What a [ __ ] joke. So, what if some [ __ ] really pops off and somebody's calling shots? It's this [ __ ] guy. Yep. >> [laughter] >> What a joke. I'm out. I'm going to go to the walk and turn over here. You're not going to [ __ ] grab me. You're not going to You're not going TO GRAB ME. MAY 27TH, 2025. A traffic stop in Austin, Travis, Arizona tests a fundamental principle. Nobody's above the law. Hello. What's up, buddy? What's going on, dude? For me? I know where you are. I'm officer Travis with the APD. I pulled you over because one, you didn't move over, and two, you were talking on the cell phone. You You know you got to move over if we're I know. I was just doing this. Okay. I was talking to my dad. So, I was talking to my dad about whether I should go to the hospital or go home first. Okay. Can I get your driver's license? How much have you drank today, bro? Uh earlier. Not nothing today. Okay. Please step out of the car and head this way, too. Oh, I need something. Any weapons in the car? No. It was way earlier, bro. It was earlier. Can I get the registration and insurance, please? Yep. Okay. So, why'd you pull me over again? I was doing too fast right here? Talking on the cell phone. I thought you could talk on your cell phone in California, or I mean Arizona. No. It's not uh 28914. There's a statute 28914. And then you you got to move over. There's cops on the side of the road. You got to move I'm trying to do that, too. Sorry, buddy. Hey, all right. Um just go ahead and step out there. Let me just look at your eyes real quick, dude. All right. Anyway. All right. >> You got no shoes on, do you? No, I left them in the car or something. I don't know, they're in the back. All right, easy with no shoes on, all right? I I don't know. I'm still here. Let's get off the road cuz we're going to get hit. All right, then you stand right there and we'll just drop the last quick, okay? You do? Yeah. I don't know who you are, but I literally live right there. All right, um I'm a little short, bro. Can you just go ahead and sit on that bumper? Yeah, no problem. Yeah. Go ahead and take off your glasses. Any recent head injuries? Any recent head injuries? No. Okay. All right, what I want you to do is look at the top of the pen and you're going to follow it with your eyes, eyes only. Do you understand? Mhm. I believe that. Okay, you can put your glasses back on. You can take them off in a second, okay? Huh? You can put your glasses back on. You can take them off in Okay. Call my mother. I'll send them a photo of you calling your cell. All right, Gerald. You're going to be placed under arrest for DUI. You're doing this to me, Gerald? Two violations justify the stop. Under Pennsylvania versus Mims, the officer can order the driver out, no questions asked. The HGN test shows impairment. Arizona's strict impaired to the slightest degree means you're breaking the law. The driver's response when arrested, "You're doing this to each other?" That's professional courtesy talking. Here's the problem. Professional courtesy has zero legal basis. It's unequal treatment, plain and simple. You've been driving impaired. Go ahead, bro. Can I do a breath or anything else? I mean like You did You did the stagnance. That's enough. Yeah. I did the HGN. I don't want to have you walking here barefoot. No, but you don't have to, but can you do a breath? You want to blow in the PBT? Sure. Do something besides this stagnance. This is my first day. Well, I you're over the limit, man. You know, instead of just pulling me over and knowing I'm going to talk to a lawyer, right? I want to just talk to you. We'll talk in the in my car, bro. No, we'll talk right here. We'll talk in my car. I'm just going to If you think you can pull me I'm going to You're not [ __ ] trying to get something I'm going to put you in the car. We'll talk in the car. Want to sit in the car, Gerald? All right. I'm going to I'm trying to be cool to you, man. We can talk inside. Cool. Go sit down. All right. All right. I thought you [ __ ] strong, homeboy. Thank you. All right, Gerald. We can talk in I just can't believe you're doing this to me, man. No. I'm not doing anything. I'm just Do you understand how much I'm I'm going through right now with my with my mom? Here's the thing. You can't be driving impaired. You got pretty close to driving impaired. >> Okay. You're talking on your cell phone. I don't understand Okay. Before we start talking, let me read you your rights. You have the right to remain silent. >> [ __ ] about the rights. I'm talking about the rights. Can you use your piss in court of law? You have the right to talk to a lawyer. I need to listen to what I need. Why are you being questioned? If you can't afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you for the questioning if you wish. You can