On May 31st, 2025, officers were dispatched to a call of a disturbance where the calling party stated her girlfriend became violent towards her as she was trying to grab her things and leave. And that's how my daughter who had a a wig on her head last night when she came to my house and that was off her head. She said Amari then dragged her out of the house and then whatever happened outside happened outside. My daughter goes back in and that's when Maya and I even spoke to Amari's mother this morning and she admitted that they all came back in and the girl jumped on my child. And that's how Seraya ended up with a busted lip. Seraya said she told them to get out and she tried to she did try to get them out and Amari's arm got caught in the door when they were leaving out. So it's not like she took her and slammed My daughter is too weak to slam the down a girl that's twice her size. Her arm Her mother even told me her arm got caught in the door and that's how her arm got that way. Not from a slam on the ground. Yeah. So So it's just unfortunate that she didn't have anyone here to defend her and everybody's going against what she said and she's going and she's going to jail for for a felony battery charge. Well, there's like there's I mean there's two incidents. So I'm going When I talked with her, she didn't mention a different girl during the first incident. She mentioned her and Amari. But which is the girl that got her arm broken. Right, with the dreads. That's what I'm talking about. That's first incident. That was the first incident. Her arm got hurt on the second incident when Seraya tried to get them all out of the house. Her arm got hurt on the first. I got my story straight. You guys have a different story. My investigation is very clear. It's all on body camera and I know that but you guys weren't here either. You're you're going back to word of mouth as well. Now I am investigating the second incident that occurred. I still have a phone call to make to somebody she said she was on FaceTime live with and so I'll call her and talk with her about the second incident and if charges can be developed from that second incident, I will do so. Well, what I'm saying is With our conversation right here, you just told us that she got her arm hurt in the first instance, and she didn't get it. Okay. Well, that that's what you say. What do we have clear? What do we have clear? We have a girl with a broken elbow But, how did with consistent consistent and her story is consistent with getting that that injury. And we have your daughter with she is saying that I was dragged through the house. I They were dragging me through the house and they were beating me up. They punched me several times. And the only injury she has is a a cut on the inside of her lip. If I was punched several times in the face, there'd be marks on it. There would be If I was being dragged If you would If I dragged If I dragged you down the stairs and outside, you would have marks on your arms. You would have things consistent with this. There is none of that. All there is is a a cut on the inside of her lip. I'm trying to get into somebody's apartment and I'm putting my arm in and they close the door. Can I get a They can charge me assault for me trying to break into that when they just got finished jumping on me? For If If I just got jumped on and I'm trying to close my door and you're the person is reaching their arm in the door and it gets slammed, so can I get charged with assault? That is what he's looking for. I'm saying I'm sorry. Already. the deal. She's 19. She's 19. I've done a comprehensive investigation. Whether you agree with the investigation or not, on the on on this stage, we develop probable cause. A reasonable doubt is proven in court. Right? So, you guys have you can get an attorney, you can go and prove beyond a reasonable doubt in court. On the stage where we're at right now, I've clearly I've clearly established probable cause for the arrest or I would not have arrested her for battery. The reason why it's a felony is because there's a broken The only people that I know that were involved from both people is the same the same person initially. So, and I'm going based upon um a comprehensive investigation. So, that as far as I'm concerned, that's it that's that's the end of our discussion. She's 19. She was a juvenile, we discuss more. That's the end of our discussion. My advice to you is to contact an attorney in reference to your daughter. She's going to be held it's a it's domestic related. She's going to be held overnight and she'll see a judge in the morning. Okay. So, There's still an investigation ongoing. The the investigation is still ongoing. So, but there was evidence to support what you got you and your daughter are saying with physical evidence to corroborate it. She's going to jail right now, okay?
