro. It's nothing to see. >> Let me see your driver's license. Call my case manager cuz I just sent out that >> your driver's license and proof of >> in you have a home. >> Do you have your driver's license and proof of you just pulling? What was your reason for pulling me over? >> You failed the signal go around the truck and I didn't No, I didn't. You just lied. Watch out. >> What are you doing? What are you doing? I'm closing my cond. >> Okay, but you did. No, bro. Watch out. Let me close my door. >> No, you're not closing. >> Let me close my door. You're your door. >> Do you have your driver's license, Jess? >> What do you need my driver's license for? I'm conducting a traffic stop. That's why I need to identify who you are. >> Your name then since you don't have your driver's license. >> Who told you I didn't have my driver's license? You just t >> You haven't produced it. >> I don't have to produce you with anything. >> No, I don't. I pull him over to get gas out of my face. >> This is a traffic stop. >> I don't care what it is. I don't care. >> Identify yourself to me. >> Understand? >> I don't care. >> I don't. >> If you don't identify yourself, I'm going to arrest you. >> You're not arresting anything. Actually, he is. Refusing to identify yourself during a traffic stop is a crime and can lead to charges such as failure to present a driver's license or obstructing an officer. It would be in the woman's best interest to follow the officer's commands and cooperate with him. However, as is typical Karen fashion, the woman continues to make everything so much worse for herself. >> Put the phone away. >> What are you telling me to put the phone away for? I'm telling you I'm calling my >> I don't care who you're calling because I need to identify you. Put the phone away. >> Do you have ID or not? >> Yes, I do. >> I need to see your ID. If you don't show me your ID, I will arrest you. >> Well, can you shut my door? >> No. >> I'm about to keep calling until I get a hold of somebody cuz they just sent the check out for me. There's nothing for me to tell you. I can give you a piece of paper to tell you that they took a check out, but there's nothing else that I can get. >> Okay. Well, I need to see your ID. Is that what you're getting? Your ID? >> No. >> Huh? >> Unless you're getting your ID. We're reaching around the car. Last chance. Come over here. >> In front of you. I'm providing you with my information. That's us. Like, >> do you have your ID or not? >> That's right, dude. But get the back. Like, you're my I'm my life. I'm a black woman. You're always shooters. >> As the woman realizes she isn't getting her way in this situation and starts using the race card with the officers, even though the police officer had been nothing but nice to her. >> Stay right here. Where are you going? >> Stand right here. >> Stop touching me, bro. I'm trying to call my case manager. Move. >> I just put her in. >> I'm trying to call my case manager. >> Turn around. >> This is the out of me, bro. >> You can't seem to cooperate. WCA. Call the YWCA immediately. I literally have all my paperwork. Watch out. >> Why can't you just cooperate? This ain't that hard. >> Eventually, the officers decide that they've had enough and order her to step out of the vehicle. However, that's when things started to get serious. >> I'm sure you've never been homeless before. Don't keep touching me, bro. Don't keep touching me, bro. This annoying. >> I already told you what my name was, bro. This [ __ ] is unnecessary. >> You can find that out, can't you? I tried to get you my information, but you didn't want to let me get you give you my information. So, >> what's your date of birth? >> What is your date of birth? >> Bro, I'm trying to calm down like this. You already grabbed >> I'm not your bro. >> Well, I'm trying to calm down. This trying to calm down. Can y'all stop grabbing me and let me like >> I've been trying for fast 10 minutes. Nothing. I told you I was giving you my paper. Like the [ __ ] you took my phone and everything. What was the point? >> I'm trying to make a phone call to tell y'all the check has been >> This [ __ ] is irritating. Go to jail for what? >> Cuz cuz you act like you didn't know who the I was when you pulled me over. >> You know who you are. >> I have no idea who you are. >> I hate ignorant like this dumbest. Had the woman cooperated with the officers from the start, they could have sorted things out peacefully. But she kept making everything worse for herself and made the officers less willing to help her. >> I hate white officers. Bro, white people period, bro. This annoying. >> In the car in the door locked in your front pocket right there, >> bro. Y'all not getting my car. I'm homeless. Y'all is not getting my car. I'm sorry. Well, we can give you some resources for homeless. >> I have resources, bro. That's what I'm trying to get y'all to unfortunately with suspended. We have tow your car. Okay. >> No, y'all don't. No, y'all don't. I'm homeless. What do y'all keep? No, y'all don't, bro. >> You know you shouldn't be driving. Okay. >> Okay. But I'm homeless. This is like No. >> What are y'all doing? Like, I don't know. >> Relax. Why are you slipping this? Do you want to Hey, do you want to leave us out? >> When the officer finally gets the woman's information, he runs it through the system and finds out that her tag was expired. However, when he tells this to the woman and informs her that her car is going to be towed, all hell broke loose. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. >> Relax. Relax. >> I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. Oh my god. >> Can't go anywhere else, bro. Just sit in the car and be an adult. Let's go. >> I'm trying to stand up. >> Can I call my case manager, bro? I swear to God, >> bro. I'm homeless. What part of you understand, bro? >> Stand up. >> Oh my gosh. We irritating. >> Sit on the seat. Oh my gosh, bro. Oh my gosh. This [ __ ] is How can y'all do this, bro? How can y'all do this? Y'all can't even let me call my case managers is annoying. Oh my god. Oh my god. Bro, y'all move all my clothes and everything is in there. All my clothes is in there, bro. I don't have anywhere to go. >> Please get off of me, bro. Please. >> Please stop touching me. Please stop. There's no relax. Please stop touching me, bro. Please stop touching me, bro. Cuz I'm not trying to spit on you, bro. And I know that's a swap, bro. Watch out. Stop touching me, bro. Please stop touching me, bro. Stop touching me. Go to jail. >> You are under arrest. >> And just like that, the woman has potentially earned herself prison time. Assaulting a police officer is a very serious felony and can lead to several years behind bars. >> You hear me? You're under arrest. >> The woman was eventually taken back to the station where she was booked and she's being charged with driving under suspension, simple assault, and assault on a police officer. Her case is still ongoing. While this woman was high on entitlement, the woman in the next case was high on generational trauma. >> But I just want you to know that I also have very bad social anxiety. >> You and me both. >> Okay. >> On the nights of April 27th, 2023, an officer noticed a car driving in the opposite lane near an apartment complex in New Mexico. He stops the car to see what's going on. What's going on? >> Nothing. >> Why are you driving in the wrong way of traffic? >> No, I just got changed around. I just moved here like two months ago and I just got changed around. >> Okay. Do you understand what's going on though? You're going in oncoming traffic. >> I know. And I just decided that it was better just to turn around really [ __ ] quick. >> Okay. >> But I'm sorry. >> Do you live here or are you just trying to >> I just moved here. >> No, but do you live here in like this apartment complex? >> Oh, no. I didn't. But >> so you were just like, "Hey, I'm going to I'm going to turn around by coming in here." >> I'm sorry. >> Okay. Uh this is your car? >> Yes. >> I'll get your insurance. >> No, not my car, but it's my mom's cuz my car got kind of [ __ ] up. >> What happened to your car? >> It's with my dad like >> No, but you said it got messed up. >> Yeah, like it has a bad oil change and stuff. So, >> Okay. Is it insured? >> Yes, it is. >> Okay. Can I just have you step out? We'll go look it up on my computer and I'll get you out of here. >> Well, can I just look for the insurance real quick cuz that's what you asked for first. >> Sure. Sorry, I just have like really bad social anxiety incest. >> I get you. So, just a heads up. I don't want to be out here any longer than you do. We walk back to my car. I look it up on my computer and I get you out of here. >> Okay. >> Okay. Go ahead. Step out for me. >> Wait, what are you looking for? >> Your insurance registration. I'm going to check your driver's license status. I'm going to do all that. Just go ahead and step out for me, M. >> Okay. But >> do you have any weapons on you? Anything I need to know about? >> No, but that's the thing is like I don't want to step out whenever you're asking for stuff. Okay. Well, we're past that. Just go ahead and step out. I'll walk you back to my patrol car and then I'll talk to you back there. >> Sorry. Just like as an indigenous person. >> Right back here, please. Miss Perry. Am I >> Well, I'm non-binary. So, >> okay. What do you go by? >> Kai. >> How can I refer to you tonight? Kai. >> Okay. The woman you see here is Kai, or what they prefer to be referred to as. As the officer is talking to her, he notices how confused and anxious she is, which is typical in most people's behavior when they're stopped by the police. But the real reason behind Kai's anxiousness is not just her social anxiety, but >> hey, I'm smelling alcohol. >> I know. >> How much have you consumed tonight? >> Like probably three drinks. >> Three drinks. Okay. Judging by driving wrong way on that street. >> I know. That's the other thing that >> Hang on. Don't cut me off. Judging by how you're driving, the smell, I need to run you through some tests right now. Okay. That's why I have you out of the car once I >> That's the thing that I asked about before. I said, "Okay, so you're just giving me for my registration." And he said, "Yes." Yep. >> And now you're running me for other stuff. >> Yeah. I'm going to run you through some tests to make sure you're safe to drive. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, I'm going to turn off these blinking lights. That way, they're not affecting your eyes as I go through your your test tonight. Well, now that the officer figured out the reason behind her awkward driving, he goes on to perform a few sobriety tests. >> You said you had three drinks. What kind of drinks would those be? >> Rum and a cider. >> Okay. Are we talking like a mixed drink? Are we talking a shot? What are we talking about? >> Well, rum is going to be mixed drink. Cider is just a cider. >> Okay, perfect. Stand facing me, please. >> But I just want you to know that I also have very bad social anxiety. You and me both. >> Okay. >> Okay. Stand with your feet together, toes touching, arms by your side, just like I am. I'm going to be going back and forth with my finger. I don't want you to move your head throughout this test. I just want you to focus on the tip of my finger, only moving your eyes. Any recent head trauma, traumatic brain injuries, anything I need to know about? >> Uh, mental. Yes. >> Any recent head trauma though? You haven't hit your head in like the last month or so? You have? Okay. What' the doc say? >> That I had a little concussion. Okay. So, concussions heal any long lasting effects? >> Sure. I don't know. >> I'm asking you. >> I know. >> Is there anything that would prevent you from driving that car? Okay. Stand with your arms by your side, please. I want you to focus on the tip of my finger. Okay. Focus on my finger, please. >> I am. You're just like trying to intimidate me. >> I don't know how I'm trying to do that. This is the test. Focus on my finger. Focus on my finger, please. >> I am, but you're >> This is just how the test goes. I know, but you're exaggerating it more than it needs to be right now. >> This is just the test, okay? >> When you stop and look at me, I have to redo a certain portion of the test, >> okay? >> So, just focus on my finger. >> Well, as you know, as an indigenous person and there's a bunch of [ __ ] going around, I'm sorry, but it's just for me to be on my toes. >> I get you. Will you go back to that position I had you in down on my light if you would please your vehicle? >> Can you remember that I told you that I'm non-binary? >> Yeah, I'll try my hardest. Okay. It's not something that I deal with every day, so I I'll have the mistake of the habit, right? >> So, I'll refer to you as Kai, right? >> Yes. >> Perfect. I want you to to imagine about a 4-in wide line. Okay. That 4-in wide line is just going to go from your right foot completely straight to the back of your car. Can you picture it? Just a straight 4-in wide line. Nice. >> Perfect. Hang on. >> Do you want >> I'm going to go over some instructions before you do anything. Okay. I need to know if you have any injuries or anything that would prevent you from doing a standard walk or a turn tonight. >> Mental health. Um, >> any physical injuries? >> Mentally? Yeah. >> But no, >> nothing that would prevent you from just walking and turning. I saw you exit the vehicle. You walked over here just fine. No complaints of injuries. >> No, I'm just saying anxiety. >> I get you. >> What else you want? >> Well, unfortunately, I'm just asking about physical. >> I know. I know you are. So, I want you to go ahead and put your left foot on that 4-inch wide line just like I'm doing. Now, with your right foot, place it in front of your left in a heel to toe touching manner with your arms by your side just like this. Ma'am, >> can you not call me ma'am, please? >> I'm trying my hardest. >> Okay. Well, >> okay. >> It means a lot to me. >> I'm trying my hardest. >> I don't feel like a man, so. >> Okay. >> It's kind of triggering. >> Right foot in front of your left. Nope. Go back. I'm going to place you in a position. Right foot in front of your left. Heel to toe touching just like I'm doing. I'm sorry about the whole man thing. Just like >> I apologize. Let's see if we can move forward from it. Okay. You have zero questions? >> No, but I just want to tell you that I suffer from really bad anxiety, especially with generational trauma and PTSD around white people and cops. Like, it's just >> Hang on. I'm asking if you have any questions before I instruct you to start. Six. Seven. >> Your foot and leg will be straight the entire time. Parallel with the ground. Leg completely straight. >> Mhm. >> Do you have any questions? >> 100,00 Go back to the starting position. >> Four. >> Go back to the starting position. >> Six. >> You didn't listen to what I said, did you? You didn't listen to what I said, man. >> I know. >> I said when I instruct >> Moving to you. >> I said when I instruct you to start. >> I know. And right now I just feel [ __ ] harassed. So >> I said when I instruct you to start. >> Can you just count now? You're going to continue to count being harassed >> until I tell you to stop. >> Okay, go ahead. >> Go ahead and be good. >> Pick up where you left off, ma'am. I didn't instruct you to stop yet. >> You said until 1,06 and 2010. >> It's not what I said. >> Okay. >> All right. You go ahead and stop. >> Kai seems to be using their social anxiety and their non-binary card as a cover up. But what they don't realize is that that's just not how the law works. saying that the officer's ignorance triggered them. But in reality, what looks like it triggered for them was the fact that they were unable to do what the cops had been asking them and failing each test one after the other. And that is when they had enough and didn't do a great job at hiding it. >> I'm going to speak with you right over here. Okay. >> No. >> Yes, ma'am. Go ahead and place your hands behind your back. >> Don't, dude. Don't make it hard. Please >> don't make it hard. >> No, you're >> you're going to get a resistance, >> dude. I >> You're going to get a resist. >> I don't >> Don't resist. >> Don't >> listen to me. Don't resist. >> Don't. You're being a white man and >> don't. I followed all of your [ __ ] Like, >> don't resist. >> Here, give us your hand. >> I know it. I'm an indigenous person. Like, [ __ ] you guys. So, you're going to be placed under arrest for driving under the influence tonight. Ma'am, have a seat. >> No. >> Have a seat. >> I mean, I will, but like can I just see [ __ ] [ __ ] about somebody who suffers from generational trauma, PTSD, and depression, and suicidal tendencies? Do you want me to put an end for you so that way you don't feel so [ __ ] guilty? >> I have this guy for that, you >> [ __ ] douchebag. The officer placed her under arrest for driving under the influence. And when she saw that nothing seemed to get through to the officer, Kai decided the best next thing to do was verbally abuse the officer. However, that wasn't going to stop him from performing his duty. Kai was then transported to the station where she was charged with a DUI. Kai may have resorted to cussing at the end, but her case pales into comparison with the next one. >> I asked the man why I had the dog in here. Afterwards, I kicked him in the kick. >> On February 16th, 2023, police were called after a woman named Virginia assaulted a man because she did not believe that the dog he had brought to the grocery store was a service dog. As the officers arrive at the scene, however, they are met with her bad attitude and sense of entitlement. >> Hi. >> Hello. >> How you doing? >> So, the [ __ ] really did call you, huh? >> Yes. >> Good. >> What's going on? >> Dog jumped on me. >> Afterwards, I kicked him in the ass. >> You kicked him. >> Okay. >> You kicked him. >> So, what uh what would you like to discuss? >> What's the story? >> What's the story? I asked the man why I had the dog in here. It's a service dog. Where's his docket? Where's his proof? I don't have to show you. The law says I don't have to. I said, "Well, we'll go up to the desk." I don't have to show them either. I said, "Cuz he's not a service dog." And then the dog jumped on me. So, I turned around and I kicked him in the ass. >> You have your ID on you? >> He then presented this thing. I don't do this. I don't show this to people, but here's his thing. I said, "Shove it up your real." >> Well, he doesn't have to. Number one, you don't work here. Uh, it's not your right to be asking around. Uh, >> it's not my right. >> No, it's not. >> Virginia confesses to assaulting the man right away and gets offended when the officer tells her that she did not have the right to ask him for proof. This just shows how entitled she thinks she is as she's getting mad at being told to mind her own business. >> Oh, well, here. >> I don't need I don't need your debit card. I need your ID. >> Why not? You're going to give me a ticket. >> As a matter of fact, you are going to jail. >> Oh, that's even better. >> Yep. So, turn around, put your hands behind your back. >> Give me >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> Oh, wait. Can I put my wallet away? >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> Glad you guys have nothing better. Did you? >> Unbelievable. >> Yeah. You >> How old are you? >> I'm 80. >> You're 80 acting like a 14year-old. >> Well, >> and weapons on you. >> Yeah, my mouth. I can see that. You're just leaving that in the middle of the street. >> Walk over to my car. >> No, it's not your car. My car. I pay taxes. >> I pay taxes as well. Probably pay more taxes than you. >> I doubt it. Why do I not have a right to question a person when the law says you can't have animals in supermarkets and stores? >> Service animals are except and you're not allowed. >> I asked him if it was allowed to ask. >> Why? >> Cuz you're not allowed to. It's protected with people with disabilities. >> Where's your dog? >> I expected you to show up with the dog. Look, I'm disappointed. >> You know, this hurts. It's >> not supposed to be comfortable. >> Well, it's not supposed to hurt either that I got marks. Virginia was taken back to the police station and was charged with battery and disorderly conduct. She spent a night in jail before being released on a $3,000 bond. As Virginia claimed, the only weapon she had was her mouth, just like the next Karen, who managed to turn a simple traffic stop into a felony charge. >> Listen to me. You don't have the right to get out. >> I have the right to do whatever I want. I can get out of my car. Get out of my car. You cannot tell me I cannot get out of my car. >> On March 8th, 2023, a police officer in Orange County, Florida, was randomly running license plates when they noticed that a driver named Jasmine had a suspended license and a stateisssued seized tag order. What was only supposed to be a quick traffic citation turned into a fullblown felony due to Jasmine's behavior. >> Stop. How you doing? License or registration, please. >> Copy. >> As soon as I get your license, I'll be glad to tell you. >> 1549. >> Thank you, ma'am. Jasmine, the reason why I'm stopping is cuz I run the plate. Your license actually comes back suspended and you have a seized tag order in reference to your car insurance. Oh, I mean you do. >> No, I went to the courthouse yesterday. >> Uhhuh. >> Made payment, >> right? You made the payment, but you didn't take care of everything else. >> How do you know? >> Because it says in my record. >> I just yesterday I couldn't drive. >> Okay. Well, I'm telling you, you can't drive. Your license is suspended. >> It's not. If I went to the courthouse, >> Jasine, when's the last time you had a ticket? >> I haven't been pulled over. You're the first person to pull me over in a month. >> So, you've never had a ticket before? No, only red light cameras. >> Red light cameras. Okay. Has your license there ever been suspended before? >> No. >> No. Okay. And the address here, is this correct? >> Yeah. >> I'll be right back. >> Jasmine tells the officers that she had never been issued any tickets before, which the officer later confirmed was a lie as he find out that she had four previous suspensions on her record. The officer