decide anytime to exercise your rights and answer any questions or make any statements. So, do you understand your rights? Yes, I understand. Okay, you understand your rights. I just can't believe you're doing this to me, man. I live right there. I literally live right there. Finish him. I got a wife and two kids. You're going to do this to me, man? Oh. Get the [ __ ] out of my face. >> No, you're not. >> going to push you I want the [ __ ] watch commander right here or I'm not going to [ __ ] I'm going to push you in the hallway so I can do paperwork cuz obviously you're not complying. Sure, I have. But, here I am, okay? That's what I wanted to be known. He pulled me over 100 yd from my house at a 0.13. Spirit of law, letter of law, former cop, 0.13. Okay. I just want everybody to know that so they can feel real good about themselves when they go home and go to bed. Mark Holmes is on to a cop. He can't find a [ __ ] job with two with a wife and two kids. Okay. I just want you to know that. Okay. And when I was here, there was no one that could touch me on police work. We had DUI cops. You can call it what you want. I played the little mad game. I was the [ __ ] man with the dope game. Everybody knows that. You can This guy doesn't deserve to look at the word and [ __ ] green bread. But every else knows that. You know that, too. So you can smile and chuckle or I'm not going to fight. I'm just talking now. I'm allowed to talk, right? Yeah, you have a freedom of speech, yeah. All right. You got your body cam on? Yeah. Is it any good for whoever's listening? Yeah. Cross the whole [ __ ] dope game. They didn't even know what to do. People are going to [ __ ] rehab just cuz they couldn't find a dope. This is This is true. They were going to rehab because they couldn't find any dope. I was flying in the four months before they got in four months. A two-man narc team. Are they here, by the way? Cuz I'd like to talk to them. Cool. You're a [ __ ] fake ass narc team. Uh Clayton and Tyrell, are they here? If I stand up and fight, will they come here? Um no. Uh you guys are [ __ ] so sad, dude. You guys think you're the real [ __ ] police, but the real police are [ __ ] so far from the area. It's not even funny, dude. It's not even funny. We didn't really [ __ ] up. You got You got FSTs we can do over here? Or you got to call Paul or you got to have your daddy Paul on your shoulder or how you got to do this? No, dude. All right, I'm ready. Let's go do them. Let's Let's do the walk and >> I don't even know that. You have I have enough to >> No, I want to do FSTs. No, you're not in control of this. I am. I want to do FSTs. I know. Oh, you're So you're refusing. So all you're using is HGN. Yeah. Wow. Well, if you know DUI >> My defense attorney No, I know plenty about DUIs, but my defense attorney is going to wonder why you didn't let my client Oh, well, no shoes and then on asphalt when it's hot. And I'm not going to make you >> from California, homeboy. Okay. I'm from [ __ ] I'm from [ __ ] business. I just said not to do it. So All right. Oh, I'm sorry, I got nystagmus. But I got no walk and turn, I got no one leg stand. Holy moly. You sure you want to roll with this? Yep. You sure? Yep. All right. All right. And so what what driving pattern did you see again? On my phone. As you saw me on my phone. You took a former cop in on his [ __ ] phone. You're not above the >> What else you got? What No, I'm I'm of course I'm not. What what other probable causes you have? Well, if you know traffic here in New River, you especially have probable cause or not. No, I know. I'm saying these besides probable cause of me being on the phone with us. >> probable cause to pull someone over or Reasonable suspicion? You said no. But what besides from >> You keep you keep asking me and I keep telling you the same thing over and over and over. I'm not going to keep having this conversation with you guys. We're here. We're going to take care of this. Can I just ask you why you do this to me? Arizona's implied consent law is clear. Drive here, you consent to testing when arrested for DUI. Period. Personal circumstances don't matter. Stressful day, short drive, family problems, the law doesn't care. Why? Because you're not above the law. I'm impaired. Okay? See this? I have two kids and a wife at home. He does this to me 100 yards from my [ __ ] house. I didn't I didn't >> That's police work? Is there a letter of law or spirit of law? I was literally one way from turning into my goddamn [ __ ] complex. This is what you guys are doing to us right here. Call the [ __ ] watch commander right here. No. I want to talk to him. You're not going to You're refusing to call the watch commander? Dude. I'll go find him. I know the code. No. What are you going to do if I get up and go over there? I'll