their driving lane while traveling the deputy suspected the driver to be showing indications of impaired driving as the driver of the vehicle stopped at a red light the driver failed to stop prior to the designated line based on these traffic violations he decided to initiate a traffic stop a detective responded to the scene to assist in the DUI investigation right back on 6072 oh Mr V is that right vrine yeah hi my name is Deputy po work for the barard Sheriff's Office specifically the DIY task force talked to Deputy Rubenstein said that he uh believes that you may be impaired he gave me some signs of impairment about you I know you don't live too far from here but I want we want to make sure that uh we feel comfortable with the operating your motor vehicle so you can get home safe today okay would you mind talking to me out in front of my car well before you say that I have a gun on me okay your zipper's also down well don't don't take the gun all right you mind if I it's in a he's trying to pick up his phones like to get out of the car and he's just taking too long so he opens this and shoves the baggie in there and then when I asked him to hand it to me he hands me this tampering with physical evidence resisting without violence and possession of a weapon in the commission of a felony [Music]