goes back to his patrol vehicle to inspect the papers more closely. However, about 10 minutes later, Jasmine grew impatient and stepped out of the vehicle to confront the officer. >> Have a seat at your car. >> Have a seat in your car when I'm done. Ma'am, I don't care. You have to have a seat in the car. >> Okay, listen to me. You don't have the right to get out. >> I have the right to do whatever I want. If I can get out of my car, get out of my car. You cannot tell me I cannot get out of my car. >> Yes, I can. >> How can you not? You're not my boss. You're not my dad. You don't do >> There's a Supreme Court ruling that says you need to get back in your car. Now get back in your car. >> Let me see the paper. >> Google it. Get back in your car. >> I'm not googling. That's >> okay. Ma'am, you're losing your car today. I'm impounding the car. I'm taking your license and I'm taking your tag. >> How are you? >> So, if you want to call somebody to come get you, that's the best thing. >> I'm here by myself and I >> Well, I apologize. Your license is suspended four times. You have an FR suspension and you have not cleared everything up. >> I just I showed you the >> Everything is not cleared up. >> What do you mean? Then why did she tell me that? I asked her any other problem. She didn't say nothing. Well, I'm telling you what there is. I will give you all the court. >> I will give you all the information. Your car is getting impounded. >> What do you mean by that? >> It's going to go to the record yard. It's going to go to police impound until you get a valid license. So, you physically go down to the DL office and reinstate your license. You owe money because you're not allowed to drive. I cannot let you get in a car and drive again. >> I went to the courthouse and she said there's no stop. I >> I'm just telling you what's going on. Well, you can take it up with the clerk. >> Okay, ma'am. I can't I can't help it if she doesn't do her job. >> Yes, you can. >> I can't help that. >> Do you not understand what I'm telling you? >> Go stand by your car. >> I thought you're going to talk. >> Go stand by your car. Go stand by your car. >> I can't car. >> You're this close to going to jail. >> Don't give a >> We're this close to go to jail. >> Go have a seat by your car. Jasmine keeps arguing with the officer for several minutes until a backup officer has been called in to calm the situation. As the officer arrives, however, Jasmine got in her car and tried to make a run for it. >> Ron, don't let her go. >> Get out of the car now. >> What is >> Get out of the car. Turn around. Put your hands on the back. >> What is the problem? >> Get out of the car. >> What is your problem? What is your problem? >> Relax. Relax. >> You are hurting me. You're >> get off of me. >> You're hurting me. Get off of me. >> Get off of me. You [ __ ] Get off of me. Don't you >> go to the ground. >> I don't want to go to the ground. Help. I have to go get my No, you are not putting me on me. What are you doing? >> Roll over. Stop resisting. >> Stand up. >> My arm. Stand up. What you do to my hand? >> Stand up. >> You [ __ ] [ __ ] What the [ __ ] You're going to get my kids. What is wrong with you? Look at my hair. I didn't do nothing to you. What the [ __ ] >> You can't take off on a traffic stop. >> Take off. >> You didn't. It's all on video. >> I was at the >> You're such a dick. I don't >> Jasmine starts acting innocent after getting arrested as if she didn't drive off during a traffic stop. Being a typical Karen, starts crying as she is taken back to the cop car and keeps asking the officer why she was arrested. >> Did you take this handcuff? >> Nope. You're going to jail, ma'am. >> I didn't do nothing wrong. >> Well, unfortunately, when you fled from the shop, you did something wrong. When you didn't listen, you did something wrong. >> I was. >> So now, now and then when you when you punched me when you punched me on the ground. Yep. You swung and hit me. >> Now it's battery. Leo, it's a lie. >> It's all on video. >> I don't know how to draw. >> Okay. It's all on video. I don't know how to throw. >> No, >> ma'am. It's all under video. >> Why would I arrest you? >> Yes. >> Uh because you ran from the traffic stop. >> I didn't ran from the traffic stop. I was at the red light. The lights from green over at the world's car got out the car yesterday. I was at the courthouse. >> Did you not just drive off yesterday? >> Did you not just drive off? >> No. Yeah, to the courthouse. Why can't I go? I want >> Because when the traffic stop wasn't done and I told you that. >> Yeah, but I need to go to the courthouse. >> It doesn't matter. You don't have the right to leave. You don't >> need to go here. >> You don't have the right to leave. I don't need to understand. >> And they tell you your bicycle. Why bicycle so I can get arrested? >> I don't know. That's between you and them. >> Unfortunately, you'll go to jail today. >> You lied. >> Unfortunately, you go to jail today. You'll get booked in. >> Okay. So, when are you taking me? >> When I'm ready. It's my time. I will get done and we will head that way. >> So inconsiderate. bleeding. You hurt my bow or my leg. >> We're good. >> No, we're not. >> Just one just one on a traffic stop and she didn't believe her stuff was suspended. >> No, I believe you. >> Then she decided to jump when when her car was getting get ready to get impounded. >> You lied. >> She jumped in the car and took off. >> Oh, that's right. >> So Ron was able to get here. I was able to get there. And then of course, you know, she wanted to fight and not go to jail. >> I did not fight. I don't know how to fight. I'm only 130 lbs. I'm small. Can I fight? >> So it was a good day, I guess. Yeah. >> For you. >> Nobody got hurt. No one. >> I'm her. I'ming hurt. I'm bleeding and my head is hurting. >> She was taken back to the station where she was booked and charged with resisting an officer with violence, obstructing without violence, and fleeing and eluding police. Now, meet the biggest 22-year-old Karen ever. >> It's DSL now. We're coming. Bye. >> How old is this? >> She's 22. >> Wow. >> Officers responded to this call from a 22year-old woman. 911. What's the address of your emergency? >> I was just talking. Don't talk over me. >> Do not talk over me. >> Ma'am, what's going on here? >> You for talking over me though, >> ma'am. Our policy is for the other agency that you were talking to to announce the call. So, what's going on? >> Okay. But I am talking. I am talking though. That means do not talk over me. I am the one with the emergency. I am the one who is about to pay you guys through my taxes, through my call. Right. Ma'am, can you tell me what's going on at 3? Ma'am, if you're going to continue to yell, I'm going to disconnect the call. Have a good day. Bye-bye. >> When officers arrived, she tried to tell them that she pays for their salary. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Sorry about that. >> That's quite all right. What's going on? >> Uh, domestic dispute. >> Okay. >> And it's over. >> Everybody's okay. >> Everybody's okay. >> Are you the one who called? >> No, my daughter did. >> On you? >> No, on my son. All right. Well, I need to talk to him. I need to see him. >> It is. You can see him. It's fine. It's one. >> The mother is noticeably ashamed, which is reasonable given the call we just heard. But officers weren't quite prepared for the level of entitlement about to unfold as the girl actually locks her mother outside, which turns the encounter sour immediately. of 48A. >> I'll let him come out if you don't mind. >> What's wrong? >> Is there any weapons involved? >> No, we don't. >> I have one in the safe. It's locked up. >> You need to >> You cannot do that. >> I'm here. >> You have to unlock the door. >> I'm here. Open the door, please. >> He's not. >> I'm not coming in. >> I'll be right back. >> Okay. Keep the door open. >> No, I'll shut the door. No, this is not an option. I'm going to stay right here as I'll respect that. >> My mom said she'll be right back. That means you you work for us, sir. I called you. >> Appreciate that. >> Okay. So, can you put your foot? You are violating my privacy. I need to shut the door. >> Do you understand? I'm here because you called. >> I >> So, you made me your business. Okay. >> Yeah. Well, they hung up on me. So, >> listen, that wasn't me. Don't take that out on me. I'm only here to help to understand what happened and then I'm going to walk away if everybody's okay. It's easy. I'm not trying. >> I don't like to shut the door. >> I don't want you to do that. I want to make sure. >> You don't have a warrant to come in my house. >> Emily, stop arguing. >> You guys want to talk to me? >> About what? >> Emily, >> have a good afternoon. >> What's going on? >> Please. >> Um, you want to step outside and talk to me? >> Yeah, you can step outside so I can shut the door finally because he wants to violate my [ __ ] privacy. >> No, it's so [ __ ] wrong, dude. It's wrong. This is the problem. >> We pay him with our dude. Like >> period. >> The son now comes out of the house to speak to the officer about what happened where he'd share his side of the story with them. >> I know she called the cops because she was being really disrespectful. >> I threw away her bacon and I told her to leave. And then I got really upset. I picked up a tote. I dropped the tote and then I went into my room and yeah, she went outside and called the police. >> Is this normal? >> Unfortunately, it is. >> Now, I'm not passing judgment. Please don't misunderstand any of this. >> I'm not. >> Is this what you're dealing with? >> Yes. >> Sometimes it's easier than other times. And right now, it just kind of crossed the line. >> Y. >> Did anybody put hands on anybody? >> No. >> Okay. It's just it gets very we all have different views on life and we all want to live differently and it's not happening. >> I respect all that >> and um I can't I can't I can't kick them out. They're my kids. >> I understand >> and we're trying to all deal with this. >> How old is she? >> She's 20 22. He's 20 and she's 22. If you tell me you're good, you can go on there. >> This whole situation began because of bacon. Well, if it wasn't already a big enough headache for the family, the daughter decides to storm outside and when the cops call her out on her behavior, she'd start yelling at the cops and telling them to leave. >> You know, I would like to say something. I like how I call you guys in a real emergency. This was a real emergency 10 minutes ago. >> But I like how I call you guys in a real emergency uh 7 years ago when my life was literally threatened and I'm like literally about to die and you guys take an hour and a half to show up. I like how I call and I scream at you guys and then you show up like that >> like snap of the fingers. >> Can you please go in? >> 194. >> I was here quick and you're telling me to get lost. I mean it can't be both ways. We're doing the best we can. I only came here to help and you're giving me this. call weightless. >> What can I do? >> Good job on 10 precinct since we have to go with CFD 875 number three on a diabetic. >> I mean, I was fixing breakfast and my brother throws all of my food away in the trash and starts screaming at me. So, I just wanted to deescalate the situation. It's deescalated now. Thanks for coming. Bye. >> You're in a better place now. >> My question would be, were you treating your brother the way you're treating us? Because that might have something to do with the problem. You all need to leave now. >> Well, guess who's in charge? >> Mom, can you tell them to leave, please? >> Thank you. >> Good luck. >> Thank you. >> There's counseling available. It exists in the world. >> And I'm in it. Thanks. Bye. >> Okay. >> Okay. You don't have to be wounded. >> All right. >> No charges were filed on any party involved in the incident. It's bad enough calling 911 because of bacon, but this racist Karen was so so much worse. >> Oh, please don't. No. >> Oh, no. You're definitely going to jail. Let's go. [ __ ] >> Mhm. >> On January 4th, 2021, a Florida woman named Bozanic, I think, walked into a Walgreens without a mask when an employee who happened to be Muslim asked her to put a mask on. That's when she went ballistic and started shouting racist and offensive slurs towards him. Things quickly escalated as the woman started spitting at a family nearby who decided to call the police. >> And you probably put yourself in position to let him do that. >> That's a typical man. Typical typical man to say that. >> Ma'am, no weapons on you or anything like that. >> No. Here. >> No. No. That's okay. Stand up for me, please. >> No. I just make sure you look quick. Look, I don't have turn. I don't want to touch you. >> A pocket. >> Great. Under rush for battery. >> I didn't do any battery. >> No. When you spit on people, that's battery. >> No, I did not. Listen, he verbally abuses. >> Well, that doesn't give you the right to spit on them. Guess what? You verbally abused me as soon as I got here. I spit on you. No, >> you're not rest for battery. No, you're definitely doing that. >> Yeah, they're handcuffs. They're not for comfort. >> Can I kick my purse? >> Absolutely. Come on. >> Oh, please don't. No. >> Oh, no. You're definitely going to jail. Let's go. [ __ ] >> Unbelievable. >> Mhm. Can I leave my car here? >> That's absolutely fine. Sure. >> Yeah. This is unbelievable. Unbelievable, officer. This is unbelievable. >> Unbelievable. Unbelievable. >> Well, I'll get a good attorney. >> God bless you. >> Yep. God bless me. God cuz I'm a Christian. >> Christians don't talk like you. >> No, but you know what? I just went through Can I put that in my purse? >> I need to collect your property. You are a prisoner now. I need to collect your bones. >> I've never been a prisoner. >> Well, you are tonight. >> Please. Please don't. >> No, you're going to jail. >> Please do. >> Open your hand. What is this? >> It's my queen. >> Okay, so let it go. >> Officer, please help me. >> Just get Yeah, just they said they desire prosecution. >> Being the typical Karen that she is, the woman instantly starts playing victim and tells the officer that she was verbally abused as if that justifies committing battery. However, despite being in handcuffs, she doesn't stop making offensive remarks. >> Confirm for me. do this, please. I can't do anything. >> How about you just stand there and stop talking? How about we do that? How about we do that? That doesn't give you an excuse to act the way that you're acting. What? Just stop talking. >> This officer saw me last night. I've been having a lot happening in my life. You think that's going to happen? I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I have friends that are Muslim. Okay. I have friends that are Muslim. Oh, that hurts. You're hurting my hand. >> Well, they're handcuffs. They're not for comfort. >> Well, I've never had handcuffs. >> So, that's a no. Okay. So, those those same Muslims that you were talking [ __ ] to just decided your fate and they elected to not prosecute. >> God bless you. >> Yeah. God bless them because if it was up to me, you'd be going to jail. >> Come on, please. >> But they decided as the victim that you are not going to jail. >> Oh, >> I suggest you watch your mouth because the partic shut up. Listen. The particular group that you decide to mouth off to were professional and were nice. Some people might kick you in your face and they're going to come pick up the pieces. So, I suggest you watch your mouth. >> This officer saw me last night. He knows I'm not a bad person. I don't know you. >> Luckily for her, the kind-hearted victims decided not to press any charges against her. So, she was let go without being held accountable for her actions. However, despite the officers telling her that she's lucky, the woman starts acting as if she deserved forgiveness. >> You should be going to jail. Get yourself and leave. >> What do I do with this? >> What do you do with what? >> Oh, that hurts. >> That's unfortunate. >> Well, I've never had this happen to me. >> Then keep your mouth shut and you won't have it happen again. >> Literally, keep your mouth shut cuz you spit on somebody. >> Listen, you you don't know what he did to me. >> You don't have the right to ask me how to talk to you when you're disrespecting people. He disrespected me at first. >> Literally spitting on people. Gather your belongings, count your blessings, and leave. >> Listen, I'm a Christian. >> Yeah. Yeah. Well, you need to look that up. >> And I go to Calvary Chapel. >> You need to That's concerning. >> Yeah. Very concerning. >> Yeah. We'll talk to Pastor Doug. I >> I will actually I will talk to Pastor Doug and let him know how you feel about >> Sunday for the church. For sure. >> Okay. 11 a.m. >> All right. Good night. >> All right. Good night. And thank God for President Trump. >> Good for him, too. The racist Karen's charges are not currently known. >> I do not have to have her driver's license to drive a car. >> On January 17th, 2022, police officers from the Gulf Breeze Police Department were on routine patrol on the Pensacola Bay Bridge when they noticed a gray GMC terrain traveling 52 mph in a 35 mph zone. Upon pulling over the vehicle, they also discovered that the license plate was expired. Seeing this, the officers approached the driver and let's just say she wasn't too happy about it. >> Hey lady, Officer Banks got Bree Police. I'm pulling you over to a 54 and a 35. Any reason for that speed tonight? >> 35 before you got off the bridge. And as soon as you came off the bridge, all this is 35. >> I was going 40, I thought. >> Nope. You got your license, registration, proof of insurance. >> You don't have to have a license to drive car. >> Yes. Yes, you do. >> You do not. >> 15741 with me. Ma'am, step out the vehicle. Step out the vehicle. You >> a crime? >> Yeah. You are being detained right now. Step out the vehicle, young lady. >> I I know my right. >> Either you step out the vehicle or I will remove you from the vehicle. >> I know my rights. >> 157 Sovereign supervereign citizen. >> Did you hear what I said? You need to get a supervisor out here right now. >> No, you need to step out the vehicle right now. supervisor. >> Young lady, step out the vehicle. Step out the vehicle. Last time I'm going to ask you, I'm going to ask. I'm going to ask and then I'm going to make you step out the vehicle. >> You're going to get me a supervisor out here right now. >> No, you're going to step out the vehicle right now. >> You are going to get me a supervisor out here right now. >> That's fine. >> I know my right. >> What right is that? >> I I do not have to have her driver's license to drive a car. I am not This is not a commercial vehicle. >> Okay. >> I know my right. >> Okay. Very well. >> That's what you want to stick with? >> Call a supervisor. >> All right. >> Right now. Or else what? >> I know my rights. >> If I don't call a supervisor or else what? >> I guess we're not going to go anywhere. You need to get a supervisor out here. >> 1033 >> that can that can educate you on what the law is. >> Okay. He's he could educate me on what the law is. What? So, do you have an ID or you have a driver's license? >> No, I don't have a driver's license on me. >> Okay. Do you have one issued to you? >> In Mississippi. >> In Mississippi. So, why would you need a driver's license to drive on the road if you don't need a license? >> That was years ago. Oh, so you're not going to give me a driver's license? >> I'm not going to give you a driver's license. I don't have to give you a driver's license. >> Okay. >> I'm I'm traveling. I don't I don't have to have a driver's license to drive a vehicle. >> Okay. And what state is that? >> Any state. It's common law. Natural law. >> Okay. >> Constitutional law. >> Okay. >> You need to get a supervisor out here. >> I do. >> Yes. >> Okay. Requesting your supervisor. >> So, just like I'm requesting your driver's license. >> Well, I'm sorry. I don't have to have a driver's license to drive a vehicle. >> Okay. Sorry, Turner. Hey, she won't identify. She won't produce a driver's license. She's doing 58. >> Yes. So, you do need a license to drive a vehicle. You do have to identify yourself to these officers. >> I I do not have to have a license to drive. >> Yes, you do. >> I do not. >> You're wrong, but okay. >> I know common law. Natural. >> I don't care about common law. You're in the state of Florida. >> You're in the state of Florida. You're in the state of Florida. >> Doesn't matter. In what state? It does matter. >> I'm in the US. From the outset, the officer recognizes that this isn't a typical routine stop, but something much more serious. As he engages with the driver, he observes her slurred speech, glossy eyes, and dilated pupils, which was more than enough to confirm that this woman was under the influence of drugs. And since such conversations don't go anywhere, the officer instead of wasting any time asks the woman to exit her car. >> That does matter. So you better hope the information you gave us comes back as to being you. So at this point in time, I need you to shut the vehicle off and step out of the car. >> I'm I'm not getting out of the vehicle. >> You're going to get out of the car. >> I haven't been suspected of a crime. >> You are being legally stopped on a traffic stop. You are not being cooperative. That is not a Terry stop. Trust me, I know the difference. You were speeding. Turn the vehicle off and get out of the car. >> I do not have to have a driver's license to drive a vehicle. >> Yes, you do. >> No, I do not. >> Well, then you can tell that to the judge if you end up going to jail. >> Well, I have all the laws right there. >> I don't care what I don't care what laws you say you have. >> I know that you don't care because you're supposed to be a police officer. >> This is You should know that this conversation's over then. >> With her bratty attitude, things are not going so well for her. Especially because driving under the influence, speeding, and not owning a license gives officers more than enough ground to make an arrest. But instead of understanding the situation, the woman keeps on worsening things for herself. >> You don't care about the laws. You don't care about our rights. >> Have a seat. >> I need to call I need