on February 2nd 2022 officers with the
Wauwatosa Wisconsin police department
responded to a call of a suspicious
person who was illegally parked and had
reportedly been there for several hours
during the contact with the driver the
officers became concerned the driver was
impaired however after making contact
with them things would quickly escalate

out of the car for me I'll take it or

give me a ticket or something okay all
right we'll get you throw it away or at
least seven minutes

during the chase the driver blacked out
their car by turning off the headlights
moments later you can see the brake
lights of their car just prior to
t-boning a pickup at an intersection on
residential streets

check on them while one police officer
detains the suspect the other police
officers check on the victims of the
crash
despite the speeds involved the crash
only resulted in superficial injuries
the fact that the fleeing suspect was
driving a compact car meant the forces
in the T-bone crash were less than they
would have been with a larger more
massive vehicle I have one in custody if
you start fire
for female conscious and breathing

court records indicate the suspect was
released on a two thousand dollars cash
Bond within 48 hours they subsequently
pleaded guilty of a felony fleeing
charge and pleaded guilty to a
misdemeanor obstruction charge a
separate charge of endangering the
safety of others was read in but
dismissed they were given a nine month
sentence but it was suspended or stayed
instead they were placed on probation
for a period of one year separately
their license was suspended for six
months there were no charges related to
impaired driving
