deputies from the Broward County Sheriff's Office responded to a call from concerned parents who had discovered Snapchat messages between their 13-year-old daughter and an unknown individual discussing the sale and delivery of illicit narcotics deputies learned that the individ ual later identified as Michael Neville was on his way to deliver drugs to the minor anticipating his arrival
