on March 29 2022 an officer was
dispatched to her residence for a
suspicious parked vehicle in Janesville
Wisconsin
prior to the officer's arrival the
vehicle left the scene but was shortly
located at a gas station
upon approach officers observed the
38-year-old driver Jesse seals and
recognized him from previous contacts
the passenger was later identified as 35
year old Ryan Schultz

deputy noticed Jesse go around their
squad car and continued to flee he then
began driving in the wrong direction
into oncoming traffic with deputies
racing parallel to him in the other lane

called in by residents of the area

in the egress window of a residence

Jesse was also out on bond for several
charges including Bale jumping domestic
violence possession of a narcotic drug
and possession of drug paraphernalia
said they want him in their squad

came and I he wasn't in here I checked
the door before and then by 9 30 so
around nine is when I was like going to
check okay and then by 9 30 is when I
called I saw his shadow outside because
and then he came down and this was like
like that okay did he ever like gain
entry into your house no or just tried
he tried okay tried at the door try it
together okay I was like oh my gosh I
think he's here and then I announced
really loud I'm gonna call the police
okay can I call 9-1-1
trying to scare him off I mean I like
said it really loud like if you're
asleep in there the deputy involved in
the crash was treated at a local
hospital and was eventually released
his passenger Ryan was arrested for
probation violation and possession of
meth THC and drug paraphernalia all
right now you can opt out what's that

Jesse was charged with felony counts of
first degree recklessly endangering
safety fleeing eluding an officer
possession of meth and Bale jumping
times three misdemeanor counts of
operating while Under the Influence
causing injury possession of THC
possession of drug paraphernalia and
bail jumping he was found guilty of
first-degree recklessly endangering
safety and fleeing eluding an officer he
was also guilty due to a no contest for
operating while Under the Influence
causing injury all other charges were
dismissed but read in
ultimately Jesse was sentenced to three
years in prison 30 days in jail and
three years of extended supervision