push you back there. I want the watch commander right here right now. Well, you're just not going to bring them what's happening right now. Just call tomorrow. Once you to call tomorrow, I'll call tomorrow, make a complaint and Where's the [ __ ] breathalyzers? They can't get a blood draw? No, you're not doing blood. We're doing breath. I don't give a [ __ ] Typical little [ __ ] LAPD. They don't even have blood. We're Who's doing blood? Well, you got a full bottle, man. You got a full bottle, man. This person's not answering the [ __ ] phone. What a joke this [ __ ] unit is. I want the watch commander right here now just so I can say so I can say hi to her. No. Who's running the office? Nobody? I'm in charge right now. >> to tell me to not answer the [ __ ] what? You're not in charge of the whole goddamn station? I'm in charge right now. No one else is in charge. >> clown. Who's the [ __ ] man inside this charge of the station right now? Oh, you're not going to answer either? I just told you. You're not in charge of [ __ ] anything. Oh, Anthony, you're [clears throat] on patrol. You're running the east side. Who's running the [ __ ] station? >> officer right now. There's no sergeant or corporal on. You're a [ __ ] goddamn you're my day partner. Who's running the [ __ ] station? Who's running the station? Dude, what is What world am I living in? If you're running east command cuz you got dudes and who's someone's running west, who's running the station? None None of you guys are. Is this your house or is it the You're running the whole station. >> you about 50 times, dude. I don't know You shut your [ __ ] mouth. Don't get smart with me, period. I'm just letting you know. Listen to me. I have forgotten more about police work than you do, [ __ ] know. So, if you want to step up, then step up, but I don't need your [ __ ] smart mouth, okay? No, [ __ ] that. Sit in the corner. This is the back we go? Yeah, I'll just walk right out of here. Who the [ __ ] is going to take me down? You? The busy wrestling championships? What the [ __ ] You can't [ __ ] touch me. I just told Take some blood. Take some [ __ ] blood. We're going to do breath. You're blowing into this thing. >> Tony. All right. Can you Can you reverse this? You're the doing all this. Okay, can I talk to somebody who's here in charge? I'm in charge. Just for the fact that I miss people. I don't see people in years. Dude, no one's Are you literally in charge of this? I am in charge. Oh my god. Not saying that's bad. I'm just saying that how the [ __ ] you supposed to work patrol and be in charge of this? It's how it works, I guess. When I saw your metal and dollar, I was like, this is legit. Mad respect. Oh, there he is. Stop sir. Um I just want you to know this. When I saw that and I I I was still working when I when that whole thing went down. Mhm. I got mad respect for him, dude. And I will never change that, no matter what our interaction Okay, so don't give me like that Like can you actually like take that in? Yeah, I'm I'm trying, but you You and I can't like You're over here running your mouth, talking a lot, and just don't stop, and you're not listening. And then you want you try to kick me. You really tried. I didn't kick you, bro. My my legs were freaking stuck, man. Well, we'll pass all that stuff. We're just going to keep talking more. No, we're not passing anything. Can we talk some more? About what? Peace. Like like therapy. Okay. You pulled me over 50 yards from turning into my little office. One, I didn't know it was you. Two, bro, I'm only >> almost hit a Cadillac in this town. He almost hit us. And on the side of the road you're supposed to move over. And then you were talking on your phone. I didn't know that almost hit you. Bro. Okay. Well, that's what court's for. I know. I know. I I understand what court's for, but like dude, I I miss everybody here. I have no [ __ ] friends. When I got fired, I lost everybody here. He called me one night and I couldn't call him back. My first interaction? Pull over 100 yards from turning into my [ __ ] mobile home park. It's so You should like this would never fly. Like we used to take care of each other over there. Like if you were a coffee, you were always a coffee. You take care of you. If you crashed and hit something, you're [ __ ] If you were completely obliterated obliterated drunk, you're [ __ ] I voluntarily blew at a point where probably my mouth alcohol was the highest, okay? You want to talk technicalities? Cuz I want to do a DRE since you were still [ __ ] your diapers. All right? So I blew a mouth alcohol at 0.13. My attorney's going to have a [ __ ] field day. Oh boy, I've been doing 11550 under under the influence investigations since 2010. You should know better than to drive drunk. Well, I know what I can do. Like I would never