to call somebody. Yes, I do. >> You call somebody from Santa Rosa County Jail. >> Excuse me. You call somebody for San Rose County Jail. You're under arrest. >> The woman does go down easily. After being placed into a patrol car, the sergeant tries to talk some sense into her. >> You failed to appear on a court appearance for what was it? Expired license. So, your Mississippi driver's license is expired. Okay. And the registration. So, you had a court date that you missed. Do you remember that? >> No, I don't. >> You don't or you choose not to? >> No, sir. I would not lie to you. I don't lie. I I do not remember that. >> Okay. Okay. Well, you do have a warrant out of Santa Rosa County. So, regardless >> Santa Rosa County. >> You're in Santa Rosa County. Do you not know where you live? >> I just moved here. My mother lives on High Point. >> When did you move here? >> About 2 months ago from Pasigula, Mississippi. >> Okay. And you don't know what county you live in now after 2 months. >> I don't I don't That's not something that's I use often. >> Okay. Well, you are going to jail tonight. >> Well, thank you, Sergeant Turner. >> You're welcome. It seems like this woman just doesn't seem to want to understand what the officer is trying to explain to her. She stands by what she says and doesn't even acknowledge the officer's efforts for a moment despite him just trying to help her. >> I can do that too. I can I can stare at you. >> You know that you are doing the wrong thing. >> Nope. I know. >> Y'all could let me go and handle my warrant tomorrow. No, we can't. >> Right. Because y'all have something to prove. >> I don't have anything to prove. My officer certainly doesn't have anything to prove. >> In the meantime, the other officers are going through her belongings to find some ID and her license since she won't provide it. But one thing they didn't expect was the number of shocking discoveries they were about to uncover. >> Where's the gun in the car? >> The gun? There's no gun in that car. >> There seems to be ammo. The gun's in the pawn shop. >> When did you pawn it? >> Two months ago. >> So why are you still just carrying around ammo? >> I didn't know that ammo was in there. What's wrong with carrying around ammo? What can I do without a gun? >> Nothing. All right, is wrong with it. But if there's ammo, normally there's a gun. And since the vehicle's being towed, we want to keep the gun in safe keeping. >> Look at me. Give me your full name. Drugs inside the vehicle. You are under under arrest now for possession of felony narcotics. >> I didn't give y'all permission to search my vehicle either. >> Your vehicle's being towed. We're inventorying it. We're not searching it. Yes, you are. >> You say that our laws don't matter to you. So, what's the matter? >> Obviously, I don't have any laws right now. >> No, there's plenty of laws. You're just breaking them. >> I don't have to mind laws that that aren't that aren't valid. >> They're valid laws. >> They are not valid laws. >> That was quite a discovery. What started off as a simple routine stop ended as a drug possession case when officers find a small plastic baggie with white substance in it. When confronted, the woman did not claim any ownership of the items. No sobriety tests were conducted because of her erratic behavior and obvious signs of intoxication. The woman even had outstanding warrants for failure to appear in court. Despite even being confronted with all this information, she continued to display arrogance, showing how entitled she is. After being taken to the station, she was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, driving under the influence, and possession of illegal drugs. If finding drugs and claiming to not need a license to drive was bad, claiming police when caught texting and driving is on an entirely new level. >> That secret picture to the ground with police brutality. In 2020, an officer with the Columbus Police Department stopped a vehicle after observing the driver with their head buried in their phone with a child in the back seat. What proceeds to happen next gives a whole new definition to playing the victim. >> I'm watching you drive all the way up the street with your head buried in the phone. All the way up the street. >> No, it was not. >> You know what? I'm going to go ahead and pull you over. >> I have it on my camera. I have everything. And I mean, >> and don't tell me you're on on directions. >> No, I'm not on directions. I have a damn neighborhood. >> You really have nothing else better to do. >> You're going to get pulled over. You got to pull over into the BP lot. >> Pull up next to the uh behind that. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Nothing else to do in your damn day, do you? >> I don't want to be killed by you, ma'am. Pull pull over into the pull over into the BP lot. >> Just call me a douchebag. >> It's quite strange when people ask if they have anything better to do, as if they aren't literally doing what they're paid to do, but brushing off her silly statement. The cop proceeds to pull her over to a safer area to continue their interaction, but she would only become more annoying from here. >> Stay in your car. Stay in your car. Just as the officer was going to exit his car to continue the interaction, the woman barrels outside of her car and starts yelling at the officer. So, the officer hurries over to tell her to get back inside of her car. >> Take your picture in case you're bringing me to the ground with police brutality. >> I need your license, registration, and insurance. Can you please put your feet in and close the door? >> Why? >> Because it's for my safety and your safety. Well, you see my hands at all time. Is this against the law there? Am I not allowed to have >> license registration insurance? Man, >> as the woman was locating her documentation, the officer now schools her on why texting and driving is a horrible idea. >> You're willing to text with your daughter in the back seat. >> Dude, I'm not texting. I'm >> You were typing and you look there's a picture there and you're typing under with a green text bubble. >> Comments on a comments on a picture. This is a little thing just to let you know you're you may be an old man. >> So I use this little thing. >> I don't need your insurance. I'll pull I'll pull it up. Ma'am, >> you are going to be issued a psych. >> Instead of trying to accept responsibility for her actions, she continues to make nonsensical excuses for her behavior. But as the cop finished writing her ticket, he'd walk back over to issue it to her. So she would then accuse the cop of being forceful and aggressive with her. >> My child just had an accident. >> I've asked you to stay in your seat, ma'am. >> I have a child to attend to. >> I have asked you to stay in your seat. Can you please close? >> Is this Excuse me. Is this part of the law a part of getting pulled over? >> I'll tell you what. Is it? I'm just asking because you're being pretty forceful about it and I would like to know the truth. Is that a law? >> There's your drive. There's your driver's license. >> Answering that for me, officer. You're being what you're being cited for is texting while driving today. My question >> I'm going to give you a copy of the law today. >> You're not going to answer my question about the law. >> What is your question again? >> Is this illegal to have my door open? >> It depends on my my feeling of safety and you've been very aggressive for absolutely no reason. >> Come on, bro. I'm not your bro. Okay. Well, I don't care. I'm going to call you what I want. >> Your small child is dependent on you >> and their life is in danger. their their life is in danger because of what you're doing. You're endangering all our lives today and that's why you're >> making an assumption that I was texting when I'm using voice as well. >> Well, ma'am, you can go to court on the >> Oh, you get to see me again. Yes. >> 9:00 in the morning and I would love to play this for the judge. This would be absolutely outstanding. This will be entertaining for the judge. >> Okay. >> You can go on the 19th at 9:00 in the morning. I'll tell you what. You know what? >> Are you going to stop the traffic? >> I'm going to go ahead and give you a copy of the law today. I don't even need you to sign this. So, I'll go ahead and say no. Don't do that on my car, please. Excuse me. That's my property. >> Do not do this on my property. >> Unwilling. There you go. >> Are you going to stop the traffic so I can take a left here? >> Not a chance. >> Why? >> Do you have any other questions? >> Ruin this. And you know, >> have a great day, man. >> You know, my daughter just had an accident. >> Well, at least she's alive today because because of me. >> Last I checked, voice to talk didn't include typing with both hands on your phone. But maybe that's just me. But the Karen was given her citation and sent on her way. Now meet this shoplifter who thought running away was the best way to avoid being arrested. >> Don't you dare. >> On April 6th, 2022, officers responded to a retailer requesting to remove a disruptive customer from the store. So officers arrived to deal with her, but she'd managed to turn a simple encounter into something much, much worse. >> What's going on? >> Okay. Has she stolen anything? >> No. >> Security informs officers that they told her to leave several times, but she refused to do so. But as the officers now locate the woman to speak with her, she would deny any wrongdoing. >> Excuse me, ma'am. The big problem is they want you to leave. They've asked you to leave. This is a private business. They can ask anybody to leave that they want to leave. >> I can't come back. >> Uh well, they do want to trespass you, I believe. But um the most important thing is if a business owner asks you to leave, you're supposed to leave the premise. You can actually be arrested. >> He actually told me that he wasn't the owner and that he was just the manager. >> Well, the manager said she had she had asked you to leave as well. They didn't state they didn't want me to leave. They said they wanted me to stop trying on their [ __ ] >> Okay. Well, that may have been a miscommunication. What she told me was that they asked you to leave and you got nasty and were swearing and just making a fuss. >> You said you just said you said suck my dick. And I was like, well, I don't need to repeat that anymore. Why would I say that to you, sir? >> Demi Moore said it and GI Jane worked for her. >> Huh? >> Sorry. A little bit before your time. Um, are you a manager? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Just tell her she's not welcome back. We're good. >> We are trespassed. You're not welcome in the army. >> Okay. >> And how long are you Jasmine? Hold on. Listen for a second. Have you ever been trespassed anywhere before? >> No. >> Okay. So, the way this works is if you come back for any reason within the next year, that's as long as it can be valid for >> just a year. >> This next year, listen carefully. If you come back for any reason, you can go to jail. Okay? So, just you can go anywhere else in the mall. That depends on the judge. You'll go to jail. you get booked and you'll have a trial and the judge will determine if you what your sentence is. But you need to leave right now. Otherwise, I'll take you to jail today. >> I mean, I'm going to leave right now, but I'm going to come back in here regardless because >> if you do, they're going to tell us >> take me to jail. Yeah, but I'm not going to be in jail for long and then they're just going to let me come. >> So, Jasmine, I need you to leave right now or you going to go to jail today? >> The woman acts dismissive when cops tell her to leave the store. So, she seemed to do just that. That was until cops heard the security checkpoint to go off at the store, alluring to her potentially having stolen items. >> The state of Florida prefers in cases like this that we issue what's called a trespass warning. That's basically a civil. >> Not shocking. >> Was that their was that their uh >> Do you want to follow up on that? >> Well, she's trespassing, so she could follow us. She beat whenever she walked out. Just let it go. >> I kind of figured something about >> You want to follow up on it or no? >> I mean, I don't know if we can check her bag then. Yeah. >> Well, we have we have reasonable suspicion at this point. >> Once cops got confirmation that the store wants to pursue the suspect, the officer goes on a hunt to confront her. But as he'd proceed to locate her to inform her, she'd decide it was a great day to catch a felony. >> Hey, Jasmine. Sorry. So, when your bag went when you went through the security checkpoint, your bag went off. Okay. I'm going to need to check your bag to make sure you didn't steal any merchandise. >> This is the shirt that What's called? These are my pants. My sweatpants. >> Okay, hold on. I need you to put this down for me. I don't want you reaching in there anymore. Stop right now. >> Get off my bag. >> Let go. Let go, Jasmine. >> Get off my bag, bro. >> Jasmine, you need to let go. >> Get off my bag. >> Relax. Let go of the bag. I'm going to search it. >> Stop touching me and get the off. If you don't relax. >> Hey. Hey. Hey. >> You're going to end up getting an additional charge if you don't stop it. Stop right now. >> Stop. >> Don't you dare. >> Don't you bite him. After the cops got the suspect into handcuffs, she'd now begin yelling out for cops to call her dad. >> Call my dad. >> Not right now. In a minute. In a minute. >> I'm going to jail. >> Stop him. Call my dad. He cannot. I'm going to jail. >> You're going to stand up and I'm going to have this officer search you. Do you have anything on you going to get you in trouble or get her hurt? Stop. Stop fussing with the cuffs. Stop fussing with the cuffs. >> It's not going to make them go away. >> After cops secured the woman, they'd proceed to search her bag to see what she was trying to hide from them. >> Do me a favor. Go grab that manager. Bring them over here. >> Those are polo pants. Do >> you planning on what? >> Going somewhere tomorrow so I can put those on. >> Are either of these yours? >> Yeah, this is ours. >> Okay. >> What's going on? I'm not except on that crash and warmer. >> As the manager was confirming that the items in the suspect's possession were in fact stolen, the suspect is now seen trying to slip from her handcuffs, which leads into a Wrestlemania brawl on the Foot Locker floor. >> No. No, ma'am. No, ma'am. No, ma'am. Make them a little tighter on her. She's got little wrists. She's trying to take them off. >> Stop. Stop, [ __ ] >> What the You need to stop. Stop resisting arrest or I'm going to charge you. >> All right, that's battery. >> Then stop. >> You are under arrest for shoplifting. >> Okay. For how long? >> We will worry about that later. Stop resisting. >> Stop trying to scratch me. Stop trying to scratch me. >> Stop. >> Then stop. >> Stop you doing all that [ __ ] >> Stop. You have to calm down. I'm going to tighten the cuffs >> to keep you from escaping. What's wrong with me, [ __ ] >> Then calm down. >> After the woman decided to cause chaos for literally no reason, officers now tried to lead her out of the mall, but she decides to make her legs weak and forces cops to drag her out of the mall. Just to make this encounter that much more difficult for the officers, >> go my bag. >> We'll come with He's going to stand here. Okay. All right. >> Come on. He's going to stand here with your bag. Your bag's going to come with us. You are not getting away. Stop it. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop. Jasmine, >> you are going to jail today. It is happening. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop. >> Walk. You just broke my train. Bro, >> you would walk. This wouldn't happen. >> Walk. >> Stand up. >> Come on, Jasmine. >> Stand up. Act like an adult. >> Hold on. All right, >> another officer will drag her. You're not getting the cuffs off. >> Stop it. Stop. >> How about I give y'all all the money that y'all need for them outfits? That was only 20 bucks. >> Time for that has passed. You want to get up and walk? >> If the encounter wasn't already bad enough, the woman thinks it's a good time to try and kick the officer in the face. >> Stop. What are you doing? You like >> Stop kicking me. I'm not kicking in. Well, >> you can't get out. >> Stop. >> This is not a game. Jasmine, >> you going to kill me like how y'all did, George. >> No one's going to get in. >> No one's going to hurt you. >> Cooperate. >> Everything that's happening to you is is on you. >> So, when do I get out? Today. >> Well, you're going to have a very high bond, so it'll depend on how much money you have, >> which was only $40 stolen. >> You battered a law enforcement officer and you resisted arrest. >> I didn't batter you. It's already ludicrous to fight cops after being caught stealing, but trapping a cop's arm in your car window during a traffic stop is so much worse. >> An additional unit. >> On April 28th, 2022, officers stopped a vehicle for a simple traffic violation, but once trying to make contact with her, she would act extremely entitled. >> Ma'am, open the window. H. >> All right, man. Officer Balls, our Scots, please. Please, your license registration insurance. >> Yeah. Yeah. Thank you. I I'm >> You have your license. Do you have your license registration insurance? >> Yep. Not a problem. Thank you. >> I need your license. >> Open the window or I'm going to break the window and you'll be placed under arrest. >> Upon first trying to speak with her, she would ignore the officer's simple requests and would soon make the biggest mistake of her life. If you don't comply, I will break the window and you will be placed under arrest. Do you understand that? >> Open the window. >> Although it was clear that this woman had no intentions of playing easy, officers were in no way prepared for what she was going to do next. >> Ma'am, step out of the vehicle. >> Sorry, I'm trying to I'm trying to call someone to make sure that I'm safe. >> Step out of the vehicle. You are safe. Stop. >> I don't feel safe. I do not get safe. >> Don't trap my >> Don't trap my arm. >> Whoa. What are you doing? >> Hey, ma'am. Lower the window. You're going to hurt this. >> Lower your window. >> Ma'am, lower window. >> Lower your window with your other arm. >> Ma'am, lower >> Lower your window with your other arm. >> Lower your window with your other arm. >> Punch on this. >> No. >> Ma'am, >> lower your window. You are now under arrest. >> You are now under arrest. >> Ma'am, lower the window. >> You are now under. Ma'am, lower the window. >> Ma'am, lower the window. >> Ma'am, lower the window. >> Stop it. >> Send an additional unit. >> Get out of the car. Under arrest now. >> Why am I the window and officer? >> I I didn't realize he could put my >> Can we open this door? Why are you guys doing this right now? >> You're under arrest. >> What did I do? Can you tell me what I did? >> You're arrested for aggravated assault against a police officer. >> Can you tell me what I did? I am under arrest. You're under arrest. >> Under arrest. Step out of the car. >> Turn around. >> Under arrest for what? >> Aggravated assault. >> After obliterating her window, she'd now act like she'd done nothing wrong. >> How was their aggravated assault? Would you please tell me >> when you when the officer tells you to open the door and has to put his arm through the window and then you you >> Why was his arm going through my window? >> Just pat her down real quick and make sure you all right? >> You good? >> Yeah. Pat her down real quick. Yeah. Search her now. >> Serious right now? >> Yeah. You're under arrest. >> Do you have a mother? Do you have a sister? >> We're passed out already. You're under arrest for aggravated assault. told you multiple times to lower your window, open the door, and then when he put that >> put his arm through your window and you raised the intentionally raised the window and then hurt this officer. Now you're under arrest for accurate and plus >> you are accusing me of something I did not do. >> You're not. You're under arrest. >> Yeah, >> you're under arrest. >> Are you guys serious? >> Step into the vehicle, watch your head. >> Yeah. So, can I >> step into the vehicle and watch your head? >> Can't you tell me what I'm arrested for? >> Aggravated assault. >> I need to Hold on. Get back in. Get back in the car. Back in the Get back in the car. Come on. >> Turn around. >> Four. Four of you guys now, huh? Five. Five of you guys. >> So, you're not giving me any chance to retrieve my stuff or >> make sure my things are okay. >> Stay there. >> Why? You're not going to tell me why I was pulled over to >> Watch your foot. Watch your foot. You explain everything. Just watch your foot. >> No, you're not. You're not explaining. As they'd arrive at the police station, although she's already in custody, she'd continue wrecking havoc for the officers. >> Walk up the stairs. Put your hand against the wall. >> You guys playing >> Put your hands against the wall. On the wall. On them. >> I really do not. >> Do you want to get obstruction, too? You're not following instructions, is your problem. >> They're on the wall. >> No, they're not. They're not touching. Put them Put them on the wall, but I'm not going to tell you again. So, could you clean it for me, please? >> Do you? No. >> Oh, your hands on the wall. >> I'm putting them on the wall. >> Ma'am, I'm not going to have to start moving. >> They're not moving for you. >> I don't want your shirt. I want No. Put your hands on the wall now. I'm not asking you a question. Place your arms on the wall. If I have to hold them, I will hold them when I'm done. >> Yes. >> Wow. >> Wow. >> If somebody could just, you know, listen, it would be so hard, right? It would be done already. >> I'm so sorry that you have such a legs cuz I do too. But Jesus, you picked the wrong. Yeah, I picked the wrong. Yeah, you did. Can you tell me why I got it? We >> I already explained that to you. That's >> You said cuz >> you play that and you have a warrant. That's it. It's that simple. >> It was only well after her ridiculous shenanigans were over that she realized the consequences for her actions and would pretend to have no idea what she's in jail for. Take your socks