about a woman shouting obscenities in disturbing a cashier and customers at a convenience store upon arrival the suspect later identified as Jenny Medina was observed holding what appeared to be an alcoholic beverage stop walking no I know been okay so what do you want to do okay so listen you can't keep coming to these businesses and sealing their items back up back up you need to back up you hear the cashier's account of the incident they're going to kill me like who's killing you right she's clearly not not all there is and I said give me my money yeah I'm not giving you the money you want me to call police call them unbelievable and you know keep showing me the finger and I'm like okay whatever and then she's uh I told her um you know don't do this why are you doing this I you know I seen I know her a little bit she's not that kind of person I'm like what's wrong with you are you trying to be nice to me why are you trying to be nice why why are you playing games with me I'm like I'm not playing any games with you right I just need the money for the items that you take from me right from the store so I didn't want to be aggressive close be close to her at all right you know what I'm saying no it's better to be safe yeah yeah it's like you know I don't know what mindset she is in so do you want to prosecute for the theft and then she came back and grabbed a beer okay she start drinking the beer she came back and she grabbed the cookie that cookie right there right here okay this one yes how much are those $3 okay so it's not it doesn't matter about money right it's about the act that she's that she's coming and stealing so it's up to you if you want to prosecute I'm I'm more than fine taking her down I mean she's been crazy most in a lot of the plazas and she's been throwing things and getting very aggressive so it's up to you I just need you to tell me because those would be my charges anyway I would take her to to the jail for the the theft if I do prosecute if you prosecute mhm if I don't let her go and then if she comes back take her for trespassing if you want to trespass her either way you know I know it's up to you you just got to let me know I don't want her to get hurt you know the thing is if she's been out if you guys can arrest her and take her in the jail for like a couple of days she's not going to get hurt she's going to get clean that's that's what I'm saying yeah you guys got to do that and turn I'm letting it go I don't want her to be going on the street and doing this kind of [ __ ] because she she's going to get hurt yeah the customer I had come on inside he says she hit his car too with a beer or wine whatever she was no yeah she she hid somebody in the face over at the other store she threw a bottle in his face but like I said nobody did any well because when I got over there they were gone you know like they were like this this lady is crazy and then what happens 15 minutes later she comes to a different store so it's up to you do okay and then when they contact you the state contacts you you let them know what you want to do and proceed if you change your mind at that point you can let them know he's met her he said he met her before but that she's a little crazy do you know her but that no I've never met her before today and she was really nasty with me today Jenny was charged with disorderly