drive if I was going to hit somebody. I would never drive with my kids in the car. I would never drive if I felt like I had too much to drink. Okay. Well, you were driving. I know. I did. What are you saying, Tony? I'm just trying to like explain my argument so we're not just sitting here bullshitting for 45 [ __ ] minutes, you know? I even gave you props. I saw your metal online. I thought that was badass. I know what you did. [ __ ] I don't like car you and turn fire and you do what you got to do. That I respect. I'll give a [ __ ] I'm surprised you don't have a tattoo yet for the commemorating that. Cuz out here they don't give a [ __ ] right? Yeah. Cuz police work out here He used my phone to tell my wife I'll be home in a minute. Out here police work don't [ __ ] mean [ __ ] Out here police work is you're 100 yards away from your car, this guy's Oh yeah, that's zero. Let me turn in there. Nah. That's zero. Let me pull him over and bounce him out. That's how [ __ ] works here. Holy [ __ ] That's why Arizona is such a [ __ ] joke. That's why Phoenix in in uh Tucson are are are under a consent decree. Right? They're under civilian overwatch. Shake your head. You You You Go ahead and do your little shake your head thing. I did it. I just did it. You got no [ __ ] You got no You got no feelings in at all for me, right? No, I understand where you're coming from, but >> Well, then explain Explain to me why you would pull me over turning in my house. I told you why I pulled you over. Like I said, no one's No one's above the law. >> bro. I want the real answer. No one's above the law. All right. I have to answer to this. And if you're impaired, you're impaired. I have to do my job. I can't just let you go. Okay? I want to I want a blood draw. >> What if you die? That's not what you want. It's what I want. What Well, I'm doing a [ __ ] Hold on. Let's slow down a second. What if this whole thing is There's literally down to one lane and I'm turning in there. Who the [ __ ] am I going to hit? I'm literally going one lane cuz DOT's got the whole thing blocked down on a [ __ ] one lane. >> There's two of them. Both of them. No, no. At that point, they had that [ __ ] closed down and you even waved at me. And I'm like, "Oh, [ __ ] That's cool. Like Tony Robbins." I'm looking I did not wave at you. You put your hand up. Yeah, because I'm mad cuz you almost hit us. So, I get in and turn on my [ __ ] blue lights. All right, pull over. Whatever, dude. You're the one that's got to live with yourself. You treat cops like this. Cops had a [ __ ] pass unless you were a [ __ ] drunk. Okay, well, you're not a cop anymore right now, so Oh, [ __ ] you. Thank you. Yeah. Yeah. You think you're [ __ ] hard, don't you? >> No. I was trying to give you credit, dude. I respected you. I've always respected you. You pulled me over here when I first moved into [ __ ] town and tried to come apart on me in my car. And I'm like, I had no idea who you were. Well, now you [ __ ] do. It's the same car. And so, I drive in the home and I'm seeing like some like 5'3" guy [ __ ] you at me and I'm like, "Hey, what's up? Please cool." And I knew it was you cuz I have respect for you. I did it until you got that shootout. Before that, you were [ __ ] to me. But when you [ __ ] return fire like that and put rounds down and do whatever you had to do, I was like, "All right, you ain't a [ __ ] no more, you know?" Busy busy wrestlers like "Fuck that. [ __ ] [ __ ] got to [ __ ] me." But when you when you put rounds down like that, I'm like, "This is a good dude." I had nothing to do with the E I's and calls and all this stuff. I've always got along with you. Always. And then I'm driving back home and I'm like, "Yes, I've had a couple beers cuz I'm at my mom's house who has one [ __ ] leg who I was trying to get her in and out of the bathtub and I can't [ __ ] do it." You don't even listen to nothing. My mom has one [ __ ] leg. Okay? Your mom's healthy. I seen her at the goddamn hospital. Imagine lifting your mom in and out of bed for [ __ ] 15 years. [ __ ] wears on you, you know, okay? So yes, I got to talk him before I left the house because I was [ __ ] stressed out, okay? So I'm driving 2 miles to my [ __ ] house and I get pulled over. Am I in the wrong? Sure, I'm in the wrong, bro. But is there a spirit of law or a letter of law? No, there's not. There there's nobody in the watch fire office apparently either. They're like There's no one No one else is is in the station at all right now. What a [ __ ] joke. So what if some [ __ ] really pops off and somebody's calling the shots? Is this [ __ ] guy? Yep. >> [laughter] >> What a joke. I'm out. I'm going to go to the watch commander right here. He's not going to [ __ ] grab me. He's not going TO GRAB ME. I'M GOING TO WALK IN THERE. I'M RIGHT HERE.