off. >> My socks off. >> Correct. >> Is this your first time being arrested? >> No, it's not. >> Okay. So, you should be familiar with this. Let me see your feet. Please >> put your socks back on. Put your shoes back on. >> What were you arrested for before? Probably the reason you got the warrant. Do you know what the warrant's for? >> Um I think it's what I have court for in a couple weeks. I think for uh >> So, so why not? >> Cuz I got it in December. I I don't know. I don't know. It's for >> So why not? So why not just >> So it's for something I have court for already set and a couple days to appear because you didn't go to court. >> Yeah, but they have a new court date set. >> Understood. Until then, because you didn't go the first time, you didn't warrant >> and all it would have been was you getting out of here in 2 hours, some paperwork, and that's it. >> I'm going to pee on your chair right now. You guys, >> you need to urinate right now. >> I told you my uncle I just I mean >> Right. All right. Well, you also said a lot of things, so I didn't know if it was just a ploy or if you wanted to just argue or I was speaking to you calmly and kindly and you just escalated everything. So, excuse me for not believing it in the beginning. >> Stand up to you calmly and that's why I'm just confused as what's going on here, guys. Because I figured you guys >> This completely avoidable incident resulted in charges of aggravated assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, obstruction, and she was also charged for her two active warrants. Trapping a cop's arm inside your window is definitely a bad first impression, but running away from a brutal crash and claiming innocence is much worse. >> I got in a hit I got in an accident. Hit and run. >> Okay, >> you just hit and ran somebody else. Yeah, you did. I got somebody. Listen to me. >> Calm down. On April 1st, 2022, police received a call regarding a hit and run case. When the officers arrived at the scene, they spotted a white car completely totaled. Concerned for the driver, the officer quickly went to the car to check on him. >> You okay, dude? >> You all right? Yeah. >> You injured? >> No, I'm okay. >> Yeah, it was a brown or beige Saturn black female driver, younger. I'm out with the other driver. He's advising. So far, no injuries, but there is airbag deployment. You got I got rescue coming for you just to take a look at you and make sure you're okay. All right. You just getting off of work. >> Yeah. >> Heading home, huh? >> Yeah. >> Didn't even stop at the stop sign. Didn't >> Who did who somebody else get hit? >> All right. >> Yeah, he's good, I think. Did you get hit? >> Okay. You want to get out or you want to chill where you're at? It's up to you. >> I need to just chill real quick. My >> good. You're good, man. Take your time. Did you happen to take get a look at the driver of that vehicle at all? Yeah, but I didn't think so. All I seen was a car not stopping. >> Is the car register? Is this car registered to you? It's your car? >> Yeah, it's my car. >> All right, sir. Real quick before uh I get you your case number and everything. Um do you want to press charges for the hit and run? Okay. We have a female up the street detained that I'm going to go and identify cuz I saw her driving. If it's her, she's going to go to jail. Okay. Just raise your right hand for me. You swear that everything in the statement you're about to give is true to the best of your ability. And you understand that filing a false report in Florida is a criminal offense and you can be charged for doing so. Yes. >> Okay. State your name and today's date. >> Juan Marty 4122. Thankfully, the man wasn't hurt. He explained to the officer how he was crossing the street at a four-way point intersection when all of a sudden a car came towards him at full speed. Unfortunately, he couldn't see the driver as it all happened too quickly. But luckily, he was able to remember the color of the car. >> And what happened today? >> I got in a hit I got in an accident. Hit and run. >> Okay. Did you see the vehicle? >> Yes. >> What color was the vehicle? Tannanish Brown. >> Do you see the driver at all? >> No. >> And did the vehicle stop and check on injuries? >> Did they attempt to exchange information with you or call the police for a report? Do you want to press charges for the hit and run? Yes. >> Perfect. Let me get you a case number and I'll get you out of here. Recorder will be here in just a second. Hey, uh, Russo's got one detained. Apparently, she admitted to being the driver. I'm going to go up there and take a look at her. If you just want to wait for Recker, I'm going to grab him his case number and then he's good. It wasn't long before a car of a similar description was found at a nearby gas station. Realizing this could be the car, officers got out and went to confront the driver. >> You driving this? >> Yeah. Turn around. Put your hands on your back. >> Turn your hands on your back. >> Just relax. >> Somebody just hit and ran. >> You just hit and ran somebody else. Yeah, you did. I got Listen to me. >> Calm down. Tell me. >> Relax. Relax. >> Relax. >> Addition to guilt. I asked her if she was driving. She said yes. Somebody hit and ran her and she uh took off. >> They'll come. Let me see your phone. >> Are you okay? Are you injured? >> Yes. >> Why did you flee the scene? >> I cuz I was >> What's your name? What's your name first? Talk to me real quick. All right. I'm sorry for for doing that to you right now, but I have to put you in a handcuff. Listen. What's your first name? Alexis. >> All right. Listen to me real quick. All right. Alexis, you have the right to remain silent. You >> understand your rights? Yes. >> Okay. Explain to me why you ran. >> I was coming out. So when I drove out, the police hit their lights. Okay. >> But when the police hit their lights, I kept I admit I kept going. But when I kept going, I already turned their lights were off. So me thinking they're trying to get around me. So I kept going. You feel me? I was scared. I know I have no license. So I got scared. I panic. >> So I kept going. As I kept going, I did not hit them. Sir, as me going, they was coming out and they bashing to the side of the car. You see, I didn't >> I can see that >> I didn't hit them at all, sir. If I hit them, my front thing their front thing would been messed up. My whole spot is messed up from the tires. >> Do you have ID on your purse? Yes. >> Can I grab it? >> Yes. >> It turns out this woman initially ran from a traffic stop. As she told the officer she panicked when she saw the cop car turn his lights on behind her. Since she doesn't have a license and she was driving, she knew what would happen if she was pulled over. But she keeps insisting that the other driver hit her and that she's actually the victim. >> So you saw the cop lights and you got nervous because you don't have a license. >> No, I saw the cop. I went out as the police was coming in. It was a stop. I was already at the stop sign. So it's my goal. >> Okay. >> You get what I'm saying? Right there by you going to go to So City. I'm straight. The police is coming to their stop sign. I'm already at the stop sign. It's my go to go. So I went. The police hit the lights. I stopped. I kept going, but they turned their lights off and I kept going. As I kept going, they were still behind me. They wasn't behind me, but then they flashed their lights again. I was already behind the street where I got hit at as me still going. It's no stop sign. So, as me still, it was I stopped and then I kept going and then the white car was not supposed to come out as me going. So, the white car hit me and that's when I lost control of the car and I grabbed the car back and pressed on the brakes. By then, I would not be here right now. So, I Make a complete stop at that stop sign before you kept going. >> Yes, sir. >> You sure? >> Yes, I did. I made a complete stop sign at the stop sign. It was my goal to go. >> So, you almost killed that guy. His car is totally >> You almost killed me. >> No, you ran the stop sign. Okay. I understand that he hit your car, but you have to stop and yield to oncoming traffic. If you're crossing another street, you have to stop and wait for oncoming traffic. Not to mention, honestly, your your biggest concern right now is the flea charge because had you not done that, the crash never would have happened. Even if you stopped at the stop sign, I probably wouldn't even have written her a ticket for driving. She would have just had her pull over. >> Y'all know there's so much going on. Look what y'all had yesterday. >> So, like for future reference, let's say you did stop at the stop sign. Let's say the fleeing, all that stuff, forget about it. Let's say you were just driving home, you stop at a stop sign, somebody hits you. Even if it's their fault, if you take off, you're still going to get charged with you. You still have a duty in the state of Florida to stop and make sure that there's no injuries, even if you're not at home. Thankfully, in this situation, the police knew what really happened right from the beginning. Despite the woman's tears, they saw right through her attempt to avoid responsibility for the hit and run. Considering she did a hidden run, that's really not shocking. Also, what else isn't shocking is the charges that this woman had landed under her name. Back at the station, she was charged with aggravated fleeing and eluding, hit and run with injury, and driving without a license. Running from cops is begging for trouble. But calling the cops on yourself is on a whole other level. >> There's no one inside. Please let me go home. Please, I have to go to work. I have to go to work, sir. On the morning of March 19th, 2023, a woman named Kayla made a distressing 911 call to the Wisconsin Police Department. The call was accompanied by the sounds of a man shouting in the background. In response, officers were quickly dispatched to the location traced through the ping of Kayla's cell phone. But as the officers arrived on the scene, they were met with something they had never seen before. >> Police department. Police department, open the door. >> Hello. >> Hey, this is Officer Clash from Marshfield Police Department calling you. Okay. >> What's going Well, we got a call from this number stating >> Okay. What uh what apartment are you guys in? Well, we're trying to we we just want to make sure everything's okay. All right. So, we just got to check on everyone. >> Okay. Well, how would you know we're knocking on the door? >> We're not leaving. Come to the door. >> What's going on? >> I have to go to work. >> No, I have to go to work. I'm not willing to be late for work. >> Okay. What's going on? >> I have to Nothing. Nothing. I have to go to work. I don't even know why you guys are here. Get away me, please. You're making me feel I want the chief of police here. Whoever the supervisor is, I want here. >> Okay. He's coming. >> Okay. I have to go to work. I don't have time for this, sir. I have to go to work. >> So, you call me? No, I didn't. I don't know who called you. I didn't call you. >> After knocking multiple times on the door, Kayla opened it, seemingly in a hurry to leave for work. Judging by her behavior, it seemed like she was completely unaware of why the police were there. Or at least that's what she wanted them to think. >> Okay, >> I'm from I'm from New Hampshire. Well, I'm from Massachusetts originally. Okay. So, who's in the apartment with you? >> Me. >> Okay. Who else? >> Me. >> Cuz there's someone else. >> I have to get ready, sir. >> Okay. >> I have to go to work. >> We got to >> I have to go to work. >> We got to call >> Oh, >> okay. So, that's the number that called 911. >> I actually have I actually have two different numbers on >> That's the number that called 911. You're right. It was They needed some help. >> Okay. So, that's why we're here. >> I have to go to work, y'all. I have to go to work. I have to go to work. I have to go to work. I'm not talking to you. I'm not speaking to you. I have to go to work. >> Right there, Kayla is caught lying through her teeth. Initially claiming that she had made no calls to police. Now picking up a call from them just shows how lightly she was taking the whole situation, but that wouldn't be for long. >> Who else was inside? >> I have to go to work. You guys are going to cause me to lose my job. Please let me go to work. There's no one inside. Please let me go home. Please, I have to go to work. I have to go to work, sir. >> The [ __ ] are you doing? >> Oh my god. >> Get the [ __ ] away from me. >> Get over here. >> Get the [ __ ] away from me. Leave her alone. >> My baby's in there. My baby's in there. No. I'm sorry. >> I didn't do anything. I know you guys are my way. >> You just teased my boyfriend for no reason. >> You need to you need to calm down. >> No, I can't freeze it. No, >> you're going to go. >> I can't. >> Let's go. >> I can't believe this. I'm going to lose my apartment. >> No, you are. You are. >> [ __ ] you. [ __ ] you. >> Guys, I didn't do anything wrong. But >> you came out tense up at us, man. You can't be doing that. >> Come out with your fist. >> I didn't leave my apartment. I did not leave my apartment. >> You did? >> You can't come out trying to bite us. He just lost his job. I can't afford to lose my job. Please, mommy. Please. Please. >> Have a seat in here. >> I'm going to lose my job. Please don't. Please. I'm not going to run. Why would you guys handcuff me? I wasn't running. >> Listen. You called 911. Just listen. All right. All right. >> He called 911 because he was because he was being a douchebag. I was just trying to threaten him with the [ __ ] cops. >> Okay, that's inappropriate, first of all. Right. >> I understand that, but I wasn't he wasn't doing anything. I wasn't doing anything. Okay, things got quickly out of control. It turns out Kayla called 911 just to scare her boyfriend after getting into an argument with him that morning. Though she might have done this thinking it was a harmless prank, that's not what the cops were thinking. >> You got every police officer over here because we thought someone was being a murdered, beat up, and >> No, I'm fine. You guys did all of this. We thought that you were hurting me. Of course he came out here to help me. He thought you guys were hurting me. >> Okay, you call 911. >> You just tased him. He wasn't doing anything. >> Okay, take the one. >> No. Oh, please. I got the Put your legs inside. Sir, I have to put your legs inside. I'm trying to talk to you like an old >> Put your legs inside the vehicle. >> Please talk to me. >> No, put your legs inside the vehicle right now. >> Can you please talk to me? >> No. Put your legs inside. >> Can you put the window down? >> We can roll the window down. >> Can I please be in the No, I want to know what's happening. Guys, please. I have I have to work. I have I'm under arrest. Yep. You're under arrest for obstructing an officer first. >> I'm under I'm going to jail. >> No, you're not going to jail. You're under arrest right now. >> I But I have to work at noon. Guys, I can't afford to lose my job. >> I'm sorry. You shouldn't have called 911. And >> I didn't do anything, sir. >> Yes, you did. >> So, I'm getting I'm going to lose the mark at noon. Please >> put your leg in. Put your Put your leg in or you will go to jail. Put your leg in the >> You're going down, please. Put your leg in the car. >> Please put the window down a little bit. >> Put your leg in the car. >> Just a little bit. >> That was weird. >> With all that has happened, the woman still thinks that she is not the one to be blamed. When clearly she is the reason behind all of this fuss. She still doesn't seem to grasp the gravity of the situation and the trouble she's gotten herself into. >> Please put the window. I'll put the window down a little bit. Stop yelling. >> Talk to me. I need to know what's going on. Please, sir. >> You're being arrested for one, disorderly conduct. Two, resisting an officer. >> I wasn't resisting. Sir, I have to go to work at noon, please. >> That is resisting an officer. >> Sir, I have to go to work at noon. >> And three, for obstructing an officer by filing a false police report, which caused us >> Hey, he wasn't. I called the police cuz he was yelling. >> You told me that. You just made that up. >> No, I told you he was yelling. He >> said he was being a douchebag. Yeah, >> sir. I can't afford to lose my job. >> I'm sorry about that. >> So, do I have to go down to the station? >> You're going to come down to the station right now? Yeah. >> Can please can you bring me back now? I'm trying to be back before work. Please. >> No. You just screamed in my face. >> I'm sorry. I have a baby I had to take care of. >> Where's your baby right now? >> In there. >> In there? >> Yes, sir. I have to go to work. >> We have to go through what just happened right here. And we're going to go do that at the police department. >> Okay. Well, can we go now? I have to work. >> You want to call them and just let them know you're going to be late? >> I can't. I'm the one that opens. Well, I'm sorry, but that's not going to happen right at this exact moment. So, >> okay. Well, yeah. Can I please call them? I have everything's in my phone. >> Well, we'll have to go get that in a second here. >> Sir, what's going on with my boyfriend? >> I don't know. I'm out here talking to you. Do you think I know? >> I didn't do anything besides cook bacon and sausages for us. >> What part of cooking has you stepping through a door with your fist rays at police? >> We have to work through what happened to make sure that nothing else happened. All right. And we're not going to rush this because you're on a time schedule. >> Sir, please. Nothing happened. and he was yelling and I called the cops and that is it. >> Okay. You were screaming that >> you guys just look for anybody reason to arrest me. I don't get it. >> I don't even know who you are. >> I am not telling you. >> Okay. Well, then that's another reason we're not going to let you go. Then >> that's one thing you should never do. Playing with law enforcement will lead you to the same consequences as Kayla, who was charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing an officer, and resisting arrest. It's bad enough calling 911 to scare your boyfriend. But driving drunk and trying to escape by telling cops that your dad is the sheriff is entitlement taken to the next level. >> My dad is the sheriff. >> Your dad's the sheriff. your dad's smart cage. The breath test. >> On November 19th, 2022, officers spotted a vehicle weaving in and out of traffic. So, they'd subsequently commence a traffic stop. But as officers try to speak with the girl, she'd try to tell them that she can't be arrested because her dad's a cop. Your license, registration, insurance on this vehicle. >> Can you show me that? >> I need your license. I'm not doing this game. Why am I smelling alcohol emitting from your breath? I need your license, registration, and insurance. You have one more chance. One more chance or I'm going to take you to jail. Okay, >> hold on a second. Take him to jail. >> As the suspect refused to listen to anything the officer had to say, the officer had enough of her games and decided to arrest her. But now she'd claim her dad's a cop, thinking that'll get her out of trouble. And her mom also chimes in to claim that her daughter is innocent. Mom, he wasn't in following me the whole time and loving and now he's going to follow me. >> That's not how this works. All right, >> we're done. We're done. Nope. Stop. >> Okay, hold on. >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop. >> My dad is a cop. You're not going to wait. >> Come over here. I am trying to talk to you. You do not want to listen to me. You do not want to listen to me. You don't want to do anything. >> Just tell me like when did you >> I clocked her over at 285 past Brantley. Wait, I haven't even been at Brley. >> She hasn't been at Brley. >> You're lying cuz I haven't been at >> She hasn't been at Brley. >> I haven't been at Brantley. >> Stop yelling. Stop. >> I haven't been at >> I know. Stop >> on Brantley Road. >> 285. >> I passed you. >> I passed you a black Chevy Silverado doing 93. >> Eddie 136 central. I have one female to change. >> Stop. >> Mom. >> Wait. Where? Where? She's not coming from Bratley. >> She wasn't coming out of place. >> Okay. Well, that still doesn't >> She called me. She's bringing me the kids. >> Okay. So, where are you coming from? >> I'm telling you. >> Where are you coming from then? >> Okay. I've come from my boyfriend's house. >> Which is where? >> It was off of Thomasson. >> Off of Thomasson. So, you have to pass Bryantly Road to get to Thomasson to get here. