I've represented all I've represented officers, doctors, lawyers, everybody in town. >> At this point, the officer heads to the vehicle where the girlfriend is located to get her side of the story. >> I know this all being recorded. You have body cams, everything. >> Yeah, I can see it. >> I can see it from here. >> Hey, man. What's going on tonight? I haven't talked to you yet. So, I got, trust me, I got all of his whatever he's got thrown out. So, has he been drinking tonight? You guys left a party or something? >> Okay. He said you guys came over here to party. >> I realized I got in gas and had not enough gas to get home. I realized he had way too much to drink. So, my intention gas pull in 190 sober up a bit before we drove home. >> Right. >> That's my whole intention. But he has two phones and I knew his other phone was in the map pocket of his car. So I grabbed it and um there was like text messages and voicemails from other women. And um so as I'm getting gas, he realizes I have his phone and that I'm seeing what is on his phone. So he gets out and he's like grabbing me trying to get his phone. I'm trying to get his gas and like leave me alone. Like get back in the car. Like you know just let me look at this. Like get back in the car. Like leave me alone. like the cops are going to come. Like Bobby, the cops are going to come. >> And I finally got him back in the car, but I realized like the situation was still a little too like escalated and I needed to pee. So I'm like I go in the store to pee and then by the time I come out like everybody's here. >> Okay. Were you guys I obviously we got a couple calls. Were you guys like yelling at each other? >> Of course. >> Okay. It was making like a big scene. I >> It was terrible. It was embarrassing and terrible. But that's what happens when you find out that your boyfriend is cheating. >> No. Understandable. I get it. We're just trying to get everybody's statements and you guys will be good. All right. I'll be right back. S >> just 41 and Qi. Reus is 51. >> Oh, ma'am. You witnessed everything happen, right? Okay. Could you just run me through real quick? >> Yeah. Well, you can see I'm parked on four. So, I drove around this way and came in. And as I got out, I'm obviously getting out this way. >> One second, guys. Well, it sounds funny, but it's almost like year you're a woman. You know, you know when the boyfriend comes up behind you, kind of bear hugs you like if he's going to kiss you on the neck. Well, that's what I thought at first and then it was the draft and then she was like, "No, stop. Don't touch me." And then it just kind of escalated from there. It was every time she went one way, he would follow and she would every time he would get in her space, she'd push him away and say, "Leave me alone." And she made a comment at some point to something to the extent of, "Whatever this, you know, whatever happens, it's on you this time. I'm not dealing with it anymore. She went to go pump gas. And then after pumping gas, they actually at one point wrestled with her with the gas pump handle thing in her in her hand. >> He did. >> Well, they the two of them, he had her when she was holding the gas the gas hose. >> Okay. >> Um I think she was trying to hang it back up. And then every time she went to go into part of the car, he was right with her and then she'd jump out. >> I appreciate it. Give me one moment. All right. No problem. >> Okay, guys. >> We were arguing over it. He was I was getting out. I was keeping the phone away from him. He was trying to get it to >> Yeah, that's what it looks like. She >> recording muted. >> No longer muted. >> It didn't look like there was much intent for any physical harm. She's like, she's like, I did fall, but it was unintentional. It's just the way it happened. So, she's like, we go home. We go makeup. We go kiss makeup in the morning. Like, that's called >> like like the last time I filed a f, you know. >> No. 33. >> No. >> Okay. >> There's no evidence of it. You can see it basically lines up their story like she has something and he's coming by. It'd like to follow you can barely see it. It's really hard to see because they're so far away. >> What about disorderly? >> Yeah. I mean if you that's I mean they're fighting probably both drunk. I mean if you wanted to go that route or get him a ride home only and get him out of your hair. >> He's out there screaming. I told him to stop screaming in Lor's voice and he's telling me that I don't know the law and that I'm a loser and that he can scream all he wants. Um >> maybe they didn't teach him to disorder the Intox part in law school. So, okay. >> Okay. I'mma do disorderly. >> Let me hit I'll be right back. I'm going to go out there with her. >> Look, man. He looks like he's ready to mug himself. >> Bobby. Bobby, put your hands behind your back. All right. >> For what? >> Put your hands behind your back. All right. >> For what? >> You don't have anything illegal on, >> right? Got to make sure you don't have any weapons on before we take you to jail. We don't want you. >> You guys can one of you guys can search him at the car, whatever. >> Wherever. Yeah. Yeah. Why? >> There you go. Thank you. Just stay right there. Thank you. >> For what? What? >> You're being arrested >> for what? >> For disorderly conduct. >> Oh, yeah. All right. I mean, I don't think I did anything wrong. >> All right. Let's take a walk, man. This way. >> My car. >> Right side. Left side. >> Uh, either side. Both's open. >> This is you right here. Right. >> I'm right here. >> This is not okay. >> This side's fine. You already searched him. >> Yeah. >> Hey, can you pop this real quick? >> Yeah, I got to do it manually. I got to Oh, I don't know how you even did that, but okay. Oh, jams. It always does that. You got to like push it all the way up. >> So, you have some cash right here. >> Here. I got a bag in here. Let's put all his stuff in. >> You sure you want to take them? We can always take >> I got it, man. Yeah. If any I want to do this one. >> A closer look at the CCTV footage from the Waw Wa location revealed that a physical altercation did occur. However, officers couldn't discern what led up to it. As a result, Bobby Rumala was charged with disorderly intoxication and was released the same day after posting his $150 bond.
