nothing showed up but then today I got the message from Costco that you know today is the day your delivery is gonna come so I was at home I was literally hanging out right here just you know just to make sure and I was assuming they would come you know ring the doorbell or have me sign but you know I mean nobody even showed up so then you got notified today from Costco saying that what so they sent me a message saying you know your delivery is gonna come today Costco or UPS uh Costco did okay can I just get my phone I don't want to give no problem information so I can tell you okay so okay so here's the message this is from I don't know who this is from it looks like it's shipment from your Costco yeah shipment is out for delivery so when you go here but that was really quick so they contact you guys yeah well yeah we have a big operation going on somebody intercepted the package, long story short it was not here it was on the other side of town so oh oh um I'm trying to figure out how they got your information oh OK OK did you experience any kind of fraud recently or any kind of identity theft or anything like that 32 nothing suspicious though no did you lose your driver's hour so she I guess I'm sure they checked all their resources and then she was like well um initiate a refund okay so are you accepting a refund from them I mean yeah that's my only choice yeah because uh like I said we do have your package but they're probably gonna keep it as evidence for the time being wait you have the package we do we oh yeah we have the package oh but it's not like I so oh my god they signed for your name and the driver gave them the package we stopped them so they got arrested we recovered the package um but we're probably gonna have to keep it for evidence that's really up to our state's attorney's office but you're getting a refund anyway so that's gonna go back to the customer yeah cause they just said they would contact me it's gonna take seven to 10 business days so I I I'm right they should have told me they initiated the process OK so I mean if I want some advice, maybe buy it in person I don't know thanks yeah you know that's what I I I was dash 3 which prohibits the use of a falsely made document to obtain property she presented a digital identification bearing her photograph but carrying another person's name and personal information every element of the statute is satisfied on the bodycam record alone second theft exceeding $500 under Section 16 dash 1 a class 2 felony carrying three to seven years the package contained two one ounce gold bars valued at approximately $6,859 both charges are supported by the physical evidence and the signed delivery receipt have you on everything huh yeah what's up bro I'm good now dude I A+ she remained home monitored tracking in real time contacted Costco within minutes of discovering the discrepancy and provided complete documentation to investigators on the same day her conduct
