16th 2022 in Plantation Florida sheriff's detectives were surveilling Sigman Brown a known gang member while attempting to execute a search warrant for a cell phone they observed him entering a black Camaro holding a cell phone and what appeared to be a firearm in his waistband the driver Bruce Francis was recognized as an associate as detectives attempted to make contact the Camaro fled crashed
