I know somebody broke a cell on my goddamn government phone and I am pissed. I will PRESS CHARGES. THIS GODDAMN woman right here. Press charges on her now. >> This lady flipped out after her package was left at the wrong door, demanding her neighbor to be arrested for it. But things wouldn't turn out the way she expected. >> You have the phone? >> No. >> Looks like you do. >> I want this replaced. >> Still hasn't been broken. It's still uh >> It's got codes now. SHUT UP. >> GET [screaming] OFF. >> YOU'RE under arrest. >> No, I'm not. >> Yeah, YOU ARE. >> GET HELEN, TOO. WE'RE GOING TOGETHER AS TWINS. >> AND YOU'RE [screaming] ARRESTING HELEN FOR BREAKING HIS SPELL. SHE BROKE THE LAW. SHING DID IT in the car. >> You're going to have to pick me up. You're picky. I'm up heavy. >> Okay. Well, stay. I can't. >> You know you can walk. >> I legally can't. You get the leg off right there. You're going to have to help me with my left leg in cuz you want to smash in the board. >> Sit up there on a seat. >> I'm short. I'm a muted deformer. I'm a turtle.