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, that's what I'm saying. I passed you at Brantley Road clocking you at 92. >> Okay. So, >> I went I am traveling 100 miles an hour trying to catch up to you and you kept driving through loving black Chevy Silverado. >> You're lying. >> I'm not lying. I don't need to lie about that. >> Mom, >> and now I'm smelling alcohol coming from your breath and you have kids in your car. >> Test me because I honest I left from there. I told my mom I'm coming to bring my kids so we can >> and I'm asking you for your license, registration, insurance, and you're denying that. Okay. Yes, you are. You said take you to jail. Well, I'm obliging you. >> I'm trying. Okay. I'm not trying to be like is just giving him your license. That's my registration. >> I will. >> Don't argue. Why are you >> I'm not arguing because I came from Brantley. >> Not Brantley Lake. >> Okay. >> Okay. Not Brantley Lake. Brantley Road. That is on 285 right here. >> Where did you put your lights? >> Where did you put your lights at? Here. >> I I am not going to run license siren. Yes. Right here. >> Okay. So, why have you been following me this long and you haven't put >> What do you mean? I'm not going to put everyone in danger by running the lights and sirens 100 miles an hour. >> How the mother can defend her daughter's drunk driving with her grandkids in the back seat is beyond me. But as cops get the suspect into a patrol car, she'd scream at the officers claiming her dad is the sheriff, thinking it's a get out of jail free card. >> Okay, so let me call No, no, no, no, no, no. Now you're taking him to jail for no reason. Stop. Get in the vehicle. Get in the vehicle. >> Get in the vehicle. >> Stop. >> Get in the vehicle right now. >> Listen to me. Listen to me. >> Get in the vehicle. >> Okay. I'm trying to talk to >> Okay. I'm going to talk to her. Get in the vehicle. >> My dad is a sheriff. >> Your dad's the sheriff. Your dad's smart cage. >> And I'm Get in the vehicle. Get in the vehicle. >> Listen to me. Stop. >> Okay. Talk to me. Talk to me. >> I will talk to you when you calm down. >> I'm calm. >> No. Sit down. I'm going to get your license, registration, all that stuff. Please calm down. Please. Please. Please calm down. I'm not I'm not calm down. Stop. >> I have kids that are in my vehicle. Stop. >> So, why are you traveling so fast then? >> I wouldn't do that to me. >> Why are you driving so fast? And why are you intoxicated right now? >> Listen to me. >> I have children that that have no death. Okay. Serious. >> That's fine. >> Okay, Britney, >> I I'll be honest with you. I've had a beer. >> Okay. >> Since I've had those kids, >> okay, >> and we stopped. >> I understand. >> I I'm not traveling. I wasn't trying to avoid you. I >> I never said you were. >> Okay. >> All I said is I clocked you at a 92. >> Okay. Where? >> And I And I told you I didn't try to stop you until right here. >> Why? >> You came around this corner. What do you mean? It's against the law to drive 92 in a in a 65. >> You're barely pulling me over here. >> I had to catch you. You kept going 92. You kept going. >> Let him tell you what he's Let him tell you. Stop. Let him tell you. >> Okay. I was trying to catch up to you the whole time from the moment you passed me and you push put on your brakes because you saw me. >> I didn't see you. I really honestly 100%. >> Okay. I had to find a a turnaround. I turned around on you and then I floor I floored it doing a hundred trying to catch up to you before I could make >> before I could find the Chevy Silverado. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Where was that? >> What do you mean where was that? >> Where was that? >> Will you stop? >> That's That's not It Why does it matter where I made a U-turn at? >> It doesn't matter. >> I told you where you where I clocked you at. Brantley Road and 285 at 92 mph. I wouldn't be surprised if this girl didn't even know her address. She's being told where she was stopped over and over, but she just doesn't get it. If not already ridiculous enough, she claims to know her rights and even claims to be a police officer. >> Tell me because I pulled >> I just told you >> where's I'm not going to keep explaining this. >> Tell me 100% honest where's my >> road is on 285. On 285 notes I don't pay attention. I should know your road. >> I've lived here. >> Well, then you should know your road. I'm not going to argue with you. >> Okay, just show him your eye and he'll give you a ticket. I don't know what he's going to give you, but please do not argue with me. >> I'm not arguing. I'm just trying to get to the point where he Why did he follow me so long and now he's now he's pulling me over. >> I had to catch you. Does that not make sense? >> Why didn't your Why weren't your lights on? >> I my I turned my lights on when I when I identified your vehicle. >> When you turned around, why didn't you turn lights on? Why would I do that? >> Why would I? >> That makes no sense. Are you a police officer? >> Yes. >> No, you are. >> Okay. You're a police officer. >> I know my rights. >> Okay. Well, then get in there. Use your fifth and then right. >> Get in the car. I'm going to arrest you for resisting. How about that? >> I'm not arresting you for resisting. I'm not >> You can't arrest me. >> I'm not arrest I'm not resisting, though. >> I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. >> Get in the vehicle right now or I'm going to arrest you. >> Okay. Listen to me. >> Last chance. >> Shut up. >> If you do not let me close this door, I'm arresting you. If you don't let me close this door, I'm arresting you. >> Let me show you my license. >> Let me show you my license. >> Let me show you my license. Let me >> Let me show you my license. >> I'm going to pee myself. >> Get in the vehicle. I'm going to >> talk to you. I'm not >> I'm going to hit you with it. I'm going to hit you with it. >> Get in the vehicle. I'm just give you a question. >> Only when being threatened with a taser would the suspect finally comply with the officer. The cop now has trouble locating the girl's ID and vehicle documents. So, he'd proceed to ask the suspect where they are, and she'd decide to make some snarky comments towards him. Where's your wallet, insurance, and registration at? >> If I can get out, I can. >> You're not getting out. >> Okay. >> Okay. Well, then I'll arrest you for concealing identity. This girl is the definition of entitled, causing absolute chaos but pinning the blame on everyone else. But the officer now speaks with a backup officer and would catch him up to speed on the situation. >> Boy, you got a bus. Oh, she was driving. She did 92. I turn around on her. I barely caught up to her. Here she comes out. I smell alcohol on her breath. She's pretty much refusing everything. Okay. >> I almost dry stunned her to get her in the unit. >> Who's this? It's mom. She's trying to help me. >> I'll tell her. >> Ma'am, >> I'm not doing nothing. I'm sitting here. >> You bang on that window and you damage it, we're going to charge you. So quit doing so quick. >> I'm sitting here. >> You're banging on the window. So stop. >> I can hear you on the outside. >> Hey, listen to her. This lady's trying to talk to you. Britney, listen to her. Britney, please. Britney, >> calm down, please. Britney, >> I know. Just call. >> You better call my dad cuz I don't know. Ow. They have no right. No, right. >> I haven't done nothing. And all of a sudden, he pulls his lights. >> All of a sudden, stop banging on the door. >> Stop banging on the door. That's what I'm telling you. >> Listen, I'm banging on the door. >> If your mom can hear it, too. >> I can't [ __ ] move, >> [ __ ] >> I just got a >> That's okay, ma'am. Just Just >> I just got to listen to He's being nice enough and he says he's not going to arrest you if you listen to him. Stop. because Annayia is going to take you. We don't need you to go, Britney. You got the kids here. Please zip it. >> The mother once again seems to defend this absolutely spoiled behavior, which will only reinforce her arrogant actions as she grows older, adding more entitlement. The officer asks the suspect if she wants to perform sobriety tests, and her answer isn't quite what you'd expect. Britney, are you willing to submit to standardized field sobriety tests? >> Yes or no? >> Yes or no? >> Okay, I'll take that as a no. Okay. All right. So, as of right now, you're under arrest for DWI. >> Why? >> For DWI? >> For what? >> What is he going to do? >> She's She's under arrest. >> And why? >> For DWI? >> I'm not doing anything wrong. >> Huh? >> For DWI? >> I'm not doing >> But why DWI if she >> She's intoxicated. But you didn't. >> She's She just refused to do the test. She's intoxicated. >> After the suspect unsurprisingly declined taking sobriety tests, the officer now tries to read Britney her rights. But she'd proceed to scream over him. And it became evidence that the officer was totally fed up with her. >> Hey, he's going to read her some stuff that's important. So, can you just come over here for now? I appreciate it. >> I would understand. My dad's aing sheriff. I wouldn't do this to you. I'm not an ugly person. >> I'm not saying you are. All right, you need to listen to me. Okay, you need to listen to me really carefully. All right, you are under you are under arrest for DWI. Stop and listen to me. Stop and listen to me. >> I didn't blow nothing. >> I cannot force you to take our test, but if you refuse, you will lose your New Mexico driver's license or non-resident operating privilege for one year. The right to speak to an attorney or remain silent does not apply to this requirement in Mexico law. >> Let you take a breath test. >> Do you now agree to be tested? >> You follow me? >> I consider your actions to be a refusal to be tested. >> How do you know if I haven't refused? >> I didn't read you. >> Oh, I'm going to. >> Did I say that? >> No. She wants to act like that. >> Yeah. charge with >> Britney was charged with child abuse without bodily harm, DUI, speeding, driving without a valid license, resisting or evading an officer, and criminal damage to property. Using your dad's the sheriff card to evade arrest is bad enough, but telling cops that you weren't texting, but instead on Instagram is not the best way to avoid getting a ticket. >> You have no idea. and not like >> I could see it was actually Facebook, man. >> No, it was Instagram, but I just opened my phone. >> Columbus police officers noticed a woman texting while driving, but when officers approached her, they had no clue they were about to encounter the queen of the Karens. >> Hello, >> Facebook. watched you all the way from Starret Road all the way with your from this road down here with your head down. That's why I thought I'd come over and see it. That's not going to happen. Are you turning or are you going straight? >> No, I'm going straight. >> I need you to pull over to the side of the road right when you go through the light. Once pulling the woman over into a safe area, the officer proceeds to perform routine procedures, unaware of the ridiculousness about to unfold. Can I get your driver's license and insurance card, please? Immediately upon writing her citation, the officer heads up to her car to hand it to her. But she wouldn't be too happy about facing consequences for her actions. There's your license and insurance background. What you're being cited with today is unauthorized use of communication device better known as >> that. Dude, that was a dick move. Like you have you don't you come up to the window like with your ego. I've seen your videos. >> I've seen your videos like, "Oh, you have no idea what I was doing. You have no idea." Not like >> I could see it was actually Facebook, man. I know it was Instagram, but I just opened my phone because I got a notification because I'm a volunteer for Mental Health America of Franklin County. I'm going to meet a family who's in crisis. So, I get the notification. I go to open my phone knowing I'm coming up to a red light. >> You have to be off the road and your car has to understand that, but I'm an adult. I was in the military. >> This copy judge me like, oh, I'm some stupid dumb teenage [ __ ] or something who just is on their phone all the time. No, I'm writing >> like, "Hey, what are you doing?" You just come up like, "Okay, here's what you're doing. You're on [ __ ] Facebook." No, I'm not driving on Facebook. I'm not an idiot. I have children. >> Do you have any Do you have anything else you'd like to say, ma'am? >> No, it's just >> it's just all on camera. That's Your honor, that would be called a dick move. >> I mean, what are you going to sue me because I'm being honest with my opinion? >> No, I'm just making sure everything's on on camera. >> I don't care about all that [ __ ] dude. Did you see anything on my record? >> What you are being with? unauthorized use of communication device. I gave you a copy of the law. It's also better known as texting wide driving. You're going to have three options. Your first option is if you would like to plead not guilty in front of a judge, you could do so on the 10th of next month, 9:00 a.m. this address, courtroom 1A. Your second option, you can pay for it in the person downtown here. Or your last option is call that phone number. They're going to tell you how much it costs and you can send in the payment. If you send it in there, they have to receive it by the 10th. I need your signature on the side. Your signature is not admission of guilt. Just that you do understand your options. Do you have any other questions that I could answer for you today, ma'am? >> Here's your cop. Drive safely, man. Telling the cops it's actually Instagram is literally an admission of guilt. So, while she tried to act smart, she really just proved that she knows nothing about the law. If she took this to court, I know the judge would be holding back tears after stopping court in 20 seconds. Guilty. Allegedly. If trying to escape a ticket by telling cops you're on Instagram was bad, wait until you meet the dumbest, most obnoxious shoplifting Karen imaginable. >> I'm going to go. >> No, you're still here complaining. >> No, I'm going to go. We went on my sister. >> Officers with the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of a female stealing from a grocery store. But once they'd arrive, the suspect would immediately be uncooperative. >> My stuff. I'm paying myself. I got three different transactions. And that's all I was doing. Three different transaction. I'm paying for my stuff. Why the I got a I got a mother amen to a [ __ ] Why I got to do that? And I'm paying for my [ __ ] >> What do you What do you mean? Amen. >> Him. >> Okay. >> I'm paying for my stuff. Three different transaction. I [ __ ] I got money. [ __ ] I ain't worried about that. But I'm just saying I'm paying for my stuff. That's all I'm doing. I got three different transactions. So, I'm paying for my stuff and that's all I was doing. >> Where's Where's the stuff? >> While she claimed to have quote only been paying for her stuff, officers would now speak to management who would recount a very different story. So she paid for it. The whole bug is already packed up. Nothing's paid for. This is all that's paid from the bug. She's attempting to leave with the buggy. So they told her she has to pay for everything. She's making a big scene. >> So for the record, she only paid for one item. >> It's not even paid. This is a suspended >> a suspended transaction. >> Yes. She's trying to >> So she's trying to scam. >> Yes. So she I'm going to pay for different each transaction injury one by one. >> No, you don't. >> No. So like I said, she's making she making a big sale. That's trespassing. This is not like the first time we had incident. Once officers learned of her elaborate scheme, they'd head back out to speak with her to where her belligerent attitude will only get worse. >> And they suspended my my transaction and I'm paying for it. >> Okay. All right. What's your name? You got your ID with you? >> Don't worry about my ID. I just want my [ __ ] You know what? I can keep that [ __ ] >> Okay. Listen. Listen. >> Don't worry about my ID. Don't worry about a mother thing. >> Okay. Listen. >> That's it. Listen to being respectful with you >> cuz this [ __ ] don't make me mad and I want to hit some mother right now >> and I don't like that. No, I ain't going to hit the police cuz y'all ain't going to take me to jail. Y'all kiss my ass on everything I know transaction. She didn't pay for her items and I'm speaking to him. So give me one second. Relax. Relax. She going to try to uh do one by one individual on the items. But you had the whole part full and ready to walk out. So manager just wants to not prosecute but wants to go ahead and trespass. So that's it. But is that for today? We're going to grab your ID. We get your information. Come back tomorrow. >> You're not you're not if you come back tomorrow perfectly. That's fine. >> Hey. Hey. My ID. >> Okay. Well, now you're going to go to jail then for obstruction because you're not giving me your ID. Nope. Okay. In a clear attempt to provoke the officers, the woman intentionally takes as long as possible to locate her ID card. Growing impatient, officers now inform her of the consequences if she continues to play games. >> So, you going to take me home? >> You want to go home? >> I'm going home. >> Give me the ID. Stop playing games. >> Give me the ID or you going >> my hand. >> Stop playing games or you get >> Let go my hand cuz I will give it to you. >> Okay. Get Get the ID. >> Well, let go my hand. Don't play with my mother hand. >> Okay. Give me the ID cuz I'm not playing games. >> I'm not playing. >> ID now. >> ID now. Are you going to get a resistant? You're going to get resistant charge. >> Go with the ID. Go with the ID. >> Go with the ID. >> Can you get the ID? Cuz I'm >> Give me a minute. Hurry up. >> Let me go my way. >> Hurry up. Get the ID. >> Okay, you give me a minute. >> Just give me your name. It's a lot easier. Give me your name. >> I'm going to give you my ID. >> You're about to go to jail. I'm not playing with you. Okay. You are going to go to jail if you keep playing with me cuz my patience is running very thin. I haven't been. >> So, give me your name or you got 2 minutes to give me the ID. >> Give me a minute. Let me find it. >> You got about 1 minute left. >> Well, you got to wait. >> What's your name? >> My friend. >> Thank you. How hard was that? >> You're not free to go. Okay. You're not free to go. As soon as he's done with that, then you I'm talking to you. >> I'm talking to you. >> Talking to you. Why talk to you? >> I'm talking to you. I don't want to talk to you. >> You can't go nowhere just yet. >> I can go where the I want to go. >> Go ahead. And you go straight to jail. Go ahead. >> I ain't going to jail. I got [ __ ] >> Go ahead. Walk, man. >> Go ahead. Walk. >> Y'all want me to be scared? I ain't scared. I ain't never scared. To be clear, at this moment, this woman is free to leave with a simple trespass from the premises, but she will continue to cause the scene, which may be the biggest mistake of her life. >> Listen, >> by the time, but you got my one that [ __ ] let me go put them. Let me get what I'm going to get and go home and go to and get me some more dicks. Yes. Hey, he mother keep that. Thank you. Keep that. I go to bar and spend my money cuz I'm good. I know I'm good. Period. [ __ ] I'm good. >> Yeah, girl. Hello, girl. Call the police on me. Got me out here with these motheres. Girl, [ __ ] I ain't got no watch, no nothing. [ __ ] I'm good all day, every day. And a [ __ ] for you kissing my ass. A [ __ ] ain't going to do a thing to me. I'm paying for my stuff like I'm paying for my stuff. I can go to buy one and just buy the same [ __ ] I'm paying for my stuff. I'm paying for my stuff. I got three different transactions that three. So I had to use three different cars. That [ __ ] I ain't trying to spend nothing. I thought so [ __ ] I come in this [ __ ] and spend money. [ __ ] them [ __ ] and this old ugly ass Mr. Cliff ass [ __ ] that send to the door. I'm good. That man ain't got no ID. Why not cheat? I don't got no nothing. I'm good. And I get real mother back here at the establishment, right? >> I don't get no damn thing. So you're now you're now being trespass. Hold on. >> That includes the liquor store. So if you come anywhere on this plaza, that includes the liquor store. The liquor store is part of you're going to jail. It doesn't matter if you come back here anywhere on this property. You're going to jail. Okay. >> All right. That's a case number. >> Have a wonderful day. >> Come back and watch where you end up. >> Have a good day. Bye-bye. >> Despite seeming to leave, we'll now hear her continue causing a massive public outburst, which would be noticed by a citizen, and he'd share his thoughts on the situation with authorities. I'll get a statement from you and then uh she'll be trespassed. Okay. >> Okay. >> Byebye. >> So, you got treasure with you. >> Oh my god. Series in the store and everything, man. She need to be locked up. >> Trust me, she tried to steal overund something dollars worth of merchandise, man. >> Got in the guy's face and everything. >> She's still going on. You guys going to allow that? >> Give me Give me a second. Give me a second. If I was to do that, I've been locked up. >> Listen, there's a first amendment right, freedom of speech. Okay. >> Officers now between a rock and a hard place now finally come to a decision to take her to jail. So, they'd march out to her getaway car to scoop her up, which won't be taken very lightly by the suspect. >> I think she's going to go to jail. She's still on the property. She was going to leave. Still here on the property causing a disturbance. Let's go. Come on. Come on. We told you to leave. You're still >> I'm going to go. >> No, you're still here complaining. >> No, I'm going to go. We went on my sister. I'm going to go to the car. >> My sister went in the car. >> Out of the car. We're going to pull you out of this car. Out of the car or I'm going to pull you out of the car. Let's go. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> Let's go. