on December 29th 2023 in Oakland Park Florida a deputy observed two males loitering outside a gas station deputies had previously had reports of suspects with the same description causing issues at a McDonald's regarding the restroom being trashed due to that the deputy belied these may have been the same suspects in attempts to speak with them you guys got your IDs on you I don't know do you have anything with your your name on it I don't and uh why are you asking what's going on what's going on why are you asking well cuz you guys are ling here they don't want anybody here I know him very well we just went in there and bought something I'm going in the B right now we just went in there and bought something well listen also too was that we had a bunch of people I sorry you're good it's not me whatever it is yeah but we had like the McDonald's saying people that someone just like you guys dressed or whatever were like showering and making a mess with their back tell you who it is that guy has a beanie on his head beanie y y a y they said it was two guys like showering the guy he was with I don't know that guy but he's always around Hew where did he go I walks around he doesn't a one I know I'm knew what was going on I'm sorry the deputy searches Kyle's backpack and uncovers 16 credit cards two driver's licenses and four bank checks all of which do not belong to him they also find a social security authorization form that is not his upon further search of the suspect's backpack the deputy discovers two glass pipes with burnt residue which field test positive for crack cocaine additionally a small purple Ziploc bag containing an unknown Crystal substance is found and it field tests positive for methamphetamine yeah it's open open Park CST can I get 229s on two white not credit card numbers that I don't know these are like these are like from a like labels yeah I guess they had you for some kind of use of ID or something else and then your petty theft thing but I think no the ID I never got I I never was in court for any I've never used well the the bond for the ID thing is like R so as soon as you get there just going to do whatever with the petty theft is the only one that actually has like a bomb and stuff like that and they'll tell me when I get down there okay my first cor earring I made it you know I just didn't make to te one I was in detox and I went to The Click courts file now do you think do you think uh I'm going to be uh I'm going to be uh like out tomorrow you I mean the bond for the petty theft is 5,000 looks like so that what's going to be what 500 I guess yeah so they'll probably you'll see a magistrate or whatever but not not probably not till Monday right possibly that's new year but they don't they don't tell me [ __ ] you know how the jail is I don't know I've never been you never been to the jail my entire life D dude never jail you got nothing in your socks right ja I'm I'm not a bad guy never so there's no possible way that the jail could get overcrowded and they let me out right well not for the the petty theft one even though I made it to my first PT date I didn't make it to the second one I was in rehab what you got two pairs of short time yeah I was in treatment so that's why I couldn't make it to my other that's the only reason yeah I got a time can I hit my vape or no no damn it I don't like that smell on my car go take a seat actually you know before you get on the car don't F that my face oh man oh [ __ ] look at that more let's do stra deputies contact the owners of the credit cards and several of them choose to press charges due to fraudulent activity on their accounts within the past month involving the stolen credit cards is9 to I'm sorry I Liv on T type I'm going to be 97 with my 12 11 [Music] on problem Kyle Gerber was charged with with five counts of possession of stolen credit card false ID given to Leo unlawful possession of ID of another five or more possession of methamphetamine drug paraphernalia or use resisting officer without violence two counts of possession of another person's driver license and fraud use in possession of ID of another person without
