Officers with tasers drawn and one holding a firearm cautiously attempted to deescalate the tense situation. Hey man, please under arrest by virtue of a warrant. Mate, put down the hammer. Hart had entered the station to turn himself in after learning there was a warrant for his arrest. However, the situation escalated when he was informed he would be going back to jail. The court heard Hart had been on parole since 2021. With just 12 days remaining, his parole was revoked due to his failure to inform his supervisors about a new relationship, a breach of his parole conditions. As a result, a return to prison warrant was issued. Hart had already spent 314 days in pre-sentence custody. His employer confirmed that his job would be waiting for him upon release. Hard pleaded guilty to serious obstruction while armed and was granted immediate parole release with the 314 days declared his time already served. Thanks for watching.