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Let's go. We're way past that. >> Let's go. >> No, we f to go. Hold on, Chantel. >> Hold on. Hold on, Chantel. Hold on, Chantel. >> There's no Hold on. Let's go. >> No, I need my phone. >> No, >> now you're going to get a charge for resisting. You keep resisting and you're done. Let's go. >> No, let me get my water. >> I'm going to get anything. I got >> to get my water. No, you going to break. You don't broke my nails. >> I don't care about your nails or any of that. We told you to leave and you continue to leave. >> I'm going to go my sister. >> We are done. >> I'm going to go. >> We told you to leave. Still on the property yelling and screaming. >> I'm going to go >> causing a big scene. Nope. >> For no reason. >> My sister, we're we're done. Sorry. >> Get my wallet. Get my purse. >> Let's go. Have a seat. Have a seat, please. >> I'm going to go. >> Have a seat. Have a seat or I'll sit you down. Have a seat. Have a seat cuz we're done playing games. Let's go. Sit down. >> I'm going to go. >> Sit down. >> I'm going to go. >> Sit down. Sit down. And I want to move, [ __ ] >> Let's go. Sit down. >> I hate no [ __ ] >> Let's go. Sit down. Thank you. >> Once finally in custody, we now see the suspect, like we'd expect, point all the blame on the cops. >> Can I have my shoe? >> Yeah, your shoes in the front. >> That what y'all [ __ ] wanted to mother do. Take me to jail. Y'all been want to mother take me to jail with that old flower ass [ __ ] That what y'all [ __ ] wanted to do. Give me my shoe. I'm not worried about your shoe. >> I want my mother shoe. >> I don't care what you >> I don't give a [ __ ] Give me my mother sho. [ __ ] Give me my shoe. That what y'all [ __ ] want to do. Take me to mother jail. [ __ ] And I don't have no mother. Nothing. [ __ ] I get the out in the morning. Give me my mother. I get the away from y'all. And I'm going to get out in the morning. In the morning, [ __ ] This suspect was charged with trespassing, failure to leave property by commands of the owner, and resisting arrest without violence. Some as obnoxious as this case seems, wait until you see the next one where the woman resorted to her mother for help. >> All right, back in. >> No, I'm not going out with cops. >> No, you are. >> What? What? What am I going to do? >> Cop. >> Come on. >> No. What? Don't touch me. Don't touch me. What am I going to do? >> On October 16th, 2023, a call was made to Ohio police. The caller, a female, reported that her neighbors weren't returning her package containing $400, which was accidentally delivered to their doorstep. When officers arrived at the scene, they met with the woman whose package was stolen. She showed officers photo evidence confirming that it was her neighbor's porch. >> So, I came here. >> Hello. >> So, this is this is and I wouldn't care, but it's like $400 worth of stuff. So, that's their front porch. There's the package. Okay. >> With that little black thing right there. >> Yeah. And so, um you can't get to their front porch because it's gated off. So, I went to the side door and I knocked. A younger girl came to the door probably close to my size and I asked for it. They they gave me all these we weren't even home, blah blah blah blah blah. And then she she said, "Okay." I said, "Well, I'm going to call the police." She goes, "Well, you can call Victoria Secret." And I never once said where it was from. I just said a package. >> Okay. Well, what's inside the package, if you don't mind me asking, is it like a whole laundry list of things? >> Oh, yeah. Like, um, let's see if it shows the like all of this stuff. It's $400 worth of stuff. >> Okay. So, okay. >> After officers learned the whole story, they went to the suspected neighbor's house to ask them a few questions. >> Hello. >> I'm all right. So, she has a package that got delivered here and she want it back. She has pictures that the package was in fact delivered here and it was sitting right on your porch. >> That's what she said. >> Okay. I was in bed till 12:00 this afternoon with my dogs and as you can see they're very vocal >> and they were in bed with me and my husband was not here. >> So I believe the picture shows that the package was here. I believe her picture shows that it was here but I don't do not know anything else. >> Right. Who all who all lives here? >> My daughter, me and my husband. >> Okay. Would you mind bringing them out also? >> My husband. Would you mind bringing them out also? >> Would you mind bringing them out also so I can explain the situation to them also? >> So, does anybody have any idea about this package that got delivered here? Cuz the package 100% got delivered here. We have p She has pictures of it. We know it got delivered here at some point. >> No. When we got home, there was nothing here and she I don't know. Were you answer question? No, I was in bed till now. >> Okay. So, what's going to happen is I'm giving you guys the opportunity if you guys did take it to just give it back because if you don't, I'm going to do a theft report and all three of you are going to be listed as suspects. What's going to happen? There's a Ring doorbell right over there. So, I'm going to go knock on that door and figure out who came out and picked up that package and whoever did that's going to get charged with a theft. Okay? And that's $400 worth of stuff. So, either we give it back now, nobody gets in trouble, or I figure out who stole it, and they're going to get charged. That's what we're doing. >> Okay. >> Okay. That's how we're going to handle this. If we find it and we know who took it, it will be returned. >> That's not how we're handling this. We find out who took it. They're being charged with theft. Okay? We're not doing this. Oh, you got me. I'm on camera. I took it. I'm going to give it back now. They're going to be charged with theft. I'm I will arrest them for theft. I'm not playing around. Okay? So, either give it back now or we're doing I'm listing all three of you as suspects. >> Okay. >> Okay. Driver's license. >> All three of them. >> The officers were not in the mood for games. They had ways to prove that the women were lying, but didn't want to use them as they wanted the mother and daughter to just bring the packet back themselves so this whole thing could end right then and there. But even the officer's warnings didn't intimidate them as they decided they wanted to go out the hard way. >> Kind of waiting to see if they come out with the object and be like, "Oh, you know, here it is." >> Your package is on the way out. >> All right. Did you hear that? >> Yes. Thank you. Perfect. I'd rather handle it this way. >> I totally agree. >> And then not to uh >> it was open. >> Not to doubt anything, but I'm going to have her check to make sure all the contents are in there. >> She definitely needs to do that. >> Okay. Perfect. >> And if there is anything, I mean, we can compensate if that's what needs to be done. >> That'll be between you guys at that point. >> Right on. We had nothing to do with this. >> All right. Thank you. She's going to make sure that all stuff is in here. >> Yeah. >> I'm going to go sort of in >> I'll just I'll stand by just in case. >> Luke took the package. You took it. >> Yeah. Like it was on your porch and you just grabbed it or like a mistake or something. >> Well, I just got grabbed by a mistake by my husband and I'm the one who had it on the floor and I never even noticed the name. I thought it was my daughter. I didn't even look because she does a lot of stuff I don't know about. So, we did not do anything shady. I just said here without looking because I know I didn't order it. >> It's hard to tell if the story was already planned or made up quickly. Right now, all the officers care about are the five things that were missing from it. >> All right, she's missing about five things. >> What's she missing? >> I can ask her. They're all different itemized things. So, I will have to >> Does she tell me? >> I think you need to go ask. >> I suspect whoever has them knows what they're >> Yeah. Okay. >> because they're all different things. >> So, I would I would have to verify with her exactly what things are missing cuz they're all different. >> If she could tell me, >> just go check. She said that she has nothing else. You need to call Victoria's Secret on that one. And I believe her because I used to order from Victoria's Secret all the time and the whole order did not come because >> Okay. >> So that's what you think is most reasonable? >> Yeah. >> Most sense to you right now? >> Yeah, it does. Because she was scared >> that that she she didn't she didn't steal it. >> No. >> Megan said that she didn't have it. >> Okay. Let's talk to Megan. Where is Megan at? Why are we even talking to you? >> Here's what we're going to do. We're going to give her one chance to get those other items. If not, we're hooking her up, bringing her in. I'm not playing this game. >> That's all. She said >> that was all in there. Victoria had missed seven items in my stuff. >> All right. What's your name? >> Megan. >> All right, Megan. You have one chance to get the stuff. You have five items still missing or >> they're missing the stuff, ma'am. What do I do? What about Victoria's Secret? I go to jail for your package having missing items for Victoria's Secret. >> That's why you don't take in packages that don't belong to you. >> I did it. I threw it down to her and I didn't look at the name. >> According to Megan and her mother, Victoria's Secrets has made this mistake before, but the story doesn't add up. And as the cops approach to handcuff Megan, she starts screaming for her mom. >> I will go down there and look again if you want me to. >> I I sure hope you do, cuz this is your last chance. If you don't come up with those five things, you're being arrested. >> Why am I being arrested? >> Cuz we're not playing this game. She's not playing a game. >> I'm not playing a game. I don't I have a kid. >> Wait a minute. She's got a daughter >> and I have a new job. >> Has nothing to do with this. >> I don't want to go back to jail. I'll go to prison. >> Do you understand why people are I mean I'm talking you all shut the >> separate come down. >> No, I'm not going down with cops. >> No, you are. >> Why? What am I going to do? >> Cop. >> Come on. >> No. What? Don't touch me. Don't touch me. What am I going to jail? >> Shut up. >> What am I doing? >> No. What are you doing? >> Get inside. >> You were killing him. Why didn't you say taking me to jail? >> We're not taking you to jail. You were detaining you right now. Clear this all out. >> Oh my god. >> Stop. Stop. >> Please give me a hiccup. This better seriously have an inside. Ma'am, I don't have your order. >> Take a deep breath. Shut up. Stop. >> I don't have the order. >> Where's the rest of the ship? >> I don't know. I missed seven items out of my order. I This is not a first for Victoria secret. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. >> I have no reason to lie. >> All of us want to leave and get on with our day. That's what we all want. >> Do you want to get my panties off of me? Jesus Christ. >> That's what we want. Where's the rest of the >> I don't have them. >> I don't believe you. Okay. Thanks a lot, Mom. >> No. No. Go check my drawer, Mom. Go check my drawer. Take any underwear. >> If Megan was innocent, then there isn't anything that should be causing her such bad anxiety. Police interactions are almost always stressful for anyone, even for those who are innocent. But the officers haven't said anything that should make her panic this much unless she really is at fault and is hiding those items. >> Relax. >> We're just trying to get things figured out. >> I'm not lying to you. >> So, when you're looking through all those items and putting them away, like you said, >> Yeah. Did any of them did it all seem like stuff that you ordered or >> I didn't even pay attention. I was just trying to I was doing what she told me to clean the basement cuz I had so much [ __ ] I just moved back in for my boyfriends. We broke up. >> Would you just like grab them all? >> Yeah. Through Yeah, pretty much. >> You're sure there wasn't a mistake? >> Can I go double check my drawer cuz she doesn't know what she's looking for. I could probably tell which if anything is in there. >> I thought But you just said for sure nothing in >> I can go double check cuz I shoved them in there. You don't tell how deep that is antique drawer. You know how deep that thing goes. Do you order stuff from Victoria Secret frequently? >> I mean I Yeah. >> How often do you have problems with them not fulfilling order? >> Never. >> You're coming in for theft? >> You're coming in for theft? >> What? No. Mom. Mom. Mom, go check my drawer. Go check my drawer. >> No. Can I go check my drawer? I can I promise you I can probably find him. >> No. You remember where it's at now? >> No. I promise. If he'd stopped, he could have just gotten a ticket and come home. But instead, he thought running away could help him evade the law. But the only thing it did for him was get him into more trouble. And even after all this chaos, he decides he's not done just yet. >> No, bro. I'm not. Knock it off. Come on. >> You ready, >> babe? Come here. >> Grab his other leg. Grab his other leg. Grab his other leg. Grab that leg. >> What the [ __ ] is wrong with you? Dude, >> please. >> Huh? >> Yeah. >> You know what though? We'll have a few nobound. No. >> Come on. No. Get his feet. Get through. No. Get his feet down. >> Get your feet up. >> Josh, want me to get up there? >> Officers were trying their best to get this man seated into the patrol car, but this guy didn't make it easy for them. They try carrying him into the car and still he manages to resist and not get in since the police don't want to use any additional force. They sought the help of his girlfriend to convince him to do as they say. >> Either way, it's going to end up here and there. And so he talked to a lawyer and get a court. Like that's it. >> Come on. Let's go. >> You want to be on the floor? [ __ ] ridiculous. Like, come on. >> Okay. Come on. Get up. Let's go. >> Come on, babe. For real. >> I don't have time for this. I I have to get to work. >> All right. Now, you're getting I really have to get to work. >> Like, come on. >> What for, bro? >> Because Babe, come on. >> No, I'm No. >> Minimum minimum obstructing, dude. All right. >> Babe, come on. >> Your license is no fun. Probably >> minimum on that. >> Come on. [ __ ] fast forward [ __ ] We ain't going to kill you, but we're going to get you in that car. >> Y'all [ __ ] kill people regularly. >> No, we don't. >> Nothing seems to get through to him, even when the officers warn him about the additional charges he can get if he doesn't stop right now. >> Don't [ __ ] touch. >> Y'all don't see you [ __ ] You [ __ ] don't see. Don't you fat [ __ ] You fat ass [ __ ] You going to try to pop my ankle. >> I kind of the [ __ ] I'm going to get up when these [ __ ] got their feet. I'm trying to help you [ __ ] up. >> I'm going to help you get up here cuz you're getting in the car. I've had enough of this [ __ ] [ __ ] for the goddamn day. I [ __ ] had it. All right. Come on. Let's go. And you're going to get it. >> Shut up. Officers have tried everything in their power to get this guy to go to jail with them, but all of their efforts went to waste until they finally brought in an ambulance and carried the man to county jail. He was charged with resisting arrest and obstructing a police officer. If playing victim where the entire problem was caused by you was annoying, how about driving drunk, pretending to be sober, and doing a horrible job at it? >> I need your name. What's your name? >> What is your name? You're going to get You'll get more charges. >> You're being broke. You're wrong. Okay. On March 19th, 2022, officers responded to calls of a car that had ran off the roadway. When they proceeded to approach, the male and female occupants had swapped seats. However, this maneuver proved futile as she ultimately confessed to being the driver herself. >> Hello. >> Hey, man. They're both here on seat. What's up, guys? What's up? >> What's going on? Swerved out the [ __ ] road. >> Huh? Swerve down the road. >> Who did me? You were driving. Well, I'm going to need you to come out of the vehicle and talk with me then. >> You don't have no pants on. >> Okay. Figure something out, man. I got to find out what's going on. So, you weren't driving. You were in the passenger seat, obviously. >> No, you see where I'm at. >> Let's see where you're at now, man. >> We good? What? We good? What? >> Yeah, you're not good. Don't worry about that, man. We're going to talk with her. >> No, I'm saying what is we What do we getting stopped for? >> We drove off the roadway. >> Yeah, but >> our tires. >> Okay. >> And we can't get towed out. Yeah, we'll help you get towed out. That's no problem. But we got to find out what's going on first. Let's hang out back here with me. All right. So, tell me what happened. >> Uh, my car. >> You need to rest on the vehicle. >> Rest. >> Do you need to rest on the vehicle? >> Okay. How much have you had a drink today? >> Not that much, but my [ __ ] my car been [ __ ] up. Like, I'm going to move out to my mom house and stuff like that. I don't know like if it's just what's going on, but like everything is it just been coming to a a like a crash. Like everything has just been coming to a crash. >> Okay. >> Immediately this officer could tell this woman was not only drunk but beyond hammered. Her sentences were incomprehensible and her speech was significantly slurred. Once noticing this, the officer began to understand the true cause of this crash. Which >> way were you coming? >> Huh? >> This way. This way. >> You're coming this way. >> This way. >> You coming from there? >> What are you talking to? >> Okay. What do you mean when she talk? She has to talk to me. >> No, she does. >> Yes, she does. >> Hey, you don't have to talk to her. >> Okay. All right. Let's walk back here. Let's walk this way. We'll talk up by my car. Come on. What? What? God damn. >> Why you Why you back here just staring at me, man? >> I'm trying to make sure she cool. >> How would she not be cool? >> She crying. >> Yeah, cuz you know she messed up. That's why. Talk with him. This is what we're going to do. We're going to walk back here. Okay. We have to We have to get out of this dirt and stuff. Do you need the fire department? Okay. What's going on? Is there something going on with him? >> Huh? You need to be honest with me. Okay. I can tell you're intoxicated. I can smell it. >> Okay. Come on. Let's walk up here. Let's get off this dirt. Okay. Hold my hand. >> Seeing the woman visibly distressed by the weight of the situation, the officer gave her a moment to compose herself before letting her explain her side of the story. >> You saw her in the driver's seat. >> Her when I when I woke up, the first thing she said to me was, "Where did he go?" And I said, "Who?" She said, "The guy." I go, "What guy?" She goes, "The one that was driving." >> I said, "I only see you in the car." She goes, "No, he took off running." We sat here for about 5 minutes. I talked her out of her key. Okay. >> She was trying to take off. In >> the driver's seat? >> Yeah. She was trying to take off and I told her, "Hey, something's wrong with the car. Let me see your key." She gives me the key. I key at the keychain. Gave it back. About 5 minutes by. I'm talking to a lady. I didn't want to stay by the vehicle. And he came back from over in the neighborhood, then jumped in. >> What's your phone number? Thanks, man. >> Thanks. Appreciate it. Do you have a driver's license? Do you have a driver's license? You okay? >> So, I'm trying to find out what happened. >> My god, my car went out. >> Okay. I understand your car went out. That's I get that. Okay. So, there's a mechanical malfunction on your vehicle. How fast were you driving? >> I was driving. It went out. I have I barely have gas. Have you had anything else today other than alcohol? >> No. >> No. How much have you had to drink? >> I don't know. >> No, I don't want to know what else. >> Say what? >> I don't want anything. >> Nothing's necessarily going to happen to him, but we're trying to find out what's going on. Right. >> My car. >> Okay. He ran out of gas. The officer quickly catching on to the silliness of this woman's story. From her malfunctioning tires to suddenly running out of gas, he frankly grew tired of it. So, he placed her under arrest. But it was only then that her sense of entitlement reached new heights. >> Do you take any type of drugs, any type of prescription medication? >> I'm on I'm on. >> What do you want? We want to make sure you're safe to drive. So, we want to put you through some tests. You're going to be okay to complete those tests. >> I just got to use the restroom. >> I can't hear you. >> I just got to use the restroom. >> You got to use the restroom. What's your name? >> You have to give me your name. >> I don't think it's going to be able to. >> No, just hook her up. >> Okay. >> I had to pee. >> I'll go. We'll We'll let you go back in the station. >> No, I have >> I'll take her right here, dude. It's all right. Okay. Don't worry about >> I don't want to pee on myself in your car. >> The station's right here. >> I want to pee. >> You're not going to You're not going to pee right here. >> I don't want to pee on myself. >> We'll be there in We'll be there in 1 minute. >> One minute. It's right there. 