parking lot he observed a group of individuals engaged in an argument outside you're trespassing leave the my I was in this mothering McDonald's man you telling me I can't be here shut your ass up you in here and he said he like [ __ ] and like he from like like toward me and I ran to the back M so he went out I'm walking behind my cour BL door he Tri to come back inside and attack me okay he he tried to attack you how what what did he actually do like he just ran back inside and I just ran back to okay so he was chasing you yes okay like did he at any point in time physically touch you no he still inside okay M and so the deputies pulled up they're trying to have a conversation with him how is he acting out of control what do you mean like he was he was can you describe like he was fing like arguing with with one of my co-workers and then he was arguing with the the police officer was he just standing there or was he pacing back and forth um he threw all his food over here all on the ground everything khil was charged with three counts of battery on an officer firefighter EMT possession of Alum or xanax possession of amphetamine possession of cannabis less than 20 G trespassing