1 minute. >> I can see it from here, ma'am. Sit down, please. >> 1 minute. We'll be there. >> During her arrest, she'd claimed the need to pee, all the while delaying being taken into custody, which was clearly her intent in the first place. Knowing her excuses won't fly any longer, she'd now simply act like she's above the law. >> I need your name. What's your name? >> Matt. >> What is your name? You're going to get You'll get more charges. Give me your name. >> I'll give you one more opportunity if you don't tell me your name. >> [ __ ] him out. >> If you don't give me your If you don't tell me what your name is, >> [ __ ] him out. >> Okay. Well, he'll be there when they're done. >> You think it's funny? >> What? >> You think it's funny? Do I think what's funny? >> You said he go to the police station when we're done. >> Okay. I'll explain it one more time. >> Okay. Where >> he can go? >> We're going to go to the police station. I need my boyfriend. >> Okay. Well, it doesn't work that way. You're an adult. You're an adult. So, your boyfriend doesn't work. Put your foot inside. >> I'm not. >> Put your foot in. >> Who is the polish right there? I want to speak to your manager. Damn. >> He's just >> No, because at this point No, I want you to manager. >> Yeah. At this point, I don't. You know why? Cuz that's it's a bunch of [ __ ] >> Do not touch me cuz I got a camera on. >> Yeah. Go on. >> We both have cameras. >> We all have cameras on. No, I don't want to. Get back. >> [ __ ] >> Despite pulling the classic, "Let me speak to your manager," the cops wouldn't tolerate it. Quickly shoving the woman inside the car and slamming the door. But now her mother would arrive on scene, displaying not a care in the world for how her daughter was acting. >> So, can I talk? >> Is this your daughter? >> Yes. Okay. >> So, >> I'll put I will put the window down if you believe you can get her to calm down for me. >> You okay with that? >> Hey, your mom wants to talk to you. Bro, I [ __ ] But yeah, you [ __ ] What is >> your mom's trying to talk to you? >> My car. >> Can I take that car? >> That's my car. >> So, we don't need to tow it, but I don't think you can get out of there. It's too soft. >> So, I mean, >> do I have to get a tow truck? >> We can we can help all that. >> Oh my god. So, and this dude, you're wrong. You're wrong. >> Okay. >> Um, so yeah, I mean, >> he just drove >> now. If they whip your ass, >> please stop, >> man. I'm glad that she can get charged if she gets or something. >> What is wrong with you? >> All right, I'll get in touch with you. Thank you. This ridiculously entitled woman was charged with aggravated DUI with a suspended license along with DUI while driving the wrong way. It's bad enough for officers to deal with dumb Karens. But what happens when their even stupider boyfriends get involved? Do not reach into your bag. >> Please, I'm a good outstanding citizen. >> Don't act like a little. In March 2020, a deputy from the Monroe County Sheriff's Office was conducting routine patrol when a silver Volkswagen drew his attention in Big Pine Key, Florida. She was observed veering off the road at a very high rate of speed and flipped off the deputy as he attempted to initiate a traffic stop and kept driving. She then abruptly stopped the car and began walking towards the deputy. Why are you getting out of the car? >> Why are you getting out of the car? Step back. >> Step back. Step back. I did not tell you to get out of the car. >> You're going to tase me. >> Walk to the back of your car. >> You're going to tase me. >> Walk to the back of your car. >> You're going to tase me. >> Walk to the back of your car. >> Shoot me. Why don't you >> walk to the back of your car? >> Shoot me. >> To the back. To the back of your car. >> Scott, >> turn around. Look for code for >> I don't feel safe. I'm going to call 911. >> Turn around. Do not reach into your bag. I will tase you if you reach into your bag. >> Turn around. >> Okay. You see this, right? >> Turn around. >> I will drop my bag for you. Are you a newbie? How long you been on the forest, dude? You're the whole thing, right? That's my neighbor. >> Turn around. >> Turn around. >> Place your hands behind your head. >> For what? >> Place your hands behind your head. >> Place your hands behind your back. >> Place your hands >> for what? >> You're driving off the side of the roadway. You didn't use your turn signal and you're speeding when you pass me >> right. You're kidding. >> I've ordered you multiple times to turn around and place your hands behind your head. Now turn around and put your hands behind your head. >> Can I get my boyfriend? >> No. Put your hands behind your head. Are you an adult? >> I'm 35 years old. >> Okay. You're an adult and you can do this yourself. >> Mother of three. >> Look, ma'am, I don't want to hurt you, but if you don't listen to me, I'm going to have to. >> You're going to tase me? >> I will have to if you don't listen to me. Place your hands behind your head. >> The officer suspects that the woman might be drunk based on her behavior. Her erratic driving and the way she slurs when speaking with the deputy are clear red flags. You're >> a little pumped up. Why are you squeezing my hand so hard? >> Because you keep not listening to me. Stop. Please. Stop. >> Do you know who it is? >> Okay. Well, you smell like alcohol, too. Maybe that's why you're swerving all over the road. >> Mhm. You know who Dennis Ward is? Why don't you call him? >> I don't need to call Dennis Ward. >> Well, why don't you? >> Because I don't need to. >> Well, you might have to. >> What does he have to do with his traffic? >> Uh, if Really? Cuz if you take me to jail, it might uh >> Yeah, I'll blow. Go ahead. Let me blow. >> You're joking. How long you been in the forest? What year are we at? You're Bro, you're new. >> Okay. >> You're so new. I'm a seventh generation for you probably. >> Please, please, please stay. Stay. >> You talking to me like a dog. Stay or what? >> Okay. Well, I've given you orders as a normal human and you don't seem to respond. >> No, you're not. You're talking to me like I'm an animal. Like a dog. Sit. Stay. Like, look at your hand pressing on me, bro. You have to touch me. I'm not a criminal. I don't have drugs on me, dude. I don't have any pot any search my car. No, it's all >> for resistance. >> When you don't get my cash out of my purse so I can make bond. >> Sit down. >> Holy. Are you serious? >> Yes. You're going to jail >> for what? >> First off, you're drunk and you're driving a car. >> I'm not drunk and drive. Let me blow. >> Be that as it may, you're resisting. >> Can I blow? >> No. Not right now. >> I know my rights. >> Okay, fantastic. Well, one of your rights is right to remain silent and I suggest you do that right now. Let my boyfriend know to come pick me up. >> No, you can call him at the jail. Put your feet in. >> I don't know his phone number. My phone's dead. >> What's your name? >> Darla. >> I'm John. Okay. I need you to put your >> Can you look me up and make sure I'm not a criminal? You can't just take me like this. >> I can actually. >> Kids and a job. Like >> Okay. >> Can we talk? >> Can you put your feet in the car? >> Can we have a talk? My purse is >> Yep. I'll get it. >> Can we have a talk? Please don't take me to jail. Are you serious? >> Yes. You're going to jail, Darla. >> Can you get all the money out of my my feet? I need my money out of my uh >> I need you to put your feet. >> I got to make bail, bro. Please, can you get my money? >> Okay, >> the ticket, please. I'm a good outstanding citizen. I'm a mother of three. >> The deputy then searches through her car and finds a can of Buzz Balls chillers, an alcoholic beverage. >> Word out. I hear you. >> Yeah, there's bugs in there. You see them? The deputies later discovered that she had parked her vehicle outside of her ex-boyfriend's house, which explained why she had been repeatedly out for his help. Like, get a ticket, please. I'm a good outstanding citizen. I'm a mother of three. I'm a member of this community. Like, I'm trying to do real estate, trying to do better with my life. I'm not drunk. I'll blow for you. Like, I'm good. It just p it sc You scared me. I'm not going to lie. I've been dating this guy that lives here for about 6 months. Yeah. We just got in a fight and I was coming here to get my stuff. >> Okay. And his name is Scott. >> You can actually come in with me to get my stuff. We just got in a big fight and I'm moving out. >> Okay. Well, your response to all of this was not correct. >> Well, I'm >> I tried to pull you over way back there when you turned and then you >> broke up with me and I'm coming to get my stuff and when I have my lights on and then I put the siren on, you speed away from me. >> I didn't see you. >> Okay. Well, >> I'm sorry. I had the music up and I'm crying. He just broke up with me. at the Gas station. We went to next to the liquor store. He was like, "It's over." And I was coming to get me stuff. >> Well, the thing is your response to everything that just happened. I have to take you to jail. >> Just when the deputies thought the situation was finally settling down, the woman's ex Scott decided to show up. >> Don't tow my car. >> Scott, >> here. Let me get out so she's not screaming into that. >> Babe, >> hello. Is that your girlfriend, Darla? >> It is. >> Okay. So, she's going to go to jail. >> For what? >> There's no reason. I've done nothing wrong. >> Well, she tried to run from me and then she got out of her car and started coming towards me. >> Babe, what the >> And I gave her a lot of orders to go back to her car and turn around and she wouldn't do it. >> Okay, I think we're done talking. If you don't understand how that's illegal, acting very erratic. Do >> you have any other questions? >> I guess not. >> You guys did your job, huh? Yeah, she's going to go to Key West jail by the time >> for a lot of different things that don't concern you. She's an adult. >> I get that, but she is my concern. So, you should owe me some. >> Are you her lawyer? >> Are you a lawyer, dude? >> I'm not. I'm a police officer. >> Talk to me. I need to know. >> I don't have to. She's an adult. >> You see what she's doing right now, right? This is why she's going to jail. >> That's not illegal behavior. It is illegal. It's not. Knocking on the door is not illegal. If I tell you with this badge and these lights on, if I tell you to back away from me and you don't do it, >> a crime committed. There has to be a crime committed for you to arrest somebody, right? >> Okay. >> What suspect? What crime did she commit for you to arrest? >> Again, she's an adult. I don't need to explain this to you. >> You do. You do. You do. >> What? What? >> As a as an employee to me, you need to >> an employee to you. >> I pay taxes, right? >> That's a good Scott. Scott, Scott, we're done. Scott, we're done talking. >> Unless you want to go in the back of my car as well. >> For what crime? >> Well, because I told you we're done talking right now. I'm doing an investigation. >> It's hard enough for deputies to handle one Karen. But when that Karen gets back up, it's hell. Not only does Scott justify his ex-girlfriend's erratic behavior, but he's also impeding an ongoing investigation, which is illegal, and he could be arrested for it. >> She's an adult. >> She doesn't need a lawyer right now. She needs to understand her rights as a basic. >> I don't have to explain that to you. >> Yes, you do. Do again. What crime did she commit by getting out of her vehicle? >> I think we're done here. I'm do the seat. >> Yeah. So, we're towing the car. Okay. So, you can't go over to the car right now. >> For what? >> Or I will put you in handcuffs. >> For what? For grant theft. >> I'm telling you not to go to the car right now because we're towing it. >> That vehicle is seized now. Okay. It's being towed. How? It was used in a crime. >> A crime. >> I don't have to tell you that. She's a big girl. She's an adult. You're not her lawyer. You're not her father. >> And you're acting like a child, dude. How old are you? 24. >> No, I'm I'm 16. You're not my boss. >> You're not doing your job very well. >> She was taken back to the police station where she was asked to submit a breathalyzer test, which didn't exceed the legal limit. So, she was charged with one count of fleeing and eluding an officer and resisting. If involving your dumb boyfriend into your arrest wasn't bad enough, how about a cashier stealing $500, then pretending to be dumbfounded when confronted about it? >> Don't talk to me. I got to get my [ __ ] >> This is Deja Holly, an ex Walmart cashier that was caught stealing $500 from the cash register. But when cops approached her, she'd act oblivious to her crimes. >> All right, D. So, uh, they got you on camera basically taking money from the register, putting in your pocket. >> Money, man. >> Yeah, they got you on camera. Would you be able to empty out your pockets? >> And my money. >> Okay. Could you take that off? >> Yeah. >> I see it really quick. >> Anything else in your pocket? >> No, sir. Okay. I'm going to place your items right there. I'm going to have you turn and face the wall right here. I'm going to pat you down. >> 235 today. She took one at 9:45 this morning. >> This is from the prior days. >> Okay. >> I did pretty good. I have my own money. >> Okay. Well, I mean, it's on camera. >> Can I see for myself? >> Show pictures. >> I'm going to show you the pictures just to show there's a camera like literally right above me. I'm not. >> When Deja was confronted with the theft, cops would now show her pictures of her stealing from the register. And as a surprise to nobody, would pretend that she was only looking for something conveniently inside the register. >> So, here's the times that I guess you were taking it uh the other days, right? The other days. Okay. >> I can't see nothing. I see me putting taking money out. >> The days that I was looking looking for something. >> We're going to listen to what this gentleman tell. Okay. >> Right now you're at work. >> What I'm going to need you to do is uh write a statement about why you have this money and explain to us what has happened on these previous days of >> how how can I know what happened if it looked like I'm taking money out the door. >> I'm just letting you know it's on video. Okay. So I need you >> with this money that we miss from that you know >> like what do I I'm confused. Right. >> I hear him. I hear him. >> Okay. Like y'all going to make me mad. I'm being calm right now because I'm trying to see what's going on. >> We're being calm, too. We're just explaining what you need to do. I'm just letting you know. This is all documentation of all this is all documentation of money has been taken from the register that you worked on. Okay? These are still photos. Yes. And we do have videos of it. Okay. So, we're not just just because these still photos are showing what where your hands are at. >> This is not changing anything from the video. >> I didn't take anything. >> So, I'm just letting you know. We already have it documented a video and everything is all mine. >> Okay, ma'am. Listen, >> we're going to >> This is my stuff, though. >> Okay. Right now, you're in custody. Okay. So, I need you to get your stuff out. All right. Just write the statement. That's fine. >> This is my stuff I bought with my money, but I can't write that in the statement. I am. >> Okay. You don't need to yell at me. Do it with her. >> I'm grown as hell. Don't Don't talk to me. I I'm not talking to you. I'm talking about >> right now. You're still at work. So, you're going to do what work's going to ask you to do. So, write that statement. >> I am, but let them my people the people that I'm working for. Let them talk to me. Please. Y'all know >> they called us. So, now we're here. So, now you're going to write that statement. >> Just run what happened. It's already been It's already documented. It's already in I want to see what happened. That's why I'm telling you what happened. >> You're not going to see I'm not talking to y'all. Please. I'm talking to you. But I'm not talking and I'm telling you what's happened. Okay. >> Okay. But seen on video taking money from the registers and putting in your investment. >> That's what Charles seen >> and that's what I didn't do. >> Okay. Well, it's on video. >> Okay. I want Well, I'm telling you I'm telling you what's on video. Okay. >> It's okay. I don't want no write no statement. >> You want to put on You don't want to write no statement, then you're going to put next >> I don't want to write no statement. >> Well, then you you're going to initial. Okay. Write statement and initial write a statement. >> No statement and then initial it. Okay. So this way I can't put in there that you did something. >> Okay. >> Deja in a desperate attempt to act like she'd done nothing wrong would be argumentative with loss prevention and authorities. Eventually initiating her statement, she'd then be informed on her arrest, but that's when she would turn violent. >> Now you can remove your vest. Okay. That's Walmart property. You have a work phone? >> Yeah, I have. >> Okay. So you can put that vest work phone here. Place it right here. So y'all seeing that I took something else y'all do or >> what I'm saying it's on video. Okay. You know I don't come here just to look at videos. >> So what y'all do? >> Arrest you. >> Arrest me? >> Yeah. So you're going to do what they told you to do is take get back home. >> Why is y'all arresting me? >> Because you're under arrest for stealing. >> I didn't steal anything. >> Okay. Just take off your vest so then we can get out of here. >> Okay. Can I go home? I didn't steal [ __ ] Like I'm not even from out here. >> Okay. Bro, don't touch me. I got to get my [ __ ] >> I got to get myself. >> Bro, I'm not even okay. Okay. Okay. I'm coming. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. I'm turn around. >> Stop. You want to get tased? >> You want to get tased? Get on the ground. >> Get Give me your hands. >> Put your hands behind your back or I'm going to tease you. >> No, you're hurting me. >> Fine. >> No, he's hurting me. >> Oh, no. Serious resisting. >> What you mean? I'm just going to turn around cuz I get my belongings. >> Like what the [ __ ] Y'all just overdid it. >> You just literally broke >> 32. >> Are y'all serious? I'm sure the [ __ ] out of y'all. >> What you mean? I'm get against the ground. [ __ ] >> Stop resisting. >> She'd then pull the old I'm going to sue y'all Karen special. Deja would make claims of innocence despite literally causing this entire circus not once but twice. But her pinning the blame on the cops will only continue as we move forward. >> Like y'all did this, bro. Y'all did this. >> You doing this [ __ ] [ __ ] You white ass [ __ ] >> This literally broke my [ __ ] nail. Yes. >> 32 son of 52 too. She's bleeding. >> You did it >> cuz you were No, I didn't. >> Yes, you did. >> No, I promise I didn't. >> Okay. >> I It burned me. Like I'm not doing any of y'all. I already got me in the air cup. Where can I go? >> You're getting an ambulance to get checked out. Just calm down. >> What? Like that don't even make sense. Y'all hurt me and then put me in an ambulance. Look, can I sit down, please? >> Are you going to be calm? >> Yes. >> At this point, a sergeant would arrive and Deja would claim innocence. But when questioned if she complied, she'd attempt to reenact what happened to pin the officers as the asalants. >> I'm not fighting. I was never even fighting them. I asked them nicely, "Can I get my things?" And they he right here. He broke my nail and some motion. And you >> put your hands behind your back when he told you to. >> I Okay. I was right here. When I was right here, I got up and that's why he did all this. I don't have to lie about that. >> Was charged with resisting arrest and theft. Although >> this woman's entitlement was shocking. But the next Karen on the list is just pure evil. >> You're under arrest right now. >> You're under arrest for domestic battery. I need you to stop tensing up. On July 8th, 2023, police officers from Illinois responded to a domestic dispute call involving a mother and her son. What started as a minor argument soon escalated to violence with the mother physically assaulting her son, who then called the cops. As the officers arrived at the scene, the son shows them video of his mother assaulting him. So, the officers decide to confront the mother. >> Out of the car, please. Out of the car, please. We're conducting an investigation. I need you to step out of the car. >> You're not going anywhere. Okay. >> You understand? >> Get back out. >> Nope. You're going to You're going to step out of the vehicle right now, please. >> Thank you. >> Are you okay? >> You're being completely ridiculous. >> Okay. Why don't you have a seat on your >> You asked for me. >> You asked me for some ID. Yes or no? >> Well, because you have your >> I went to go get you some ID. >> I've got enough for I was not I was >> Could I go get him some ID? >> I don't need an ID right now, ma'am. I'd really appreciate it though if you could hang tight for a second. Can we do that, please? I would really appreciate that. >> Ask me for some ID. I understand. >> I am trying to comply with the person who has threatened to arrest me if I do not comply. >> Well, ma'am, I'm here now. >> Can I get my ID? >> No, ma'am. I'm asking you nicely to please just take a minute right here. >> This is Donna, the mother who was accused of assaulting her son. She clearly isn't too happy about the cops showing up at her house, especially since she doesn't know the real reason they're there. However, as it dawns on her that she is going to be arrested, she turns the Karen mode on and starts acting like a child. >> Do you have that on your video that he asked me for some ID? >> No, ma'am. I was not present. >> Ma'am, what's your name? >> What's your name, ma'am? What's on your ID? What's on your video? >> So, uh, I'm comfortable with the video I just watched with our signatur. You're under arrest right now. >> You're under arrest for domestic battery. I need you to stop tensing up. I need you to stop tensing up. >> Ma'am, I need you to stop. >> Domestic battery. Why? >> I need you to stop. >> Domestic battery. Please tell me why I am. >> Ma'am, I adise you. >> Electric battery. Are you taping this? >> Of course we are. >> Are you taping this? >> I have asked multiple times. >> I have asked multiple times why I am under arrest for yourself. Ma'am, >> could someone tell me anyone? I have a video and obvious signs of dreaming. That's why you're under arrest right now. Injury of what kind? >> Despite being told the reason multiple times, Donna doesn't seem to understand why she's getting arrested, it seems like the only thing she's focused on right now is making the arrest as hard as possible for the officers. >> No. Yeah, >> she was starting to walk inside for her ID, so I doubt it's in here. Are you able to stand up without me supporting you? >> You know what? Just bring that whole thing cuz if she needs a credit card to find out. >> No. >> Okay. We're not going to play the game. >> Listen. >> Recovery position. Here we go. Here you go. >> Are you okay? >> Oh, one second. >> Stand by. All right, open. >> Yep. >> Okay. Are you going to walk like an adult? >> Like a pulse. I mean, she's breathing. She's fine. >> Yeah. >> Come on up. Let's get her in the car. >> I can see you moving. >> Donna, we know you're okay cuz you're breathing and your eyes keep opening. So, let's get you stood up. Let's get you to the car. Donna, do you want to get up nice and easy for me? >> Donna, it's time to be an adult. >> We're not We're not going to sleep now, Donna. She'll still have those smelly smells. >> What are those new ones? >> It's a bad smell. >> Very. >> Yeah. >> Donna, why are we Why are we doing this? Let's just Let's get up like an adult and let's go to the car. >> Okay. Ready? You want to stick her up or lower to her butt first. >> Okay, >> come on, Donald. We're walking. >> There we go. Good job. >> We can both carry your shoulders if you carry your feet. Yep. >> Well, I want to support both her shoulders. >> Yeah. Okay. very helpful here. >> I feel so bad. You got to get butt first. >> Yeah. >> Can you even put out her legs here? >> Donna, you're adding charges. You're You're resisting. >> Passive resisting is the same. Donna, you need to your audio video recorded while you're >> after the officers finally sit Donna down in a cop car, she had to be driven back to the station. However, Donna conveniently decided to wake up in the middle of the car ride and make life a living hell for the officer. >> To the jail, >> could you please tell me why I'm under arrest? Could you please tell me why I'm under arrest? Not one single person has told me why I am under arrest. Not one single person has read me my rights. Not one single person has told me why I am in the back of a squad car. Could you please tell me your name, officer? been provided our names? >> I have not been provided anybody's names, including yours. Could you please provide me the names? And by the way, when you say I was provided your name, how was I provided your name? Because I have absolutely no belongings of mine with me. What is your name officer? The one who has arrested me and who is driving me to jail. Please provide your name for the tape. Okay, we all know that everything in this car is taped. And now we know that this female officer who has blonde hair in a bun and who has earrings that hang down to her shoulders, and I do not know her name, but we all know that this officer is not willing to provide her name even though she is driving me to the police station on a Friday afternoon in July. live and she is saying that I am under arrest, but there is absolutely no record of an arrest and I will be suing the Neighborville Police Office for this arrest and this officer is part and parcel of that. You want to tell me your name yet? Which is illegal for the tape? There is absolutely no grounds for my arrest. >> Donna was taken back to the station and was later charged with two counts of domestic battery and resisting arrest. If playing dumb when confronted with your crimes wasn't bad enough, getting caught shoplifting and stating that the president let you do it is utterly insane. Police responded to calls of a woman shoplifting, but once they try to speak with her, let's just say she won't be leaving without a fight. >> Stealing several. >> You said what? You have >> not have paperwork from you guys. She always bailed out. >> Have you guys told her not to come back? >> Okay, I'll just need I'll need a statement in reference to that. So, >> hi there, Randy Wilson Police Department. You're being detained right now. You're not free to leave. Okay. >> Can you come here, please? >> No. >> Don't go out that door. I'm not going to use you. They're under arrest for resisting. >> Stay here. Stay on the ground. Do not fight me. >> Do not bite me. Stay on the ground. >> Under arrest. >> Yes, you are. >> I'm not. >> Stay on the ground. >> I'm loyal. They said I could have stay free. You said I couldn't. >> Stay on the ground. >> Under arrest. >> Stay on the ground. Do not resist. >> Okay, we'll talk about that. Calm down. >> Leave me alone. >> Calm down. >> Leave me alone. >> Don't me. Calm down. >> Leave me alone. >> Calm down. >> Get off of me. >> I'm not going to get off of you, but you need to calm down. >> Get off of me. >> I'm not getting off of you. You're under arrest. >> No, I'm not. >> Stay down on the ground. >> No, I'm not. Can I use the bathroom? That's it. >> Stay down on the ground. >> Under arrest. >> Yes, you are. Stay on the ground. >> No, I'm not. >> Don't kick me. >> Get off of me. >> I'm not getting off of you. Stay down on the ground. >> No, I'm not arrested. >> Stay down on the ground. >> No, you're impostor. >> I'm not. I'm the police. >> No, you're not. >> Okay, stay on the ground. >> You're a liar. >> Stay on the ground. >> You can't arrest me. >> What's your name? >> None of your business. Get off of me. >> Nope. How do you not not trespass? You're a liar. >> You're going against your job. >> Stay on the ground. >> No, he's a liar. Get off of me. Get off of me. >> We need to get her on her. >> Get off of me. Get off of me. >> She'd make ludicrous statements such as, "The store told me I could have free stuff, but accounts from the store manager didn't quite align with that. But she now make bizarre requests for the president to save her. >> Take a breath. >> No, he's hurting my ankle. And you don't even look. This is why you guys are a disgrace. And I am going to tell the president of the United States cuz that is who I'm in contact with. >> You're being you're being audio and video recorded. >> [ __ ] you. They're liars. You are being rude. See, right now you're being hypnotized. There's red in here. And I didn't do this to myself. I'm not a liar and I'm not a mean. Ow. Ow. >> You just did that on purpose. You don't do that to me. >> Her bizarre statements are clearly not of somebody with a stable mind. Telling cops they're hypnotized. The president let her steal is certainly strange. To keep her safe, officers would apply a the rap restraint kit, which helps her and officers remain unharmed. >> Please be gentle. No, I don't want to be in her. I really did not do anything wrong. >> I'm running. >> No imposters. I'm not working against you guys. Ow. My leg. My leg. My right leg. My left leg. Oh my god. Get her away from me. >> Please get away from me. other side. >> Please get away from me. >> No, >> the helmet. >> That one's hurting. That one's on tight. Too tight. >> Please don't. I had a vision. Please don't do this to me right now. Can you hurt my help my leg? Please. I don't know how it's going to fit. >> I have a vision. >> Why are you doing this to me? Once she was restrained, she'd be carried out of the store while making some bizarre comments along the way. >> No, it's not. This isn't my fault. You said I wasn't going to go out of jail for the rest of my life. Why are you doing this to me? Please stop. Please let me go. I don't I'm not supposed to go to jail. You were hypnotized in a way because of those girls. Now put me down and let me go. Please. >> That's what happens. Put her in yours. >> Yeah. >> No. No. I'm not supposed to go to jail. I'm not. President of United States said that I wouldn't have to go to jail for the rest of my life or what? Because of what I did for this place. Ow. It's not a lie. They just said a couple things and then Ow. And then it wouldn't get my leg. Come on. >> The woman was charged with seconddegree burglary and thirdderee assault. She was also charged with resisting arrest. But this if telling cops that the president gave you permission to steal wasn't dumb enough, the next one on the list will teach you exactly why you shouldn't steal while you're pregnant. >> Their merchandise. This is not their merchandise. I didn't do [ __ ] >> You're not going to push me out of the way. >> I didn't do [ __ ] >> Hey, you're not going to push me out of the way. >> I'm not doing that. You're pregnant. Don't treat me like I'm George Floyd. On June 27th, 2023, police responded to a call in reference to two women in Target stealing merchandise in Illinois. As the officers arrive at the scene, they find the woman loading the stolen goods into their car. >> You guys just took from Target? >> No, we didn't take from Target. >> Yeah, they just called you just stole from them. >> No. >> No. >> 9150 28. >> We have returned. Anybody got an ID on him? >> No. >> Okay. Well, they just said you took over a thousand bucks worth of stuff from them. So, you got an ID? >> No. >> Lock your doors. They can't do that. >> They're merchandise. >> No, it's not. This is not their merchandise. Lock your door. The officers already have probable cause to search the vehicle as the woman is being accused of stealing. So resisting search and pushing the officer is only calling for trouble. >> I didn't do push me out of the way. >> I didn't push out the way. >> I'm not doing committing crimes with your friend. >> I didn't do >> They're going to push me. >> I'll push you. Yeah, you did. >> I did not push you. I pushed the door and you hurting my arm. I'm not resisting. >> Stop resisting the whole time. >> No, I didn't. You didn't even grab me. It's hurting. And like I said, I'm pregnant. >> All right. Stop committing crimes while you're pregnant. >> Let me go. You don't know what I did. >> The woman tells the officer that she's pregnant, as if that will save her from being held accountable for her crime. She is now taken to the back of a patrol car. Meanwhile, the officer starts questioning her friend. >> People in the store just looked at you guys and said, "Yeah, they're on." So, obviously you guys arrest yourself if you want to explain. I I don't know what's going on obviously, >> but she's obviously causing the problem right now. So, I'd like you seem more like a more reasonable one. I'd like to hear from you as to what's going on. I mean, is there any reason why this is happening today? >> I got work and gave her the store. >> What was that? the store. >> Negative. This is your car. >> Yes. >> What were you guys looking for in the store? >> You guys pay for any of the stuff? >> Do you try to scan anything? >> Locked right out. >> Anything else in the car that you guys already loaded up? She said that uh she I heard her she said that the the stuff in the car >> is cuz she's moving. >> So is Anthony in this car yours? >> It's all hers. >> You're clear with her. >> So obviously she's >> Yeah. Go ahead. >> She's stealing stuff. This stuff's not yours. We're going to go to the We're going to go ahead and find out what's >> This woman is obviously scared and confesses to the crime right away. She tells the officers that her friend asked her to help her steal before she moved out. It is clear as day whose idea it was, but unfortunately for her, she will also be charged with stealing as there was enough evidence that she helped her commit the crime. As the officers go to the patrol car to get the first woman's account, she goes full Karen mode and starts playing the victim. >> What do you want? You were mean as hell for me. I was like, That's what I was going to tell today. Look like I think that we all got off to a little bit of a bad start. I don't like it when I see somebody. It looked to me like you were struggling and resisting with one of my officers. All right. >> I'm going to be completely honest. I'm already caught. I can't be no blunt than I already am. I'm not I wasn't I was not complying. I just pushed the door and closed. >> Why y'all Why are y'all pulling out [ __ ] that was already mine? Like >> we got to verify, right? We're just doing our jobs. >> You don't know that though. Half of that is paid for. >> Okay. >> Already. >> Sounds good. >> Whatever. >> I already want to go again. Hop out, please. We're going to go into the open garage door here in a second. >> Grab me every time. I'm not going to run, bro. >> So, there's cameras all over the place. >> No. >> And if I don't, then I get in trouble for not doing my job, right? >> And I don't And I only have 11 months to do this job left, and I'm not getting in trouble. All >> you're doing being a [ __ ] cop, huh? >> What's that? >> You're done being a cop? That's >> I am. >> What this woman doesn't understand is that she has no one to blame but herself. Had she decided to not steal that day, none of this would have happened to her. She was now taken back to the station where she ridiculously compared herself to George Floyd and Bana Taylor. >> Cuz y'all was mean to me and I don't appreciate. >> How was I mean to you? I don't like the way y'all handle me. If I said I'm in pain, I'm in pain. Don't treat me like I'm George Floyd. >> I didn't treat you like you were George Floyd. >> Did I treat you? Okay, first of all, George George Floyd got put on the ground and knelt on for like 9 minutes. You didn't get put on the floor. You didn't get put anywhere for 9 minutes. I'm 3 months pregnant. >> But you didn't get put on the ground. >> But you didn't get put on the ground. Number one. Number two, Brianna Taylor got shot. Did anybody shoot you? >> I remember I would be shot because y'all didn't even give me a chance. Y'all didn't even give me a chance. >> Come on. >> [ __ ] Everybody Everybody that's instead of the police when y'all >> That is so not true. That is so not true. >> Both women were charged with retail theft and the pregnant woman was additionally charged with resisting arrest. If comparing yourself to George Floyd after getting arrested for shoplifting was bad, how about when your own dad confronts you for your crimes? And now the way you've acted, you've gotten yourself in a deep hole and they're going to take you to your >> cops pulled over a Tesla after receiving reckless driving calls. But upon initiating contact, this stop wouldn't be so simple. >> Hey. Hey, Tesla. Just took off. Turn off the vehicle. Hands out of the window. Why are you running from me? Don't get out of the Stay in the [ __ ] vehicle right now. >> Where are you? >> Just stay there for now. Why are you both hands? Stay in the [ __ ] vehicle. >> No. Honestly, >> 5th 11. You need to get over here right now. >> For what? >> Turn around. >> For what? >> 51. She's refusing to comply. Get Hey, >> get out of the vehicle. >> You got me [ __ ] up, bro. Sheriff's Office. >> Stop me over. >> Oh my god. Dad. Sheriff's arresting me. Stop resisting. >> What the hell, dude? What are you doing? >> Don't [ __ ] resist. >> Dad, they're arresting me. >> Stop resisting. >> Dad. Dad. >> Get on your phone. >> Dad, they have me on the floor. Dad. Dad. What am I doing? Why are you doing this? >> When did I >> Okay, let go of your phone. >> No, I'm not. My dad is on the phone. Stephanie's own arrogance, coupled with two separate instances of fleeing cops, got her into this mess. On the ground, she'd make frequent cries out for her dad, which would continue long into this interaction. >> What happened? What? Oh, my face hurts. >> I'm I'm sure a lot hurts right now. >> No, this is what happens when you flee and then you kick me. >> I didn't flee and I didn't kick you. >> So, those lights and sirens mean nothing. We're just out here. Call my father. >> No. No. >> He owns the island. >> 6 to 11. You can release the air. >> Call my father. >> I'm not calling your dad. >> Then what are you going to do? >> How old are you? How old are you? >> I'm 24. >> Okay. 24. We don't need to call your dad. >> Yeah, you're right. And you're not going to take me in either. >> You could have killed someone. >> Yes, you could. >> Yeah, I could have killed you, too. But you're alive, right? >> Okay. >> Cops understand this woman is not in a stable frame of mind. She's delirious and cops can't quite piece the reason together, but soon they'd find out. >> Can you talk to my dad? >> No, I'm not talking to your dad. You're a You're a 24year-old adult. >> You need to notify him. >> I don't need to notify anyone. You're an adult. >> Can you not? >> I'm not notifying anyone. >> We should take one. I can smell it. >> Yeah, I know. >> What did I do? >> You ran from me. >> You one You ran. That's one. Two. >> You ran from what? >> Him. How much? You know what? I'm not even going to ask you any questions. All right, you got her. I'm going to go ahead and pat her down. >> Cool. >> No, I'm 24 years old. I am not calling your dad. >> I'm here on my dad's property. >> You're in the middle of the road. >> Yeah. What did I do? >> Okay. For the third time, you fled. >> Upon close look, Stephanie is clearly intoxicated and is quite obviously not sober. Watch how her demeanor changes when the cop tells her how damaging her actions are. >> And then she gets out of the vehicle. I have her taser point. I'm telling her like just stay there. She gets out and then she runs back in the vehicle, rolls up the window, and then takes off flying even faster like you >> uh he's the police. >> I didn't know that. >> I I only told you 10 times. >> He didn't sign anything. >> Did you see this? >> He didn't do that. >> Did you see this? >> Oh no. Oh no. Cuz I could hear his sirens on the radio. >> Do that. >> If I saw that, I would act. >> Okay. I need you to bring my dad. >> No. No. That's not going to happen. Ma'am, I need to know. Are you going to do field sobriety exercises or not? Who is this guy? >> I don't know. My bad. >> That's my dad. >> Okay. Well, he's got to go. >> No, he doesn't. >> Dad. >> Dad. Dad. >> Ma'am, the amount of lives that you just put at risk is ridiculous. Okay. I have no sympathy for you right now. You could have easily killed someone. There are little kids that live in this neighborhood. >> The fact that you would run from me, >> walk up on him like that again. Stephanie's screams brought her father on site, but cops would first need to secure the woman. As expected though, this would prove to be an incredibly difficult task. >> Dad, they have no reason. Can I talk to him? >> Number. >> Dad. Dad. >> We got resisting with violence. >> You didn't tell me why you're putting me in the car. >> Cuz you were going to jail. Why? >> Jesus [ __ ] Christ over the thing again with us. >> Listen to me. I am going to stand you up and I'm going to let you talk to your dad. You tried to hit another one of these deputies and you are not talking to him. >> I won't. I just want to talk to him. >> As she continued crying out for her dad, cops cut her a deal and let the two briefly speak. But the interaction would not go as you think. >> Stephanie, you have to calm down. Why are they copy? >> You've been drinking and you were speeding and and now the way you've acted, you've gotten yourself in a deep hole and they're going to take you to jail. You're going to have to calm down. >> There's nothing I can do. >> Dad, why are they upset? >> You don't need to ask why. You don't need to do anything except know that you're going to jail and we'll deal with this. >> Stop. >> Why am I going to jail? >> Because you were speeding. You ran stop signs. Where was I speeding? >> Oh, this is 1429. >> Well, do they know that? Do they know where I was speeding? >> They were behind you. >> Behind me where? >> After speaking with her father, he seemed to ease her nerves just enough for her to finally relax and was subsequently taken into custody. Upon a preliminary breath sample, it was confirmed Stephanie had a staggering VAC of.251. Stephanie faces charges of felony fleeing, reckless driving, DUI, and resisting arrest with violence. >> Have you ever seen an adult child? Well, you're about to see one. >> They're arresting me. >> That makes no sense. On February 16th, 2023, officers were called to an emergency shelter after an 18-year-old had a warrant out for her arrest for assaulting her parole officer. However, as the officers come in to arrest her, the girl makes sure to make it as hard as possible for the officers. How you doing? Put your stuff down. >> Put your stuff down. >> Why? >> Because you're going to come outside. Put your stuff down. >> Not a big deal. You guys can just help me, you know. >> Okay, that's fine. >> All right. Do your name and everything. >> [ __ ] I'm not doing anything. It's not like I'm going to fight you guys. >> Really? >> You're arresting me? >> Yeah, you have a warrant. >> That makes no sense. >> I did nothing. >> I did nothing. >> You want to go to the ground? >> I did nothing. You know, you >> want to go to the ground? >> I did nothing. Stop. >> No. I did nothing. >> Stop. >> Quit. >> Let me go. I did nothing. >> Stop. Stop. >> I did nothing. >> Stop resisting. >> I don't quit. Alexis. Alexis. Stop. Okay. It's just not going to work. Okay. >> Nothing. What? Just stop. >> I just need help. >> I literally have nowhere to stay. >> I literally don't know where to [ __ ] stay. >> All right. >> And I've already messed in jail once. >> Just give me the hand. No, I did wrong. >> Alexis, stop. >> I literally did something [ __ ] wrong. >> Alexa, do you want taste? I don't understand what you want in here. >> As the officers finally put her in handcuffs, they think that it will be smooth sailing from here. However, what they don't realize is that their troubles have only just begun. >> Why are you guys even arresting me? >> You have a warrant on indictment for felonious assault on parole. >> For what? >> Felonious assault on your parole officer. Oh, what? >> I just bumped against her. >> Well, evidently a grand jury disagreed. >> That makes no freaking sense. >> Listen to me. >> I did nothing. >> Alexis, listen to me. We just fought on the ground. >> They already just pissed me for a damn year. >> Okay. Well, let's figure it out outside instead of making a scene in here throwing all these nice people. >> Okay, >> you guys are just going to take me to jail. >> Well, you said you wanted somewhere to sleep. >> I don't want to sleep there. You can just take me to my goddamn friend's house. >> Just let me talk to my dad. >> I'll call your dad if you get up and stand up like an adult. Walk out there. >> Would you like to stand up now? >> I needed to talk to him now. >> I'll talk to him. >> If we help you up, are you going to stand up and use your feet? >> Just take me to my friend's house. >> Come on. Please stand up for me. >> No, not till you agree to take me to my friend's house. Just let me talk to my dad. I'll call your dad if you get up and stand up like an adult. Walk out there. >> Would you like to stand up now? >> I needed to talk to him now. >> I'll talk to him. I'll >> If we help you up, are you going to stand up and use your feet? >> Just take me to my friend's house. >> Come on. Please stand up for me. >> No. Not until you agree to take me to my friend's house. >> They going to call your dad. You need to get up and walk back with them so they can. >> Yes, you do. >> No. >> Okay. Eventually, the officers have to carry her out of the shelter. However, that's when the real Karen mode is activated. >> It wasn't assault. I just bumped her. >> Conduct obstructing official business. >> That's got to hurt your hands. Come on. >> All right, let's just white car. >> You guys are arresting me for no goddamn reason. You know, >> right? >> What? You guys are arresting me for no reason. >> Now you're just being a child. You're sitting on the floor crying >> because you guys >> Because you hit your parole officer. >> I didn't. >> I treated you with respect in there. >> I didn't hit her. I bumped her. >> Okay, I don't care. Then grow up and fight it like an adult instead of throwing like a child. >> I'm not going back to jail. >> Admitting to a crime and saying you're innocent in the same sentence. It really doesn't get more Karen than that. >> Well, if you have a warrant, you have a warrant. That's it for bumping someone. >> That's still a warrant. >> I know that hurt your hand like that. >> It's still a warrant. No matter how much it was. >> It's cutting into my goddamn wrist. >> The officers realize that this isn't working. So, they're going to have to improvise and hobble her to a patrol car.
